first post but i just saw this on a youtube video about how tony was a terrible person. like why post this on the video when u know the people seeing it would be people who don't like tony. also like all of these points can be easily debunked cause they don't make any sense at all. this person is acting like everything good n progressive that happened in the mcu was down to tony n no one else did anything productive which is not true as well. i just don't understand the point of this comment so enjoy looking at this :)

The last book l gave up on is my maths textbook but l don't think you are referring to textbooks.So the last book l gave up reading is (my history textbook becoz l fell asleep hehe sorry)probably November Nine by Colleen Hoover.I heard a lot of positive reviews abt this book and decided to give it a try though it's not my usual preference but(*pausing for dramatic effect)l made the grave mistake of telling my cruel friends abt it.Unluckily for me almost all of them had already read it and gave me the worst imaginable spoilers AND launched into a detailed discussion of the plot,characters and story right.in.front.of.me.

Moral of the Story:Don't tell your friends what you are going to read that is if your friends are as cruel as mine.Or better choose the people you befriend carefully.

After that l didn't see the point of reading the book and anyways l don't think it's the one for me.I mean Ben literally started the fire that destroyed her life,l know that he had his reasons(tho they aren't completely reasons)but what he did destroyed Fallon's career and DUDE he cheated on her with his ex-brother's wife who was pregnant with his child.And yet Fallon forgave him and they f got back together.l appreciate Ben for standing up for Fannon at the beginning but what was the need for him to call himself her "boyfriend"?he could have said that he was just a friend.WTF was he thinking imagining what she would look like in her underwear?like he didn't even know her dudeee.And to think that pple think these kind of things are "romantic".Not to mention he stalked her,assaulted her was so damn controlling and manipulated her into loving him again.This is what l mean when l say that l wont read anything that booktok recommends.

I just recently found out that Alexis and Jared actually posed for cutesy couple pics to promote the 5th season of Gilmore Girls (somehow I missed this at the time as I was obsessed with Luke and Lorelai) and I actually think ASP/the WB wanted us to....root for them? The show initially backs away from framing their "affair" as a grievous mistake by a delusional Rory and frames it as a love affair. They exchange I love yous, Rory plays their "special" song (gag me), Lane is absolutely giddy over their reunion and doesn't care that Dean's married. Rory was confused less than twenty four hours ago but now she LOVES Dean and Dean LOVES her and she goes to talk to him about it and they have sex again because she just can't help herself and Lorelai is the mean, mean authority figure who has to point out facts and who Rory freezes out for months because she's ruining her buzz, even though she leaves thr country the next day. And despite the fact that we see that Dean is verbally abusive to Lindsey and that he is lying to everyone and despite the fact that he never does a single thing to indicate he actually intends to leave on his own, Rory is written as the one who's not worthy of him because she "abandoned" him. And she doesn't regret it, they make sure to let us know that she wrote a break-up letter to him telling him how "special" their 45 second coupling was and how she's not sorry it happened.

I honestly think someone behind the scenes thought the audience would see this whole turn of events as sweet and destined to happen. The majority of hardcore Dean fans hate him during this era, even now, so I don't think it worked. And to this day I don't think ASP understands how horrible Dean comes off to the audience most of the time.

Oh, well. If they did have fans that rooted for them I'm sure they enjoyed their dating relationship falling apart after two minutes because Rory got bored.

Not "pro self-diagnosis" or "anti self-diagnosis" but a secret third thing (while there's nothing wrong with doing your own research and using it as a useful tool to find coping strategies to make your life easier, along with making you a stronger self-advocate during the diagnosis process, mental health is complicated and many conditions overlap in ways the average person cannot understand, particularly when you factor in family history/trauma/lifestyle/etc. so maybe see a psychiatrist before you diagnose yourself with a life-long neurodevelopmental disorder or other serious mental health condition and then use your incorrect self-diagnosis to spread misinformation about it)

for the sake of my mental health tumblr needs to stop bullying people who can’t read/watch/play adult books/movies/tv shows/games

just because an adult likes kids shows or can’t watch something that would be considered “adult” doesn’t mean they’re “immature”, it sometimes means that sometimes, certain adult themes are too uncomfortable for them and they may feel only comfortable reading ya/watching cartoons/playing stuff like pokemon because it doesn’t make them feel bad about themselves or trigger them

like it doesn’t make you a bad person if most adult themes and subjects trigger you or make you uncomfortable as an adult, it just means you’re probably more sensitive to these things or you have comprehension problems which, both aren’t flaws, they’re just disabilities and disabilities don’t make you a bad person
