Make shelves for the front of the screen from leftover plywood... Apply veneer tape to the edges of the shelves, if desired. Stain or paint the shelves or cover them with fabric. Support the shelves on shelf brackets, use a level when you are mounting the brackets. Attach full-length mirrors to the end panels.

My friend randomly brought me this fat quarter of multicolored, gauzy, striped fabric, saying, "This reminded me of you and I'm sure you could make something with it!" It's since been in my fabric box, waiting for me to make something of it.
I have a friend who stores all her earrings on an embroidery hoop. I just went to an estate sale and got a $3 bin of notions, including an 8" hoop. It all came together: denim for sturdiness, gauze for beauty, and a hoop for tension.
Earrings are currently packed up, but they'll be going right on as soon as I'm in the new place!
