After spending most of his life living across the street from a bus garage, turns out my nephew’s favourite thing to do in open world video games is to try and destroy buses

→ remembers this morning's bus was diverted to a further away bus stop so had to walk far to get to uni

→ bus website says bus is still diverted

→ walks from uni back to further away bus stop to catch bus home because of diversion

→ misses first bus by two minutes because slow walker

→ catches second bus

→ despite still advertising diversions, bus drives it's normal route and stop at normal bus stop that is right outside uni

→ cries on bus with joint pain knowing my walk was for nothing. did not even frolic or enjoy nature because mission was get bus.
