This stone was discovered in 2015 on the south coast of Sussex, England. It contains the fossil remains of what appears to be a large fairy. Remarkably, the fossil reveals a complete skeleton with parts of its bones having been transformed into stone-like structures.

I'm honestly so thankful to historians and researchers are a thing because it kinda upsets me that so much shit has been lost or destroyed, this comes in terms of history, culture, mythology etc etc, like what do you mean Odysseus has a sister and there's barely anything about her besides being married to Eurylochus

So exactly how many people were dispossessed of their land and homes during the creation of the State of Israel? Do you actually know the numbers, rather than the false narrative from Arab Nationalists and Islamic Extremists? 7 border villages with a population totaling less than 2,000 were given the choice to move to locations outside of border areas, or to migrate to Arab nations. This took place after they violated non aggression pacts by attacking Jews. Of the 7 villages, 3 were allowed to return after Israel's High Court ruled in their favour, after the 1948 War. The claim that Jews ethnically cleansed Arabs is not only foolish propaganda, it is a lie. A blood libel. Stock Anti Semitism. Jews were ethnically cleansed in the 1948 War. Gush Etzion Bloc, Hebron District, was ethnically cleansed by Arabs in 1929 and again in 1936. After 1936, Jews were never allowed to return while Arabs controlled the city. Also Jerusalem's Old City and villages that today are merely neighbourhoods within Jerusalem, were cleansed 100% of Jews. Look everywhere. You will never find photos of Jews pointing guns at Arab civilians in 1948, nor any photos of Jews forcing Arabs to flee. Nor will you find third party observations of Jews doing such things. You can find photos and third party observations of Arabs doing those things to Jews ad nauseum. Take for example, Haifa District. With 240,000 Arabs, the second largest Arab population in Mandatory Palestine, the district was a key objective during the war. British CID Reports from the district during the war note how Arab leaders, the Arab Higher Executive, forced Arabs to flee by vowing to treat any who did not as collaborators, i.e. killing them as traitors. Reports state this took place before any Jewish paramilitaries had even entered the district, and that Arab leaders demanded the British provide them with a flotilla to ship the entire Arab population to Gaza or Lebanon. In other areas there were demands that the UN oversee a transfer of Arabs to either Egyptian-held or Jordanian-held territory. Take an Fallujah as an example. A large town of more than 3,500 Arabs located just north of the Negev. Of those 3,500, more than 2,700 moved to Gaza under UN supervision in convoys provided by the Egyptian Military. They all signed UN documents stating that this was entirely on their own volition. The remaining 800 or so were almost all combatants and they fled to Gaza before Jewish paramilitaries arrived. This too is in UN records as well as having been reported by various Western media outlets. Of course none of this had to happen. Had Arabs agreed to peacefully coexist side by side in their own nation everyone could have prospered. Instead they declared war and vowed to exterminate us. Funny how THAT is never mentioned by those lying about Jews ethnically cleansing Arabs.

Yesterday I learned that one of the members of the Donnor Party was named Charles Burger. No one ever talks about him though. I guess it's just bad taste.

Things fall apart, the centre cannot hold. It's supposed to be a controlled collapse and this is South Africa's version of it.
Infrastructure. That was and continues to be the biggest failure that South Africa's governments have ignored, current and previous, going all the way back to Rhodes and his chommies.

Berengaria of Navarre
Berengaria of Navarre (c. 1165–1170 – 23 December 1230) was Queen of England as the wife of Richard I of England. She was the eldest daughter of Sancho VI of Navarre and Sancha of Castile. Berengaria was married to Richard in an alliance intended to protect his southern frontiers while he was occupied on the Third Crusade.
Berengaria, Princess of Navarre: We've been blind. We were proud dearest when we took the cross in our pride, we fought to conquer Jerusalem. We tried to ride through blood to the Holy Place of God. And now... now we suffer.
Saladin, Sultan of Islam: The Holy City of Allah.
Berengaria, Princess of Navarre: What if we call him Allah or God? Shall men fight because they travel different roads to him? There is only one God.
