By any chance do you have a larger photo of those Yue designs? I'm absolutely digging them
uhm... sadly i didn't at the time you asked me.
but i do have now! so sorry for the longer wait;;;
the one i posted were really tiny and i was working anyway on these.
it just took me a bit to get it done :D
uhm... so here me playing dressup... with yue... again...
sorry yue...
if i have to explain mayself... my thought process is basically... yue is the moon. so her dress is either the moon or the enviorment around or below her. and.... you know... fish...
-tries not to feel my ex profs glaring at me like "elaborate more dang it"-
also! all these option but if someone tells me to draw yue again i would still give her... a new outfit or just idk... because i can't pick!!!!

It's always, like, mildly annoying when people see a het trans couple and go "all that work just to be straight?" like... one, you don't know if they're straight and two, trans people don't owe you a queer sexuality to "make up" for the fact we're trans. Transhet people aren't a subtype of trans people, they're members of the trans community, and the queer one if they so desire!

also quite obsessed with karl being as detached from the story as he is. there's nothing that makes him have to be the detective that has to be involved, but he unknowingly dooms himself by agreeing to work with the KYAL cult. every other detective basically deals with elias head on except weissman, who only meets him right before he kills him. like he's right when he says "by my choices" because everything that leads him to being mixed up with the mannix cult is himself. it's the gambling debts and the choice to do the dirty work for an organisation he knows nothing about. he's the only one that doesn't encounter that body doing police work and it's specifically because he's told to cover it up. he gets himself into the mess and eventually fixes it but the fact that esther always dies in the doomed timelines and he's always too late even if he starts wanting to change things ("till this child. esther.") it just makes me very ill

forgive the brief jesus chris superstar rant but. there is a very important difference between the pharisees being villains and the pharisees being antagonists. they're technically antagonists because they're actively working against the interests of our protagonist, but i don't believe they should ever be played as villains. they're not evil or bad or wrong. they're terrified just like literally everyone else in the show is, and their actions are completely justified. to me that's the entire point of the musical. it's not about christianity; it's about the impact the roman empire's brutal and violent imperialism had on everyone on all levels. including jesus and judas, but also including the pharisees, and even herod and pilate. when a powerful coloniser forces their presence on innocent people they are the only winners. everyone else suffers, even the puppet kings and high priests who look like they're reaping some sort of benefit from it all. that's roman propaganda. the romans kept native rulers like herod and caiaphas in power to maintain the illusion of provincial autonomy, and keep populations appeased and therefore under control. everyone in the show is acting out of fear of the romans. the one roman character we do see (pilate) is acting out of fear of his own emperor. it makes no sense to cast the pharisees as two dimensional Bad Guys, especially when the same productions that do that usually offer a sympathetic portrayal of pilate. it would be so easy to stage and direct a production in a way that makes it obvious that the pharisees are doing what they're doing because they truly have no choice, and not because they're pure evil and want to kill jesus for the sake of it. it's not only an antisemitic trope but also undermines a really important theme of the musical. if you can see the humanity in the violent roman governor installed forcefully on conquered land then you can afford some humanity for the pharisees too. they are victims of pilate and victims of rome just like everyone else

Everyday I never miss the chance to be so grateful of my life.
Looking back to my journal last 2020... I couldn't imagine how heart sunken I felt in that period.
But now... I know my life has turned for the better.
I've been patient, I've taken actions, I've avoided complaining, I've ignored unnecessary comments and gossips of others to me...
And I can say I'm blessed, and moving to better phases in life.
I knew the universe would never let me down, as long as I keep my head high and my heart strong.

JANNIK SINNER & CARLOS ALCARAZ
The word rival most commonly refers to a person or group that tries to defeat or be more successful than another person or group, which means that rivals tend to come in pairs.
"Right now, I think I have it and I'm not afraid to say it: for me it's Sinner at the moment. That beautiful rivalry that we have, those big games that we have played, on big stages. As the years go by there will be better ones and we will fight for the big titles."

Something I love is that no matter what I go through, I never end up hating myself.
I love who I am and I don’t mean that in a “I’m the best” way, I mean I love my flaws, I love my personality, I love how in some things I know a lot and in others I know absolutely nothing.
I love my ability to make others and myself laugh without trying, I love how I always look for the best in people even when they show me why I shouldn’t. I love that I’m ditsy as fuck and I make mistakes, I love being naive, silly, clingy and full of a dumbass attitude I can’t control.
I just love that no matter what, I can always wholeheartedly accept that I am a flawed human but I love myself nonetheless.

A rip in the space-time continuum lands NBC Ted right in the middle of AFC Richmond, and he's stuck there until they can figure out how to send him back. Which is fine by him because he LOVES England, and while he misses his Beard, he gets along great with this other Beard. (NBC Ted was never married/no kids.) And Ted thinks it's neat, if strange. Except that NBC Ted clearly has a crush on Trent. And they start spending time together. Ted isn't jealous. He isn't. Nope. [1/2]
HEY ANON???? OWIE 🥺🥺
god can you imagine Trent's POV through all this.. is he actually into NBC Ted or is it just a fling because it's not like his version of Ted actually likes him, right? he can indulge in this for now, it's not like this version of Ted would stay forever. got to make the most of it while he can and all that. two of the most clueless people in richmond, honestly 😔
