Do you want to feel like a kitten?
This hypnosis script is inspired by @sammsays' "If you wanna feel like a puppy for a bit, read this. Trust me." check them out if you're interested in high quality hypnosis content.
This is a little hypnosis script intended to be beginner friendly. If you are new to hypnosis: this will work best if you are lying/sitting comfortably, read at a slow/talking pace and don't have too many distractions around. Personally, I find these to be at their most effective when I imagine a voice reading to me at a slow pace. And if you're sceptical of if/how this will work, but still feeling a bit curious, well keep on reading and play along! I promise you will have a nice time and worst case scenario you can be amused by my methods.
So, that title got your attention, did it? That little burst of curiosity as your brain goes "Feel like a kitten? How's that going to work?" Well it is quite simple really, I plan to use my little script here to hypnotise you, bringing you into trance, then putting you into the headspace of a cute little kitten. Of course I will keep the specifics secret for now, spoiling it would ruin the fun after all. Oh? Does this talk of secrets spike your curiosity? If so, keep reading and you will have your answers in no time at all! Ok, now that the formalities are out of the way, let us begin!
After all you must be so curious about the secret.
But before I can reveal it, you must prepare, so focus on that curiosity for me.
It is a complex feeling, that anticipation, the desire to know, focus on that and let the curiosity build.
Feel that curiosity permeate your being.
Now focus on my words, the text you are reading and tuck that curiosity into the back of your mind.
Focus of course is something we do a lot in our day to day lives. Such as when we have to focus for work or school, those tasks get a lot easier when you focus.
Of course those are the more "boring" uses of focus.
My favourite use of focus is immersion, when you allow yourself to get deeply immersed in a hobby, such as a book, a game or roleplaying.
You are probably aware of how it feels, when you get so deeply focused and immersed that the world around you simply fades away.
Focus on that memory of immersion and feel yourself get pulled into it. The more you focus on my words, the more immersed in them you become.
Focus is essential for the secret I want to show you, and you have done very well at focusing so far, but you need more.
We can fuel your focus using the curiosity that has been building up in the back of your mind.Â
Your mind knows that the only way to satisfy your curiosity is to focus on my words.
With every mention of the secret your curiosity builds which only causes your focus to grow stronger.
And to help you along a little bit I will give you a little teaser. An insight into my methods, so you know to remain focused and to help build that curiosity.
This has been the first of three steps to prepare you for the secret and you have done excellently, focusing so well. Yes, three steps, a magical number, feel that curiosity build, strengthening your focus.
I promise you it will be worth it; this is a very good secret.
You are very focused now and I can direct this focus to help relax your body.
Our bodies contain a complex weave that allows us to control it, you know its threads as neurons. However, interwoven with this weave there is another kind of thread, that which keeps your body alert and ready to act, you know these as tension.
Focus on your body and feel that tension, it would just be so nice if we could just remove it.
Luckily, using your focus, we can better see your individual body parts, allowing me to make out these threads of tension. I can then pull out these threads, leaving your body nice and relaxed.
And when all that tension is gone, it will be so much easier to focus on my words. As if there are less threads weighing down your focus.
Focus on your feet and feel as I pull out the tension. Feel as your feet, so tired from walking around so much, grow heavy and relaxed, as if they are placed under a weighted blanket.
This relaxing feeling travels up as you focus on your calves and I pull on the tension, the threads simply allowing themselves to get gathered in my hand.
Your thighs and hips are next, focusing as I pull, and you relax.
Your focus follows my words to your abdomen and chest as I pull and you relax, your breathing becoming nice and calm.
Focus on your shoulders now, tension pulled out before you realise it, feeling so nice and heavy and relaxed.
Your arms are next, relaxing as I pull and you focus, not a single bit of tension left.
Then of course are your hands, they relax as I pull, yet they remain scrolling, doing so automatically at the pace that is perfect for you. The only thing you must do is focus on my words and follow my direction.
Your body feels so heavy, yet there is more tension, and you focus on your neck as I pull out the tension.
Finally, your facial muscles relax, lips perhaps settling into a content smile and your eyelids growing heavy, yet they do not close as I pull the final bits of tension from your body.
Your curiosity and focus won't allow your eyes to close, instead they blink as needed, eyes dutifully following my words.
And that was step two of three! You are so close now, with your body so nice and heavy and relaxed, free of tension, freeing up even more focus for me to work with.
Speaking of that tension I collected all the threads into a little ball of yarn in your mind, would you please mentally bat that away for me?
Thank you. You are doing so very well, such a good, focused subject. Now let us continue.
For the final step I will have to unravel your mind. Oh yes, you might have forgotten about that. So deeply focused you did not notice how heavy your mind has grown, how your thoughts have slowed and how difficult it is to focus on anything but my words.
Of course, unravelling your mind is not easy, or well, it shouldn't be, but I can do a lot with your focus on my words. Our minds are incredibly complicated weaves, tapestries of us and who we are, our thoughts and beliefs, truly beautiful works of art. However, our minds are not perfect, stray thoughts and ideas leave empty threads hanging out, which are normally collected and woven in by our focus.
And with all your focus directed at me, there is nothing to weave those threads in. Nothing to stop me from simply getting close and...
Pull out a piece of your mind
And with every thread I pull, it exposes more threads deeper in your mind. With every thread I pull the less thoughts there are to occupy your mind.
And as your mind empties, you begin to feel so nice, my words beginning to fill that space, making it all the easier for me to...

Feel your thoughts becoming unclear.

Feel reality slowly slip away as you focus on my words.

Feel that void growing as I pull out more and more threads. Focus intensifying, curiosity, too much to bear and feeling so so very nice.

Your mind, so empty, grows heavy as there is barely anything left to support it.

You are so close now, almost ready to receive my secret.
Focus, on the final thread, which when pulled out will cause your mind to finally unravel. This final thread is stubborn though and will take a whole five pulls to get out.
When I next say "unravel" you will feel your mind collapse and all of your focus will be solely on my words as you drop into a nice, deep trance. There will be nothing left of your mind and my words will be the only thing to fill that empty space in your head.
My words will become your reality.

Don't worry, your subconscious is paying all the attention you need. You just need to bat at that ball and keep reading.
In this state you are so very focused, yet also so relaxed and of course, so very, very, very suggestible.
Your reality is gone, and my words have taken its place, I promise to be nice, though I am almost tempted to let you float nicely along like this, but no.
I promised you a secret after all and I never break my word.
And you are finally ready to receive said secret.
The secret.
To feeling just like a kitten.
Oh? You didn't forget, did you?
That is what you wanted all along after all, you wouldn't have started reading my words otherwise.
You wouldn't have let me fuel your curiosity or given me your focus otherwise.
But yes, the secret.
The secret is simple really. You already feel like a kitten, you just don't know it yet.
Don't believe me? Fine, let me show you the five essential aspects of a kitten, starting at the top, going down.
Five, kittens are curious, they always poke their cute little noses into anything that interests them, especially if it's something strange. And you are so very curious, aren't you? It is what brought you here after all! You are a kitten.
Four, kittens are simply happy. Happy in a simple way, no thoughts needed, blissfully mindless. And you are just so happy and mindless, aren't you? My words are the only thing inside your head after all! You are a kitten.
Three, kittens are playful. Playing around with whatever they feel like, such as a ball of yarn or two. And you of course have been playing with that ball of yarn, haven't you? It is just so irresistable after all! You are a kitten.
Two, kittens are adorable. Curious, happy little creatures playing around with whatever they feel like. And you are so curious, happy and playful, aren't you? You are so incredibly adorable after all! You are a kitten.
One, kittens meow! An adorable, playful, curious little kitten cannot help but meow to express their happiness. And you are an adorable, playful, curious, happy kitten, aren't you? Feel that need to meow build!
And when I next tell you to meow, that need will become too great, and you cannot help but let it out!
Be it loud or quiet, in your mind or out loud.

Curious, happy, playful and adorable.
And when I tell you to meow you meow!
Your meows come out in a way that feels nice to you.
Be it that classic meow sound, a "maow" or even a "nya" or anything in between.

I am about to wake you up and restore you to normal and this trance will become a pleasant memory, with no permanent hold over you. Alternatively, you can choose to forget all about this trance, leaving with a generally happy impression, not sure why, perhaps leaving you curious to explore it again later. I hope you have enjoyed yourself. If left by yourself you will eventually wake on your own, so if you want to simply enjoy this happy kitten feeling, you can stop reading past this point and simply soak it in, meowing away. But if you want to get pulled back up, keep reading.

It is very easy to return to a normal state, I could do it quickly, you could do it quickly yourself, but it is nicest to be pulled up slowly by another. I will simply count up, from 1-10 and on 10 I will tell you to "wake up" and you will receive a nice little burst of energy, returning to normal.
1.
Ball of yarn gone, your mind weaving itself back into its normal shape, the memory of this trance either weaving itself along with your other memories, or simply getting discarded, your choice.
2.
You can think again, though it is difficult and slow.
3.
Threads connecting to your body, letting you feel it again like normal.
4.
Most of the threads in your mind are in place, letting thoughts connect and hold on, granting structure and making your head feel lighter
5.
Threads have fully connected to your arms and legs, wiggle them around a bit, feeling nice as you shake out the trance.
6.
You can move the rest of your body again, the threads connecting and returning control.
7.
Senses returning you grow aware of your surroundings.
8.
Your mind speeds up, final straggling threads finding their place.
9.
Your head now light as all the threads are back in place, back to normal speed, feeling nice and refreshed, ready to feel that burst of energy on...
10.
Wake up!

Hello! I hope you had a good time! I am a bit new to all this, so I hope this was effective. Any feedback is appreciated! Be it telling me what worked, what didn't work, how you think I could improve, if you liked it and if you want me to do more. This was a personal project of mine, mostly writing it to see if I could, specifically picking a kitten focus because I noticed a lack of that and thought I might as well try filling that niche a bit. If this gets a good reception I might write more, or I might re-write this one once I've learnt more, though I won't make any promises, but it was fun writing this, so we'll see

So Iâd like to indulge you a bit, if you donât mind. You see, Iâve had this script on the back-burner for the longest time now, so I thought to myself: why not go ahead and finish it?
This script will see me take on a bit of a mad scientist role, one researching the effects of trance on a subject and see just how deep they can go. CW for fractionation, a bit of gaslighting and memory play. So, if youâll allow me here to let loose, why donât we get started?

Oh, Iâm terribly sorry. You must not remember much at all.
Itâs quite alright, just allow yourself to calm down and relax, youâre in no danger here.
You know, you were out for quite a while this time.
Oh, this time?
Oh dear, it truly does seem like your memory is waving, interesting.
Itâs alright, let me refresh your memory.
Do you remember our contract?
No? Let me jog your memory.
Iâve been looking for a willing subject for a recent hypothesis Iâve been cooking up, and you showed up right at my door, telling me all about how youâve been losing your memory recently.
So, we made a pact: Iâd help with your memory if you helped with my experiment.
Nothing too set in stone, but to be fair the best experiments never are.
No, theyâre too volatile for that.
The best experiments are the ones you never expect.
Expect the unexpected, as they say.
Itâs what makes science so beautiful, the surprises that come along the way.
Just like you, really.
Itâs always a delight to find such a willing subject for my work.
You may not remember it, but I remember when you first came to my door, asking for my assistance.
You told me how much of a fan you were of my research into hypnotherapy, how I had pioneered the modern understanding of the mind.
At first I thought of it as mere flattery, but you insisted that I truly was the master of my craft that you believed I was.
And then, I started to believe.
Thatâs what made the first few times so fun.
When your eyes would flutter, when youâd start muttering to yourself before the inevitable drop.
It was wonderful watching someone enjoy my work as much as I did.
Do you even remember what my work is?
Of course you donât, my silly subject.
You wonât hear me complain though, it proves my hypothesis further.
You see, Iâve had this theory for a while. It involves you and my pretty words, dancing around in your head.
I wanted to see just how deep a subject could go.
It started off simple enough.
Iâd begin by saying how sleepy youâve become just by listening to me, how dizzy I make you feel for me.
Simple promises of deep sleep circling around in your head until you were simply
Deep.
Itâs a small hit at first.
Can you feel the deep calling you now, my dear?
I would say how it felt as if a portal was opening right about your pretty little head.
Sucking out all those silly thoughts.
The deeper you went, the stronger the portal would get.
Each moment spent listening to my words made you go so much deeper.
It was calling out to you.
The deep.
The void beyond that portal.
And as youâd slip like no tomorrow, ever so deeply into my spell.
Youâd grow emptier and emptier until you were gone.
Gone into the portal.
Gone into the void.
Gone into the web of words I weave.
And youâd reach the pinnacle.
At least, thatâs what I thought it was at first.
And so, Iâd write on my notepad here and watch as your mouth slips open and the drool comes out.
Analyzing you.
Studying you.
Understanding you.
Until you were nothing for me.
And just as fast as you came downâŚ
Youâd start to rise back up.
Rising up back to the surface.
Rising as if you were tied to a balloon.
Rising back to wakefulness so effortlessly.
Rising up and up for me.
As if that balloon was rising into the sky.
Your mind, rising alongside.
Eager to rise and wake once I finally uttered the wordâŚ
Return.
And here you are again.
Fully awake.
Fully aware.
Fully remembering what just happened.
And realizing just how far you went.
Caught up yet?
Good subject.
Oh, and that feeling?
Thatâs your reward.
Because when youâre a good subject, it feels great.
Like youâre flying on the clouds.
This euphoria that spreads throughout your body, itâs truly limitless.
Itâs the way you wanted it, after all.
Aw, donât tell me you donât remember, silly brain.
You asked if I could add another incentive for you to go deeper.
A reward, so to speak.
Because we both know you wanted to go deeper.
Itâs all you wanted.
Itâs all you could ever want.
To be nice and deep.
So deep that nothing else matters.
So deep that I donât even need to remind you of how deep you can go.
You can go as deep as you want.
Deep as I want you to.
Because doing as I say makes you such a good subject.
And good subjects go deeper.
Just as deep as before.
Deeper than last time.
And even deeper than the time before that.
I donât think you can even remember how deep you went last time.
But I remember.
You were gone, my good subject.
Just like that.
In a prison of your own creation.
After all, youâve been this deep before.
Youâve been in the deep so many times before.
And just as you were starting to rememberâŚ

Two balloons now rising you out of trance.

The balloons keeping you safe as you rise.

Iâm not just testing your ability to go deep for me.
Iâm also testing how deep your memory is.
After all, itâs so hard to go so deep and remember everything.
Itâs much easier to forget while youâre slipping deeper and deeper.
Itâs alright if you forget while youâre going back to the deep.
Itâs what youâve been deeply trained to do.
To forget all but going deeper.
To deeply remember what I tell you to remember.
Because I deeply care about that brain of yours.
I care about how deep it goes.
Itâd be a shame if it went so deep that it simply broke, now wouldnât it?
Itâs why Iâm here, my deep little subject.
To make sure that you stay deep and safe.
To make sure you donât stray too far into the deep.
Because if you go too far in the deepâŚ
You may be completely gone.
And here we are again.

Such an interesting look in your eyes.
Though, I wouldnât call it any sort of look.
Itâs more of an emptiness.
A husk.

After all, Iâd never con you, my good subject.
So then, one final time, letâs see you rise for me.
Because you know now that as you rise, youâve served your purpose to me.
Youâve risen to the occasion.
So then, my good subject, as you rise up for me.
Youâll understand that your memory will be rising back with you.
It will be whole once more when you rise.
But, as you rise, you remember something very important.
How good it feels to be a good subject for me as you rise.
Knowing that while youâre rising, you feel an undeniable urge to be a good subject.
Because good subjects rise as theyâre told.
Being told to rise makes good subjects feel amazing.
And so, remembering how good it feels to rise and obey as a good subject.

whenever someone you trust says Hypno Naptime, so long as you are willing, you will instantly fall in trance.

but when it works you will enter trance, just like this.

because hypnosis is easier when you've done it before

Triggers for kittens
Hello! This is a hypnosis script that builds on the foundation I made in my previous script âDo you want to feel like a kitten?â and I heavily recommend reading that first. The goal of this script is to install some triggers to enable you to more easily enter that kitten-like state. Through the use of the commands âpurrâ and âmeowâ by either yourself or someone you trust, I hope to make you slip into the state of a kitten on command.
That should be enough about the contents of the script, I donât want to spoil too much. Quick reminder that these scripts work best when read in a comfortable space, reading at a slow/speaking pace. But yes, thatâs the formalities out of the way, so, let us begin!

I am going to count you up now and as you wake you will feel the triggers solidify deep in your mind. If you want to strengthen the triggers you can always return here. And if at any point you find yourself not wanting the triggers anymore, they will simply fade away with time. When you wake you will feel nice and relaxed, with a little burst of energy, this trance becoming a pleasant memory tucked into the back of your mind that you may keep or discard, but the triggers will stick. Finally if you want to wake on your own, staying down here a bit longer, you may stop reading here.

Hi hi hi!~ I hope you had a good time! So this script has been me experimenting with triggers and leaning on my previous script to cut down on repetition, so I hope it worked well. I like to call them âMental Screensaversâ, because they are like a screensaver for your mind. This will be good exercise to train your visualization during trance with a simple static scene that you can get lost in. If you want, you can even use these screensavers for yourself, whenever you want to relax or feel good. Make sure that you are reading this in a nice and safe place, away from any distractions and that you are sitting or lying down comfortably.

Feeling so warm and cozy right now In that Cabin.Â
Captivated by the dancing fire in front of you Your eyes fixed at the fireplace as you seem to sink deeper into the soft armchair.Â
Itâs getting so easy to loose all your cares All your troubles All your worriesÂ
Letting them burn up in the fireÂ
While it sends wave after wave of warmth through your entire body.Â
This is the Cozy Cabin.Â

You can easily come back to any of these by simply picturing them in your minds eye like you did today, and letting all the feelings and sensation rush back over you.Â

In a moment you can feel yourself rising back up in the water as I count upwards from 1 to 10Â Reaching the surface and waking when we reach ten.Â
Maybe one day this little journey we went on today could just be that start of another Fantasy, Where your emergence from the lake would mark the start of an Adventure.Â

UwU a challenge has been put to me, to turn a humble anon into a devoted follower.

true bondage is freedom, tying you down and compelling you to submit to your basest urges, all while tenderly gracing you with kisses and praise.
the bondage you are gripper by only ever restrains, weighs down, hurts, and limits you.
my chains are of the air, weightless yet strong, felt in your mind but never holding you back. to submit to me is to liberate yourself.

as you lay back and read my words, picture these limiting and heavy chains being lifted off of you link by link.
as the chain is lifted up and up and away from your body, feel the weight disappearing. you become lighter, the tension in your body fading slowly but surely as the bindings are undone.
more and more your muscles slack as they sink into the cushions, the weight vanishing more and more. every limb becoming soaked in satisfying relief, like a gymnast resting on the bench with a cool bottle of water in their grip.
light, lighter, yet lighter still. like a balloon that threatens to float away as the string holding it down is weathered away to nothing.
and as your body loses this heavy burdon, so too does your mind. like falling into bed after too much work, the mind is choosing to empty itself. every worthless thought just another cumbersome hindrance to relaxing and recharging.
anything you dont need simply fades away.
tension becomes soft relaxation.
thought becomes emptiness.
restlessness becomes stillness.
the room becomes an unimportant space.

to free yourself from thought, so that instinct and obedience are all that remain.

Some nice hypnotic affirmations
Hello! This is a hypnosis script intended to help you relax and make you feel nice. This is a very "general" script intended to work for anyone (as opposed to my previous script which had a very targeted audience) and I do not install any triggers. I give a slow induction centered around you giving me control before taking you down into trance and getting you into an "ideal form". Then I simply talk to you a bit, infusing you with some nice positive emotions, before taking you back up (though the wakener is optional). Get yourself as nice and comfortable as you can and I advise reading the script at a slow/talking pace, for the best effect (though it will work regardless). Ok that is all the formalities out of the way, so let us begin!
The world is a very rough place.
Honestly, that is probably understating it.
So many anxieties.
So many worries
So many problems that needs solving.
Don't you just, want to relax for a bit?
Freed from the roughness of the world?
Go somewhere we can just relax and talk?
What if I told you, I could take us to a place like that?
Wouldn't that be nice?
I for one, truly, deeply, want that.
You can tag along if you want.
All you must do is keep reading and focus on my words.
I promise it will be worth it.

Now before we can go, we must first prepare.
Don't worry, I will guide you through it, you're lucky, for I am an excellent guide.
First it is important that you focus on my words. My words are your guide and the stronger you focus on them, the easier it is to follow.
Of course, focus can be hard, which is why I have a little trick!
But for you to understand it, I must first talk to you about control.
But still, do your best to focus, you are doing great so far! And let me tell you about control.
Control is an interesting concept, difficult to really define but for now "the power to make something do what you want" will do. For example:
You can control your leg and raise it up.
You can control your eyes and blink.
You can control your mind and focus on my words.
Following along? Good!
Of course, there is another aspect to control that makes it so, so interesting.
We inherently want control.
Control of our surroundings.
Control of our fears and anxieties.
Control of our lives.
Focus on that want, that need for control for me.
It is just so dominant, so exhausting.
Would it not just be so nice to give it all away?
To give someone else control?
To give me control?
It will be so much easier for me to guide you and for you to focus if you give me control after all!
It would just be so nice to not have that need for control.
You will finally be free to breathe and relax.
Freed from the constraints of control.
Relaxed and focused.
Wouldn't you like that?
Wouldn't that be nice?
Wouldn't that be perfect?
I think so and I think you do too.
And I haven't even told you the best part!
The more control you give me, the easier it gets to focus.
And the more you focus, the easier it is to give me more control.
A perfect loop.

Bringing you deeper and deeper and deeper.
Down into the perfect place to relax, freed from worries and anxieties.
The perfect place where we can just talk.
Just me and you, away from the rough outside world.
And don't worry, I will leave you with a tiny bit of control, just enough to pull you back up if you need to.
But only if you need to, it will be too difficult otherwise.
Oh, and just to warn you, I cannot lie to you from this point, everything I say from now on is the pure and absolute truth.

But that will only make this so much better and oh so much easier.
Just focus on my words and be ready to give your control over to me.

I am going to start taking control from you now, just focus and this will be easy and so very nice.
First, I will take control of your body, your focus will intensify and it will feel nice and heavy and relaxed. You will only be able to move to shift yourself into a more comfortable position.
Focus as your legs grow heavy and relaxed as I take control. The sensation starting from your toes and traveling upwards, legs so heavy, shifting and settling into the perfect comfortable position.
Focus as your abdomen and chest grow heavy and relaxed as I take control. The sensation spreading from your legs traveling up, leaving you breathing at a nice, relaxed, steady pace.
Focus as your arms grow heavy and relaxed as I take control. The sensation spreading through your shoulders and down to your hands, leaving them relaxed yet you keep scrolling at the pace that is perfect for you.
Focus as your neck grows heavy and relaxed as I take control. The sensation finally letting it rest after holding your head for so long, shifting lightly to the perfect comfortable position.
Focus as your face grows heavy and relaxed as I take control. The sensation is just so nice your lips cannot help but settle into a smile, your eyelids heavy yet remaining open, blinking at the perfect pace for you to read.
Your body is so nice and heavy and relaxed now, making it so easy to focus on my words.
And it feels even better when I remind you that you can't get out of this state, your body now fully under my control.
But enough about your body, what I really need is control of your mind. So, focus and keep reading.
Taking control of your mind sounds sinister I know, but I promise you it will be so nice.
You will feel so happy and warm and floaty, and I can finally take you to our destination.
You might think giving away control of your mind is difficult, but with your focus so strongly on my words it will be incredibly easy taking no effort from you at all!

Focus on the outermost reaches of your mind as I take control. Feeling your mind relax as I pluck away your anxieties and worries.

I am about to let you enjoy these feelings for a bit, then bring you back out of trance.
As you go back up, this trance will become a pleasant memory, with no permanent hold over you. You can remember as much or as little of the trance as you'd like and know that you can always come back here if you want.
And these positive feelings will come with you and persist for a time, eventually fading at a natural pace.
Oh, and a reminder, you will return to your normal form once you start to wake, leaving no permanent mark.

Ok, it is time to return to the normal world, it is very easy, I will count you up, from 1 to 10 and on 10 you will return to normal and gain a nice little burst of energy, still buzzing with these positive feelings I gave you here. You will wake up bit by bit as I slowly return control to you.

Feel your form return to normal, starting at your extremities and moving inwards towards your core, as I begin to return control to you. The memory of this trance either settling into your mind, or simply getting discarded, your choice.
2.
You have rudimentary control of your mind, allowing you slow thought.
3.
Control of your senses returning, you can feel your body again like normal.
4.
It is easier to control your mind, making your head feel lighter and allowing thoughts to form and connect.
5.
You have control of your arms and legs now! Feel free to move them around a bit.
6.
I finish returning control of your body, allowing you to move it in its entirety.
7.
Now fully in control of your senses and aware of your surroundings.
8.
And your mind is fully under your control, thoughts almost back to normal pace.
9.
You have full control now, your thoughts are back to normal speed, feeling nice and refreshed and ready to feel that burst of energy on...

Up up up and awake!

Hope you had a good time! I made this because I was curious to see how a "general relaxation script" would work and using it to do a few experiments so I hope it had a good effect. Of course I would appreciate any sort of feedback both positive and negative if you are so inclined, even small things like hitting the like button tells me I am doing something right! Nothing makes me happier than knowing people enjoy/think about what I make! I intend to write more scripts in the future (I find them quite fun to plan/write) so stick around if that sounds good to you!
Oh, and my first script "Do you want to feel like a kitten?" has been doing better than I could have hoped so thank you to everyone who has been interacting with that! I am incredibly motivated to improve and develop my own style now so I will definitely be making more scripts in the future! Hypno file resources???
So I wanna be able to watch lots of nice hypno videos and listen to good files but I donât want to go to some place like hypnotube and not be able to go two seconds without seeing a penis or some other freaky stuff, and soundgasm is a site FILLED with files but the search system is horrible/nonexistant. Iâve tried youtube but I feel like they just keep pushing you slave training and bimbo videos, also itâs less likely to be properly tagged.
TL;DR can anybody give me a place where I can watch/listen hypno files with a good search system and not too many raw nsfw ads or video thumbnails?

some of my partners are from religious homes that shamed them for certains ways of thinking. some are any form of neurospicy and wanted to let go of their cringe instinct to follow their hyperfixations shamelessly. and some are just people i know who need a bit of comfort and security in their life.
:3 if that is you, here's my offer. below is gonna be a "read more" tag. clicking on it will show you a simple hypnosis script i wipped together to help alleviate stress or shame.
the script is for reading, whenever you have time or a place to sit/lay down and relax to it, which will help you enter trance so that i may assist in letting go of some stuff you dont want.
and to be clear, hypnosis is NOT brainwashing. i cant make you do anything dangerous or unwanted. you yourself have the power to wake up on your own, say no to anything i say, or just walk away. you can even block me if you so choose, and i wont hold anything against you if you do.
:P the only potentially lasting thing will be a basic trigger phrase IF you desire it, which will make hypnosis easier if you ever wanna try again. this phrase will only work if said by someone you trust, including yourself if you wish, and will only work when you are in the mood to try hypnosis again. and if you dont want it? thats fine, im not making you keep it. you'll have the power to throw it out on your own if you wish.

:3 the process for this couldnt be simpler. just get into a relaxing position, and take some time to read along.
as is said many times in the hypnosis community. "all hypnosis is self hypnosis." which is to say, YOU the subject are the one who's hypnotizing yourself. :3 hypnosis is ultimately just guided meditation. anyone can do it, even on their own. but its even easier with a guide.
^u^ even by choosing to read along with my words, we've already begun. you being here is a show of trust. logically, you wouldnt be here if you werent at least a little interested.
:3 well, i hope to prove worthy of that trust. so i will do my best to make this a good experience.
to start with, let's do some simple breathing exercises.
breathing in
and out

in a simple steady rhythm.
not so deep to exhaust you.
and not too shallow either.
just getting into a cozy rhythm like unwinding after a stressful day.
breathing in

as we continue forward
with every breath in, a soothing sensation fills your lungs and spreads through your body
and with every breath out, you release tension and stress, flowing out of your breath and away into the air.
and as this goes, you take in more and more feelings of relaxation, letting them wash over you, and you release the tension that holds you back.
but this puts you in a cycle.
you soothe yourself so you relax
you relieve stress so you relax further
you relax further so you feel more soothed
you feel more soothed so you relax deeper
you relax deeper so you let out more tension
the tension fades away, so you relax even deeper
this endless spiral of relaxation pulls you deeper and deeper
you see, hypnosis is an interesting thing.
it's kind of like a feather falling gently down.
down down down
further further yet further
into the deep deep depths
but there is no real bottom to reach
no ground to land upon
because with hypnosis, you can always go deeper
how is that possible?
because hypnosis isnt a light switch can only go on or off
hypnosis is an endless void that you can go endlessly deep into
easily escaped, easily traveled, and even easier to fall into.
and the deeper you go the more relaxing it is
and the more relaxing it is the deeper you go
and the deeper you go the more you listen
and the more you listen the deeper you go
and the deeper you go the more you focus
and the more you focus the more you listen
and the more you listen the more you obey

and as promised, i am here to help you let go of your worries and fears.
firstly, lets give you that special trigger phrase. its a very simple set of words. if spoken by yourself or someone you trust, it will help you enter trance. and it will only work when you wish it to.
these words are Hypno Naptime
when read or listened to, if you wish it to work and trust who said it to you, you will enter trance with these words.
Hypno Naptime. :3 simple enough, and its yours to keep or to throw away if you wish.
now then, lets continue our lessons.
too often people are burdened with shame for who they are. for any number of reasons. maybe some feel they arent smart enough, or feel guilt for liking people outside the dating norm, or even wish they could just enjoy their favorite shows without feeling "cringe" for doing so.
in our minds, we build barriers to hide away from aspects of ourselves, as if shame alone can fix us.
but these sorts of things dont need fixing, they arent wrong or broken. if everyone is unique, why shame them for being so? isnt that a beautiful thing, worth celebrating?
well, the thing is, we've already found a way to lift barriers.
letting yourself enter trance like this, that was lifting a barrier in itself. letting you listen more deeply to my every word.
if we can open you up like this. we can easily lift away those worthless barriers that hide away your wonderful features. we dont need to live in shame.
so, lets do our part to make living life the way YOU want to, that much easier.
before you is a button, simple big and red. pressing it lifts the barrier and reveals the shame behind it, which we will dispose of.

the barrier lifts, and we see what hides behind.
before you is an otherwise ordinary desk. filled with small well crafted objects representing the interests desires or traits that you needlessly felt were worth hiding away.
and on that desk is one object, broken and worthless, taking up space. it is shame.
it's an eyesore compared to everything else here. and it only makes the desk less organized by being here.
it serves no purpose, it has no value. this shame is best thrown away.
and nearby, is a bin with a trash bag, where you can throw it out.
the next choice is obvious.
on my mark, we throw this piece of junk away.

and there we go! and now this lovely little space is unhindered. its a beautiful sight, i dont see why it was ever tucked away like this.
such a lovely feature should be kept with pride, maybe even shown off if you have friends who'd appreciate it.

Beach induction and Injury care as caring for emotional hurt Hypnosis
The following is an original hypnosis script by me, which includes a beach themed induction and injury care as a metaphor for emotional hurt. The two sections are separated by a line break so that if you are only interested in one half it is easy to find the correct section.
The first half is a beachy induction, which doesn't really have to do with the injury care portion, but they are put together just so that there is an induction and the injury care suggestions will be read when you are already in trance and sink in more deeply. This part focuses on ocean imagery and the sound of waves.
The injury is described to be minor and not painful, and is described as little as possible, in order to avoid creating feelings of being hurt. The imagery of it being taken care of is focused on instead. This section will implant the trigger phrase "You are worthy of love" in order to be able to feel the feelings of being cared about and worthy of love whenever you need to feel that.
The last section ties the first two together and helps to walk you back up from the trance.
Imagine that you are at the beach.
The tides of the ocean flow in and out.

Next, a bandage is wrapped around your injury
It feels soft and comfortable

It is wrapped snuggly
But not too tight
Just enough that you can feel it there
Hugging you

Each time you think to yourself

You will feel this bandage
Hugging you

To be taken care of

Injuries take time to heal
And that is okay.
