I think the thing about the size difference was to emphasise how it suddenly matters to Stolas.

Hear me out.

Before, he didn't really care, because they were never on even footing anyway. Blitz could make up for it in all his amazing ways, blah blah blah, and he didn't realise.

But now? They're on even footing. Stolas might be even lower. He's suddenly noticing how he's so unaccustomed to Blitz's lifestyle. And how Blitz probably felt like that.

The banging his head on the doorway. The not liking the food. Not understanding Sinsmas.

Everything that made Stolas realise how differently Blitz lived.

And Blitz is adaptable. He's chill, with it all. Stealing, killing the rats, etc etc. He can deal with it.

Stolas seeing how Blitz adapts and figures out how to make it work when they dance, it makes him realise he doesn't have those skills. He's never needed those skills.

He's never needed to care about their height difference.

And now he does.

Okay now that I got the more emotional theories out of the way (for the moment)…

I NEED to see Blitz in Stolas’ space the way he was in the M&M’s space in season 3.

Hiding in the fridge/walls/ceiling/medicine cabinet.

Filming Stolas while he sings.

Curled up on Stolas’ chest while he’s sleeping, only for Blitz’s crazy loud purring to wake him up.

Waking up to find Blitz spooning him or curled up beside/on top of him like a cat.

Bonus points if this is shown through a montage.

Stolas is about to get his wish of Blitz’s affection, while also realizing how his own affection came off to him.

But Stolas is more incredulous and flattered than truly angry, especially when Moxxie and Millie explain that Blitz is just like that with the people he loves.

Also Stolas makes a note that he’s barely heard Blitz purr without him cutting it off. But now he constantly hears Blitz purring whenever he’s beside/holding/being in his line of sight.

And while he’s trying to find himself/adjust to his new life, Stolas has to fight not to blush, gush or behave unprofessionally around Blitz if/when he works for I.M.P.

As stated by many already, this reveal was hinted way before. It was hinted with glitz and glam, twins 👯

Clearly there is a theme of duality. The idea of pairs or counterparts having that constant source of comparison because you’re like your literal half. But that got me wondering about the population of envy.

Like is envy full of twins??? Like just twins???

I’m super curious to see more of Leviathan in future episodes and whether her realm is twin-heavy.

Some theories on how the potential imp rebellion will affect the main cast.

I think a great way to tie millies family and by extention millie herself into the wider narrative is having Andy and stella fuck up the harvest moon festival. If the locals thought stolas was royal prick then they clearly haven't met Andy and his aggressively bitchy sister! Stolas was only acting like that because he didn't know any better Andy and stella on the other hand know damn well what kind of uptight snobs they are and revel in it!

We know for sure that one of stolas jobs was blessing the crops of wrath and that in vivis verison of hell at the very least needs to function for at least the hellborn. It's probably the most oppressive and cruel system that one could imagine but I has to at least function as in this setting the lower ranked demons are more physical than spiritual so they likely need to eat. My point in this being that for as big of a dummy as our favorite owl can be he most likely did his job with a fair amount of competence but Andy and stella strike me as the type what while good at scheming their way into power, aren't actually any good at wielding that power.

One of two things might happen. They will either try and force octativa to do their job for them and she will fail do to her lack of experience or they will try and do it themselves and Andy will freeze over this years harvest and they start making a scene alongside his sister when the crowd rightfully gets upset at them for undoing their years worth of hard work with their incompetence.

And with a potential invasion of hell by the dhorks in which several relatively innocent hellborn where killed by a bunch of humans and with stolas legions quitting in disgust it wasn't the supposedly almighty goetia who stopped the invasion but a band of common imps like them.

I really can see things boiling over and going off the rails due to stella her brother fucking up stolas job.

Speaking of stolas most famous duty in both the show and mythology Is prediction of stars and I really doubt stella has brains to do that or that Andy has the patience to learn. So who knows what kind of havoc could be wrought by them failing at this!

And with all this I can really see a imp revolution coming but how will our main cast react?

Blitz while was certainly trying to rise above his station I don't think he ever saw himself as a hero or a savior. I mean knowing him he likely will only going through his new role out of a sense of obligation and the need to keep his found family safe but will later embrace it as he sees he can do what he did for the rest of i.m.p and stolas for all of impkind.

Moxxie I'm sure will be more anxious then ever considering how generally scared he is to challenge authority given his upbringing.

Millie is a mystery on this topic but I think she won't really know how to react as she like blitz mainly wanted to rise above the system not be some grand movement dedicated to bring it down.

Loona is interesting in this case as the only creatures in hell more abused then imps are hounds like her so perhaps she will see the movement as hypocritical and ingenue or maybe she will follow in her fathers footsteps and become the leader of the pack when it comes to hounds.

Stolas Is also interesting here as he is a blueblood himself and while I'm sure he's far more sympathic to the under class then his kin and could care less if his wife, brother in law or father was beheaded by a guillotine by if any of those little anarchists lay a finger on his Starfire they've got another thing coming!

Fizz is a interesting case as well as I have always believed that one of his flaws as a charater is that he is far too quick to forgive people especially those of the upper class. As charile can tell you forgiveness is an important and essential virtue but like all things it has to be measured. Fizz's forgiving nature has done good as it allowed him to make up with his best friend even after being blow to pieces but it also effects him negatively like making him a prime target for exploiters like cash and mammon. And then there's that "it sounds like you just hate him cause he's a prince" line. This fascinated me because it revealed a lot about fizz's character because it shows both his emotional maturity and his overly apologetic nature in a single line.

What I mean is what fizz was doing was both inviting blitz to consider whether or not his anger towards stolas was justified but also failing to recognize that it came from somewhere you see blitz's anger towards royals while misdirected at stolas was justified and that second part is what fizz is struggling to understand due to both his like i said forgiving nature and the fact that a royal like Ozzie was not only his savior but the love of his life so it is completely reasonable and understandable that he would be hesitant to condemn the upper class. However he must eventually come to terms with the fact that on some level blitz was right and that his boyfriend is the expection and mammon is the rule.

Speaking of Ozzie I'm going to group them together on this and go on a side tangent about the infernal hierarchy and how it effects each one of the ranks. It's a belief of mine that in this setting the more spiritual and therefore magically inclined and powerful demons are ranked higher than the more physical demons with some expections.

Like for example conccubi are ranked higher than imps due to having some magical abilities or at least more than what your average imp has. But they don't seem to be all that much up on the ladder themselves so i am led to believe that conccubi tend to have a "barons ego" towards imps. What I mean is that veroskia for example was always putting out some form of anti imp micro aggressions like "nasty ass gremlins", "shrimp", "little" etc etc. And this isn't a knock against her charater this is just me trying to speculate so my point is that I think conccubi have a habit for lording what little power and autonomy they have over imps as a way of coping with their own less then enviable postion and this suits the nobles just fine. Having the lower classes squabble amongst themselves rather than going after them works out just fine and dandy.

And speaking of envy that brings me to my next point which is that both bee and Ozzie's resident demons are on the lower class of things. For bee and her hounds I believe that they were put on the bottom of the hierarchy precisely because they were the most useful to the higher ups. Think about the hounds are fast, strong, much smarter than most other forms of hellhound in media and can double as steads for imps and therefore could pose an even greater threat to the hierarchy then the imps if they were ever given even the slightest sliver of power or antomany so they where placed at the bottom of the food chain below even imps likely against bees wishes.

My point here being that if a revolution does come bee and Ozzie could be the people on the inside. They could be the ones to sabotage the war plan of the nobles and other sins as a way of supporting their power and getting back at the assholes who put them down in the first place.

octavia and stolas's future conversation is probably going to kill me

i think Octavia is such an interesting character because she reminds me so much of my younger self. I think her line in the trailer is probably going to be a scene that resonates with me to an uncomfortable degree because of my relationship with my mom.

My parents never fight, but i know the teenage pain of feeling like your parents don't make time to truly understand you as a person and only love you out of obligation, whether that's true or not. The feeling that your parent only tolerates you to gain something or because they "have to" is invasive.

I saw someone say that her line needs more work in the story to feel "earned" but i think it's perfectly reasonable for Octavia to feel that way. She can acknowledge that her dad is doing his best AND still feel like she is an afterthought to him. Learning that your parents have flaws SUCKS and sometimes that feels like they never cared about you.

I'm sure there will be a lot of build up and i'm thinking that maybe the build up will be stolas agreeing to banishment or something in order to be with blitz, and Octavia will read this as a complete abandonment of her, bc honestly what else is she supposed to think?

In the episodes that she has been central to, Stolas has been explicit and partial to Blitz IN FRONT OF HER. He does not hide his affair with Blitz, which makes Octavia visibly uncomfortable in all of the Loo Loo Land scenes. Not to mention that in Seeing Stars, it's not lost on her that Loona is the one to find her while her dad is (again) with Blitz after he forgot a date that was important (from her pov) to their relationship. She forgives him in the moment for that episode, but it could be another factor.

We, the audience, know that Stolas would do anything for Octavia, that he genuinely loves and cherishes her, but Octavia does not know that. Octavia left with Stella on the weekends even before the divorce was officially in motion, and i wouldn't be surprised if later in the season we find out that Octavia has been living with Stella since/or soon after Seeing Stars (since Stolas had an assassination attempt.)

From her perspective he has been distant with her, openly hostile to her mother, and openly having affair with Blitz (there can maybe be a little bit of classism in there from the fact that she might find stolas's affair with blitz is especially scandalous bc blitz is an imp/lower class as well but that's a whole other thing.) If you were a child who was already feeling insecure and emotionally neglected, if it came out that your dad was going to chose to run away with his affair partner, that would probably fucking SUCK !! it would fucking KILL ... and Octavia will probably think that she is the problem, that she is not worth staying for.

All this to say, Octavia, my girl, i will probably cry when you cuss your dad out in front of the entire goetia court :-)

so here's how i think sinsmas will go:

- the episode will start with octavia spending xmas with her mother and andrealphus

- she's fucking hating it and missing her dad like crazy

- however she's also furious about her dad's actions in the trial and that he didn't put her first *insert octavia's song here*

- the scene moves to blitz's house and how he and stolas are dealing with all these changes

- we see that loona and octavia are keeping in contact

- *insert lots of complications here*

- I.M.P + stolas get octavia out of that house and all spend xmas together

- season 2 ends in a hopeful note but there are things brewing and we see a massive problem beginning to form

Might Not Be Happening (spoiler below)

So, Millie's pregnant! And I see a lot of people super excited to see their baby. Which is great... if they end up being born. Which honestly, I'm not sure it will.

See, I think Millie's anxiety at the end isn't just the usual expectant parent jitters. I think when she told Sallie May she didn't know what to do, she was genuinely thinking she might need to terminate. Because as much as she loves Moxxie and would love to start a family (maybe but I'll touch on that in a moment), she also loves being an assassin.

Which is a job that requires constantly putting herself in danger and in high-stress situations. It isn't the kind of job she could do while pregnant, which if they carry as long as humans would put her out of commission for nine months.

Which would also mean she isn't bringing in her part of the income, which depending on their living situation they might need (especially since they lost out on a month's pay when Blitz lost it)

And even afterwards, it's certainly not a job she could take a child with if they can't find someone to watch the baby. And childcare costs a lot of money, both with and without daycare included. Again, their living situation might mean they can't afford a child.

This is all also assuming she even wants to be a mother. She might be happy being child free and her big concern right now is that she thinks Moxxie would want to keep the baby and their desires will clash.

Maybe she's afraid of hurting Moxxie's feelings if she doesn't want a child. It's possible they have never even had this discussion before, which is a whole other can of worms.

All of this is to say, there are many reasons why the M&M baby might not happen. It'll be neat if they decide to make it work, but I'm not gonna anticipate a child until we get season three and hear more of Millie's thoughts on the matter.

I am calling it now, Stolas is recovering his power waaaay before the 100 years, and it going to go with a bang. Like all hope is lost they are in a critical situation and then BANG!!! POWERS, LEGIONS, MAGIC EVERYTHING COMES BACK. Oh and that's going to be spectacular

Blitz communicating with one of his loved ones (Fizz) and sorta reconciling with them has probably opened up a world of possibilities for him tbh. Maybe going forward, opening up to people like Stolas won't seem as scary.

There seems to be a scene where Blitzø gets possessed, maybe this will be what's going on in his head during/just before that.

Whatever possesses him will break his spirit by making him believe he makes everyone's lives worse, perhaps this is also when those flashes of Fizz getting hurt =>in the hospital => hating him are as well, as a "Look at what YOU did!" moment. Then they'll show him this hallucination of Millie being hurt+hating him as a sort of "It's only a matter of time before you ruin this relationship too."

I was invested with the idea of Stolas working for Blitz on a more level playing field after losing Octavia and his privilege.

I never would have imagined that Stolas would lose literally everything, including his powers.

Adding in his performance made him not only a noble outcast but a social outcast in every way.

It still shakes me to my fucking core that this happened while Blitz was celebrated as a hero and getting what he was working towards after so long.

I'm already imagining so many parallels to their season 1 dynamic in season 3, but the script flipped so utterly alongside character development.

Stolas tries to do sex with Blitz as payment for sheltering him, and Blitz does his best to assure Stolas it's not like that but also falls into a similar role with being the one in power while Stolas has nothing to give but himself. (Nepotism if/when Stolas works for him, potentially falling into classism stereotypes himself)

Stolas dealing with the racism and classism and everything he had always been shielded from up close and personal. I was already invested in this situation, but the drama of Stolas without his powers to protect himself and currently the lowest being in hell social wise... (shivers while grinning evilly) - On that note, Stolas is about to get his wish for Blitz being his bodyguard/knight in shining armor in the worst way possible. In a way where he feels utterly useless in being protected, but his own nature prevents him from fighting because of Actual Canon from The Lessar Key Of Solomon.

(Which already fits with what we've seen of Stolas' characterization in-series. He doesn't directly fight either: he intimidates, he shields, he parries, and he escapes.)

Stolas defintiely getting verbal abuse from the hellborn, including catcalls, getting called "pretty bird" and often insinuated to only to working for Blitz because he's hot. This wrecks his self-esteem even more. (Imagining Blitz calling him "pretty bird" affectionately only for Stolas to lash out lives in my head rent-free)

Why I want millie and loona to be the "losers" of season three.

We all know that blitz moxxie and stolas have all been through the wringer when it comes to their character development and I think that it would only be fair that as blitz, mox and stole complete their arcs the butt monkey statis moves away from them and onto the girls as they go through their arcs.

I'm not saying I want them reduced to helpless damsels in constant need of rescue but I would like to see them fail a bit more so we can see their more fallible sides.

People are already complaining that the i.m.p team need tougher oppents they can't easily beat and that millie and loona are underutilized so I think having them become the "weak links" in the i.m.p as their arcs go on will be fitting.

Like for example we could have millie getting increasingly upset at being left out and her pregnancy starts to throw off her fighting skills.

And we could have loonas lack of field experience cause her to make poor choices and as a result she gets her ass kicked.

Now with all this talk of butt monkey statis I think that contrary to what some might say I don't think moxxie needs anymore lessons for his arc I think he's gone through enough no what he needs is something where he gets to SHOW his development by doing something really cool and/or mature. I actually came up with an idea for a episode where moxxie and loona are stranded in the human world and loona is injured so she has to rely on moxxie for support and unlike in pervious episodes loona is actually the butt of the joke and moxxie is the smart and competent one.

The whole thing is about loona learning that it is ok to put your trust in people and you don't have to judge people based on superficial strength because moxxie has proven that his strength lies not in physical power but in being probably the best strategist i.m.p has the problem being that he is both often over cautious and can't get people to repect and listen to him like blitz can.

So the whole episode is mostly comedy at loonas expense with her constantly being comically injured and humiliated and her failed attempts at doing things herself undermine moxxies actual competence like for example loona tries to get some fresh venison from an overly disney like deer but it turns out to be a huge elk or moose and it's whole herd chases after her trampling moxxies freshly finished cabin. At one point she gets stuck in her feral from and perved on by a pack of feral wolves and is unable to escape until moxxie saves her and after hours of being unable to care for herself loona finaly admits defeat and accepts moxxies help bitterly.

Now right here moxxie has the opportunity to get her back for everything she has said and done to him and never let her live it down but here comes the big mature moment I was talking about. Instead of being petty and rubbing her nose in her failures he does the mature thing and actually starts to relate to her when it comes to his own experiences being the universes chew toy.

If there's one thing moxxie has learned by now it's that trying to make people feel lesser doesn't make you feel greater in the long run. Let's face it moxxie was kind of a negative Nelly when it came to his profession, he was always the first to try and put his boss down even when blitz did nothing to provoke him and we all saw the horror show of unhappy campers. So I feel that moxxie is in ironically a really good place to help loona with that.

Now we can't let moxxie have all the good moments can we? So let's talk about some opportunities to show off character development for my boy blitz.

The first one I had in mind was for him to actually have to try and help veroskia for whatever reason wether it's cause she needed rescue from the dhorks or some other villain, needed help dealing with glitz and glam or even because she discovered she had a half human son and needed parenting advice whatever the case I think it would be cool if just like moxxie can share his life lessons with loona blitz could help her understand that he knows better than anyone the danger of holding onto the past and refusing to forgive yourself better than him.

Another idea is him having a real father daughter moment with loona where she asks him why he hasn't thrown her out even after all she's done to him. And he answers that he loves her and when he saw just how miserable she was in that pound he saw himself and he wanted to be the good parent he never had.

Hell I just thought up a way for stolas to help millie! I mean yes stolas has only just begun his arc but I think he would know the dangers of keeping secrets from people considering how he lost his daughter for that very reason and plus I've heard that owls can tell when other animals are pregnant and for a double bonus blitz can return the favor by helping millie by pointing out that there was no way someone like moxxie would ever hate her for her desicon regarding the child I mean it's moxxie we are talking about here.

In short the point I am trying to make here is that this show often uses physical and emotional suffering as a way of bringing out character development and I think it's only fair that the female cast members get that treatment.

I think Via being in danger will be a S3 thing. Maybe the thread of the threat will start, but I really don't think the actual attempt to harm her will happen yet. There is a chance they think they're saving her in Sinsmas only to have her reject it.

I have a feeling she's going to be under her mom/uncle's clutches for the time being. Something will probably start making her reassess and want to get in touch with Stolas again - perhaps if they get too comfortable Stella will be open with her disdain for Stolas and let slip that she tried to have him killed, or something along those veins. I think it's when Via starts trying to pull away from them that Andrealphus will be willing to get rid of her before she comes of age. He's probably used Stella's marriage to a prince to his advantage, and he seems to be a big part enabling her behavior while running his own schemes. Influencing those around him when they're in a better position isn't new. It's when someone tries to break free of him, like Stolas did, that he feels his hand is forced.

And then I do think all cards of decency will be off the table.

Theory: Andrealphus will try to have Octavia killed.

Remember that Andrealphus got Stolas’ assets by acknowledging they rightfully belong to Octavia, but that he should hold onto them for now since a he’s not yet of age.

Considering Octavia is 17 as of the start of season 2, Andrealphus has less than a year with Stolas’ stuff before he’s legally obligated to give it all to her.

Unless… of course… something happened to Via…

I definitely wouldn’t put it past Andrealphus to arrange some sort of “accident” to ensure he’s the sole holder of Stolas’ assets for 100 years…

We know from the trailer that “Sinsmas” will involve Andrealphus attacking Blitzø and Stolas at his palace, and that Octavia will question Stolas as to whether he ever loved her.

At first glance, they’re probably sneaking into the palace so Stolas can get a chance to see Via again, buy what if they’re also there to protect her?

Because even when he’s lost everything, there’s no way Stolas will stand by if he believes Via’s life is in danger.
