Vertin met Schneider for that short of a time (on Valentine's Day, no less) and managed to have to most whirlwind goncharov ass doomed tragic could-have-been with each another in prohibition era Chicago; has to watch her almost die in her arms; ends up traumatized by oranges because her; then goes into a actual coma after watching her actually die in her arms.

Sometimes, you just faint 3 days in a row and rather than bouncing back after a few minutes, your body goes "nah we're gonna be increasingly weakened for the next eight hours."

#im extremely sensitive to heat and cold so thats probably why #i always have bodily warnings before i faint but not these times #at least this mornings was kinda funny #fainted on the toilet while peeing and woke up facedown in a huge bag of charmin rolls #the bears did nothing

Some nice person asked me if I was okay here when I told in the post notes that I broke my collarbone once and proceeded to ignore until the next day. In my head I was like "that's only one big injury I've ignored it's not that bad!" but now I remembered the fact that I've had two pretty major/noticeable concussions. Ignored both of them. Never went to a doctor. God I'm like a stubborn old man who refuses to go to a doctor.

#I also once fainted and hit my head to a metal cabinet and had a black eye for a month #Also once fainted and my head missed the corner of a glass table by literally a centimetre #woke up on the floor with nice bruises otherwise lol #...I do faint a lot huh #personal #idk how many concussions can you get before it gets bad?

currently getting my tuchus kicked by whatever germs decided my body was free real estate so consider this a mini hiatus until whenever they’re rightfully evicted rip

well. today was harrowing.

#a short timeline (cw for emetephobia)#woke up. went to cvs to get my new meds. took said new meds.#went to work. ate breakfast although I was already feeling a little nauseous #just thought I was hungry bc I didn’t eat enough last night #nope. was counting copepods. realized I was gonna puke.#puked in the public restrooms of the biology building.#gross.#felt better. worked some more. ate a small lunch bc I was still a lil nauseous.#got dizzy. thought ‘damnit here we go again’#did not puke. instead: felt dizzy and faint.#this is familiar to me. i have passed out before.#I get to the ground with my water bottle in hand. knees to chest. deep breaths.#this is lasting a lot longer than it usually does.#coworker realizes I’m pale as hell sweating on the floor #other coworker has more first aid training. sits by my side and helps me out of my flannel bc I am Sweating Profusely.#vision finally starts to clear.#now I am in terrible stomach pain.#double over and try not to cry.#once i can stand again: coworker helps me to bathroom.#in there for A While.#I lived bitch.#still shaky. coworker drives me home.#Bathroom.#I am NOT taking those meds again tomorrow.#this has been: sef’s fucking medical history post or whatever #Jesus.
