Actually, XBC3 Future Redeemed Spoilers Under here to do with something noted in one of the last cutscenes/people's misinterpretations

I think the big beef about why the Pneuma/Logos cores still being around/semi-sentient enough to "help out" is a lot because it wasn't explained, but I think a lot of people are missing a few points.

Obvs bc of my brand I gotta come in and defend Logos against the Moebius allegations before I get into everything else, but a big argument about how he and Pneuma being even remotely present "just perpetuates the xenoblade 2 feud" actually misses something mentioned. Whether Logos inhabits N's Sword or his Sword's sheath specifically, I think we are forgetting:

Z actually has no clue where it came from.

If it were to be moebius specific, he would know about it and how it came to be and so on and so forth. But he doesn't. He actively comments on how it's weird that N has it and wonders How He Got Ahold Of It. But he also Acknowledges Who/What It Is with his comment on Origin being home to "those who are as gods" in reference to the sword. Again, if it were a Moebius product, Z would know about it and how it got into people's hands. Even in the main game when Noah manifests it, X is irritated with both him AND N because the sword's existence is an inconvenience to every Moebius worth their salt.

Obviously that doesn't explain jack shit about HOW it happened. But Somehow N is running amok with the "Sword of the End" aka the Endbringer himself doctor sex (Malos/Logos), and Z is not exactly pleased but mot exactly troubled by it because it isn't actively bothering him yet. How did it come to be? Is it tied to the sword or the sheath considering N was toting around a Lucky Seven of his own prior to the Agnus Castle incident? who knows. My personal theory is that the same thing happened to Logos that happened to what i THINK happened with Pneuma.

The situation with Pneuma is...a bit more complicated, because of the ending of xenoblade 2, moreso than with Logos. We would presume both Pneuma and Malos were destroyed, but that wouldn't explain Mythra and Pyra's existence beyond that point. This goes more into what little we know about blade anatomy and how the Trinity Processor Cores of Logos and Pneuma interface with them. Seeing as they intake data, record it, and output it, it's very likely that Pneuma did a bit of a black box when handing Pyra and Mythra off to Rex. She took them, their essence, and just kinda yote it into their own vessels. Like a backup. They probably no longer had the ability of an Aegis, and I doubt they were more flesh- or blade-eater than they were mortal. That in and of itself doesn't get explained much, but I'm inclined to think the Pyra and Mythra that stay behind lived normal human lifespans.

I dont know what happened to Pyra and Mythra, but I do think that Pneuma was at least partially damaged. The aegis cores aka the Trinity Processor don't exactly respond to things the same way the average blade does. It's possible that while damaged, at least Pneuma was more intact than Logos was after XBC2.

I assume what happened is they were procured by someone (likely Nia) and kept safe as weaponry, because there's no way either of them would be fully functional as Trinity Processor cores (think: youve got 3 flash drives but only 1 of them is being recognized ik this analogy sucks its the best i got rn). Thats part of why Ontos goes apeshit and reverts to Alpha, after all.

Ontos has to do all of the problemsolving and decisionmaking that Pneuma and Logos did originally. The Alpha we meet is probably the aspect of Ontos specifically responsible for the creation of the separate worlds in the first place.

BUT, Back on the topic of the two other Processors and WTF is up with them. I dont think either of them were fully destroyed, it's likely they just returned to dormant states with no extant "avatars." So they couldn't just pop out of their cores and wander about and probably still even now can't yet, but they are probably still sentient and conscious, intaking info about the world. It's also shown they CAN heal each other, it's possible that if given enough time in Origin (considering it's an extension of Ontos) they'd just finish healing themselves and beat Ontos' ass as is their preordained purpose. But Again, given that Malos/Logos talked to Pneuma at the end of XBC2, I can only assume they're primarily non-functional and just kinda. sitting around for a bit inside their funny computer homes.

We know Lucky Seven is a Melia/Riki construct specifically and thats it's own can of worms, but I like to think Logos allied himself with N/Noah because he knew exactly what their end goal was but thats bc im a Malos Good Ending Truther. I originally personally thought that perhaps Noah's sheath/glove was Pneuma's doing, and the Sword of Origin was primarily Logos (and was just being held back by Noah's refusal to hurt people), but I'm hearing a lot about Pneuma being responsible for maintaining the Ouroboros stones, so if that's the case she's the one in charge of maintaining that power and the gauntlet is just Rule of Cool, and Origin metal is just something they can interface with because it's an extension of Ontos (currently by A/Alvis depending on the chosen gender presentation of the day, with Shulk and Rex taking the place of the other two Processors for a while to help out).

Although...Even though Lucky Seven and Ouroboros and such are metaphysical concepts given form, I'm inclined to just say outright that the sword itself is Logos simply bc it does monado arts oooo spooky.

But yeah. TLDR: Logos isnt allied with the Moebius he is strictly tied to N/Noah (although whether he's lucky seven or SPECIFICALLY the Origin Blade/When it Does Monado Shit) Pneuma is tied to either Noah's gauntlets or the ouroboros stones as a whole (although I believe the former rather than the latter bc its cooler imo), and they're used not only to beat Alpha back into place as Was Their Job in the DLC, but their job is to help finish up what Rex Shulk and co. started in making sure the worlds reunite. Also Noah is in for a rude awakening when he meets the inlaws and Mythra and Malos obliterate him for launching them into the ocean ok bye

You mentioned in one of the asks that some countries are like a prototype/based of our existing countries, like Germany=Mondstadt, Liyue=China, Inzauma=Japan....

So even though the language is more or less identical for you to make heads and tails in a conversation or writing in a book, the reverse side does not.

Creator!Reader who knows a couple of languages (plus points if they're atleast fluent or have a understanding of it despite not being able to speak said language) and being born from a country that doesnt have the same language as the countries Teyvat based off. Basically Spanish, Italian, Filipino, Scandinavian languages that also have their own way of writing.

Imagine feeling homesick and the only thing that keeps you occupied is the notebook and pen you have while the others converse in a meeting or in a hangout. You started writing in your tongue and re-reading it to relive memories.

Zhongli, AlHaitham, Albedo, Jean, maybe the Berry bros too (Diluc & Kaeya) get curious only to have a double-take and immediately thinks that maybe there is a forgotten land in Teyvat that has this language, I mean Morax stayed faithful to Liyue and Barbatos blessed his country with abundance of supplies and freedom. Teyvat gods and archons played favourites, so why wouldn't you as well? (Bonus: Khaenriah flashbacks) (also I know these arent enough characters but how should I know? I only have a handful of them and I ran out of Primos😭

The people from Akademiya though? I mean they went hard on theorizing and picking apart the language of their creator. Have you seen Matpat's descent to insanity the more FNAF continues to push out LoRe? Thats basically them because Teyvat doesn't have a country based on Creator's birth country. They're grasping nothing but air and dead ends and the only lead they have is you, but couldnt ask because you look so down and they cant bear to see Creator sad....

(the Sun-Harra combo tastes like mango, a sort of deeper taste of pineapple/kiwi and a sort of light orange taste? all with the nice addition of chile flavors, the Lavender melons and Wolfhooks helped imitate chamoy enough that your heart was satisfied)

…you realize you’ve just been talking about the last meal you had with your family/friends instead of the food after a bit, and Zhongli hasn’t said anything…

you trail off and look back over your shoulder (u were practically about to get your shirt in the imitation guac u were leaning so far over the table to point and talk)

you’re about to sheepishly apologize for taking over the conversation, and ask if he wants to try anything (Zhongli can handle spice so u dont have to worry abt that at least)

but as u finally see his face, u just stop, and dont end up saying anything

He’s just, looking at you.

his smile's not huge, but big enough to make his eyes look happy, and Zhongli’s just… looking at you.

You can’t describe the look he’s giving you, but you suddenly feel… a wave of shyness wash over your heart in your chest, because he’s looking almost like, maybe like, he’s sort of, waiting for you to keep talking, his tan skin warm in the golden rays of the sun beginning to set, you don’t know why you’re noticing any of these things, and he gently, slowly, makes a move to lean into your space a little

almost above your armrest, head inches from your shoulder, he finally moves to stop looking at you-

He looks like a painting as he looks down, his eyelashes almost sitting on his high cheekbones,

you have to move your head to looking at the table too as he moved so close,

you feel your shoulders reflexitively hitch upwards as you brushed the hair on the side of his head as you turned away

He looks around, and then moves his head, not his body, he’s still leaning toward you, to look you right in the eyes again

I (and my husband) am ex mormon. Its a weird thing. Look into it if you havent recently. Realllllyyyy look into. Takes time to figure it all out in this fuckin fucked up world.

I just moved a year ago. Didnt watch the US stock market as much as I normally do. Had my first snowstorm 10 weeks ago, that was.. fun to handle while ill prepared. About 6 weeks ago I was hopping back on the market and notice its a huge tech bubble about to pop and all the conditions Ive been warned about my whole career imply this is not good. Just took a little more thinking & digging and I'm a little too confident to stop talking about it now.

First of all-- the exact timeline of an "economic shock" is literal insanity. Dont worry about the exact timing of any of this-- just know its doomed to happen soon.

Here are some effects I predict of this upcoming economic downturn

This concise list is mainly for my own reference, but it would be great to add to it if any one has something to add!

0.5. US Stock market collapse-- I have no desire to try and predict this one exactly. Too many conspiracies are actually correct about this big guy. Lets just say 7 US Tech stocks are worth 25% of the entire worlds market, roughly. "Too big to fail"-- I believe is the phrase

1. Corporate (slightly later will be residential by extension) real estate crisis: currently way too overvalued. Most of the houses, land, & urban corporate property we see could stand to decrease by about 60-90% from its current price.

2. Bankruptcy crisis: similar to the after-effects of the 70s inflation-- we can expect to see a huge wave of bankruptcies affecting a variety of business: from the micro-self employed; to the small business with leased buildings; to the largest corporations who commit massive accounting fraud & hope to escape accountability in time

3. Bank runs-- there is an extremely high overreliance on the Federal Reserve, who does not have good control over this situation. Once it becomes clear that there is a crisis (we call this a catalyst event)-- bank runs for physical cash are a surety. Hard to say how long a crisis like this might last. I should ask my siblings who lived near the SVB bank crisis hotspot (but those were rich fucks they do their "bank runs" over the phone)

3.5. Global currency collapse, which takes effect in every single local, state, & national economy at slightly different times. This means prices lower. Much lower. But takes time

4. Whatever the fuck the geopolitics is gonna do???. Its weird. You got Russia wanting to invade Europe? (Look at global economic forum 2024) Trump wants to let them. Biden wants to be an establishment corporate ass. North Korea has changed its #1 public enemy to South Korea (dont remember my source but it was a couple months ago). USA is stationing more troops in Taiwan, but probably only because of semiconductor technology?

The scope of our global financial woes are larger than can be explained in any of our lifetimes. Its much, much closer to pre-revolution France or the late 1920s. Big change is coming. Itll be soon

So where to start? Lets see....well for one pondy isn't what they seam,there not a gummy dinosour like the ones we've seen before! They are actualy inspierd by the forget-me-not [or fmn if i ever refer to it again] flower! The name was changed in traslación for what ive heard leading too pond dino to be what we know them as!

Pond dino is also one of the few cookies with the slit eye design! While not exclusive to dragons this trait is ussualy shared among them excluding lychee [wich May play into there potencialy sucubus inspierd design, next ri might be on em ectualy]

wich further reinforces there relevance to the dragon story! And longan there self says that pondy is the only foil to there plan,more on that laiter.[side note: not all slit eye or slit like eye cookies are in the image showned]

Another thing worth of note is pondy's shape and body design, as a New born baby dino it makes sense there small stubby and chubby,but a weird thing is that they where born with not only super long "hair" that seams too twist rather then sway as well as a flower that-

and finnaly in terms of the design we have pondys color palet! Its quite simple being made out of the face tone, primeraly 2 to 3 shades of blue, some cream yellows for the eyes,flower,and tummy, as well as white for extra detail and purple for the eyes,2th layer of the flower and.....segmentación on the chest?? Im not gonna try to understand why a nonbinary they/its new born lizard that already looks quite femenet needed boob segmentación on there upper body so lets just move on.

As ive not seen the hold story i won't be able to talk much about the lore but looks like there isn't much to cover? They where born from an egg that showed up in a place where "ancient magic once held sway" if i had to guess the lotus palace or the lotus lake its self as it did have quite the amount of magical things besides lotus there self, such as lesser dragons wich while not new as we've seen them all over the place, the little elfs that worked for lotus alongside the hydrangean cookies, and that time longan sent there despicable me looking eye balls there so yeah theres a lot of magic.

And if you remember i did say i was gonna talk about longans "the only foil to my plan" line earlier so lets start with this final segment!, i belive what this line refers to is that there atempts at destroying cookie kind might not be that eficient if life [aka pond] can still emerge from it, they sunk an entierd palace and possibly flooded a hold island and jet a cookie was borned from this destrucción, longan seams to know what this implies as while still a baby pond thretends there hold plan just by existing somhow, maybe will see somthing simmilar to pond in the future, eather other babys from the ananas and pitaya islands [maybe lychee as well idk how bad there island is as the longan break out starts deep below the surface], some kind of figure or presence in history, or maybe a New legend? Who knows!

playing desolation, and by the time I post this I will have Caught up to Desolation! This is my own opinion and review on the game! For the record I've only played Rejuv and now Desolation of the entire series. In terms of pokemon fangames i have played ep 1 of Flux , Gaia, and Unbound. Disclaimer and TLDR: the game is Very good as I expected I had fun :] . The devs worked their ass off and the fact this game is free and has this much shown effort is so awesome. when ep 7 comes out i Will be reviewing once again. It wont be for more than a year though given the recent dev update. either way!

Pros:

I love the spritework sort of thing for the dialogue, when important characters come on. It's very pretty!

the credits system is gen p interesting. motivator for getting exclusive pokemon and items and even the capsules + mints, which imo is much better than the AP system that was in rejuv. its more easier to achieve and more incentive.

also HELL YEAH sidequests! I loved the tidbits of main lore u get from certain ones, and certain choices. Inch resting!

The difficulty still makes me work Hard to think but doesn't kill me with a bajillion reset and planning so that's all fair and good 👍 the only one I had to rlly drive home for was Jarred. Jesus fucking Christ. i had valerie flashbacks from rejuv but its worse cause it was a DOUBLE BATTLE.

the SPARKLES. lifesaver for me who loves the shiny sprite reworks in this game. i have a beautiful shiny greninja, umbreon, hydreigon, and vikavolt. Vikavolt is my favorite shiny i love whoever reworked that. Jade is so so pretty :]

the music is KILLER. Vs Shiv and Vs Nova is Good. Very Good. honestly the ost choices here rock. one of the best ost selections i enjoyed it very much.

interesting story! I can sort of peel bits of it off and it'll probably come back later to haunt me. Act 3 REALLY ramps up stuff so it did sweep a good amount of confusion I’ve had since the beginning. Act 3 was great. I miss Tristan. Nova's character is Great when it reaches a certain plot point.

I love the rangers bases, and the sidequest lore does build up nicely on the side. its starting to interfere with the main story too which hmmmmmmm hm hm hm. i will wonder about that.

Criticisms/ personal nitpicks:

i mentioned this above but i wish the ui for sidequests was a bit more clear. Like location wise, where to go, and all that. Icons above characters would rlly help me distinguish things.also PLEASE add flashing settings and shaking sets automatically to the options board pls pls pls.

I hope there will be more featured fields in the future. I did mention this was the more lax difficulty ive been through involving fields, and i watched playthroughs of reborn and played rejuv myself. (idk if theres more games with the field system but do let me know its literally one of my fav things). Like it went from oh God to oh ok to hmm to Oh God like a cycle. Though I think that’s just on my team balancing rlly

Please..... more TM versatility. While it does allow me to get creative with my team choices, it also limits what I can actually do. My TM pool is so low and i want to get creative so bad :']]]. The TM shop at Sunshell was a huge improvement though. very stingy though at lvl 65-70s though.

i Do Not like the maps for specifically silver forest and blackview. Its either very cluttering and makes me walk in Direct Circles, or leaves me very lost when im searching for a specific area. I do get the "open area" aspect of Silver mountain though, and it was easier once I got all the bridges down but still yk? but i literally couldn't find the move relearner Anywhere in blackview. it took me forever.

I wish i had more time to spend with some of the characters (Scarlett particularly) so i could rlly grow attached. I do understand that these are mostly main plot points blasting off from each other, but i just wish I could have had more interactions with the characters? More funny dialogue, more MC options to talk and affect relationship values, yk? I do anticipate an arc for a particular someone coming up though. so we'll see. the plot did do a rlly good job at the ceilia leaders though I adore All of them.

some of the language i winced at. idk if its just me so ill leave this one in the air. i dont know how to feel because im muddled.

In a way, because the plot blasts off one another, the room for me to acknowledge the changes in characters or their relationship between each other was a bit small. Like Connor and Scarlett, I think I only got like two cutscenes or tidbits of their entire growing friendship, so it didn't rlly hit me when The Scene Happened. Either way I do like themboth thumbs up.

SPOILERS THOUGHTS DO NOT READ IF U HAVENT PLAYED OR DO NOT WANT TO KNOW:

I ADORE Cecilia’s leaders. I’ve seen complaints how we seem to be Stuck There for some time and. Yeah I can sorta agree with that. Despite being Rlly Huge it also makes me Yearn for the Routes yk? either I love them all I Adore them dearly. Garrett is my favorite he got to me. Reeve and Rosetta and Aaron are all so very charming in their dynamics and gym leader squabbles.

Waldenhall is a Great Character in his introduction holy shit what an impact this guy had. also artem's sprite made me laugh so hard because their (idk their gender) portrait is just staring straight at the camera whats up w that.

Conclusion:

Should you play this game? YES. its quality is amazing, the artwork is insane, the gameplay is so good for pokemon fans who enjoy a good challenge, and want to get into some existential crises. In general, this series is So Far the easiest in the reborn deso rejuv trio. but it doesn't by far make it bad, or a cakewalk for players. Have a good ol time with it. My criticisms are my own nitpicks, but i rlly admire how much effort devs put into their fangames, by semblance of story, custom art, custom maps, etc. appreciate them lots and lots more. This game in particular weighs your choices a lot more, so you rlly have to snoop around for a particular result that you want. all in all lots of good fun!

its a fucking masterpiece. that ending. Its all wrapped up in a nice and pretty bow and im so happy and im actually crying its precious to me like how gravity falls was, and amphibia (i admit im not the biggest fan of amphibia, with as fear of bugs and also holy shit thats a lot of 'filler' thats technically not filler because they DID have to wait like months to be able to venture outside but eHHH) gravity falls and its entirety was precious and nothing can match watching it for the first time amphibia was pretty and quirky with characters i genuinely cared about and the world building was cool and the owl house is a whole... IT HAD GAY, it had magic, it hAD BOOKS, it had so much stuff that i really liked and im so happy about it. and all of their endings made me cry and im still crying shut up oh my god and i didnt watch the episode like yesterday because i forgot and got distracted (haha sorry) and i want to make something to never forget but i already have the amity necklace, the season 1 poster (because season 2 had sold out by the time i checked sob, huNTeRRR) AghH but its in a pretty bow now and i have nothing to write about it. the perfect show honestly has to be the one that there's nothing that you can add to it because its perfect.

What are your thoughts on the Tommy- Ellie relationship in the series

Because I was expecting for them to get closer and have Tommy teacher her how to use a rifle insided of Joel

Idk I was a little disappointed

i really appreciated the subtle (and not so subtle) ways that joel&tommy's relationship was adapted differently! in the game, they get into a big argument ( the 'JESUS, BUOAH!' clip) about joel's expectation for tommy to take ellie off of his hands. and tommy straight up tells joel he is too busy establishing the Jackson commune that he cannot afford to take ellie, ESPECIALLY given their pasts together. there's a lot of tension between the two in the game, and i think they adapted that aspect of their relationship really well.

In the series, this same conflict is just as confrontational as the game, but less aggressive and accusatory. tommy obviously still cares for joel which is evidenced by his willingness to fulfill joel's duty of taking ellie to marlene and the fireflies. I much prefer the adaptations approach to Joel asking Tommy to take Ellie-- its a lot more human and easy to sympathize with whereas game joel feels almost entitled, and like this strong & stoic white dude archetype that is common for video game protagonists. Tommy's relationship to ellie is just a result of his relationship with joel.

i think the change of tommy now being a father in the show does add a new layer to his future relationship with ellie. there's never a possibility for tommy to have any real dynamic with ellie in part 1 of the game, but with this change in the show it makes me wonder what wouldve happened if tommy ended up taking ellie to the fireflies in this adaptation.. would he make the same choices joel did now that he's a father ? would joel sit around for another 20 years having contempt for life and pushing away any form of emotional vulnerability like he does before he's tasked with delivering ellie to marlene ?

in part two, theres a lot more room for tommy and ellie to actually have a real relationship! they interact with each other a lot more, so im wondering how season two will deviate from the game with this new development of tommy being a father :3

sorry i hope this makes sense. if it doesnt basically my point is that if you're willing to watch gameplay of part two, the tommy-ellie dynamic is explored a little more! i think i may be going insane

this is going to be an off-the-cuff, kind of rambley and ranty post that i might regret posting in a day or two, sorry, but also its a minecraft rant so i guess who really cares but.

its already a massive pet peeve of mine that people have been spouting "nothing update" "lazy dev" jokes for basically every update since 1.16, just flat out downplaying or ignoring half of the update in question and instead judging it based off a surface level face value image that only takes the physical features like blocks, and throws the technical and functional side of things to the side. (not giving names cuz its not actually their fault and even if my blogs small i dont want to risk spreading harassment)

minecraft and mojang can definitely be criticized, to be clear, neither are perfect, but it annoys me that these people present it like they arent even criticizing the game, theyre just upset that an updates small. thats it.

but its even worse imo that april fools happens to be a joke snapshot and it suddenly erupts even more

"LOOK SEE THEY CAN ADD ALL THIS BUT THEY CHOOSE TO DO NOTHING" where is this nothing. is it behind the new gimmicky weapon everyone seemed to love for being new, unique, and powerful? is it next to the new structure with 2 new hostile mobs and a rework to bad omen that opens the doors to a lot of interesting events in the future? maybe its buried underneath the technical features we've gotten that change everything for datapacks and map makers? cuz none of that sounds like nothing.

and thats not even mentioning that not only do the april fools snapshots have absolutely zero quality control which is how theyre able to dump it out with so much so fast, but ALSO not every april fools joke is a snapshot. this years was but in other years theyve done screensavers, lit the launcher on fire...

i dunno im just really sick of seeing the whole "haha minecraft bad lol they cant even wedge 3 mobs into the update" (which is a different rant for a different time) sorts of nothing jokes for the 400 millionth time. everytime i see it im genuinely "find some new material, actually criticize the game beyond demanding EVERY update try to be the scale of minecons version of 1.17, or just leave and play games you actually enjoy"

1.15 happened and nobody batted an eye, which really makes you think honestly. just saying. i loved 1.16 and still do but some people really just want that to be the standard, especially after 1.17 minecon, despite both of those updates being a bit bad on the devs by the end from my understanding. theres a reason caves and cliffs was split into 4 smaller updates and i genuinely think we got way better updates as a result. i do hope we get another big update but id rather have 5 smaller updates than them trying to cram 5 large ones back to back

Judgeball: Lethal Arena

I had the oportunity to get a key from #keymailer for Judgeball: Lethal Arena a like softball action multiplayer game from the developer Wild Bishop.

The game is in early stage so not allot of content yet, first check out my play of the game.

When you start the game you get where i start in video, no explaination or anything (later i found out you get dropped in the tutorial that i did at a later time).

If you finally get where you want you can do like me solo where you play against bots easy,normal or hard, i did 2 times easy (after that i played 1 match online that took awhile too find players) but because it is human players you have to bypass your strategie to actually win.

The music is good but sadly only 3 avaible match,menu,start (hope they put more in the future)

Theres only one map avaible and hope they will add more in the future

The characters are a couple as you saw but not all playable at the moment, every character has there own strength and special powers and that is actually a good additon.

There is one thing that in my opinion could change, the runing is with a energy bar you can get more if you take the energy icon on the floor, but i think fits beter for your specials and leave runing like normal open.

With a little more content and more players online i think it does have potential so maybe with more updates i might try it again, for now if you can get a key to try it i would take it.
