Not sure if know this , but the original greek story is called “the rape of Persephone” and not only that, Hades is Persephone’s uncle.

In the first documented stories about hades kidnapping of persephone there was no rape involved. Hades asked persephones father zeus (she was his daughter with zeus sister demeter) for her hand in marriage and he agreed to it. Hades kidnapped her while she was picking flowers. In our modern time this sounds weird but back then, a man kidnapping the woman he desires was considered hightier romance. At first persephone wasnt very happy, but after a while she realized that hades gave her way more freedom then her mother who "locked her up" on a isolated island. And not only that, but after a while she startet to love hades back because he treated her as an equal and let her rule side by side with him over the underworld. In the original tales their relationship was healthy and hades truly loved her. They respected each other and saw each other as equal partners, two sides of the same coin: death and life/rebirth.

There are different kind of versions of the tale, just like there are different versions of modern fairy tales. People start to change storys over time, espicially storys that old. But in the first documented versions of hades and persephones story no rape was ever mentioned. Hades was a gentleman to her and she liked him. Thats also why in media there relationship is most of the time shown in a good light.

And yes, hades was persephones uncle, just like her parents were brother and sister, just like her father zeus was married with his other sister, just like zeus had many children with other goddesses, human woman and nymphs etc., her father who fell in love with HER, his own daughter, in an other story and did impregnat her againt her will. In other words zeus was the biggest man whore, cheater, rapist and creep in all of greek history, while hades was at least loyal to his wife and treated her with love! Greek mythology is full of incest and icky stuff. Hades and persephones marriage is nothing compared to all the other weird stuff going on between zeus and all his woman.

Although we know almost nothing about John's mom, I think it's safe to assume that John doesn't really know her. John once mentioned to Arlo that his dad is a cripple but Arlo clearly didn't believe him. Even Isen and Cecile assumed that John's parents are hightiers who probably gave up on him and dgaf about John. I wonder what the main casts + cecile's reaction to finding out John has a cripple dad and no mom, will be. I also wonder if the headmaster knows of Johns parental situation.

it really depends on what you want! I work through 2Dlive so I have to do a lot of fully defined layers worth of art to make a fluid 3D looking model, and depending on how much work you want put into it (alt outfits, extra expressions, how crazy detailed you want it) the arts likely going to be in the $80-100 range. once it's in program to start rigging and animating i charge hourly, so id say at my quickest the whole thing would cost around $300-400?

I'm always conflicted when I see stuff like "lowtier revolution," cause we've seen that ability scaling isnt linear, otherwise Johnny boi wouldn't be able to take down half a grade or the royals. From what I've seen, open revolt against the hierarchy would only result in a lot of dead lowtiers, both who actually fought and if the higher-ups get it into their head to "teach the others a lesson." It's not like our world where the oppressive monarchs still died to a gunshot. Ember cant get every hightier.

Ultimately I think we need more people like remi or even arlo. People who see being a high tier as a responsiblity-- arlo's been taught through everything possible that the hierarchy keeps peace; teach him it's his job to enforce a more egalitarian order and Bada Bing Bada Boom Equality Time Baybey. And do I really even need to elaborate on remi?

I feel like for a successful low tier revolution they’ll need the resources that the group targeting Sera has. Though they ended up messing twice, they had both Sera and John in danger multiple times. If they planned it out right, they’d be able to put down a good amount of high tiers.

Though in the end its true that the low tiers would get massacred in a straight fight, John vs New Bostin alone proves that. That’s probably why the targeting Sera group seem to be letting high tiers in their ranks, cause they’re the ones who do the most damage.

The world of UnO needs more people like Remi and Sera, people willing to give equal opportunities to everyone and help those who are struggling.
