I'll do Blue Cataclysm, though right now it's in an overhaul so I might not be able to say much

🫂- What was your inspiration for your WIP?

...I wanted a male character I could draw in pretty clothes?

At the time Pandora Program was my only WIP, and none of the guys were very fashion-forward. I wanted a guy that I could draw in pretty, frilly, fancy clothing.

TECHNICALLY the real inspiration is when I saw ivy growing up a hydropole in an interesting way and wrote out a little story idea on my phone, and when I designed Era I just put him into that story because I don't like having OC's that just float around without a story

✂️- What was something you had to cut from your WIP?

Nothing major yet, but I'm really considering cutting out Xing Liu. It's a shame because he's cool as fuck and I really don't want to, but where it stands right now he doesn't fit very well into the story. Hopefully in the overhaul I can rewrite it so that he fits into it a bit more neatly.

👍 - What was the first piece of creative writing you ever did? How do you feel about it now?

I don't remember my first for certain, but it was probably one that I made based off of a dream that I had. Me and my friends all suddenly developed powers, so we got kidnapped and put on an island in the middle of a lake with an old castle on it, and tunnel that spread out all under the lake. There wasn't really a story, I was in sixth grade and was just workin on a vibe.

It wasn't a bad story, but anything I make based off of my dreams end up not going far. Again, I saw in sixth grade, so like 11

For the egg thing, I've never had steamed eggs, and one time I made scrambled eggs with mozerella instead of cheddar and it has thoroughly ruined any good thing I felt about them. I feel like I'd like steamed eggs though!

This week I have been attending the Common Objective Expo with lectures by companies from the CO platform along with presentations on emerging fabric and process trends within responsible materials. It has been good to engage with new potential suppliers and speak face to face with digital contacts that I have connected with over the last few weeks, I’ve also got to know the CO platform a lot more. Through one of the online seminars I was able to join a breakout room with a few packaging companies one of them being a company who uses Aquapaks Hydropol soluble plastic to make garment bags. I had come into the project knowing about Aquapaks work with Finisterre and believed it would be the only solution for polybags at a certain price point. Having that one on one conversation with a partner company of Hydropol has confined this.

I completed the initial draft of the packaging strategy this week as I feel im in the stage where most processes are in place and we only have the Kraft tape for the US, bubble bag for Amazon and the poly bag for all apparel to conquer. I have certified recycled polybags for review with Imelda when she returns from her break and our US warehouse manager has suggested we get some water activated Kraft paper machines. This means the states will have Ranpak, peanut and tape dispensers for the packing area, near enough a total transition.

I have been working on my PMG presentation, making sure I cover which tasks and deliverables have or are currently being achieved. The PowerPoint presentation is turning out to be quite lengthy and I realised I should have started this a little earlier in good time for a review by Leona at Fusion. I may have to send her a semi completed example and work with feedback on that. I will start to write my written report in conjunction with the visual presentation using my research up to date.
