Just know that I care, I care a lot about people, and I know that things might not be easy for you at the moment, but I KNOW that you’re gonna get through it. Just have a little faith in yourself and keep fighting! We’ve all been living with depression/self harm/anxiety or stress (some of us have suffered them all at once) and I know the feeling bc I’m living with them right now, but I’m here to tell you that it’s gonna get better, no matter what your thoughts are telling you right now. It’s gonna get better, the sun will rise and so will you. 🌅

Life Goes On 1/29/19

At 12 she wanted to be a mom and live on a farm

At 14 she became anxious and pushed everyone away

At 16 she wanted to give up

At 17 she found friends and it got better

At 18 she lost everyone and wanted to end it again

At 19 her grandma had a stroke, her sister got married, her brother got engaged, and her grandma died

But also at 19, she found herself. She found the strength to handle any battle life threw at her

At 20 she hopes to be thriving

It does get better

But everyone left

Adulthood sucks

'The hardest thing about being an adult is getting there'

Cause, once you get to being an adult, you've got 18 years of experience with pain and emotions and your mental state. You know you can get through stuff cause you've made it through everything before. But until then, you don't know what it's like and life sometimes really seems like it's trying to end itself.

Midnight Thoughts

If theres one thing I've learned in my life, it's that blaming others just builds resentment inside of you. You have to take control of your life for yourself. Yes, people can screw you over. Yes, people can hurt you more then you knew was possible. But if you just spend the rest of your life blaming everyone else for what's gone wrong in your life, you're never going to get anywhere. You're going to be mentally in the past, never able to move forward.

Elsa was right, you've got to let it go.

I know it hurts. That's the thing about life, it's full of pain. Everyone in life is going to hurt you, you just have to decide who's worth the pain.

Your past is a lesson, not a life sentence.
