I Put My Hand On A Star, To See If I Still Bleed
-Part Two-
Tumblr media
several months late, it's finally here :)
CW: same as part one
"Ale, wake up."
You stroked her face to wake her, and she nestled into you as she opened her eyes slightly.
"Hey." you whispered, smiling.
She covered her face, not wanting to wake up yet. Last night had been exhausting, to say the least.
"We have to get going, I've got to be at the airport by twelve."
"Stay."
"I can't."
"Why?"
"You know why, c'mon. I've gotta go back with the team."
Alexia moved to get up, but stopped suddenly, wincing in pain. She'd momentarily forgotten what you'd done to her the night before, and you saw the realisation cross her face, the memory of it flashing through her mind.
"Take it slow, it's gonna hurt." you said softly, stroking her back as she sat up.
"I should've stopped you." she whispered.
"Did you want me to stop?" you asked, looking into her eyes.
"No." she admitted, running a hand through her hair.
A moment of silence passed before she looked into your eyes.
"Did it feel good for you?" she asked, placing a hand on your thigh.
"It felt amazing. You were perfect for me. You are perfect for me."
Thoughts of an actual relationship between the two of you had begun racing through your mind, and you knew Alexia was thinking the same things. The way she was looking at you lips, your eyes- you just knew. Last night it felt like lust, this morning it felt like love.
"Please stay." she said, quietly, brushing her finger gently over your hand.
"Ale, don't do this." you said, standing up.
"No please, you can stay, just make up an excuse, you don't have to get back for another game or training or anything do you?" she said, a tinge of desperation now present in her voice.
"No, but-"
"So stay, please. You want to stay- I know you do." her voice dropped a little, and her eyes weren't so wide now, darkening slightly too.
and she was right, you did want to stay, you really did.
"Alexia, I have to go, they're gonna ask questions if I don't, and there's no believable excuse I could give, you know that. The only way they'd understand is if I told them the truth."
You saw Alexia hesitate- she was considering it. Considering letting people know about the two of you. That was a big deal for her- she was intensely private, especially about things like this. She must really need you.
"When's our next fixture?" she asked.
"What?"
"The next match, between Barça and Arsenal?"
"In a few weeks." you replied, still unsure of where she was going with this.
"I'll fly out to London early, I'll stay with you the night before and you can come to the hotel the night after, okay?" she said, almost like she was telling you instead of asking you.
"Ale-"
"C'mon, it'll be fun, you and me." she said, using your shoulders to pull herself up.
"Okay." you agreed, you couldn't say no to her.
There was something very practical about this arrangement you had. The two of you were incredibly dedicated athletes, you trained alone whenever you weren't with your squads, you didn't really have much time for romance- so this thing that the pair of you had going on, it worked.
-
Those few weeks passed quicker than you expected, you thought about her time to time but your focus was on training and matches.
The fixture was to be played at the Emirates, over 60,000 tickets had been sold, you would be lying if you said you weren't nervous- but the thought of Alexia in your bed the nights before and after the game comforted you.
You were waiting at the airport for her that afternoon, the day before the match, baseball cap and sunglasses on in an attempt to disguise yourself. She'd told her coaches and the other players that she had to go see her family but would meet them in London the day of the match.
She sent you a text to let you know she was at the gate. You would be lying if you said you weren't paranoid- you knew fans would be flying in from Spain to see the match as well, and Alexia, even with sunglasses and a hat on herself, was very recognisable, as were you being the star winger at Arsenal.
You spotted her at the gate, she walked quickly towards you, nearly running into your arms. She slung her hands around your shoulders and you picked her up slightly as you hugged.
"I missed you." you said, quietly.
"I missed you too." she said, breaking the hug but keeping one hand on the back of your neck.
She let go of you a moment later, looking around subtly, and you realised the paranoia had got her too.
"C'mon let's get out of here." you said.
You wanted to take her hand but were aware that you shouldn't, just in case.
You got a taxi back to your place, you knew people would recognise your car.
As soon as you got through the front door she grabbed you by the waist from behind and pulled you into her, placing kisses on your neck and nuzzling into you. You leaned back into her, feeling her body firmly against yours.
"That desperate, huh?" you teased.
She laughed slightly as she tugged your coat off and tossed it aside before doing the same with her own. Her hands roamed up your back and the sides of your torso, tracing your toned muscles. You heard her heavy breathing as she did so and knew how desperately she wanted you.
"So what do you wanna do?" you asked.
"I'll have you first, then you can have me." she said quickly, lowly, a strong tone of desire in her voice.
As she pressed into your back you could feel what she was packing, and how big it was.
"Get undressed, get on the bed." she whispered, her hand squeezing your hip slightly.
You pulled of your shirt and trousers, then your underwear. You saw Alexia do the same behind you through the reflection in the bedroom mirror as you walked in.
You lay down on the bed, enjoying the soft cotton sheets on your bare skin. Alexia climbed on top of you and you placed your hands on her hips as she did, stroking her skin gently with your thumbs.
"How many times do you want me to make you come, baby?" she asked softly, a smile appearing on her face.
"Just once. We can't be up all night with the game tomorrow, and I've still got to fuck you too." you smiled back.
"Just once? I better make it a good one then, hm?"
"Shouldn't be too hard for you, Ale." you teased.
Just as the words left your mouth, she slipped her cock inside you. You let out a loud moan that was almost a scream at her suddenly filling you up.
"Oh my God, Ale-" you stuttered, losing the words as they were coming out of your mouth, trying to deal with the intense feeling inside of you- her inside of you.
"You like that?" she cooed.
You could only nod, overwhelmed with the feeling in your core and the sensation that her words sent through you.
She lowered her top half onto you, slowly placing a soft kiss on your lips. You moaned quietly into it, and she parted her lips slightly, urging you to do the same. The next kiss was open-mouthed and hot, animalistic. Her tongue tangled with yours as her hips continued grinding into you. Your grip on her waist tightened, your fingers digging into her, eliciting a moan from her mouth.
She broke your kiss and held herself up by her hands either side of your head, now focused entirely on how she was fucking you and the pleasure she was getting from it. She opened her eyes for a moment and looked down at where she was fucking into you, then placed a hand on your lower stomach and pressed down, feeling where she was inside you. You moaned at the pressure.
"That feel good, baby?"
Again, you just nodded, in no state to produce words.
You loved how focused she was, how fixated she was on the pure feeling of what she was doing. Soft sighs were falling out of her mouth, her pleasure increasing. You knew she was close, but you were closer.
You felt the pleasure and heat building inside you rapidly, becoming nearly too much to handle.
"Ale, don't stop."
Your core clenched around her cock as you came, and your back arched off the bed as her arms slipped underneath to hold you.
After your last wave of pleasure, you grab hold of her hips, stopping her movements.
"What are you doing? I'm about to finish." she said, breathless.
"No. Not yet." you say, brushing your thumb over her cheek.
You sat up slightly with her still above you, and you tilted your head back a little to kiss her.
"Please, I'm so close." she begged.
You felt her hips try to shift desperately against you but you kept a tight hold on them.
"Pull out, Ale."
"No, please-" she whimpered quietly.
"Pull out."
She did as she was told and shifted backwards onto her knees, allowing you to sit up fully.
She had a desperate look on her face, biting her lip and waiting for your next words. You noticed her moving her thighs together slightly, clearly trying to seek some pleasure and relief from the built-up tension in her core.
"Oh honey, are you that desperate?" you teased, pulling the strapless cock out of her. She whined as you did, gripping the sheets.
You slipped it inside yourself slowly as you got up onto your knees.
"Lay down." you instructed.
"Please, it hurts-" she whimpered, her brow furrowed.
"I know baby, I know." you smiled, loving what she became when you edged her.
She lay down slowly, a look of pain, frustration, and desperation painted across her face. You slipped it in her gradually, your hands grabbing her wrists and pinning her to the bed.
She squeezed her eyes shut, whimpering.
"Feel better now?" you smiled.
You knew she didn't though, she wouldn't feel better until she came. She writhed around on the bed, unable to move much under your grip.
"Harder, fuck me harder." she begged.
You looked down at her, the desperate look in her eyes drove you wild.
"God you're such a whore, asking for it like that."
She was gasping for breath between moans and was practically seizing under you as she finally came. You slowed down as she finished, placing kisses on her neck as you did.
"No, don't stop- fuck me like you did last time, fuck me there." she sighed.
"Are you sure?"
"Please."
"Get on your hands and knees for me then slut."
She quickly got up and into that position. You grabbed her hips and slowly put it in her, she practically screamed as you did, dropping her head and panting as she adjusted to the size of it. She looked so pretty like this.
"What would everyone say if they knew you liked taking it in the ass like this?" you teased, slowly pushing in and out of her.
"Please, harder." she whispered, barely able to catch her breath.
"You'll bleed." you said, stroking her platinum-blonde hair.
"Just do it, I need it." she begged desperately.
You did as she asked, not holding back anymore and pounding into her ass with no reservations.
You heard her as she started crying.
"Too much for you baby?"
"No no, keep going." she cried, her voice broken and shaky.
It was clear now that Alexia had some kind of deep, unrelenting masochistic desire, and a desire for you to fulfill it.
You were getting tired now, she could take a lot, more than you thought she could.
"You had enough yet darling?"
"Nearly."
She brought her hand into her cunt and began to pleasure herself there. You loved the sight of it, the way she couldn't help herself.
She came quickly again after that, her body now dripping with sweat and shaking.
"Go to the living room." you ordered, as you pulled your cock out of her ass.
"Why?" she whispered, a note of fear in her voice.
"Just go," you said "and don't get dressed."
You followed her into the living room after discarding the strap.
You sat down on the sofa as she stood infront of you, her hands together.
"There's a match on, I wanna watch it, and I want you on your knees in front of me so I can play with you while I watch it." you smiled.
She got down on her knees for you and looked up at you with a piece of innocence still in her eyes- you were going to get rid of that.
You brushed your fingers over her lips and they quivered slightly under your touch.
"Open your mouth for me."
She did so, and you slid two fingers inside.
She began to suck them without instruction, and you immediately smiled at that.
"Good girl."
She never said a word, and her eyes never left yours even when your eyes were on the television watching the match. The feeling of her tongue gliding across your fingers was amazing, and seeing her like this, that was even better.
Eventually, you looked back at her, pulling your fingers out past her lips, and she instinctively leant forward, trying to get them back in her mouth.
"So needy." you smiled, tucking her hair behind her ear.
She started rubbing her thighs together a little again, letting you know she wanted some friction.
"Get on top." you instructed, lying down on the sofa.
She got on top slowly, carefully, wincing from the pain caused by your roughness earlier, and she straddled you, her hands on her knees and her legs either side of your torso. You felt her warm cunt settle on your stomach, and you loved feeling her weight on top of you.
"You're soaked Ale, you need to cum again? hm?" you teased.
She nodded, still not in the headspace to speak.
"Can't talk baby? You're just a dumb little girl when you've been fucked y'know." you smiled up at her.
She moved her hands to your stomach, keeping herself steady.
"Go on, don't hold back." you said, your hands finding her thighs and holding them still for her.
She started to grind slowly, her eyes squeezed shut, whimpering. You were completely still until you took hold of her hips and her head fell back, a breathy sigh falling from her lips. You brushed your thumbs back and forth over her soft skin.
"That's it, you look so pretty like this Ale."
Her eyes remained shut and her hands moved on top of yours, her grip tight.
She was in pain, a lot of it, but her desperation for another orgasm outweighed that. She needed it.
Tears started falling from her eyes, and her breaths became deep and controlled, like she was focusing on that instead of the pain.
As she neared release though, she lost control of it and her breathing became ragged, her movements desperate.
As she finally came, she moaned in pain, and then she became still. She didn't open her eyes or move her hands from you.
"You okay Ale?"
She let out a sigh and nodded, then finally opened her eyes.
"We can go to sleep here, if it hurts too much to move." you said, stroking her cheek.
"No I wanna go to bed, can you carry me?" she asked, quietly.
"Of course."
You helped her slowly move off of you, and she winced in pain.
"It's okay, you'll be in bed soon."
You picked her up and she wrapped her arms around your neck and nuzzled into you as you carried her to bed. As you placed her on the mattress, she didn't let go of you.
"Are you okay, Ale?"
"More than okay." she smiled.

It's a bit long - maybe it a two-parter? But reader is in love with Eddie and tries to show him, sending him love notes in his locker but he thinks (hopes) they are from Chrissy so she decides to just give up, thinking he will never see her like that so she distances herself completely and he doesn't understand why - she even changes direction when they are about to run into each other in the corridor - and when he finally manages to confront her she just tells him "You won't ever love me like I love you so I am just trying to move on" and he's like "well, how do you know that, you've never given me a chance to love you, you just bailed when I didn't realize you were the one sending the notes!"
Request by @somethingvicked 💞
Angst, fluff, pining.
💞
For the last two weeks you had a secret. It was something you hadn't told anyone, not even Robin.
The note in your pocket is carefully sealed in an envelope that you are going to try and sneak in Eddie's locker.
In the last few weeks you have been leaving love notes for your long time crush Eddie Munson. You had poured your heart out in the notes, it was cathartic. A way to express your feelings that were bursting to be let out and it was nice to watch the sweet smile on Eddie's face when he read the notes.
They were all signed anonymously and you disguised your handwriting just enough so that Eddie wouldn't notice it was you. To be honest you were trying to build up the courage to confess to him.
Cautiously you look around and there is a rare occurrence where the hallway is pretty much empty so you quickly rush over to Eddie's locker and slip the note in.
Heart hammering you hurry away from the locker and feel nerves swirl in your stomach. This note was different, a lot more detailed and lovey dovey than the others, you couldn't help it. You were head over heels for Eddie and even though the notes were anonymous, it felt cathartic to say how you felt.
When Eddie finds the latest note at lunch time, the whole of Hellfire is gently teasing him. His cheeks are pink but his eyes are full of excitement, and an anxiousness to know who they are from.
"Who's going to send this doofus love notes though really?" Gareth jokes and ducks to miss the pretzel thrown at his head while laughing his head off.
Then Eddie perks up, smiles dreamily and sighs. "Hey maybe they are from Chrissy?" He looks so hopeful and the words immediately crush any thoughts that you had in which he might feel the same.
Chrissy. He wanted it to be Chrissy, of course he did. She was the sweetest and prettiest girl in Hawkins High, there was no way that Eddie was immune to her charms.
It hurt you though. All this time he talked about not conforming and yet he falls for the beauty queen. Not that you could be too mad at him, it's not like anyone could help who they fell for. You wish you could have that power, to erase these feelings you have for Eddie.
The thoughts still make you feel faintly nauseated and you get up suddenly, "Sorry guys, uh headache'' it's all you can do not to run out of the cafeteria while blinking away tears.
Thank god no one saw you crying. Then you'd really have no way to explain yourself.
That night you're laying in bed and listening to the most angsty music you can find, your thoughts racing about what happened today and stomach churning at what it meant.
You knew deep down that Eddie might not feel the same and at least that was confirmed. It was time to stop indulging in dumb fantasies, it felt like the small bit of hope you had clung onto had faded and now you had given up. Eddie was never going to see you as anything more than a friend.
Maybe it was the push you needed to move on? Or at least distance yourself a tiny bit until these feelings faded.
But how long would that take? The thought of not seeing Eddie every day is awful, you don't know what to do and the worry and despair keeps you up all night.
By the morning you feel numb but full of acceptance at what you need to do.
💌
Distancing yourself from Eddie was hard. He was so ingrained in your usual routines, you were so used to seeing him practically every day that there was this ache in your chest that he wasn't around.
It didn't help that Eddie looked at you like a lost puppy and it shook your resolve every time. You missed the guys at Hellfire too, instead of your usual spot at the table you talked to Robin or Nancy, aware of eyes on you when you didn't sit down beside Eddie.
It was a catch-22, you desperately wanted these feelings to go away so things were back to normal but you missed Eddie like crazy, it felt like a piece of you was missing.
When you saw him in the corridor today, you froze and went in the other direction but you didn't miss the look on his face when you did. It was so hurt and it crushed your heart even more.
You couldn't leave things like this, you would have to say something. Eddie must be so confused and you didn't want to hurt him. But how could you explain how you felt about him, that you're the one who sent the notes?
What if finding out how you felt ruined your friendship? What if what you were doing was ending it, honestly your mind was racing a mile a minute.
Shit you haven't sent any notes in over a week, you didn't want Eddie to get his hopes up wishing it was Chrissy only to be disappointed that it was you.
Obviously you and Eddie really need to talk. Eddie must be thinking the same thing because he shows up at your house around an hour later with a determined look in his eyes.
He's angry and you can't blame him. If the situation was reversed you would feel the same. His furious gaze softens as he takes in your tears.
"Why have you been avoiding me?" His tone is gentler than you'd expect and that makes you feel worse. God you've missed him, you've really missed him.
"I'm sorry" you murmured and made your decision to tell Eddie about the notes, hoping that he wouldn't hate you. "Eddie, I-" he speaks before you can get the words out.
"I know it's you sending the notes" oh...oh shit. You're nervous so that makes you babble and grow even more flustered because you don't know how Eddie would react.
"How?" is the last question you ask and he smiles, all dimples. The smile that you love.
"When you started avoiding me after I said I hoped the notes were from Chrissy, the look on your face...I'm not stupid sweetheart, it became pretty obvious" so much for thinking that you had covered up your feelings, you should have realised eddie would figure it out.
He could be annoyingly perceptive. "I know you don't feel the same Eddie, you're panicking now so you're basically word vomiting, "I've been trying to get over these feelings so that's why I've been distant, I'm sorry"
He frowns, "Sweetheart, I don't want you to avoid me" you bite your lip, emotions rushing to the surface. Frustrated you wipe the tears that are building in your eyes.
"I don't know what else to do Eddie! You won't ever love me like I love you so I am just trying to move on, I'm trying to do that so I don't mess up our friendship" you choke on the words and try to stop the tears that are blurring your eyes. he stares at you looking absolutely stunned.
"You love me?" his voice is so small and you swear there's a hopeful edge to it but you must just be imagining it.
"Yeah, I'm the one who's been sending the notes, but you wanted it to be Chrissy and like I said you don't love me like I love you so I need to move on" Eddie groan exasperated and runs his hand through his hair in frustration. It tugs on his unruly curls and he groans, once his hand is free, he's gesturing widely.
"Well how do you know that? You've never given me the chance to love you, you just bailed when I didn't realise you were the one sending the notes" he snaps and you're seriously frustrated.
"Because you wanted it to be Chrissy! And give you a chance to love me? You either love me or you don't Eddie. I can't just sit around on the off chance that you might feel the same way when you obviously don't"
Tears roll down your cheeks and you wipe them away shakily, you're emotionally spent and you just want to have some time for yourself.
Eddie softens and his hands are on your shoulder, soothing and tender. "You're not listening, I want a chance to love you because I am in love with you"
Oh... "You do, you reply hopeful and he nods, keeping his gaze on you. What about Chrissy?" he shakes his head and his hand moves up to caress your cheek, his gaze is soft and full of adoration.
"Just a dumb crush. I'm over her now. What I feel for you...you're all I think about sweetheart, shit I think almost losing you helped give me a uh, knock on the head" you giggle and he ducks his head looking almost shy.
"Can I kiss you?" you nod eagerly and it doesn't take long for his lips to meet yours. Eddie pulls away after a few seconds and looks completely blissed out. It's exactly how you feel. Wow.
"Shit, I am an idiot, could have been doing that for a while now if I wasn't so oblivious" you stifle a smile and he's grinning too, smiling as he kisses you again.
And again. Showing you how much he loves you.

Okay, guys, here's the plot
Fanfic by Milkyr (thanks @peachyfnaf for editing <3)
Art by CreesA
Reunion
“Eclipse… Promise me one thing before I turn off and you're loaded into your own body..."
"Yes, of course! Anything for you, Sunny."
"No matter what happens… Don't lose yourself."
Gray fingers touched golden ones, and Eclipse looked at Sun. At his beaming smile and pale blue eyes filled with care and slight excitement.
"Whatever that means, I promise."
This was the last time Eclipse saw his Sun happy and alive.
***
Emerging from his own memories, Solar raised his head from the table. He fell asleep on the blueprints again. Grumbling softly to himself, the inventor got to his feet and stretched, hearing his iron joints creak. The animatronic soundlessly walked in soft slippers to the laboratories exit door. Focusing his hearing module on the space beyond the door, Solar listened to the sound of… nothing.
It was pretty quiet here.
Leaving the lab, Solar shoved his hands into the pockets of his lab coat.
"Ruin?"
He called softly, going first into the living room, then into the kitchen, then into one of the bedrooms.
"Eclipse?"
But he wasn't here either.
"Jack?"
It seems that he was completely alone in the bunker.
Solar went through all the rooms once more to make sure that no one was here, and then returned to his lab, blocking the front door and turning on the sound insulation in the room.
He pulled off the worn gray cloth from a capsule, which was located in the depths of the lab and was securely disguised as a "garbage can" so that no one would have the desire to ask questions about what was there. Pushing aside some wooden crates, the mechanic looked at the horizontal capsule with regret in his eyes. Inside, under the glass, laid Sun. But not Sun of whose dimension they now live.
It was his Sun. It was Sunny. The one who was always kind to Solar when he first woke up in someone else's body and didn't understand why he was no longer part of Moon. The one who sacrificed his life in order for Solar to get a chance at his own. The mechanic shook his head, pushing away the obsessive thoughts. His gaze was determined.
He's going to get Sunny back. He will get Sunny back. He's sacrificed too much not to. His fingers quickly tapped on the keyboard of the hidden device in the capsule, and the light inside it lit up. Solar frowned in concentration as he immersed himself in his calculations. He has been working on restoring Sun for several months now- it was very dangerous to work when someone else was in the bunker. His plans could be discovered, so he had to do everything slowly and carefully.
Suddenly, the computer let out an approving beep. The inventor opened his eyes in surprise, looking at the big green check mark on the screen. Did… Did he do it..? Did he really succeed..?
With trembling hands, Solar typed a couple of commands, and a progress bar was displayed on the monitor, gradually filling in black. The mechanic pressed his palms against the glass of the capsule, watching with hope in his eyes as the light inside grew brighter.
“Download complete. All systems stabilized. All external modules running properly. Turn designation: ‘Sunny’ on?”
Solar pressed the confirmation button on the keyboard, staring in fascination as the animatronic in the capsule began to make soft noises. At first it was the crackle of electricity, then the noise of the fans, which became quieter almost immediately as he switched to silent mode.
Sunny opened his eyes.
At first, his eyes were cloudy, he heard only isolated sounds- an incomprehensible buzzing- and felt a heaviness all over his body. He saw a dark blue spot above him.
"Moon..?”
His vision began to clear, and the dark blue spot turned into a dark orange. Who is that? Sunny could say with confidence that this was the first time he’d seen such an animatronic model, but his gaze caught on a couple of details in the appearance, and he gasped.
"Eclipse..?"
Sun spoke with hesitance, still unsure of his assumption.
"Yes."
Solar replied in a quiet, trembling voice, feeling tears running down his cheeks.
"What… What happened?" Sunny asked in surprise, noticing out of the corner of his eye that he was lying in some kind of capsule, a lot of wires were plugged in all over his body. "There must be some mistake here..."
"What do you mean? You're alive, and that's good!"
Solar replied in euphoric disbelief, opening the lid of the capsule. "...You probably didn't understand me," Sunny smiled awkwardly, "the separation should have killed me. I knew I was going to die, but… I wanted to give you the opportunity to live in your own body, live your own life!..
Tumblr media
Or..." Sun's gaze suddenly became sad and hesitant. "Or… Or are we both dead and this is the afterlife? Oh no- I'm so sorry- I never meant for this to happe-..."
"-No, no, it's okay! I'm alive, and you're alive too," Solar grabbed Sunny's hand so that he could feel his touch, squeezing it like he would leave him again if he dared to let go, "And I promise I won't let anything happen to you. Never again."
"...Wait!" Sunny suddenly realized something. Attempting to sit up, he rapidly looked around, whipping his head from side-to-side. But Solar restrained him from his attempts, holding Sunny still as carefully disconnected the capsule's wiring so that nothing would be damaged. "W- Where are we? Where’s Moon?!"
"Be careful! Your systems are still very fragile after such a long period of inactivity," the inventor replied, "I'll... I'll explain everything, just let me make sure you can move safely, okay?"
"...Solar, you're making me a little nervous. Where is our brother?"
Sunny asked his question once more, feeling a familiar anxiety slowly creeping up on his mechanisms, making its way under his endoskeleton and stirring the very core of the animatronic. Finally, he was able to sit up and look around. What kind of place is this…
"...Yes. Yes, you did die that day." Solar began with bitterness in his voice, trying not to look into Sunny's eyes as he recounted the memory. "It shocked both Moon and I, and it broke us, and then… And then..." the inventor's voice went tight as a lump formed his throat, forcing him to sound on the verge of tears as he continued.
"...His killcode took over his body. I couldn't save him, Sunny. There was an… accident." He bitterly squeezed out the words. "I'm Sorry, Sun. I'm so, so sorry. Moon is no longer with us."
The final statement hit Sunny like the crack of a painful whip. The whole world trembled right in front of his eyes. Shaking hands clutched at the face plate, despair flooding his features.
"...N-No... nononono, NO! T-This can't… It can't be..." Sun's voice warbled out in despair, "Please, tell me you're lying! T-That this is all a bad joke! PLEASE!"
Before Sunny could lose himself anymore, he felt thin and trembling arms wrap around his back. It was Solar.
Sunny buried his face in Solar's shoulder, shaking and sobbing like a traumatized child. He was absolutely shattered by the news. Moon was his day-one. His other half. His brother. The animatronic he was closest to before they separated and Eclipse appeared.
Gradually, slowly, the sobs in the air began to subside. A numb, pulsating sadness took the place of despair. Sun slightly pulled away from Solar and sighed loudly, causing his fans to flare up for a moment.
"But... What happened then..? H-How are we here?" He asked hollowly, looking at the mechanic.
"I had to conspire with dangerous criminals to survive. Working with them, I at least had a chance to get you back." Solar lowered the tone of his voice, "As of now, my name is no longer Eclipse. My name is Solar."
"Oh my God…" Sunny gasped in fright, taking Solar's face in his hands and looking at his rays. It was only now that he noticed how dirty and broken they were. "D- Did they do this to you? The criminals?!"
"No, no, I'm fine. They won't touch me, we have an… agreement," the inventor shook his head slightly, "But they must not find out about you. We're currently in a bunker under the pizzaplex. This is my lab, and we're in another dimension. But I promise we'll escape from here. I'll find a way.”
"B-But how can they not find out about me if they literally live here?" Sunny shivered, feeling fear creep up his spine. Poor Solar, what kind of mess did he get into..?
"Don't worry, they won't come into my lab. This is my personal space, and no one can come here without my permission." Solar took Sunny's hands in his own once more and looked into his eyes.
"Their names are Ruin and Eclipse. They're both very dangerous- Ruin can infect you with a virus that makes you want to kill, and Eclipse is just out of control when he's not in the mood- and he's always not in the mood. Knowing him, he'll tear you apart as soon as he sees you! Swear to me that you will not leave the lab under any circumstances. Please."
"Solar, I..." Sunny spoke quietly, confused and terrified eyes gazing into the tired and sad ones of the mechanic. "...I trust you. I promise that I will do whatever you say, and help in any way I can."
"Thank you, Sunny. Thank you." Solar leaned forward to hug Sun again, "I'm glad you're back." "Yes..." Sunny hugged the animatronic in response, "I'm so glad to see you, too…"

Whispers of the past pt.4
Pairing: Hoshina Soshiro x reader
Summary: 10 years ago, Y/N went missing after being attacked by a kaiju, now working by Gen Narumi's side as his secret weapon, she hides herself in hopes that one day she reconnects with her first love, Hoshina Soshiro.
pt.3 - pt.5

Hoshina's pov:
The next morning dawned with a sense of relief, the events of the previous night fading into memory. Mina and I shared a quiet breakfast together, the gossip about our supposed relationship the subject of much amusement.
"I can't believe people actually believe those rumors," Mina chuckled, sipping her coffee. "As if I would ever go for someone like you."
I rolled my eyes, playfully nudging her shoulder. "Hey, watch it. You're lucky to have me."
We laughed, the tension of the past evening dissipating in the light of day. Despite the rumors, Mina and I had always been nothing more than friends, comrades in arms against the kaiju threat.
After breakfast, we headed to a reunion with the defense force to discuss the increasing number of kaiju attacks. The meeting was tense, the atmosphere charged with urgency as we debated strategies and tactics. Gen Narumi, captain of the first division, was as stoic as ever, his gaze piercing as he addressed the group.
"We're facing an unprecedented threat," he began, his voice commanding attention. "The kaiju attacks are escalating, and we need to be prepared for anything."
He paused, glancing around the room before continuing. "That's why I've been working on a secret project, one that I believe could turn the tide in our favor. I've recruited a new member to our ranks, someone with unique abilities that could prove invaluable in our fight against the kaiju."
Murmurs of curiosity rippled through the room as Narumi revealed his secret weapon. "Her name is Habina Chisuka" he explained, his expression grave. "She was once a human like us, but she was transformed into a kaiju. I've been training her, studying her abilities, in the hopes of unlocking the secrets of her transformation. We still don't know how or why it happened to her, she doesn't have any recolection of that night, however we have her under observation to try figure it out this occurrence.”
As Narumi spoke, I felt a sense of unease settle over me. The idea of using a transformed human as a weapon was unsettling, to say the least. How was that even possible. But Narumi was convinced that Chisuka held the key to understanding the kaiju threat, and I trusted his judgment implicitly.
"She's here with us today," Narumi continued, his gaze sweeping the room. "But she remains anonymous, her true identity hidden from all but a select few. I ask that you respect her privacy and treat her with the same respect you would any member of our team."
I nodded, the weight of Narumi's words sinking in. Habina Chisuka was a mystery, a puzzle waiting to be solved. And as the meeting came to a close, I couldn't shake the feeling that her presence would change everything. Using a kaiju as a soldier.
Later that evening, as I sat alone in my office, the events of the day played over in my mind. Chisuka Hibino was a wildcard, a variable that could tip the scales in our favor—or lead to our downfall.
--
Mina and I sat in the quiet of our shared quarters, the events of the day weighing heavily on our minds. As we sipped our tea, a tense silence settled between us, broken only by the occasional clink of our cups.
Finally, Mina spoke, her voice low and cautious. "This all Habina Chisuka situation doesn't seem right to me."
I nodded, knowing exactly what was on her mind. "I know. It's hard to trust someone we know so little about."
Mina leaned forward, her gaze intense. "But what if she's not who she says she is? What if she's a kaiju in disguise, manipulating us for her own purposes?"
The thought sent a chill down my spine, but I couldn't deny the possibility. "It's a risk we can't afford to ignore. We need to find out the truth about her, no matter what."
Mina nodded, her expression determined. "Agreed. But how do we do that? Gen trusts her implicitly, and he won't take kindly to us questioning her."
I frowned, knowing she was right. Gen Narumi had put his faith in this Chisuka, and questioning her loyalty would be seen as a betrayal. But if there was even a chance that she posed a threat to us, we couldn't afford to ignore it.
"We'll have to be subtle," I said, thinking aloud. "We'll need to gather information, find out who she is, about her past and her abilities. If she truly is who she says she is, then she won't have anything to hide."
Mina nodded, her expression grim. "Agreed. Although, if she's under Narumi's watch, it can be difficult to track her down. But if I could have something from Narumi, we can know where she is and keep an eye on her, watching for any signs of suspicious behavior. And if we find anything, we'll confront her and demand answers. Kill her if needed."
I felt a surge of determination, knowing that we couldn't afford to let our guard down.
--
Narumi's pov:
The soft glow of the streetlights cast long shadows across the quiet street as I made my way to Chisuka's apartment. The events of the day weighed heavily on my mind, and I knew that I needed to speak with her before the situation escalated any further.
As I reached her building, I hesitated for a moment before knocking on her door. The sound of footsteps approached, and soon Chisuka stood before me, her expression guarded but curious.
"Narumi," she greeted, her voice soft with surprise. "What brings you here at this hour?"
"I wanted to speak with you, Chisuka," I replied, offering her a small smile. "May I come in?"
She nodded, stepping aside to let me enter. The apartment was small and sparsely furnished, a testament to Chisuka's solitary existence. I followed her inside, taking a seat on the worn couch.
"I wanted to talk to you about the reunion we discussed earlier," I began, my tone serious. "We may need you in battle soon, and I wanted to prepare you for what's to come, we had the reunion today, we announced your presence in our team to the other divisions, we have been training for 3 years now, and with the increase of kaiju attacks and stronger kaijus appearing, you'll need to make you debut, you need to know what it's like on the battlefield."
Chisuka's expression darkened, a shadow crossing her features. "I understand, Captain. I'll be ready."
I studied her for a moment, sensing her sadness and unease. "Is everything alright, Chisuka? You seem… troubled."
Chisuka hesitated, her eyes betraying the turmoil within. "It's nothing, Captain. Just… personal issues."
I reached out, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. "You can talk to me, Chisuka. I'm here to help."
Her walls began to crumble, the weight of her emotions pressing down on her. "It's just… I saw Soshiro at the bar tonight, and it messed with my head, with everything, it's just...I need to move on anyway, he even has a girlfriend now."
My heart clenched at her words, a surge of protectiveness rising within me. "I'm sorry, Chisuka. I didn't realize…"
Chisuka shook her head, trying to push aside the memories that threatened to overwhelm her. "It's fine, Captain. I'll deal with it."
We sat on the floor, her couch holding our backs, only a small light from an old chandelier lighted the room, I made conversation with her, trying to distract her from the pain she revealed to me. But I could still see the pain in her eyes, the lingering hurt from her encounter with Soshiro. Without thinking, I leaned in closer, my lips hovering just inches from hers.
"Chisuka…" I murmured, my voice barely above a whisper.
She looked up at me, her eyes wide with uncertainty. In that moment, I wanted nothing more than to ease her pain, to offer her the comfort she so desperately needed.
But as our lips drew closer, I hesitated, a voice whispering in the back of my mind that this wasn't right, that I was crossing a line I shouldn't.
With a shaky breath, Chisuka pulled away, her eyes filled with regret. "I'm sorry, Narumi. I can't…"
I nodded, my own heart heavy with disappointment. "It's alright, Chisuka. I shouldn't have…"
She reached out, placing a hand on my arm. "Thank you, Narumi. For everything."
As I rose to leave, I couldn't shake the feeling of longing that lingered in the air between us. But I knew that I needed to respect Chisuka's boundaries, to give her the space she needed to heal.
And as I watched her disappear into the depths of her apartment, I couldn't help but wonder what has gotten into me, feeling guilty for making her unconfortable...I'm sorry Chisuka.
--
-flashback-
The battlefield was chaos. Smoke and debris filled the air, the roar of kaiju and the shouts of our comrades blending into a cacophony of war. I was leading my team in a desperate defense against a particularly relentless kaiju when a new, unexpected threat emerged from the shadows.
It was unlike any kaiju we had faced before. Its form was humanoid, almost graceful, with a mixture of sleek, alien-like armor and raw, exposed muscle. Its eyes, however, held an intelligence that set it apart from the mindless beasts we were used to fighting.
I engaged it cautiously, my attacks probing for weaknesses. But it quickly became clear that this kaiju was different. It moved with purpose, almost as if it were trying to communicate.
Suddenly, the creature stopped fighting and held up a clawed hand, a gesture that seemed almost… human.
"Please," it spoke, its voice resonating in our minds rather than through the air. "I am not your enemy. My name is Y/N L/N."
I froze, disbelief and confusion etched on my face. A talking kaiju? This had to be some kind of trick.
"Why should I believe you?" I demanded, keeping my blade at the ready.
The kaiju, Y/N, shifted her form, her features softening and becoming more human-like. Slowly, painfully, she began to transform. Before our eyes, the monstrous exterior melted away, revealing a young woman with tear-filled eyes.
"Because I was human once," she said, her voice trembling. "And I need your help. Please, I'm not a threat."
The sincerity in her eyes, the desperation in her voice—it was enough to give me pause. Lowering my weapon, I approached her cautiously. "Alright. I'll help you. But you need to come with us."
Y/N nodded, relief flooding her features. "Thank you."
In the weeks that followed, I didn't know what approach to have, I was still suspicious of her, although, how could a kaiju be so human. But over time, her genuine desire to aid me became evident. She began her training with me, shared her knowledge of kaiju behavior, and proved her loyalty time and time again.
During this period, I grew closer to Y/N, now named Habina Chisuka. We spent long hours discussing strategy, her insights often proving invaluable. Despite the initial awkwardness, a camaraderie began to form between us.
One evening, after a particularly grueling training session, I found Chisuka sitting alone on the roof of the base. The sun was setting, casting a golden glow over the city below.
"Mind if I join you?" I asked, approaching her with a small smile.
She glanced up, surprised, then nodded. "Of course, Captain."
I sat beside her, the silence between us comfortable. "You've come a long way, Chisuka. I'm glad you're with us."
She smiled, but there was a hint of sadness in her eyes. "Thank you, Captain. It's been… difficult, but I'm grateful for the chance to prove myself."
A few days later, we offered Chisuka a small apartment near the base, the girl had spent the last years of her life jumping from bench to bench, our working long hours for no money, just to be given a warm bed. But now, she did have a place she could call her own. I wanted her to feel as much a part of our team as anyone else, and a private space seemed like a good step towards that.
That night, I couldn't resist checking on her. I knocked softly on her door, and after a moment, she opened it, her eyes red and puffy.
"Chisuka, are you alright?" I asked, concern lacing my voice.
She tried to smile, but it wavered. "Yes, Captain. I just… I didn't expect this. A place of my own. It's… overwhelming."
I stepped inside, glancing around the modest apartment. It was sparsely furnished, just a bed, a small table, and a chair, but it was more than she had ever hoped for since her transformation. "You deserve it, Chisuka. You've earned my trust and my friendship."
She nodded, tears spilling down her cheeks. "Thank you. For everything. I never thought I'd feel welcome again, let alone have a place to call home."
Without thinking, I pulled her into a gentle embrace. "You're one of us now, Chisuka. We're here for you."
She clung to me, sobbing softly against my chest. I could feel her trembling, the weight of her emotions pouring out after being bottled up for so long. "It's been so hard," she whispered. "I lost everything. My family, my friends, my life. And now… now I have this."
Her words broke my heart. I tightened my embrace, trying to offer her some semblance of comfort. "I can't imagine what you've been through, Chisuka. But I promise you, you're not alone anymore. We'll face this together."
She pulled back slightly, looking up at me with red-rimmed eyes. "I don't know how to thank you, Captain. You've given me more than I ever thought possible."
I wiped away her tears, offering her a reassuring smile. "Just keep fighting alongside us. That's all the thanks I need."
She nodded, a small, grateful smile breaking through her sorrow. "I will. I promise."
As we stood there, the bond between us strengthened, forged in the crucible of battle and tempered by shared pain. Habina Chisuka was more than just a weapon in our fight against the kaiju—she was a valued member of my team, and someone I came to want to protect with my life.
In the days that followed, Chisuka began to settle into her new life. She joined me in training sessions, her kaiju abilities proving to be an invaluable asset. She shared her insights on kaiju behavior, helping us to develop new strategies and tactics. And slowly but surely, she began to find her place among us.
One evening, after a particularly intense training session, I found myself once again at Chisuka's apartment. She had invited me for dinner, a gesture of gratitude that eventually become something regular for us.
As we sat at the small table, sharing a simple meal, I couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment. Chisuka was smiling, a genuine smile that reached her eyes, and for the first time since we had met, she seemed at peace.
"Thank you for this, Chisuka," I said, raising my glass in a toast. "To new beginnings."
She clinked her glass against mine, her smile widening. "To new beginnings."
As we talked and laughed, I realized just how far she had come. From a kaiju on the battlefield to a trusted member of my team, Habina Chisuka had found her place among us. And I knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, we would face them together.
Because over time, I saw her as a priority, she would be under my protection 24/7.

Dark best friend's brother Jake who really wants to fuck reader but can't seem to get her alone. She's also scared of him because of his habits like smoking weed and partying all the time kinda reputation. Pls make it non con!!💕
Here you go anon 💓
⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊•⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊⚊
[ Bloodshot eyes ]
Tumblr media
Tw: non-con, slight degradation, uses of drugs, ass eating, anal sex.
"Why are you running away from me, sweetheart?" He asked, trapping you between his thighs, one hand firmly gripping your hip and the other holding the cigarette in his mouth. You tried to wiggle out of the way, but he just smirked.
"S-Stop it! Jake, I am going to tell your sister about this." You tried to threaten him, causing him to snort. "Alright, sweetheart, you have scared me enough. You are free to leave." He said, spreading his thighs to release you. You dashed upstairs, looking back once to see him staring at your ass with those bloodshot eyes you feared so much.
Terror clawed at your insides whenever Jake sauntered into the room. "Scared" was a laughable understatement; you were petrified, paralyzed by a primal fear that danced in his eyes and lurked in the sneer twisting his lips. His habits were disgusting, his friends, and his violent outbursts sent shivers down your spine. What made it worse was how everyone seemed to fall under his spell, mesmerized by his list filled eyes. Did looks truly hold such power?.
It was like a cruel joke. You'd befriended his sister, drawn to her genuine sweetness and kindred spirit. She, like you, was innocent, sweet and timid. You'd naively expected a similar light in Jake, instead, you were shocked to find him doing everything which you loathed. It didn't matter what he did as long as he didn't bother you but that's the only thing he does these days, cornering you with every chance he could get.
The mere sight of Jake sent shivers down your spine, His lustful stares felt like physical gropes, each passing touch a violation disguised as casual contact. His house, once a haven shared with your best friend, became a hell you had to run. The air thick with the smell of weed and the annoying laughter of his friends, their jeering hollers as you passed by made you want to crawl and hide.
But you were trapped. Confiding in your best friend, Jake's sister, was unthinkable. How could you shatter her image of her perfect, protective brother? Her belief that his bad habits are just a way of rebellion towards their neglecting and absent parents.
The night came quickly, and you found yourself moving around, trying to find a comfortable position next to your best friend, who was fast asleep. You sighed and got out of bed; perhaps a glass of water would help, and since it was only 12 am., her brother would not be back yet.
You tiptoed your way down the kitchen, refilling your glass with water. You jumped when you felt a hand on your ass. "Its me, darling." There was his honey voice which always spoke nasty words to you. Commenting on how big your tits look and you pretty you would look with his cock in your mouth.
"Please Leave!" You turned around, attempting to remove his hand, but his hand remained groping your ass, groaning in satisfaction. "You don't understand how long I have waited for this..." He whispered before pulling you in for a rough kiss. You could taste the alcohol in your mouth as his tongue desperately licked every corner of it. He only pulled away to catch his breath.
"I'm gonna fucking ruin you!" His hands ripped open your shirt as you thrashed around, trying to scream his sister's name, but he cut you off with a slap on your tits. "You think she will help you, baby? She will blame you for seducing me," he laughed, palming your tits over your bra before pulling it down.
You could only swallow your moans as he sucked your nipples and twirled them around with his tongue, staring at you with bloodshot eyes. The ones which are always drowned in lust and intoxicated. You did not have the guts to stop him when his hands slid down your shorts, cupping your pussy and playing with your clit while your body continued to produce slick. "Might as well admit that you like it, darling," he chuckled, pulling away to admire the marks he had left all over your chest. He bounced them in his hand, grinning as you cried harder.
He treated you like a ragdoll, pulling your shorts down and bending you down on the counter while sucking hickies over your ass. "Mmnh...I needed to eat this ass, the one you liked to flaunt like a real slut." His tongue left a long stripe between your ass crack. You felt disgusted and violated, not only by him, but also by yourself, as you struggled to control your moans.
You did not stop him when he desperately ate your ass, moving his head around and moaning loudly, not caring if his sister was awake, because, in the end, you seduced him, and God knows how many times he jerked off to your thoughts. The fear in your eyes, the way you went pale every time you saw him turned him on so badly and so he will use you as he wishes.
He did not stop groaning as he relentlessly pounded into your ass, his hips moving at an uncontrollable pace. "Y-yeah baby, this is just fun. Come on just admit you like it." He taunted you, pulling on your hair as you let out moans and shook your head between your messed-up state. You did not like it. You despised it, even if your body acted otherwise. You still despised it when you came around his cock for the fourth time. You hated yourself when he laughed each time.
"You are mine now doll, I own you now. I'm gonna pass you around to my friends, fuck you till we are satisfied. Gonna give you a valid reason to hate me now, yeah? "

Oh BOI when I tell you this transition gave me shivers
This is a prime example of why spies like Twilight cannot afford emotional attachment, why their entire survival depends on them ignoring their own internal struggles.
Donovan Desmond is a force to be reckoned with; within minutes of meeting Loid, he shamelessly shares his corrupted views on humanity:
"It is simply impossible to understand what someone else is thinking. People will never be able to understand each other."
And that's why you're using force to bring other nations to their knees?
There you have Twilight; a man who lost everything in a war started by people who had the same way of thinking that Desmond has; a man who has sacrificed his own identity and chances of personal happiness in his mission to never allow others to suffer like he did.
The emotional investment is huge. He doesn't do it just because he thinks it's the right thing to do, he does it because he has first-hand experience of how much pain a war can cause. And he'd rather keep suffering if it means such pain won't be felt again by anyone else.
And yet, through all his internal turmoil, he has to look at Desmond and smile and agree with him. Him acting like the loyal Ostanian citizen who believes the Desmond group cares for the country is nothing compared to this transition. He goes from a man who is haunted by the traumas of his past to a beaming, hopeful man who indirectly endorses violence - the very thing that ruined his and many other people's lives - over understanding among humans
He has to become the exact opposite of what he stands for, become the kind of man like the ones whose actions ruined him. And the ironic depiction is not lost to the audience; his eyes are covered in shadows as we hear his inner thoughts, slowly getting brighter as he prepares his disguise, and finally getting back to the light when he fully dons it.
It's disturbing and it's wrong and it's the opposite of how it should be. Twilight may have made it his life's mission to never act on his emotions, but it's perfectly clear he does have emotions; he's just very good at willingly pushing them aside. And this depiction in that lighting is perfect to show how it's a necessary and conscious depravity of his own self that he has to partake in in order to survive and see his mission through.
It's brilliant. Disturbing, but brilliant.
(Anime only fan here, don't spoil me for the manga)

It felt like it had been a long time since _____ and Cale saw each other. In reality, it was merely a few days. It probably just felt like an eternity because they were both busy.
Sure, let’s go with that…
The two exchanged short pleasantries before the conversation switched to how one of the Gyerre Duchy’s vassals was committing human trafficking.
At first, the healer silently listened to the assassin and the young master talked. But then a familiar name was mentioned.
The Chryshi
_____ who has naturally and unknowingly switched their positions from in front of Ron to Cale's side perked up at the mention of a merchant guild and the Chryshi household.
A puppy-like young master and a bunny-like healer young master that naturally gravitated towards each other every chance they got…
No one knew how much this fact entertained a certain benign old man.
The so-called bunny-like healer started tugging Cale's sleeves as an indication they had something to say, too uncomfortable to speak first because there were a lot of people.
"Hmm? What is it _____, do you know something?"
Ignoring how Cale's voice softened a bit when addressing the healer, they all tuned in as to what the healer had to say.
"Back when I was with my adoptive family, I heard them bring up the Chryshi and some merchant guild in the same sentence. Whenever the conversation was about that they would also bring up about how it brings in so much income.”
_____ could see the intrigued reaction forming on Ron’s face.
“Also, there were nights when I would hear them have secret meanings with that Baron household... I wasn't allowed to take part in important conversations when I was back there so I can only tell you about things I overheard."
Cale once again feels like a headache coming.
However, it checks out if the Perduellios are part of this human trafficking scheme. How else would they get information about an ‘orphanage’ that sells blessed and gifted children?
It just makes sense.
And everyone could see that Cale hates that it makes sense.
Because if the Perduellios are part of this scheme then it would mean the orphanage _____ came from is a slave house with an orphanage front.
As if _____ hasn’t had enough in Cale’s opinion.
They already suffered from those bastards called Perduellios. If the place they came from was a slave house… how much more abuse did they experience?
“Ron, Freesia, include the Perduellios in your investigation.”
“As you wish young master-nim”
Everyone finalized the plan before moving on to another topic.
“Are you sure you’ll be fine staying alone at an inn? I can send one of them with you.”
What’s this? A certain redhead young master is acting out of character?
“I’ll be fine. I know the Gyerre territory like the back of my hand. I have done so many projects here since the Perduellios are aligned with them.”
Just as Cale mentioned, the plan is for _____ to stay in an inn. They would dye their hair and eyes as disguises too. This was because the chances of them being discovered here were higher. Not only does everyone know them, but Perduellio’s people also frequent this place.
So they had an idea to make _____ stay at an inn and pretend to be a traveller. It’s a great plan, only if Cale and Raon weren’t so hesitant.
Despite those hesitations, everything proceeded as planned.
The next day _____ went to a teahouse they used to frequent before. It was a few blocks from where Cale was drinking and should have windows so they could look at the houses from across the bridge.
Walking inside the establishment made the healer feel nostalgic. Going inside this teahouse was the only time they could semi-relax before. They were only allowed in there so rumours of the Perduellios not letting _____ have any downtime do not spread. Still, they were grateful for all those times.
_____ went to sit at an empty table with a window view. They would sit where they used to but for some reason, that table was filled with all sorts of flowers and gifts.
“Are you a traveller?”
A childish voice asked the healer. When _____ turned around to see who was talking, they saw the child of the owner of the teahouse.
“Yes I am, how did you know?”
Thankfully _____ had asked Raon to change their voice last minute.
“It’s because I saw you looking at that special table! Everyone here knows why that table is so special! You look like you don't know, so you must not be from here!”
Seems like _____ hasn’t been around here for a long time.
“That table belongs to Roan’s Medicus! Well, not belong but when uhm, when they were still around they would go here and sit over there and admire the view so my parents decided to decicate that table to them… I’ve always wanted to play with them… they were so pretty that I felt shy… I wish I had asked though…”
Guilt stabbed _____’s heart at the child’s words. They have seen this child look at them back then. However, they just thought the child was curious.
“But I'm not sad! Mom said that they are resting peacefully now! She told me that maybe they had to go because the Sun God missed them already! I'm sad that Sun God didn't ask me first if I won't miss Medicus-nim, but I understand their feelings because I'm a big girl now!”
Despite saying she's not sad, the child's eyes look teary as she talks about the healer.
“Oh, I was talking about the table! After hearing what Mom and Dad did, everyone started bringing gifts and flowers! Everyone said that it's so that if ever Medicus-nim’s spirit visits here they'd know just how much we love them! See that flower over there? I picked it myself to give it to them!”
_____ had no idea that people admired them to the point of doing something like this. It made their heart swell. Maybe they have done more than they thought they did.
“Really you did? I'm sure Medicus-nim will be happy when they see it…”
A woman came out from the kitchen, making the healer unable to finish their sentence. _____ knew this woman well, it's the shop's owner.
“Oh my! Mirari what did I tell you about bothering our customers!”
“Oh no, don’t worry it’s fine miss. We had a good conversation.”
The woman who seemed to be in her mid-thirties looked at _____ apologetically.
“I’m glad if that’s the case, but I’m still very sorry. She has suddenly started acting like this after hearing the news about the Medicus.”
Oh…
_____ doesn’t quite know how to feel about that.
So instead they just reassured Mirari’s mother that no harm was done. Nonetheless, the owner was insistent that they’d been disturbed and said that they could have something on the house.
“Traveller-nim choose tiramisu! It’s really good! Medicus-nim always ordered it!”
_____ doesn’t know if they can take any more of this.
They don’t know what they’ve done to make someone this fond of them.
“If Mirari-nim insists then I’ll get a tiramisu cake.”
The healer smiled as they waved goodbye to the child that’s being escorted back to the kitchen. As they did they wonder how such a small child could leave such big lingering feelings.
Nothing else happened after that encounter. _____ just sipped their tea and ate sweets as they watched the windows.
Then it finally happened.
Cale had gone outside acting all trashy.
As they did _____ couldn’t help but let out a small chuckle. It’s funny to see the young master acting drunk when he's clearly not. Plus that red flush on his face looks cute.
…wait what?
Uhm anyways…
Soon _____ saw the signal for them to make a move. The signal that they talked about yesterday was Cale’s shield. As soon as the redhead summoned the famous silver shield, the healer went out to be on standby.
Everything became chaotic. _____ could see the citizens not knowing what to do as the famous young master Silver Shield caused havoc.
_____ used that chaos to their advantage and went underneath the houses Cale had been eyeing since this morning.
Once they got to where the victims were _____ started healing all the severely injured people. As much as it pains the healer to pick and choose who to heal they still do. This was because the Gyerres had to see for themselves just how much these people had suffered.
So as much as they want to heal everyone, _____ only attended to those close to dying.
“Kind _____ the people our human is waiting for are here!”
Raon’s voice echoed in _____’s mind midway through finishing all the houses. That was their sign to get out before Antonio Gyerre or his knights saw the healer.
That night two cute kittens infiltrated _____’s room.
“Cale said you might use all the potions he gave to you on other people nya!”
“We are here to heal the healer nya!”
On and Hong greeted the injured healer on the bed as they welcomed themselves in through the window. _____ could only send a small smile in return, too hurt to form a response.
“Our youngest and Cale wanted to come here themselves but they still have something to do nya.”
Hong stated as he switched to his human form to properly use the healing potion he and On had brought. Meanwhile, his older sister is inspecting the healer’s body. She’s assessing every wound she can find, no doubt to tattle to Cale later.
With the help of the two siblings, _____ started feeling better in no time. They would try to do it midway themself but the healer has learned not to disturb the two kittens when they set their mind to do something.
After they were done they shifted back into their kitten forms to curl up and cuddle with _____.
Safe to say _____ slept soundly that night.
A few days later _____can finally regroup with Cale. They agreed to meet up outside the Gyerre territory, just before they had to meet up with Mary and Tasha.
_____ entered the carriage and greeted Billos. They were about to sit beside him when they felt Cale tug on their clothes. It confused the healer because why is Cale stopping them from sitting beside the merchant when they usually sit across the redhead? So _____ looked at the young master only to see him patting the space beside him.
“I assume you’ve been well?”
“Yes, thanks to you and the kids. I’m glad that you seem to be in good spirits too.”
Cale quickly assessed the healer's body to confirm if they were feeling better. After seeing that they were, the redhead grabbed a pillow from somewhere and placed it on the healer's lap. He then laid down on that pillow and started sleeping as if Billos wasn’t even there.
In turn, Billos just acted as if the young master wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary.
Time passed and they soon arrived at the entrance of Vegas CIty where the merchant got off. As soon as he did Cale got up from _____’s lap to talk to them.
“Ron and Freesia had investigated the Perduellio Family. It turns out that the assumptions were correct. The Perduellios have been working with the Chryshis and have been smuggling people.”
Oh…
Was it too late to put their hood back on now?
Because _____ feels like they’re about to cry…
Oh no
_____ can feel the waterworks start. They tried to suppress it, but the news was just too much to bear. Especially after the conversation they had with that child named Mirari.
Tears fell as _____ absorbed the news Cale told them.
In the back of their mind, someone was telling them that they seemed to be crying a lot these days but they currently can't care.
"I didn't... I genuinely didn't know anything..."
The sorrow _____ felt at the involvement of their family felt foreign to them. Their heart feels as though it was being crushed by how heavy it was while their head feels light. They also started questioning their role and achievements. Although they didn't take a direct part in that terrible sin, they feel as though they still have a great responsibility as they were part of that family.
"I know they weren't the greatest... But I never thought they would stoop so low. What they did to me was fine but this…”
They may have not taken part in the act, but they unknowingly helped fund it.
And that made _____ feel so so guilty.
“While I was healing people, feeling like I was righteous, they were doing such a sin behind my back. Using the money I have accumulated from the sick for such a task.."
Cale can't take this anymore. He can't take _____’s tears anymore. But he doesn't know how to handle a crying person.
So he did the first thing that popped into his mind.
Cale offered his shoulder.
Well, he first wiped _____’s tears before semi-hugging them to place them on his shoulder.
The point still stands, Cale is doing something unusual.
Raon, Hong, and On watched this predicament with their jaws practically on the ground. They had seen the redhead act in all kinds of ways to get what he wanted. But never like this.
Plus, he wasn't acting. That makes it more shocking to the children.
And maybe _____ would be the same if they weren’t engrossed in their feelings.
But they are, so they just accepted the comfort the redhead silently offered and cried to their heart's content.
Later on, when Ron checked the carriage, he could see the bunny healer's head on his puppy master's lap. Both of them slept while the children were quietly chatting amongst themselves.
Tumblr media
a/n: just a small fun fact, I wasn't gonna assign a name at first because I was too lazy but then I learned that Perduellio was the capital offense of high treason back in Ancient Rome

Hey friend!
I'm well thank you!
Also, thank you so much for the request! I tried my best to write it, but please give me feedback if I missed anything.
This is my first time writing Zoro, I tried my best to capture his character but he is not the romantic type haha.

Tumblr media
After returning from Whole Cake Island after saving Sanji, you worked as a geisha woman in disguise with Robin in Wano. "I believe Zoro wishes to see you again," Robin said with a smile. You felt the skin on your cheek burn. "W-We have to focus on taking Kaido down…I—" you stopped yourself, knowing that arguing with someone as intellectual as Robin would be a waste of time. "I'll cover up for you, just go and greet him. Besides, he might have collected some valuable information on our customers."
"When you put it like that, I'll go." You say, sneaking out of the house. You feel your stomach growl and decide to take a quick trip to Sanji's new food stand. On your way, you freeze as you hear Zoro talking to Sanji. "Don't you want to see Y/n-swan? She looked gorgeous in her geisha outfit." Sanji drooled. Zoro turned around, blushing, feeling a bit embarrassed. Sanji noticed Zoro's blushing and asked him again if he didn't want to see you. Zoro hesitated for a moment before saying no. You overhear this conversation and feel your heart break into a million pieces. You had been so excited to see Zoro, but now it seemed he didn't want to see you.
Sanji looked at him with confusion. "Why not? I thought you liked her," he said. "I do like her, but I don't want to put her in danger," Zoro explained. "I'm not strong enough to protect her yet. I need to get stronger first." Sanji nodded, understanding Zoro's concerns. "I see what you mean," he said. "But you know, Y/n-Swan is a strong person, too. Maybe you could talk to her about it and see what she thinks." Zoro thought about it for a moment, but he wasn't sure if he was ready to talk to you about his feelings. He knew that you deserved someone strong by your side, but he didn't want to lead you on or hurt you in any way.
He knew that he had to become stronger so that he could protect you and be with you, as the crew had many enemies. He would train harder than ever to become the world's strongest swordsman. He knew it would be a long journey, but he was willing to do whatever it took. The scar on your leg from defending him against Mihawk after their first battle still haunts him.
You quietly walked away, tears streaming down your face. You had been so excited to see Zoro, but now it seemed he didn't want to see you. You didn't hear Zoro's confession to Sanji about his feelings for you, as you had already left.
After your Captain's victory over Kaido, Wano hosted a big banquet party to celebrate their new freedom. You sat next to Nami, confiding in her. Nami listened patiently, his eyes wide with empathy. "Don't worry, Y/n. That idiot loves you. He just doesn't know how to show it sometimes." You smile as you find comfort in Nami's words. You feel a tap on your shoulder and turn around to see Mr. Kuyama standing there. He was one of your clients during your undercover job as a geisha woman.
He looked at you with admiration and said, "Y/n-chan, you are the most beautiful geisha I have ever seen. I would be honoured if you would consider marrying me." You felt flattered but didn't know how to respond. Nami stared at you in disbelief; there was no way you were going to leave the crew for a marriage. However, if you marry him, you'll be the richest woman in Wano. Nami drooled over the thought of the money your kind heart would gift her. Before she could say anything, Zoro noticed the man's advances and felt a burning sensation in his chest. His grip tightened around his sake bottle as he struggled to contain his rage.He couldn't bear the thought of you being with anyone else but him. Feeling the tension, Luffy stretched his arm, dragged you to him, and stuffed your mount with meat, hoping to help Zoro by observing the situation from a distance. The Captain facepalm himself when he sees Zoro walking up to Kuyama, grabbing his shirt. "Hey, back off. She is not available for marriage." He said between his teeth. "M-My a-apologies Zoro-San", the poor man managed to stutter out before running away. You could swear that he wetted himself a bit.
Zoro turns around and sees your disapproved face, he could tell he messed up. He left in embarrassment, knowing that you'd confront him anytime soon. It'd be better for the two of you to talk in private. You left Luffy's side to follow Zoro, knowing he'd probably want to choose the meeting spot.
You spotted Zoro standing alone outside, staring at the stars. With hesitant yet determined footsteps, you approached him, letting out a heavy sigh. "Zoro," you started, gently yet firm. "Zoro, what happened earlier?"
He turned to face you, his expression guarded as he pretended not to know what you were talking about. "Nothing," he replied sharply, his tone short. Your frustration grew as he dodged her question. "Zoro, please," you urged, her voice tinged with urgency. "I saw how you reacted. Please tell me what's bothering you."
"I just couldn't bear to see you… with him," he mumbled. "Huh?" you said in confusion. "I just couldn't bear to see you with him, okay!" His honest admission softened your heart. You closed the distance between you and gently touched his arm, offering him silent comfort.
"I see, I didn't know as I thought you didn't want to see me." Zoro is now the confused one. "What are you talking about?"
"I overheard you talking to Sanji about not wanting to see me," you mutter, looking down. He gently lifts your chin to look you in the eyes. "It's not that I don't want to see you. Hell, I would rather spend time with you than training. I just wish I was strong enough to protect you. I don't want anyone else to take you away from me." You smiled, feeling a sense of ease by his confession. "You don't have to protect me, Zoro. Just love me."
With those words, Zoro pulled you into his arms and gently kissed you. The rest of the world melted away as you lost yourselves in the moment.
As you pulled away from each other, Zoro looked at you with a newfound sense of confidence. "I'll always protect you, Y/n. No matter what." Since that day, the two of you have been inseparable.

Breaking Point- Bakugo x Reader
Bakugo x Support Course Shoto's Twin Sister Reader (Part 6)
<- Previous (Part 5)
Summary: ANGST. Bakugo and Y/n get into fight, and Shoto and Y/n have a forgiveful talk.
This is more written from Shoto's perspective.
Tumblr media
*Little Heartstopper reference*
Shoto can't remember when Y/n and Bakugo became Y/n & Bakugo. But Bakugo was there when his selfishly enraged self couldn't. So, in Shoto's book, Bakugo was alright.
The first time he saw Bakugo and Y/n interact was when the blonde scolded her for throwing the 1st challenge race at the sports festival.
Even after she made a big impression with her gear, she stopped right before the finish line. Making an even bigger impression on support companies for letting others have their moment.
Shoto never really looked to see who she'd talked to, afterall he wasn't on good terms with his twin, so he knew not to dwell into her life. So he was a bit puzzled seeing you together. You looked so relaxed, so free.
Both born from the same star, yet he thought you shined so much brighter. Instead of obeying the path Endeavor wanted, you made your own. While he took the road of driven resentment. Only recently did he start to feel bad for getting upset at you using your quirk and loving dad.
The more Shoto saw you and Bakugo, whether in the halls, at lunch, or chatting in the support classroom, the more envious he felt. He wanted to talk to you like that too, but you always seemed a shoulder's length away.
It wasn't until Bakugo got kidnapped where Shoto really saw you for the first time. Your hair turned red with anger, pushing Shoto to tell you what the hell happened at camp. For the first time, he felt scared you were going to break.
You ended up coming along to the rescue mission. Despite the group's protest, a quick threat to burn them alive shut them up enough to convince them you'll keep up. No wonder you're Bakugo's closest friend.
That day, you guys genuinely got closer; you even shared a laugh as you ridiculed his disguise. In the end, he was kinda glad Bakugo got kidnapped cause at least he had a minute with you. He was even more glad to see you around the dorms after the move. But then again, it was always for Bakugo, but you'd occasionally walk up to talk to him.
Then the license exams came, which he and Bakugo failed. The same day, you showed up to the dorms scouring for the news, which ultimately ended in a fight between Bakugo and you. Wounds were definitely opened for both of you.
"You don't get it, Y/n! You wasted your potential the second you decided you wanted to be tech support! Dont give me pity for shit you can't begin to understand!" Bakugo screams but then freezes as if he knew the words he spilled weren't true; not for him and certainly not to you.
But it was too late; lines were crossed.
"Well, luckily, I don't need your reassurance. I know what I'm doing is not wasted.
Remember, I'm the one that spilled my sweat, brains, and time just so you can go play hero.
News flash, heroes that seek for glory almost inevitably end up mistreating the ones around them, most definitely civilians. That's why you failed. No one to blame but your selfish ego, Katsuki.
You want to be a showboat hero? Fine. But don't EVER disrespect the people who helped you along the way." Y/n spat back, making sure she dug the knife as deep as he did.
And like that, he was gone. He stomps echoing the hallway, leaving you in the common room with your brother.
"Y/n?" Shoto asked a little concerned after witnessing the whole thing. Luckily, most of his classmates were off to bed from exhaustion and didn't witness the fight.
If they did hear it, they sure as hell won't ask; Bakugo is very sensitive at the moment.
"I'm alright, Shoto. Did you pass your exams?" You ask dull tone face, now wearing the same stoic face you use at home.
"No."
"Oh. Are you okay?" You asked with your concerned attention turned to him instead of the situation with the blonde. Selfless even when you're hurting, too.
"Not entirely, but no worries. I'll manage." He said in a defeated tone. He wondered if you would've excelled far better than him. He sure you would've been more selfless than the way he acted.
"Y/n, I'd like to apologize." He blurts out almost desperate to get off his chest. Your eyes widen in surprise of his outburst. You struggle to get words out.
"You didn't deserve how I treated you when we were younger. I'm sorry for my actions, I was in a place of anger and resentment, not even towards you, but I'm actively trying to get out of it." He says, bowing his head down.
"Shoto, it's okay I-"
"No, it's not. You're too kind. To Fuyumi, Natsuo, Me, and even Bakugo just now. We've all wronged you, and yet you don't push us away. You have every right to be angry. So please be angry for once." He says, almost raising his voice. Only when looking up at you does he stop.
Your hair is now white tufts popping out against the black, icicles forming around your eyes and in your hair. He's only seen this once, and it when you begged dad not to be a hero. You looked so much like Touya then.
"I can't." You say almost in a sob.
"I can never be angry at any of you. I defend myself, sure, but it always ends up making me feel worse about the situation.
I love you guys, so much. But I know that who I am, the version of myself I'm most content with... just doesn't fit into the picture." You say with tears streaming down your face. Almost falling down to your knees if it weren't for him running to hold you up.
"I'm sorry we've made you feel like you can't be yourself. I've seen the way you act around Bakugo when you think others aren't looking.
Or how lucky your friends are to see you laughing, almost seeing your hair turn to your red from how comfortable you are. I want that for you.
Please, be yourself when you're with me. And I'll make sure others don't treat you any differently. I'm sure the others feel the same, though." He says, pouring out his observations of you at school.
"You think so?" you sniffle, the strong appearance you've held on to for so long finally broke open, revealing the same little girl that just wanted her family to love her.
"You can send us all to the earth's core your quirk if I'm wrong." He says. You let out a weak but genuine laugh.
"Pft, that's funny. I didn't know you could joke like that Shoto"
"What joke?"
(Part 7) -> (Not up yet silly :3)

BABY'S FIRST GAY PANIC — carina deluca and maya bishop.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
pairing: carina deluca x maya bishop x daughter!reader
summary: you used to love spending your days at the hospital with carina, until suddenly, not anymore.
a/n: english is not my first language so I'm sorry for any mistakes, guys.
word count: 548
warnings: none, just pure fluff.
Tumblr media
During much of your childhood you loved moving between your mothers' jobs. Normally you preferred the hospital because there was always someone to talk to while your mother was in surgery or tending to a patient.
As you grew up, your frequency at both jobs decreased, but you still went sporadically. But for a while now you refused to go to the hospital and your mothers didn't know why.
The sudden change in weather in Seattle made you sick and need to stay away from school for a few days. Your mothers were unable to take time off and care for you at home, so Carina decided to take you to the hospital with her.
It's no exaggeration to say that you almost freaked out over this information.
"Mamma, non voglio andare! Please let me stay at home." You had gotten into the habit of mixing English and Italian when you were nervous and Maya thought it was adorable. It was like seeing a young version of Carina gesticulating and complaining around the house.
"Bambina, I can't leave you at home alone. Unfortunately you have to go." You pouted angrily. “I promise to make it up to you at the weekend, okay?”
You didn't have many options so you were forced to accept. Maya decided to take you because she had something to resolve at the hospital, captain's task, as she said. Going to Grey-Sloan was synonymous with being pampered by nurses, even the most grumpy surgeons.
And there were the interns.
Lucas Adams, Simone Griffith, Benson Kwan, Mika Yasuda and... Jules Millin.
She was the reason you didn't like going to the hospital, because let's say you had a gay panic every time you saw her.
"Doctor DeLuca, I was looking for you!" Jules' voice made you want to hide behind Maya, but you wouldn't be a cowardly little baby. "Y/n/n, you finally showed up. You're missed here."
You felt yourself falling apart when the woman's cold hand caressed your cheek. Stammering out some awkward answer, you gave your mother some privacy and sat with Maya at the reception. The firefighter didn't take long to understand what had happened, but decided not to say anything until Carina resolved what she needed.
You were almost falling asleep on Maya's shoulder when Carina came back, smiling and practically jumping with joy.
"I think your intern broke our daughter." Maya commented to your horror. You widened your eyes and hid your face in her neck. "Baby's first gay panic."
Carina put the pieces together and finally understood everything that had been happening. It's not that you didn't enjoy going to the hospital anymore, you just didn't know how to deal with the feeling of being close to Jules with an alarming frequency.
"Do you have a crush on Jules, bambina?" Carina asked and you groaned, both from embarrassment and from a headache. "Oh, now I understand."
"Please don't ever talk about this to anyone." You stood up so suddenly that you felt dizzy, but you managed to disguise it masterfully. "Can I stay with Aunt Amelia today? Please."
Carina couldn't hide her smile in time from you, who looked at her as if you could kill her without even blinking.
"Of course, bambina. Let's talk to her."

Ler!gyomei and lee!tomioka?
Yes, because Gyomei deserves the spotlight (I feel like he is an underrated character because he is not attractive, but for me he is 🛐)
Tumblr media
Ler: Gyomei Himejima
Lee: Giyuu Tomioka
Is it necessary to see people to know what they really are? For Gyomei it wasn't, people gained his trust based on their "aura".
Since he lost his sight, Gyomei didn't see people with his real eyes, he saw them with the eyes of his heart and lately there was someone who had caught his attention.
'Tomioka? It's you?' 'How did you know it was me?'
'I figured, would you like to sit?', Giyuu mumbled but he agreed and yes, he was that person.
He hadn't attracted his attention romantically, so in what way? When Giyuu joined the corps, he stood next to the elder and being close, Gyomei couldn't help crying, but it wasn't happiness, he felt Giyuu's sadness, a sadness that he disguised under a cold and distant countenance.
'How was your day?' 'Fine, I guess. By the way, I don't know if your crow warned you, but later we will have a mission together'
Gyomei put his hands together and nodded, he had no problem, he got along quite well with them.
But when Giyuu left his side, ready to leave, he stopped him, telling him to sit down again since he wanted to talk to him. 'Tomioka, why do you always try to escape from us?'
'What do you mean by "escape from you"?'
'Every time we try to get close to you, you act strange. I don't say it because you don't speak, but because you try to avoid us at all costs from getting close to you, why?', Giyuu didn't know what to say.
The "I'm not like you" came up again, if he had been talking to Sanemi, he would probably have a black eye or a bruise on his cheek a few seconds ago.
But with Gyomei everything was different, he didn't seem to judge him for anything and maybe that was why he talked to him a little more than with anyone else.
'You usually repeat that phrase, is there any meaning?' 'I think the sentence speaks for itself...'
'Not much, if you maybe specified a little about how you're not like us it might help. But judging by the feeling you give off, it's not because you wanted to be tall or maybe because you wanted to have some muscle mass, it's another reason... What is it?'
Giyuu didn't answer, he wasn't planning on doing so anyway, he knew that if he decided to answer or not answer, Gyomei would respect his decision and apologize for making him uncomfortable.
Although part of the barrier he had made crumbled when he felt a hug from the older man, that feeling was so comforting that he didn't even know how or when, but he began to cry silently. 'Sorry, did I make you uncomfortable?'
'N-no... It's just... I didn't expect it, that's all...' 'I'm sorry, you seemed to need it and that's why I did it, forgive me if I scared you or something', there was nothing to apologize, how could he get angry with someone like him?
Giyuu calmed down and the tears that rolled down his cheeks dried up, and what appeared in their place was a slight desire to share with Gyomei how he felt.
As soon as he realized his thoughts, he shook his head, trying to convince himself that if he did, he would make Gyomei cry and he didn't want to bear any more guilt, but it wasn't enough, again silent tears rolled down his cheeks, god, but what was happening to him?
'Are you sure there isn't something you want to talk to me about? If there is a problem, I can offer you a solution or advice. And if you want a second opinion, you could go to Oyakata-Sama, he will surely help you'
'... No need... I'll be fine...'
This was something that internally made Gyomei a little angry, he knew he couldn't force the people to tell their problems, but it made him angry to know that the person was hurting themselves by keeping what they felt.
He tried to convince him, not being so demanding, he tried to guess what could be what ailed him, some fight? Any failed missions? Any unrequited love?
'Himejima-San...' 'I understand, I'm sorry for...-'
'There is someone better than me who deserves to be here, he was at your level, I am not worthy nor do I deserve to be here with you', was all he said, it's probably been what he's heard Giyuu speak the most.
But who would that person be? He deduced that since that person was not there, he would have unfortunately died; it was common for people with potential to lose their lives at the hands of demons.
Still, if Giyuu was not "enough" or "does not have that person's level", he was now the one who had a high rank, he was a hashira and it is not something that easy, being there does not require money or status; requires effort, talent, skill, among others.
'If you didn't, how did you get this far? You also have the same talent as that person, you just don't accept it, you shouldn't compare yourself to other people, you won't amount to anything. Ignore those negative comments, both from people AND yours, you will see that you will feel better...'
'I have tried and I have failed. But still, there is some reason, he would be better than me. He wouldn't be acting this way, he would have been braver and would have said things head on, without crying, not like me'
'You see? Stop comparing yourself, each person has a different way of reacting to a situation. He may not have acted like that outwardly, but what about on the inside?'
Giyuu slapped himself, it was something Sabito would have done, or at least he slapped himself in his mind, Gyomei didn't let him do it.
This for Gyomei was the straw that broke the camel's back, he was no longer going to sit idly by; he was a patient man, but even those people have a limit and the slap that Giyuu wanted to give himself was the one that surpassed him.
'If Oyakata-Sama heard you talk about yourself like that, I'm sure he would do this', Giyuu didn't believe what he heard, Gyomei sounded angry.
"He would do this"? What was he referring to? Kagaya didn't seem like the type to shout or say hurtful words, based on that, what would be the most logical option?
'Gyomei!' 'Mmmm, so you are ticklish, that helps me a lot with this...'
He must have guessed and anticipated it, it was the most logical option after all. Although which option would be the best now?
He couldn't lie to him by saying that he wasn't ticklish but he shouldn't run away either, well, it's not a "should", but a "could", Giyuu couldn't take even 10 steps before Gyomei returns him to his place again.
'Nothing to say? So it's true, I recommend that you don't try to hold back, you'll only make things worse...' 'I-I... Mhmhmhmhm!!', but how stubborn.
Giyuu would never have let out a reaction like that, it wasn't like him, how did Gyomei do it?
Certainly, the older one had some experience taking care of children and that, apparently, was what Giyuu was to him, a child. 'Co-cohome on! T-this is hu-humiliahahating...!'
'It's not, there's no one around, it's just the two of us, so don't be afraid of someone showing up and finding you, even if that happens, I'll stop so you have some time to breathe and pretend like nothing happened' 'Bu-buhut...!'
Giyuu smiled when those hands that were gently tickling his neck began to move down.
Out of instinct, he tightened his arms around his torso, thus trapping Gyomei's fingers, who could have gotten out of that situation quickly, but a little teasing for Giyuu wouldn't be bad, would it?
'It must be a bad spot for you to have done that. When I tickled your neck, you didn't even try to wrinkle your neck or push me away'
'Sh-shuhut uhuhup...!! Ta-tahake your haha-hands out of my mhmhmhm armpits...!!'
'I would, but my fingers are trapped right here and unless you raise your arms, I won't be able to do anything, it's your decision Giyuu'
Giyuu wanted to scream, but he wouldn't, it would mean making things worse for him. If Gyomei kept lowering his fingers, he would have no escape, he didn't know how he had guessed just the right places to make him laugh.
First the sides of his neck, then knowing that making circles with his fingers in the hollows of his armpits would make Giyuu squeal, what was next?. 'I guess I'll try to free my fingers, it should be easy, maybe if I lower my fingers a little...'
'N-NO!' 'Hmmmm? Why not? You wanted me to take my fingers out of your armpits, that's what I'll do', Giyuu tried to plead with his eyes, but, well, you understand.
Those hands began to lower, some fingers found themselves "trapped" in the space between each of his ribs.
As if it were worse, Gyomei repeated the same movement, using his thumbs, he began to move them in circles on Giyuu's lower ribs, feeling how he began to kick. 'Well, it looks like I found a way out, are you happy with that?'
'N-NOHOHO!! STO-STOHOHOP!!' 'I can't stop, we've only just started the lesson. Today you will learn to have some self-love, starting with admitting that you have a very cute and contagious laugh'
It was going to be a long morning for Giyuu, but rest assured that he is in good hands

An Unintentional Trap
Thirteen
I'm tired of listening to Solomon's whining. I want him out of my cave once and for all, and hopefully fetching MC and taking them to him will be enough for him to leave.
If that was the only reason for my trip, I would have just teleported to and from the castle. It's a lot quicker than walking. But I want some time alone with the human disguised as a demon.
During my little venture through MC's soul, I saw a rather alarming amount of demonic energy, more than any type of facade should have. Usually, humans with that much energy either end up evil or dead. Either way, their souls end up really dark. No sparkle at all.
And yet MC's soul remains blindingly white. Some of that could be explained by the angelic influence over it, but in my experience, the two cancel each other out, resulting in a dull, clear-looking soul.
I just want to know what makes the human tick. Perhaps that can explain why their soul is so...odd.
~~~
"I'm still a bit upset at Solomon," MC tells me. "Obviously, not enough to decline your invitation, but I'm probably not going to be rushing into his arms or anything like that."
"Understandable," I respond, making them sigh.
"Am I being unreasonable, Thirteen?"
"No, not at all. He did something incredibly stupid, and you're allowed to be frustrated by his lack of judgement." A slight test. Will they take the bait and trash-talk Solomon?
"I know. It's just..." They trail off.
"Just what?" Another sigh from MC.
"He was worried about me. I mean, I launched myself at a demon twice my size and sent the two of us sliding across the colosseum floor. The fact that I only walked away with a couple of scratches and bruises is a fucking miracle."
Huh. A human that's humble enough to acknowledge another person's emotions? And admit when they act too rashly for their own good?
"Why did you do it, then?"
"It was the only way I could knock Beel out. You saw the pictures, right?" I nod. He caused a lot of damage near the Demon Lord's castle. "He was starting to attack his brothers, Diavolo, and Barbatos when we got there. I had to stop him before he hurt any of them, because with the way he was going at them, their injuries would have been a lot worse than mine."
"So, you sacrificed your safety in order to protect theirs." MC softly smiles.
"That's not the first time that's happened. In fact, I've done it enough to get told off for it."
"I can imagine. Doing that sort of thing tends to shorten one's lifespan, making them die sooner than originally intended." I pause. "Those type of people tend to annoy me." MC's smile grows a bit wider, as if they know something I don't.
Wait.
Have I chewed them out for it in their timeline?
I can't think about that right now. We've arrived at my cave, and the energy feels off. Looking over at MC tells me that I'm not the only one feeling uneasy.
I pull out my dagger.
"Stay behind me," I whisper to MC, who quietly nods. We carefully make our way to the Fountain of Knowledge with no incidents.
Solomon is right where I left him, sitting on the edge of the fountain. And yet his presence does nothing to calm me down.
In fact, seeing him makes me that much more anxious.
Which is strange. I've felt a lot of things when it comes to the sorcerer, but never afraid.
"It's not him," MC murmurs. Solomon and I make eye contact, and I immediately get nauseous.
They're right. This isn't Solomon.
"Where is he?" I ask. The shapeshifter smiles eerily.
"Some place out of the way," it answers. "I wanted to talk to MC in private."
"Yeah, not happening, buddy. I don't trust you as far as I can throw you." An unknown entity that knows MC's actual name can't possibly be up to any good.
"Putting words in other people's mouths isn't polite."
"I never claimed to be polite." This guy is pissing me off.
"Aren't you tired of being told what to think?" He's directed the question at MC. "I don't wish to hurt you. I want you to be happy."
"I've already told you, I'm not interested," they tell the shapeshifter, causing him to chuckle.
"It's cute that you think you still have a choice. You're already on my path. The more you resist, the rougher your journey will be. I'm just offering to make things easy for you."
I may not know the context of his words, but I can tell that they're upsetting MC.
"Alright, that's enough," I interject. "Get out of my cave." The shapeshifter remains still. "Now."
He sighs.
"I was hoping it wouldn't come to this, but it appears I don't have a choice." He waves a hand, and suddenly MC collapses onto the ground.
"What have you done?!" He shrugs.
"I thought reapers were supposed to remain neutral."
"Answer the fucking question!"
"I simply put them in a deep sleep. When they come to their senses, they'll wake up."
Solomon is going to kill me.
Could you please do prompt 17 with Mu Qing of Heavens Official’s Blessing?
Trouble {Mu Qing}
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Most of the time Mu Qing actually thinks before he speaks but after you find yourselves in a dilemma, he finds it hard to keep his mouth shut
A/n: okay so, besides this being the first time I write about Mu Qing, I am in book 3 of Heaven Official's blessing so... do with that as you please. (also send help, this book is slowly killing me). I am sorry this took so long. It sucks but there is pressure because of my uni exams so hopefully you'll understand
A/n: Mu Qing x mortal!reader
Trigger Warning: mentions of death
Tumblr media
Gods aren't allowed to present themselves in front of humans. Those are the rules and Mu Qing follows them. And just like every god, when he has to decend in the mortal realm, he usually picks a small disguise: Fu Yao.
He had met you as Fu Yao during a mission with Feng Xin, Xie Lian and Hua Cheng. You were mortal and that was all it took for him to start denying himself even the slightest form of affection towards you. You were going to die someday and he was going to live a long long life without you and if he were to be honest, he was not sure if he could do that.
It had been your boldness and the way you chose your words carefully in order not to be misunderstood that grabbed his attention first. He came to appreciate this before even learning more about you. It was a good thing because Mu Qing thought a little too much and it always caused arguements between him and Feng Xin; arguements that Xie Lian had to solve.
You only spent a few days with the group, showing them around your small village that had a very dark and sinister past, leading ghosts and evil spirits to be attached to it.
Yet those few days had been enough for Mu Qing to just crave a little more of your company since that was the only thing he would allow himself to want when it came to you.
"We should built an array." Xie Lian wore his bamboo hat. "Protecting the village should be our first priority."
Since what he said was pure logic and building an array was a good idea, everyone agreed. You just stood there, watching them building the array, not knowing if and how to help. It didn't take them much time to do it and as much as you wanted to stay with them in case they needed you for any further information on the village or the forest, Feng Xin turned to look at you.
"Why don't you stay with us?" The martial god asked, his gaze lingering between you and Mu Qing. Immediately Mu Qing shot a death glare at him before Xie Lian could step in.
"Why would a commoner stay?" His words were harsh yet you could understand where he was coming from.
"As a bait."
Now... Feng Xin's suggestion had a point. The ghosts in the forest abducted mortals so there were very little chances that if any of the four men tried to act as bait they would succeed. You didn't answer at first, turning to look at Xie Lian and Hua Cheng for permission.
"Absolutely not." Mu Qing growled.
"I don't mind. Think about it-"
"I refuse." The martial god was trying to stay calm and even though you had no idea why he was being so adamant on making this process harder than it had to be, the three men surrounding you knew.
Xie Lian and Hua Cheng had been the first to notice that Mu Qing's gaze was lingering longer than it had to be on you, how in the few days they had stayed at your family's inn and had dinner with you, he would refill your plates in what he thought was a discreet way. Feng Xin picked up on the strange behaviour not long after and even though he had said nothing so far, he couldn't help but want to tease his rival.
"I insist." You lifted your gaze to meet his but even then, he just shook his head. Why you took his hand to lead him a few metres away from the rest, you didn't know. But you did. "You should really think about this." Your voice was so soft and apart from his mother he was sure than no one else had spoken in such a soft voice to him.
It almost felt as an obligation to reply to you in the same soft way he never would have used if it was anyone else. "When it comes to you, I don't think, I just act."
Angst ᐛ. So imagine y/n is fully aware of what the beldam is about. I'm talking from the very begining but kept coming back since they felt so alone. And at some point y/n just walks in, plots their head in the beldam's chest, tearing up after a particularly bad day and is just like. "You know, I know what youre gonna ask... About the buttons. I know its just a way to eat me. But to be honest just hearing yoinsay 'i care about you' is making me consider the offer. Pathetic right?" Would the beldam make it a quick kill or would he not want to eat them anymore? Of course if you dont feel comfortable writing this thats fine too.
The reason why I always take too long to write anything about Male Beldam/Belsire, is because I always fear making something that people won't like especially since it's my most liked story-
But after rereading the story I realized it really isn't all that good X'D I feel like it could have been a lot better if I had put more time into it.
I'm sorry for taking so long to write this, but I really don't want to leave you guys hanging especially since I do really like the idea of a "twisted" ending sort of thing. Thank you for requesting this!
It's very short, but I hope I can talk more about it because I do wonder how Y/n will deal with this new life.
TW/Tags: Mentions of: Gore; death // Arachnophobia Warning // Scotomaphobia Warning (Reader is now blind) // Manipulation // Human flesh consumption (not from the Reader) // this is very short sorry // not proofread lmao (headaches) // Reader is very unresponsive to the things that happen around them.
A peek at the keyhole [Yandere!Belsire x GN!Reader - A short Oneshot]
It was during dinner that you decided to seal the deal, he was acting strange… He was starving and you were sure of it. Which was funny because you never saw him eat, now that you think about it.
He doesn't understand where you got that knowledge of how he behaves or of what he consumes- Maybe it was just a lucky guess based on his desperate need to keep you "unaware", always giving a poorly disguised lie about himself.
Who was he? What was he? What did he want? He was your best friend, silly. He was your other friend, and all he wanted was to be with you.
Lies, lies, half truths. He was simply too shady for his own benefit, too obvious for his own good.
Or perhaps he really liked this back and forth between you two, after all- What proof did you have of anything? You couldn't trust his words, yes, but what else did you have to go with?
Just that sinking feeling in your stomach whenever he was near you, whenever he tapped his fingers impatiently because you were just oh so curious about him!
It was adorable, really. Infuriatingly adorable.
Because it didn't matter how much you knew about him, or his "real intentions" with you- You always came back for more. His words of reassurance coated with thick honey and distributed with a soft, calm tone of voice that was just as patronizing as it was endearing.
Treating you like royalty every time you came around and yet always keeping you at arm's length when it came to learning more about him, but did any of that even matter?
You were being taken care of, wasn't that enough? You had friends with you, an adoring handsome fella that wasn't shy at all about treating you more than a friend, if you wanted him to. There was clear favoritism and although common sense would have told you it was a massive red flag, you couldn't deny it was quite refreshing to be regarded with so much love.
The fun will never end, he said. It could go for as long as you wanted, forever even if you agreed to stay with just a little, tiny condition.
He didn't have to explain it in detail for you to instantly agree with him, you cling to him already aware of what your fate would be. A bad day was all he needed for you to accept it in a heartbeat? He could have done this a lot sooner than.
It was just you and him, standing in the kitchen as you hugged him, burying yourself in both a need for contact but also out of embarrassment- Shame of throwing yourself away to the unknown without second thought.
It took him by surprise at first, although not ideal he still met his goal sooner than he expected- Only a couple of nights spent with him and his creations, with only a few fabulous events in between.
Of course he couldn't go TOO wild with his attractions, after all you didn't need a spectacular show to be lured in, you just wanted to be heard and included.
" … Oh dear… Pathetic? Why? There's no reason to feel this way, you made the right choice… "
He wanted to still reassure you of your actions, but it was hard hiding the eagerness in his voice.
He held you tightly, cooing you gently despite your unisseanes and uncertainty.
It was mostly so you wouldn't see the illusion breaking, so you wouldn't hear the sounds of your other friends turning into dust… He simply couldn't keep them for much longer, and now he didn't need to.
It's a shame they couldn't warn you of your mistake sooner, it's a shame that everything he creates reflects his adoration to the people he lures in. If only they could warn you to not let him do this, that it wasn't really worth it.
" Come… It'll be quick, don't worry. " He led you with his hands, which were feeling colder by the minute, sharper than before. Thinner than before.
The lights of the house were starting to lower if not fully turn off behind you as you only focused on following him to his little workshop. You felt the stairs lose their solidity after lifting your feet, each step turning from wood to web quickly.
You were actively following him to your doom, you knew that, and as much as you wanted to you couldn't run away now.
He opened the door to the attic, the only thing that seemed intact in this empty and dark place- It was as if the house was starting to disappear the higher he went, and as you followed him there was no need to keep the rest of the house.
He was trying to be economical here, too many things to keep magically attached and realistic all the time- With no break for lunch.
The attic was the only thing that seemed actually real for you, stepping inside you felt the old floor creek. It was old, moldy, but somehow always well kept, as it was one of the only real things in this void he took care of.
It was his favorite place in the house.
" You can go sit on that chair over there, but if you would like to choose I have a great variety of colors and types for you to pick. " The voice that held warmth and youth to it was also disappearing and being replaced with a dry throat, a rougher tone and a lack of discernible emotion behind it.
You could only tell there was impatience by the constant tapping of his fingernails on his board as he showed you all the possible options.
Classic black like his? Baby blue? Chartreuse?? His constant tapping made you feel like a ticking clock taunting you to pick a color already-
You just pointed to the one color you liked most, hey, who wouldn't want to have their favorite color as their eye color? Although, it wasn't really eyes. Just buttons.
He hummed while giving you a soft smile.
" I'm glad you made a choice for me, I would have been too indecisive. Ah, but they're perfect for you..! You're going to make me so jealous, doll.." It was a joke, or maybe a compliment. It was hard to tell if his monotonous voice was out due to boredom, anger or was his voice like this in general.
Well, he didn't seem mad?? It was hard to understand him and to be honest you were getting very nervous. You sat down in the tall chair, its pastel colors did little to nothing to calm you down. Was this really a good idea?
" Are you ready?... It'll be quick I promise… Although… "
He grabbed your face, trying to be gentle as he inspected your panicking eyes.
You didn't understand what was going inside his head, you couldn't tell what he was planning to do and you weren't sure if his touch was starting to freak you out or sooth you.
" … It'll be fine. I'll make sure of it." He sighed before kissing your forehead, so you wouldn't forget he cared about you.
It was agonizing.
You don't know for how long you stayed out, but you remember your brain blacking out after he sewed the first one in.
You're not sure how you even survived through him stabbing your eyes with a needle- Hell, were you even alive at all?! You couldn't see anything, so either he successfully closed your eyes or you were dead.
No, you probably weren't dead yet, your headache just as bad as your entire face- Raising your hand slowly to touch your face you could feel your eyes covered by thick cloth, it was slightly wet.
Slightly touching and pushing like that caused you to feel immense pain, you immediately stopped- It was still fresh so of course it would hurt like hell.
You were sure that you felt the shape of the buttons underneath the cloth, however.
Your ears buzzed as you tried to regain some of your strength, as you tried to get out from your torture chair you forgot how tall it was- Missing a step and crashing down to the old attic floor with no one to help you.
Falling sure felt like falling! The floor sure felt like a crusty old floor! Yep, you weren't dead.
Your head was aching so badly you weren't sure if what you heard was real or not, but you were sure you heard some commotion coming from downstairs.
It was loud enough to muffle your little accident.
The voices below were followed by painful screaming that lasted for a few minutes after complete silence. A chilling sensation settled in as you started to wonder if the screams you heard felt familiar to you in any way.
You carefully started to get up, slowly you started to consider if you should go back to the tall chair or just make a run for it- But to where? You couldn't see anything!!
You considered taking the cloth off- But you didn't want to feel the pain that came from it. You needed to let it heal after all. Though, you doubted that you would be able to see anything with freaking BUTTONS in your eyes!!
Was it too late to regret your decision? It seemed like it.
You walked around trying to feel your way, where was the door again? You were sure you were on the right track… Your hand went from old wood to a nice clean carpet- Wait- Wasn't the house entirely destroyed? Shouldn't it be a spider web here?
Or, well, everywhere?
The fur of the carpet fooled you as you felt your hand squeeze something very soft that squeaked and scurried away from you. A rat.
" I'm sorry!- " You whispered to him, but he didn't appreciate your attempt at escaping, he squealed as he ran down stairs alerting his owner that you were awake.
Well, shit.
You would have screamed if you were able to see the heavy thing that came up the stairs in such a hurry, it didn't help that although you couldn't see him, the sound of metal hitting the walls and the floor made you highly concerned.
What the fuck was that-
" You shouldn't have left the room without telling me. " The same monotonous voice, although he didn't sound so exhausted like he did before- Not as hungry, you assumed.
" Come, let me help you. " You could hear him approach, as if he was wearing high heels it was hard to not hear him coming closer.
And you couldn't help but feel like distancing yourself further, his boney fingers didn't help you feel any more relaxed- They were sharp and cold, it felt like pure needles taking your hand and pulling you up.
" You need to rest for a little longer, doll. But you can't heal with an empty stomach right? " He guided you with his hand, you felt sick at the mention of food.
He helped you get down the stairs by holding you bride style, and you almost cried at the sensation of his hard and cold skin, you trembled at how those same needles would gently squeeze your skin-
One wrong move and they would tear your skin apart.
He helped you sit in a chair, you assumed you were at the kitchen's table by now.
Was this your end…? Was he really going to do this now??
…. No. He was just cooking something, presumably for you. It smelled of omelets and orange juice, it was simple but it was a very nice scent.
This kitchen reeked of blood, however. Instinctively you took your hands to cover your nose, and probably your mouth as well since you weren't sure if shouting would be a good idea right now. He hates loud noises.
" Don't worry about it, it was just a pesky guest who didn't take no for an answer! I'm sorry for the mess. I'll clean it up after you eat. " A more upbeat and sweet voice, the same one you were more accustomed with. Reassurance and comfort all tied with a smile you were more familiar with.
Approaching you with a plate in hand, and a juice glass in the other.
" Don't worry, I didn't put any of the nasty stuff for you. Just eggs and lots of love. The spoiled food is for me. " He kissed you on the cheek, it felt like being touched by porcelain.
He handed you the fork, but you weren't sure if you wanted to find out if he kept his word or not.
He killed someone here, didn't he? Those noises you heard when you were up in the attic plus the smell of iron coating every inch of this kitchen sure weren't just coincidence. He… He wouldn't force you to eat someone, would he?
Who was it?... Who was it..?!
Was he referring to the person as "spoiled food"?
" Doll. I told you to not worry. There's no meat on your plate, I'm a bit selfish when it comes to sharing food. I'm sorry but there's nothing left of them for you, if I knew you wanted to try I wouldn't have been so careless- "
" N-No, it's… It's fine! I'm just… I can't really see anything…" You tried to not sound as terrified of him as you were, heaven knows you shouldn't feed any monster your own fear, it's what they live on.
" …. Aw… You're blind, I'm so sorry! I forgot about that. " He started to laugh as he slapped his forehead about forgetting something so crucial, silly him!
You weren't sure if he was being honest about forgetting that, but you sure as hell knew by the way he snatched the fork from your hand and how he seemed to drag his chair closer to you that he was probably very excited to do this.
" Say, ah~! " You knew he was having fun when he pinched your cheek to make you open your mouth.
Well, yep, those were just eggs. I mean it was a very tasty omelet but that was it, the orange juice didn't taste any different. Probably a little too sweet, but that's it.
It was probably due to the pain you were feeling in the front of your entire face that made you very much NOT interested in eating, or maybe it was the dripping sound and the smell of blood. The thought that somehow you were sitting possibly next to a murder scene, and/or a body, and the murderer was feeding you, made you very unease.
" Try to not think too much about it, it's just the way things will be for now… Isn't it so much better this way too? We will be able to spend so much time together and I just need you to stay in the attic whenever we have "guests" over. Do you understand me? "
" With just a little bit of magic I'm about to make the house more comfortable for you, to cook you meals endlessly and I can even make you a few more outfits. I'll be sure to make the house more appropriate for a human like you. "
He petted your head after you finished the plate, kissing your forehead and letting the dishes in the sink.
" Now, let me help you get up, we'll need to give you a bath and put you in more comfortable clothes, and then we can lay down. I'm sure you're still very tired after our little surgery. "
He helped you get up and walked you towards the bathroom… You couldn't help but feel worried about what you were doing.
Wasn't this all you ever wanted? To be adored by someone who treats you so well? Didn't you feel glad you accepted his offer?
Were you a bad person for wanting this?
Well, you didn't want THIS as in- Him eating people- All you wanted was to be with him for longer…
Why did you feel really scared whenever he touched with the same gentleness but none of the softness his skin used to have? You knew running wouldn't be a good idea since you couldn't see anything, and you didn't know the layout of the house well enough to memorize where the little door was...
Right?
" You're so stiff, my love! Are you scared of walking around your own house? I promise I kept everything intact, it's my house as well you know… And besides I'll always be here to guide you while you still recover. " You felt him nuzzle his hand against your neck, cold, hard. You wondered how much he changed now that he didn't need to pretend to look a certain way for you.
Maybe it was best to not know.
" … You're so silent right now, it almost feels like I have been running my mouth for hours! I didn't know you were such a silent type. " He teased, while kissing the back of your neck gently.
It was probably your lack of spatial awareness, but he somehow seemed a lot taller- As if it took some effort to lower himself down just to kiss you.
" My head… it hurts so much.."
" Aw, I know, love, I know. It'll take a while for you to feel better but it'll be so worth it… I'll help you learn new things, like how to feel the vibrations in my web, it'll help you "see" better. Or how to read braille, or how to walk around the house carefully, or how to tell someone is planning on running away during a conversation. "
He poked the sides of your stomach, an action that was supposed to be just couple's teasing but was actually quite terrifying and painful considering how sharp his fingers were.
" You couldn't be any less obvious love. I'm sorry if I scared you, I couldn't resist. " And yet he didn't sound irritated or annoyed, it could be that he was just pretending to not care… But he sounded more amused than anything.
" I'm just teasing you, doll! Come on, don't look like that, I'm just in a good mood! You know I can't stay annoyed at you. Let's hurry up and get you cleaned, alright? "
As he carefully started to shove you inside the bathroom you wondered if he didn't mess with something in your head alongside your eyes.
warning: you will either hate me or love me for this :)
p.11 - pt.13
Tumblr media
-flashback-
Hoshina's pov:
The warmth of Y/N's touch lingered on my skin as I pulled away from her embrace. But as I lay, my phone began to buzz insistently against my back pocket. I glanced at Y/N, who was blissfully unaware, lost in her dreams, looking at me.
“I need to make a phone call” I said.
Y/N looked at me, confused by the sudden need. “What? Who are you calling?”
“I’ll explain later,” I replied.
I slipped out of the couch and padded to the kitchen, where the glow of the phone screen illuminated the darkness. The name "Captain Ashiru" flashed repeatedly, accompanied by a string of missed messages.
Call me when you're alone.
Where are you?
Urgent. Call me ASAP.
A sense of foreboding settled in my chest as I dialed her number. Ashiru answered on the first ring.
"Where are you?" she asked, her voice sharp with worry.
"I'm out with a friend," I replied, keeping my voice low. I didn't want to wake Y/N. "Why? What's going on?"
Ashiru hesitated, then asked, "Is this 'friend' a girl?"
I felt a flush of embarrassment but answered honestly. "Yes, she is."
There was a pause on the other end of the line, then Ashiru's tone turned grave. "Hoshina, I received an anonymous call, here, at the base. They reported a humanoid kaiju disguised as a girl. Supposedly, this kaiju has been participating in killings during kaiju attacks. The caller said they saw you with her and that you might be in danger."
My heart skipped a beat. "Ashiru, that's absurd. Y/N is the girl I'm with, I mentioned her to you, it's a long story, I'll tell you later, but she the one who been working for the First Division under the name Chisuka. I know her, and I know she's still human and on our side."
"Hoshina, you can't be sure of that," Ashiru insisted. "The caller provided specific details. They mentioned seeing the girl killing during kaiju attacks. If Y/N is this girl, you might be in serious danger. We never heard of this before, if this kaiju is disguised it may be using her body, Hoshina it's not her."
I clenched my fist, anger and disbelief roiling inside me. "No, Ashiru. You don't understand. Y/N and I have a history. I know her. She's not a killer, I don't understand it either, but they are investigating her, we will have an answer."
"Hoshina, listen to me," Ashiru said, her voice urgent. "I want to believe you, but the evidence is troubling. You need to be careful. If there's even a slight chance that she's a kaiju, we have to take it seriously."
I leaned against the kitchen counter, my mind racing. Y/N had been through so much, and now this accusation threatened to tear apart the fragile happiness we'd found. "Ashiru, I'm telling you, she's not a threat. I won't let you or anyone else hurt her."
There was a long silence on the other end. Finally, Ashiru spoke, her voice softer. "Hoshina, promise me you'll be careful. If anything seems off, you need to call for backup immediately."
"I will," I said, my resolve firm. "But I'm not turning my back on her. Not now, not ever."
As I ended the call, I took a deep breath, trying to steady my nerves. I couldn't let this accusation cloud my judgment. I knew Y/N. I trusted her. And I would protect her, no matter what.
--
The first rays of dawn filtered through the curtains as I woke to find Y/N still asleep beside me. I carefully slipped out of bed, not wanting to disturb her. I was exhausted from the emotional turmoil of the previous night, but I knew I needed to face the situation head-on.
Just as I reached the kitchen, my phone buzzed again, its insistent vibration a harsh reminder of the night's events. It was Ashiru calling, and I knew I couldn't avoid the conversation any longer. I answered, trying to keep my voice steady.
"Ashiru, what's going on?"
"Hoshina. I'm outside your door," she said, her voice tense. "Let me in."
"Did you just track my phone without my knowledge?"
My heart pounded as I hung up and headed to the door. Opening it, I found Ashiru standing there, six officers behind her, her expression grim.
"You went against me, Ashiru," I said, my voice laced with anger. "I told you Y/N can be trusted."
Ashiru stepped inside, closing the door behind her. "Hoshina, I have a job to do. The anonymous call we received is serious and cannot be ignored, you are letting your feelings get in the away, and you don't even know if she has any part of your Y/N inside that body. We have to follow our protocol. If you want to keep your job and position, and not be punished for being complicit with a kaiju, you need to cooperate."
I clenched my fists, feeling a surge of frustration. "She's not a kaiju, Ashiru. You don't know her like I do, I aknowledge that it's all sudden, I have only found her again yesterday after so long, but captain please. She told me everything, since when does a monster have any emotional inteligence?"
Ashiru's expression softened slightly, but her resolve remained firm. "I understand that you care about her, but if she isn't officially recognized as an officer for the First Division,therefore she coulb be lying and even she's telling the truth about being Chisuka, this call could be enough to get her killed on the spot. If you want her to live, you'll do as I say. She has nothing protecting her or proving her word."
I felt a pang of helplessness as her words sank in. I knew she was right, even if it tore me apart to admit it. "She's not a threat. I won't let you hurt her."
As Ashiru moved towards the bedroom, grabing her arm, I stopped her, my mind racing with questions. "Wait. How did the person who called know about her? How could they have seen her attacks and not reported it before if they could recognized her? Do you know who the person was?"
Ashiru shook her head, her expression unreadable. "I told you all the information I was given. We have to follow through with the investigation."
I watched as Ashiru entered the bedroom, my heart heavy with dread. I knew Y/N would be devastated, but I had no choice. I had to protect her, even if it meant cooperating with Ashiru.
I found the love of my life after 10 years only for them to strip every confidence and love she just declared for me hours ago.
10 years.
I couldn't even be given 24 hours.
Y/N, prove them for me, hate me till then. Show them. That something as beautiful as you could never hurt even the tinniest creature.
Just don't run back to him while I can't save you. I love you too much.
Don't Care for an Old Man's Underwear Ep 10 Stray Thoughts
This watch made possible thanks to @isaksbestpillow.
Last time, Hasegawa had the baseball team talk to Kakeru about why he felt uncomfortable with them. Over a series of conversations, the guys came to a better understanding about how their behavior made others uncomfortable, and realized that sometimes those behaviors make them uncomfortable too. On top of that, we got to see the baseball team mingle with Kakeru's girl friends. Elsewhere, Moe asked Makoto to go with Mika to the concert. Mika shared with Makoto that when she was in a dark place, RANDOM gave her something fun as a mental break and helped her make it through. Makoto listened closely and came to the fantastic analysis that RANDOM is the Okita family's benefactor. He had a great time at the concert with Mika, let her hang out with her fellow fans after the concert, did some research on his new bias, and then finally shared his research with Mika. They had a fantastic night, and met their kids on the way home. They invited Daichi and Madoka to hang out with them, and then Madoka proposed to Daichi in front of the Okita family. They later went to tell Daichi's mom and it was beautiful. I cried. We left at the family waiting to hear from Madoka, who went home to tell his family.
Oh no. Mihoko is definitely talking to Daichi's dad.
The costuming here feels intentional. Daichi and Makoto have come so far together that it feels like they're on the same page with their clothes looking so similar in color scheme.
Also, Makoto has become such a better listener. He can respond in compassionate ways to Daichi now that is supported by the earnestness he's always had.
I just love how thoughtful Makoto has become.
Kakeru looks so much more relaxed these days. He's having big youth moments.
Aw, Makoto was trying on the makeup trivia, and they dunked on my man.
Madoka succeeded!!! 🎉
Is Daichi's dad back to be homophobic? Sir, do you realize you are in the penultimate episode of the improving yourself and unlearning toxic masculinity show?
I am mad. I like Makoto slowing down to think about how best to support Daichi here.
I am with the makeup rival that they may be unintentionally encouraging Shizuka to change herself for her romantic interests.
Sir, your intellectualized homophobia is not cute.
I remain a fan of Haranishi.
Mika is such a good mom. I love the way she listens to Kakeru and gets him to the emotional core of his feelings. I also like that she doesn't disguise that some things aren't easy.
I will never forget Daichi. It's so rare that the characters can tell you how their own internalized homophobia cripples them in front of their relatives.
Yes, Kakeru! Tell him to meddle!
Well well well, Kakeru, look at you taking your own advice.
Wow, this man has gone too far. Do not talk to someone else's kid this way.
Yes, Makoto. Please go kick this man's ass.
This is such a difficult episode. There really is nothing you can say to someone to remove the infection of internalized homophobia. It's so upsetting because we learn shame at home. That's what this man put into his son. He is so rude, and I need him to have his ass handed to him pronto.
This was such a great episode reflecting on where we all fit into the society. I keep thinking about the scene about the colleague of theirs who got downsized. We contort ourselves to fit in only to be discarded when we're no longer useful, and then we lose our spouses.
I'm looking forward to the conclusion of this show, but I know I will miss it so dearly.
