╳▐▓▒░ « ♠ ᴛʜᴏꜱᴇ ᴄᴜɴɴɪɴɢ ғᴏʟᴋ. » alright. i went and wrote up an actual thing for hp verse because you guys have got all these IDEAS floating around in my head --

     if you are a member of the gavin family & receive a certain letter when you are eleven years old, you are bought a blue-and-bronze scarf on the same day you’re handed your wand. since time immemorial, gavins have been sorted into RAVENCLAW ; kristoph’s parents were both ravenclaws, and so were their parents before them, and so were their parents before them, and so were their parents before them . . . it’s -- rather expected, at this point. quiet, bookish kristoph isn’t exactly expected to break the pattern ; from the moment he could read, he’s spent most of his time seeking knowledge, to the point that he really doesn’t have anyone he could even call a friend. not even his toddler brother, whom he mostly ignores. he’s a shoo-in for the house of wit & wisdom if his family ever saw one. there’s not even a peep of concern that the age-old tradition might be broken -- it’s unimaginable. 

     well, until kristoph touches the sorting hat. he doesn’t even have time to put it on -- a single tap, and it declares him a SLYTHERIN without a moment’s hesitation. because, while kristoph gavin may value knowledge, even at eleven, his defining traits are AMBITION & CUNNING. the hat knows instantly where he belongs. he’s somewhat hesitant at first, having been told all his life that ravenclaw would be the house for him, but he finds that he settles into slytherin perfectly well. it’s the first place to nurture his great ambition, and give him a direction in which to point it -- he gets his eye on the ministry of magic, and never takes it off. he’s now a bit of a black sheep as far as the family is concerned, but for the first time in his life, he has a purpose & a path, and he has no plans to let it go. 

     if you’re looking for him, you’ll catch him holed up in the library for days, studying in the slytherin common room, and wandering the castle in search of his professors so he can ask more questions about the lesson. ( what a teacher’s pet, huh ? ) 

     alright, after this, there are about two ways this thing can go : 

     first, the good timeline. otherwise known as ‘ kristoph makes a few friends while he’s still a schoolboy, and they keep him from progressing from regular jerk to murder-happy jerk. ’ this starts off with kristoph being paired with maya fey ( @kurainburdened ! ) for a class project ; he’s unhappy about it at first, but they find they actually make a good project-completion team -- they’re both smart, and willing to bend the rules a little to make the best project they can. maya, however, realizes while she’s working with him that he has no friends whatsoever & spends all of his time studying, and immediately decides she needs to rectify this situation. cue her dragging a confused kristoph headfirst into being a little nicer. ( and convincing him just to play a prank on nick when he gets picked over kristoph for special lessons, rather than coming up with an elaborate plot to get him expelled. really, kris, that’s just not necessary ! ) he goes on to be -- well, a bit of a pretentious jerk, but at least not a pretentious jerk who kills people. if you can put up with edgeworth, you can put up with him. catch him climbing his way through the ranks of the ministry of magic. ( and being scolded by his friends when he threatens to use the unforgivable curses to get ahead. ) 

     next, the bad timeline. in which kristoph continues on as he is. he doesn’t make a single friend -- not even his brother, when he eventually comes to school -- and simply continues to study & study, without ever letting anyone else into his life. he retreats further into himself, and further into convincing himself that he’s a flawless human being, and further into deciding that he should have whatever he wants, whenever he wants it. which is why, when he’s told there are three curses he is forbidden from performing, he immediately makes it his business to learn them. imperio in particular seems like it might be of use . . . ( i haven’t really plotted anything for this timeline, yet, but -- let’s just say that klavier may have some horcrux-destroying to do in his future. ) 

     also : according to the pottermore quizzes, his wand core would be phoenix ( how ironic ! ) and his patronus would be a hippogriff. bonus info !

ALRIGHT EVERYONE CAUGHT THE HP AU BUG SOO

Maya Fey is the daughter of the prestigious Fey Clan. Her hp and aa verse are very much the same. In this verse, the Feys are the inheritors of a very special power that only they possess. The power to channel the dead. Because of this a lot of expectations are placed on Maya when shes sent of to hogwarts, to excell. Basically the AA verse. Mia is dead in the verse too, killed for the same reasons, once again Maya is framed for the murder but is acquitted due to a lawyer, just not Nick. 

Everyone expects little miss mischievous to get into slytherin and throws EVERYONE for a loop when she makes it into gryffindor. 

In her house Maya for the most part gets strange looks and annoyed sighs at her antics. No one really appreciates her practical jokes or the way she tries to get around things instead of working for them. Unlike the weasly twins she doesnt exactly have the wit or charm to get herself out of trouble. She doesn’t really have a general appeal. No one really understands how she got into gryffindor in the first place. Honestly even she feels like it was a mistake because she feels so isolated. 

At home shes surrounded by angry or jealous cousins who are forced to give her special treatment. Hogwarts isn’t much better. She finds her only friend being Phoenix, one of the few boys who is willing to put up with her antics. Though it might have something to do with the fact that Maya refuses to leave him alone and constantly is attempting to take care of him in spite of the fact that he’s older than her. After all, now that his tutor, and her sister, Mia is dead, someone has to take care of the guy. 

Along the way she befriends Kristoph during a partner project. He’s a bit of a bookworm and kind of snooty. Ok, really snooty. Still, he grows on her, unlike most people she’s around he actually has a bit of a shifty side, he likes going that extra mile to do what has to be done. He likes geting into mischief. It’s fun. That is until he tries mind controlling others over small mishaps. Luckily for him and, the rest of the unwitting world, Maya is someone who takes it upon herself to take care of any of her friends no matter what. And she works tirelessly to try and teach him how to function like a normal human being  Maya stops Vo/demort 2.0 from being formed with pluck and a spray bottle.

Ace Attorney RPG Boss 1: Kristoph Gavin

Brief Summary of Plot:

Apollo and Trucy were at the Wright Anything Guild, when Phoenix drops by with a high level quest. Apollo is confused because he already passed by the quest board, but didn’t see this quest on it. Phoenix tells him not to worry about it. The quest says that a local villager was hearing noises coming from the northern caverns, and they want it checked out by an adventurer. Apollo is suspicious why it is so high leveled, but also so straightforward. But Trucy tells him it’s probably just an exaggeration. So they head out through the forest to reach the cavern, battling a few monsters along the way. They reach the cavern, and hear the sound of explosions and drilling happening inside. They venture into the cavern, fighting monsters along the way. The reach the end, and find a bunch of monsters with heavy machinery and drills on their arms, drilling into the walls and excavating small, purple crystals. Then, at the end of the cavern, they see a shadowy figure...

Apollo: What... what’s happening here?

Trucy: It looks like they’re excavating some sort of crystal!

Apollo: *sees cart full of crystals* A lot of them, it looks like.

Trucy: Do you know what they’re for?

Apollo: Not exactly, but judging from the color... those are Dark Crystals.

Trucy: Dark Crystals?

Apollo: *nods* Gems infused with dark mana. They aren’t very common, but because of the insane amount of dark energy they emit, they aren’t worth much either...

Apollo: Hey, who’s that at the back there? *points to shadowy figure*

???: This is taking much too long... hurry up you fools!

Monster: We’re trying sir, but these crystals are really tough! They aren’t easy to mine...

???: Did I ask if you enjoyed doing this or not? I said MOVE FASTER!

Monster: R-right away, sire!

???: Good lord, what does it take to get some Dark mana in these times..?

Apollo: HOLD IT!

???: ( ! ) Hmm?

Apollo: Ermm... I mean... Hold it right there, fiend! What are you doing?

Trucy: Smooth, Polly, smooth... 

Apollo: *whispers* Quiet.

Apollo: Ahem...

???: Excuse me, do you have something you need from me?

Apollo: ( ! ) Um, yes actually!

Apollo: *stands up tall* Who are you, and what are you doing in this cavern?!

???: ...Ah, I see. A sheltered one, I’m guessing.

Apollo: S-SHELTERED?!

Apollo: (He’s not wrong though... I’m not very educated in current media as of late...)

???: Very well. I will inform you.

Kristoph: I am Kristoph Gavin, king of this land.

Apollo: Wh-WHAT?! (The king himself?!)

Kristoph: And my purpose here... is none of your concern. *turns away*

Apollo: H-hold on! Answer my- *starts running towards him*

Kristoph: *turns around, blasts Apollo with magic energy*

Apollo: Gah! *gets flung into wall*

Trucy: Woah! That was an intense magic blast!

Apollo: T-Trucy?

Trucy: ( ! ) Yeah, Polly?

Apollo: *gets up off the ground* This guy may be a bit stronger than we thought...

Trucy: You can say that again...

Apollo: *smiles* that isn’t gonna stop us though, right?

Trucy: H-Huh?

Apollo: Mr. Wright would be pretty upset if we bailed on this quest... so let’s carry it out, huh?

Trucy: *smiles and nods* Y-Yeah! We got this!

Kristoph: Hmph! You wish to challenge me, even after that attack?

Kristoph: ...

Kristoph: *laughs* Hah! It’s been a while since I had a good challenge. Let’s keep this short.

Kristoph: *raises staff menacingly* Shall we?

Kristoph will have several short-range monsters guarding him, and a few long-range monsters on the sides of the cavern to snipe you. A good strategy would be to take out the monsters first so you don’t get surrounded and destroyed. You would fight him when your characters are around Level 5 or 6, but who knows. You might be grinding a whole bunch.

Kristoph has 2 specials:

Shadow Barrier: Kristoph creates a 4 space barrier around himself, preventing any form of attack to get through. Only he and HIS allies can move through it and attack through it. If he creates the barrier and you end up inside of it, you will be pushed out to the edge of the barrier. This lasts 2 turns. (3 turn recharge)

Devil’s Claw: Kristoph’s staff briefly turns into a scythe, as he rushes towards you and deals a one hit K.O. move. He then takes the damage he dealt to you, and converts it into health for himself. This move takes 1 turn to charge (6 turn recharge)

Battle Quotes:

“Hmph, just a scratch.” (takes damage)

“You! Get to work!” (commands monster to attack)

“Grr... worthless ingrate!” (monster dies)

“How about now?” (creates Shadow Barrier)

“End this quickly.” (monster deals damage to you)

“Now you’re finished.” (uses Devil’s Claw)

“As if you stood a chance.” (defeats your entire party)

Apollo: We... we did it!

Kristoph: Tch. I hope you realize what you’re getting into. What you’re doing right now... is too big for you kids to handle.

Kristoph: *flips cape and turns around* We’ll leave this cavern if you so wish. We’ve gathered all the supplies we need anyhow.

Kristoph: *snaps fingers, all mosnters gather around him*

*They disappear in a ray of light*

Apollo: Hey, wait!

Apollo: Shoot, they’re already gone.

Trucy: Well, a least we completed the quest! That’s something!

Apollo: Yeah, I guess...

Apollo: (I’ll have to ask Mr. Wright about this when I get back... I know something’s off... and I think he knows what.)

Athena is just a sweet bundle of joy and happiness and Simon is a cold, raven-haired box of darkness- courtesy of his family name. The two are basically bound to meet, the perfect foils of each other. 

though Cykesquill isn’t the main ship of this AU, as you can see in the title, it is a pretty big one, like Romione

Simon and Athena have the Slytherin/Hufflepuff buddy to relationship thing going on and I love it 100%

When Simon first meets Apollo, he scares the crap out of him.

I have been writing everything very out of order, so everything I’m saying might not be 100% accurate or may just be ideas c:

As it stand now, at the beginning of their third year, Klavier runs out of morning DADA because his jerk legal guardian and Apollo and Athena follow him out of the building to get him to come to the Quidditch Pitch like he promised the night before.

The reason for this is that Simon is trying out for the Syltherin Quidditch team and the whole group were going to go to show their support~

Apollo and Klavier didn’t end up going because whoops- Kristoph is a horrible brother and human being overall

Athena parted ways with Apollo before he left the building and she left to find Juniper (a fellow Huffie) and Clay (Ravenclaw extraordinaire).

Clay was sad when he and Ema met up with Athena and there was no sign of Polly

Simon Blackquill did make the team and became a Slytherin Beater

unfortunately Daryan is Slytherin’s seeker and he sorta sucks as a person and a player so…. Sorry Simon..Simon did make the team better, though~

Simon is a captain of Dueling Club and excels at it

Athena helped him practice to get on the team

Post Clay’s death, Athena, having highly Empathic abilities and Simon knowing a lot about human psychology from working his Metis, know something is wrong and convince Klavier to begin trailing Apollo

Simalungun (SIB)- Pasangan suami istri (pasutri) pengedar ganja berinisial Manuntun Saragih (51) dituntut 8 tahun penjara dan istrinya Rista Henniwaty Silalahi (41) dituntut 6 tahun penjara di sidang Pengadilan Negeri Simalungun, Senin (6/3). Menurut jaksa August Vernando Sinaga SH, pasutri tersebut terbukti sebagai penjual narkotika jenis ganja dan dipersalahkan melanggar pasal 114 (1) jo Pasal 132 (1) UU RI No.35/2009 tentang narkotika. Selain pidana penjara, kedua terdakwa juga didenda Rp1 miliar. Jika tak dibayar akan diganti dengan hukuman 3 bulan penjara. Penduduk Jalan Akasia Raya Huta Sidorejo Nagori Sitalasi, Kecamatan Siantar, Kabupaten Simalungun itu terbukti menjual ganja kepada terdakwa Ilham, Paul Kristopher Rumahorbo, Brury Martua Simanjuntak, Hengky Silaen dan Roni Purba dan Rindi Sudrajat (masing-masing diadili dalam berkas terpisah dan dituntut 4 tahun penjara karena melanggar Pasal 127 UU RI No.35/2009 tentang narkotika.
