Swords were clashing against each other. There was a sound of thunder rolling in. After my sword clashed again against my Captains, the pressure we pushed off blew us back away from each other. We were training on the training grounds, and I had several cuts on my arm, not to fatal though. We were both trying to catch our breaths but I still had plenty more energy in me compared to him.

“You done yet babe? Because I sure ain’t!” I said charging towards him. He was trying to regain his balance and guarded my attack with his sword as soon as I went in for it. He tilted his head up some, with tired eyes. “Doll im tired, can we do this again another day? I’m wore out.” he sighed. More thunder started to roll its way in. “C’monnn just one more round!” I said, jumping back a few feet. Getting ready to charge towards him again. He didn’t say anything besides a “Fine. If that’s how you want to play it.” After my sword clashed against his one more time, he knocked the sword out of my hand with his own. Rain was starting to pour down now.

I looked at the sword that was flying through the air, landing on the ground with the blade in the dirt, and the hilt pointed towards the dark clouds. I turned my eyes back around to to face him and he was inches apart from me. “(y/n)… dear, why do yer continuously do this to me? You don’t ever listen to whenever I tell you something anymore.” he placed his zanpakto back into its sheath, he grabbed ahold of my wrist and pulled me closer to where his lips where beside my ear.

“Am i gonna have to put yer in your place?”he almost had a whisper tone. A knot formed in my throat, but i still had the confidence to bark back at him. This is the first time he’s ever said anything like that to me, “Or what? What are you gonna do? Oh so Captain Hirako?” I mocked him, he grabbed my wrist and dragged me to one of the empty barracks. He shut the door behind us, and backed me against the wall. Pinning me on both sides, no room for escape.

He placed a hand under my chin, leaning in close to my ear once again. “What was that again yer brat?” my breath hitched, not being able to build up the courage this time, but instead, left with a heart about to burst out of my chest and sweaty palms.

“I… it’s nothing, sir.” he grinned like an asshole, finally, putting me in my place. “Good girl.” he leaned in and kissed me on my lips softly. After we parted it, he patted me on the head gently and took a hold of my hand. “So what do yer want for lunch?”

man im not looking forward to my ct scan next week. i went to the doctors abt my vertigo and did sum simple tests in the office that i did completely fine on. vertigo is a very rare symptom of 2 of my meds. since it Is so rare, my doctor decided to order a ct just in case we're missing anything cause theres a shitton of very bad things that could be going on. lets just hope its one of my meds 🤞🏻

10 am: BIIIIIIIITCH I JUST HAD AN OFFICIAL WEIGH IN AND IM 249.4!!!!!! which means in only 1 week i’ve lost 4.4 lbs!!!!! i’m so happy 😭 i feel like i might reach my first gw by early september!

i can’t wait to measure myself on the 25th and see if there are any changes<3

6 pm: i started a cute weight loss tracker eeee. also i had a good psychiatry appt today and guess who has adhd lmaoooo 🤪

for breakfast i had my pb&j oatmeal recipe and it was so freaking gooood and under 300 cal too. usually i hate sugar replacements but i actually didnt hate the stevia i put in it.

for lunch i had a sandwich 🥪 with pretzel bread 🥨.

i think my partner and i are having baked chicken tonight, so pretty okay day cal wise, i’ll probably have eaten 1000 by the end of the night.

11 pm: sighhhhh i have an afterwork headache from not eating enough. hopefully dinner and a powerade zero will help.
