I DO HAVE DISCORD!! its what i usually give people if we end up messaging more than quick DMS ^_^ i wont lie i probably will never make a discord server because ive thought abt it but........ managing everything is so overwhelming and also uh. i dont join a lot of servers let alone talk in the ones im in often but if youve seen me youll know im not exactly. as gus and wiener put it "socialized for humans". im just no good at that stuff and also itd be a pain in the ass because i have people i dont like that i wouldnt want in the server and theyd make it a whole big deal even tho its like dude its a server centered around me trying to make friends and actually now that i say it out loud that sounds pretty concieted 😨 its like im trying to make my own anime harem.... The only public fandom server I'm part of for Chinese media (...virtually the only public fandom server I'm in at all, and my personal main hang-out spot on Discord...) is @merinnan et al's Daomu Biji server.

It's the nicest, chillest, most welcoming public fandom server I've ever been in - not that we haven't had our moments of drama, but they've been rare, and I've always felt comfortable there - and I've made a lot of friends too. That said, if you're not into DMBJ and/or as obsessed with Zhu Yilong as I am, I can't imagine it'd be a great fit.

Also, so - I'm @unforth, and my day job is that I own and operate an indie micropress, Duck Prints Press, that publishes original work by fanartists and fanauthors. As part of that, I and the staff involved with that run a "Book Lover's" Discord server. While it's sort of a combo "about the Press" and "about all queer books" and "about whatever we feel like talking about" server, we do end up talking about danmei a fair amount because multiple of the people involved in the Press, including obviously me, are into that kind of thing. Like we do a weekly chat on Wednesday about what we're reading and yesterday's was like, "here's one mlm YA book! here's a thriller in Dutch! here's the Yuri manga I just read! And here are the eighteen bajillion things we're all currently reading on Bilibili oh and I started Poyun." You're certainly welcome to join us. What we talk about there really boils down to what the people who are there want to talk about, ya know?

About a million years ago, I started building a cnovelartreblogs Discord server myself, but I've been so frackin busy the last couple years that I've never managed to finish setting it up the way I'd like. That said, it's got penciled in rules and channels for some of the more popular cnovel fandoms (mostly danmei, tho there is a Please Don't Laugh section). If I could get help moderating it, I could open it.

I just really don't have the ability to do it myself anymore, my days right now are like:

wake up

scroll tumblr and do upkeep on the art side blogs (while sitting with my kids and helping them get ready for the day) (1.5 hrs or so)

study Chinese (while sitting with my kids and helping them get ready for the day (.5 hrs, tho I wish it was more, if I can manage more than 30 minutes then I can actually try reading a real damn book but I only have the time maybe once or twice a month)

work (7 to 8 hours on weekdays, often more on the weekends, bonus if my kids are around and my wife is at work, such as tomorrow)

try to be a good mom (all the hours)

errands, chores, kid after school activities, etc. (1 to 3 hours a day)

read while snuggling kids on the couch and trying to ignore the tv (an hour if I'm lucky)

sleep (8ish hours, I hope)

there's just no wiggle room left for me to do any extra fandom stuff right now, sigh.

(sorry to whine about that part. it's not relevant. I just got my covid booster yesterday and I feel terrible today so I'm feeling sorry for myself. it's truly not a bad life overall I'm just perpetually exhausted)

Hi, i really hope im not bothering you by sending a modding question... i am absolutely brand new to even thinking about modding, and i know theres a big discord out there, but ive mostly heard horror stories coming out of the community so im honestly terrified to even check it out... im just wondering if you have any idea if its feasible to make a mod of Padre's shirt for V? (The one w the sweater over a collared shirt, i feel like ive seen it on other random npcs as well) not asking you to do it or anything, but its one ive never seen in mods so idk if its already been tried by modders and everyone decided "nah this wont work". Again, so sorry if you dont want to be bugged with questions like this, you honestly just feel like one of the most approachable people ive seen in this fandom so far and trying to make any cp77 friends has proven extremely intimidating.

I can't blame you for not wanting to get your feet into big servers, it can get quite overwhelming and frustrating when nobody seems to notice you. Tho I recommend using them as modding-wiki extension! It can be useful to search for solution, plugins and softwares, discord exclusive tutorials, or catch someone's getting help for a similar problem for example. There is no need to be active :3 but no pressure ofc, just know that it's totally ok to join these servers to just lurk

Now for Padre's shirt! I won't be able to do it (not right now at least) so I'll throw infos and direction if anyone else wanna give it a try 🤏

Here's the path to Padre's mesh -

Tho we can see its all wonky compared to a regular MA mesh, and that's because this one is specifically fitted for old' Padre (it's even in the mesh file name, _old)

To make a version useable for masc V, we'll need to combine a few meshes available in the same folder!

The main piece: t1_078_ma_shirt__sweater.mesh

The bottom part: t1_078_ma_shirt__sweater_shirt.mesh

The cuffs: t1_078_ma_shirt__sweater_cuffs.mesh

And one of the two available collar: t1_078_ma_shirt__sweater_collar_01.mesh or _collar_02.mesh

All of these should already fit into one another, but if not a lil refit in blender should do the trick!

Then I can only point out to the Modding Wiki and its numerous tutorials for the AXL part (making a standalone clothing mod)

quite a lengthy post, but i’ll try and address it as best as i can:

first — i think it’s an unfair assumption that you @ufo-ikawa (and juno @andromedalis ) would attribute that hate anon (and others) to me. believe it or not (although i’m thinking you’re leaning on the not), i didn’t send it. haven’t sent anything to anyone that wasn’t an anon with my name on it or in private message with my last blog. i even made a new blog to reach out to juno and augustine @augustinewrites and your new friend ori @ahtsuwu separately and they all just blocked me without hearing me out. what am i even supposed to defend myself towards when i don’t know what is being said about me? how will anyone know if it’s the whole truth or not?

second — i didn’t realize thinking you “didn’t like” me was already considered talking shit, or stirring shit. it’s called an opinion and i’m allowed to have it? when i told augustine that she said it’s “not the case,” when i told juno about it she mentioned that when we’re in the same spaces we don’t interact, even in the gen chat, and she’s right. there have been instances where there were entirely separate conversations in the same channel and you ignore me, opting to discuss a different topic and replying over me and what i was talking about. i never took that against you, though? if i made you feel weird about it, i’m sorry. but it wasn’t my intention.

also, i never called you ‘ungrateful,’ and if i did, i’m sure it was along the lines of ‘feels kind of,’ probably bc i didn’t have a better word for it. bc it WAS kind of weird that when i literally got your hate blog terminated, you went “thanks for doing that but i feel bad” — which i NEVER made you feel bad for by the way, check our chats — but i just felt that it was kind of weird that you were kind of making me feel guilty for helping you. so i felt bad that i got involved.

third — when have i ever belittled people for writing on tumblr? was it when i said i couldn’t find good smut? was it when i complained about characterizations that don’t fit the character? why would i shit on my own craft like that. i even made a post calling out YOUR AND AUGUSTINE’S PLAGIARIZER (remember that?) about how writing is super fucking hard and people are dumb for talking shit about it being “just stupid fics.” just because i find some writing bad doesn’t automatically mean that i’m shitting on writers. (although i have done that in the past but bc i really thought they were terrible.)

fourth — if i ever came across as passive aggressive to anyone, i sincerely apologize bc i never meant to come across that way. (actually, i don’t even know how that happened, bc i’m normally aggressive aggressive. in any case, i’m sorry if you felt uncomfortable with how i said things. if i have a problem, an ACTUAL PROBLEM, with you, not a feeling, i’ll tell you. which i did to juno/andromedalis and augustine and ori/ahtsuwu, but they all blocked me without responding so 🤷‍♀️)

now, for everything else:

i did leave my blog bc of my mental health. i’ve been talking about this since JANUARY, it’s not a fucking secret. i deactivated discord as soon as i deactivated tumblr, which probably explains why i didn’t see any of the messages. (i think tho discord doesn’t mark you as deleted until the 14th day, which probably made my username look normal and made it seem like i just ignored your messages.)

eta: also had a hard time discerning whether or not i should deact bc of the collab i had, the server i owned, and the small writers who were involved in both and wanted to make friends in the fandom. not to mention the ukraine fundraising.

hinatawa was becoming such a toxic space for me to be in, discord was becoming such a toxic space for me to be in. but i still wanted to write, and i wanted to write what i wanted. i didn’t want attention on the blog AT ALL bc i wasn’t ready for it, but i didn’t want to be an asshole and just ignore everyone, which is why i sent you all nice messages on anon, even tried to leave june an anon but she doesn’t accept anons. (and I don't know about you, but that’s not ghosting to me.) but obvs when i rejoined the server you were all backstabbing me in i finally found out why you didn’t answer them. 

the only people i interacted with were people OUTSIDE the very large ecosystem of sfw readers that i know did not overlap with my usual audience. i made it no secret that minors ruined the experience for me, freely writing whatever i wanted. i only started reaching out to people after a few days, and i had to warn everyone i came out to that i was writing nsfw. when i came out to @miyasann she even asked if it was okay for her to reblog from me, which i said i was still thinking about. THAT’S how much i didn’t want to reenter the space. i didn’t want a repeat of hinatawa, point blank. i wanted to do everything i could to avoid it, and unfortunately that meant waiting until i’ve erased myself from recent memory in order to feel like i don’t need to keep my guard up when writing and posting what i wanted to write.

i never complained about anyone not following me or interacting with me. I DIDN’T WANT IT. my feelings about being unwelcome aside (it’s the anxiety), i didn’t want the attention i know our group (well, your group, now) would bring my blog. not that you wouldn’t respect it, but i personally was just not ready for it. i wasn’t ready to see works that i know would pressure me into wanting to reveal myself into a space i no longer wanted to be in simply bc i wouldn’t have to start from scratch. i wasn’t ready to see you all be friends and me hide myself bc i wasn’t ready to just get back out there after the shitty experience i had with my last blog. i didn’t gaslight anyone, i didn’t send death threats to anyone — in fact i was one of the people who rallied behind you for that suicide baiting blog. i was super vocal about the plagiarizer. if those blogs targeted me, i would have a hell of a time getting attention from readers i wanted to avoid in order to defend myself. 

also, i can’t believe i’m saying this, but i have every right to keep things private? i just didn’t want to deal with people from the old blog. that was it.

and my favorite piece of all:

truth be told, my main apprehension was that you would use that hate blog against me, and i was right. i do regret that bc it was dumb and i was mad and i just went off, and i fully apologize for the problems it caused people. i think it should be said that i wasn’t the only person running that blog. they’re not on tumblr but they had some choice words to say about it, and at the time i felt like bc i was on the platform, i had to say them for her. 

also, i hope you know that juno/andromedalis was egging me on nearly every step of the way on that blog, and when it reached its inevitable end, she even apologized bc she “felt bad” that i was taking all the heat even though we were literally chatting about it behind the curtain. i never tried to pin that on her or implied her involvement, but i’m saying this now bc well... here’s to hoping i’m not being made the scapegoat 🤷‍♀️

all that being said, i just want to repeat: i have the right to keep things private. i apologize if you all felt like i ghosted you, but please do not blow things out of proportion. you say you told people the “full story,” but tbh it’s YOUR story. it was never full, bc no one asked for my input. how will anyone know if what you’re saying is the full story when i didn’t even know what specific things you were sharing behind closed doors? you assumed my thoughts and feelings along the way. you assumed you knew EXACTLY what was going on. hopefully this clears some things up.

okay so i just liked the kind of air to love alarm? idk it just made me feel like i was somewhere else bc i felt the production quality was that high. some of it was questionable i do agree w that but also song kang is total heart-eyes 😍 and meteor garden was sweet for like a minute each episode and the rest was me groaning in agony just wishing dong shancai would snipe daoming si’s mother. shancai did so much too?? like four episodes in she won a cooking competition against a girl who had literally been professionally training to impress one of the boys ✋ but shancai literally came from almost nothing. also — i’ve never been more frustrated w a drama than meteor garden like sis was literally dirt poor, came close to being evicted twice and her parents moved back to their fisherman hometown leaving her in shanghai (i think?) to make money bc they couldn’t afford the city but she had the newest phone 🛑✋

Where do I fit into the SW fandom?

I‘m in my thirties and an OT fan since birth, because my dad was obsessed with Star Wars and we watched it a lot as kids - they are the go to christmas movies in our family. Even as a very small kid I loved Vader. I didn’t like the ST quite as much when it came out in cinemas but still watched them multiple times. I’m much more fond of them now. But my love for Star Wars really got renewed with the ST. I really liked TFA and TLJ a lot. Not a great fan of TROS though, but to each their own. I recently started watching TCW, if you haven’t go watch it! The Mandalorian is also great and feels more like the OT for me, which I love. Oh, and R1 was awesome, I loved that one! Solo also was good. I think I will be a lifelong fan because it’s such a rich universe and everybody can pick a favorite. I’m also good at ignoring the parts I don’t like, lol. But I‘m mostly exhausted about all the drama on social media, so at the moment I take a bit of a break from social media and only post from time to time. And I’m of the firm believe to ship and let ship and if the art and fics are good, you can also find me enjoying ships outside of Reylo (honestly, some Kylux art out there, woah... and Finnrey is always so tender but Stormpilot has two hot guys in it... and don’t get me started about Finnrose! It all started with the prequels which I fell in love with and even wrote my first fan fic on. (I dragged it from fanfic.net to A03 for my own form of personal torture) I dropped out of star wars until I was in Japan and a close group of friends got me to watch Roque One and play a star wars based table top role playing game, which dumped me back into this fandom hardcore. I fell in love with the sequel trilogy and now I'm stuck forever. Lol

I have been writing on A03 for around 2 years now for star wars and it's been the most productive and progressive work I've ever done thanks to ya'll.

Also, hey, I created this multishippers discord, because multishipping rocks and everyone should do it. :P I know I've never active enough but I love this space and the people in it! My fav part about multishipping is how I'm always discovering yet another ship that is awesome. It never ends. ^^

✨- which fictional character (book, show, or movie) do you relate to most?

Hmmm. This is a very good question... I rarely find such characters and usually all I relate to still lack something that would make the experience perfect. For example I relate to Deadpool a lot because of his mental health stuff, medical trauma, talkativeness (actually it was because of him when I decided to stop caring and just started talking) and sense of humour, but then there's also lots of things that we don't have in common. Like the fact that he's a mercenary. I also often relate to outcast characters like Catwoman or Penguin from Batman universe but again, those are villains and often have killed people too...

So as I was thinking about this I think I'm gonna say Sherlock Holmes. He also fits all of those: book, show AND movie. I'm still in the middle of reading the novels but I'm enjoying them a lot; I love the Granada tv series (Jeremy Brett was the best Holmes, imho) and I also really like the movies with Robert Downey Jr. as Holmes.

I think the biggest reason for why I relate to him the most is because he's canonically asexual and aromantic, altho those words have never been used in canon because those words did not exist back in late 1800s yet, but still Doyle wrote him as a "bachelor" who simply just enjoyed other things over relationships. (It's just insane that I can't find a more relatable aroace character when it's the freaking 2020 but have to go all the way back to the late 1800s to find someone with a great aroace "presentation".)

But just like Holmes, I also really enjoy challenging my brain and I love to "play a detective". Altho I'm actually a terrible detective because I want everything to be somewhat special and non-cliché so I easily miss any clues that are too normal. And I'm not even nearly as smart as him, but I kinda have the same egoism sometimes that I still like to think I'm smart when I'm actually not :D I also have been playing the SH games and omg I love those games! Sometimes they're driving me crazy tho because I'm so unpatient and just don't get something right away and then I look it up and feel myself stupid because it was again something obvious but I was just again trying to think too much outside the box.

I want to go back to the books for a moment: one thing I did notice from the stories is that now as I have read quite a many of those stories, I have learnt Doyle's way of telling stories. I am now able to notice when he does that where he starts to give in clues that will lead the reader to the wrong conclusions, and that way I can already guess the actual events of the story. It was actually pretty cool moment when I was reading this one story and suddenly realized that Doyle is doing it again, he's trying to lead the reader to the wrong direction on purpose and I didn't fall for that trap anymore. And ever since it's been like this with every story. I'm excited to see if his writing style changed or evolved from this and if he ever stopped doing that. But yeah, it was super fascinating experience to myself because I do that in real life too: I observe people a lot and I slowly start to understand how they are as persons and e.g. how their sense of humour works. For example, with new people I don't always catch their "prank" humour or sarcasm but after a while, I'm able to spot when they're only joking and won't fall for those jokes/pranks any longer, and sometimes can also join the jokes myself as well. I think that's also something that kinda reminds of of Holmes' character, at least he's really good at observing people and his surroundings - I do that all the time as well.

🌧️- favorite thing to do on rainy days?

The same things I do every day - sit inside spending quality time with my computer XD No but, if it's a rainy day in a pretty way, like a summer rain, then it sometimes like playing with my camera and try getting photos of the rain drops or something. And especially if the sun starts shining after the rain and often creates these super interesting looking lighting phenomenons like coloring the whole air with yellow etc.!

Today is actually a rainy day and I FINALLY planted some plants I've been meaning to plant for months.

🍩- current mood?

Well pretty okay, just tired because it's that time of the month again, and I even got myself to use the exercise bike because I noticed I've again reached a weight I have never reached before and I've been trying to get my weight to come down for years. But it just goes up the more I try to do things like exercise and nothing makes sense, ever.

I'm also feeling slightly hyped because of dä, my anxiety and stress levels are finally reducing a little and also my mouth doesn't feel too bad anymore so I don't have those sensory overloads 24/7 either. And I'm gonna play Valheim with friends later today again so I'm really looking forward to that :D

Oh and it's extremely windy outside and the sounds of wind piss me off every single time. I don't know what it is, probably misophonia, but it just makes me feel so angry when I hear that wind hitting the walls or so. Maybe I should do something that I can listen to music meanwhile so it will hide the sounds of that wind underneath...

⛅- what is your morning routine?

I wake up, (check Bademeister.com), get up, turn on the computer on my way to toilet, pee, brush my teeth... Usually I do that at my computer while browsing Discord servers and Tumblr etc. After I'm done brushing my teeth I often just spend time browsing the internet, I always check the same websites like my email and browse everything on Tumblr and it depends how much time that takes, sometimes a couple of hours.

So I then get myself breakfast either when I'm still browsing Tumblr (if I'm really hungry) or only after I'm done with browsing. I also always eat my breakfast either at my computer or in the living room as I watch tv. Can't just sit still in my kitchen doing nothing so I hardly ever eat there :D And when I have eaten my breakfast, then I make myself tea. I never eat anything with it but I just start and finish my tea after I'm done eating.

That's my morning routine. But bold of you that it's always a morning when this happens. Sometimes I eat my breakfast at 5pm, sometimes at 9am ::D

2. sewing/plush making related

Where do you get that fabric? how does that happen to have toads on it?

i get it custom printed by spoonflower (they have a factory in the US and in Germany). i design it in photoshop and just upload it and they print it for me. they can be a bit slow. or just send you a meter of middle earth for no reason. or print a meter half black for no reason but overall their quality is great and so is their customer support when they do mess up.

a few tips i have are:

- the minky piling runs from the top down.

- you can design meters even when it says and displays yards in the preview, just check if it´s set to meters when in the basket before checkout.

- never set anything to center and order more than one meter, it will be printed once in the middle and leave you with a bunch of white useless minky.

- if you don´t want to wrangle 4 meters of fabric apart just keep adding One meter of the design at the time and you will get precut meters.

where did you learn to sew? how do i learn to sew?

I had a very basic crafts class in school with a shitty teacher that told me that “i´m sloppy and Can Not Sew” but really everything useful i ever learned i learned from The Internets so just go and look for some free patterns and tutorials and you are good to go. after trying a few patterns you will get a feeling for how plushies work and can combine what you learned. it´s really just like when you learn to draw and break things down into shapes.

stressful. i´m not always sure what i´m doing. but i´m doing it. and i believe in you, you can do it too. there is a 10kg bag of stuffing and a 25kg box of beans in my room. i have a whole huge sorting box full of eyes.

again. i´m austrian. yes we speak german here but a different dialect so i likely don´t sound like the germans you have heard in movies. in fact the majority of germans will not even understand me.

can you stop complaining about the weather?

yes i complain about heat because. i´m heat sensitive. also because i´m actually an Alpine Gremlin and shouldn´t be subjected to temperatures over 30°C. our house doesn´t have AC. i work in here all day at 28°C room temp and with high humidty.

yes i complain about the cold too. because our house is old and badly insulated and i have to carry in firewood in laundrybaskets to feed to an old woodburner and it sucks. our house frequently falls down to 16°C.

so there is a spelling mistake?

yes i make a lot of spelling mistakes. or just switch out whole words. or forget whole words. unless it´s something important like a salespost please just don´t point that out constantly. like mentioned before i have a funky brain and it just be like that. also like mentioned before. i´m austrian. english is actually my second language so. be nice.

ESC2019 Preshow #12

12. AZERBAIJAN Chingiz - “Truth” SemiFinal 2, #18

Lol you can pretty much C+P my Luca write-up here because every letter of affectionate mockery I wrote about him also applies to ‘Chingiz’, except... It’s even more extreme here, somehow? 😍 “She Got Me” has a chance to become a carcrash. “Truth” a tiny chance to NOT become one. 😍 ALREADY a wreck and it can only get worse. 😍 😍 😍 😍

ENTRY ANALYSIS

Alright, so as you remember, Azerbaijan NQ’d for the FIRST TIME EVER last year, with a song that was utter drivel, with a singer who openly hated her song and the style she was forced to sing in.  “Hmmm” they thought “So if we got 11th place with utter nonsense how about we... cut a little bit back on the carbs and do the same thing? That should get us 10th place”. 

The product of this flawless logic now stands before you and... err...

Honestly, I’m even wondering why I’m trying to justify any sort of thinking process behind “Truth” because I doubt there was any <3 Whatever the fuck it is, it entertains the shit out of me and in fact “Truth” is already DELIVERING LAFFOS IN SPADES and we’re only in the fucking preshow. 

Some highlights:

The Song Title  While not quite AS awful as last year’s song title, Azerbaijan once again have easily the worst one in the entire year and this year has a song called “Look Away” in it. Like, “She Got Me” is pretty awf, but that’s down to Switzerland’s incompetence and not checking whether the name “Dirty Dancing” wasn’t copyrighted before penning it (😂❤). There no reason to name this song ‘Truth‘ when a) you can barely make it out in the song b) “SHE IS A KILLER” is one of the few memorable lines IN the fucking song.

The Videoclip The VC looks pretty glam on the surface, but the making of exposed it as one of the most nonsensical, amateuristic things I’ve EVER seen in Eurovision. 😍 “Proud’s” vc is literally women in black tee-shirts yelling at the camera in various degrees of windmachine, and even that clip looks more professionally made than whatever Rocky Horror Picture Shitshow Azerbaijan are trying to serve. It absolutely DOESN’T fit with the song lmfao <3 Enjoy this related pasta I made in the Discord server I post in (It’s a collaborative effort tho lol):

The Theming It’s funny to me how Armenia and Azerbaijan mirror each other perfectly, both of their entries being incoherent messes which regale tales about toxic relationships in mangled English <3 I’m surprised the TinFoilHat Conspiracists havent posited the idea that the Armenian and Azeri songs are about each other. (just giving you some substance to chew on over your hot chocolate, since this song definitely won’t be delivering it, lol)

The Singer Azerbaijan claim that their singer is someone or something called “Chingiz”. Now I am not entirely certain whether “Chingiz” is a real living person or just a very elaborate hologram conjured up from pixels and leftover Kirkorov cartilege. ‘Dude' literally glitches out whenever ‘he’ is forced to ‘sing’: 

Though this may also be because ‘he’ visibly ‘LOATHES’ ‘his’ song <3 Then again when ‘he’ ‘sings’ a song he actually ’likes’ ‘he’ ‘does’ it like this:

In sum:

Qualification Odds: Guaranteed Qualifier

It wasn’t certain Bakustan would advance before the running order was announced, but now that we know "Truth” closes it’s become clear that it is set to become the token “SF2 Closer Who Finishes In Third Place And Then Opens The Grand Final” like his predecessors Imri and Laura Tesoro. 

‘Chingiz’ will place somewhere between the two: not quite as high as Laura did (”Truth” is fucking sub-Macedonia-level in terms of quality), but not necessarily as lowly as Imri. In this Azeri Trash Era, they have NEVER been stingy in throwing money and resources at making their staging memorable (AISEL’s sucked but I mean, that song...). I expect both staging and results similar Melovin, except better because “Truth” is better, after all 😈 (I hope you’ve enjoyed this ranking because I’ll be brutally murdered by the Melovers once this post has made it online.)

Projected Placement: 3rd-5th in the SemiFinal. WHen ‘he’ qualifies, ‘he’ will finish around 14th-20th place.

ah yes. the start of my trans alfonse fics... of which i still have at least two i want to write, still. maybe even three or four. funny how that works out, sometimes. anyway funny things happen when you’re trans and want to write some Trans Stuff, including fully embracing headcanons you don’t necessarily share just because you think “well this content needs to exist and if hardly anybody else is writing it then i guess i have to”

and i also wanted to write sibling bonding so i... did

i also managed to fit in a complaint about getting haircuts and how the hairdressers never seem to cut it like i want (not inserted in here is the whole Thing they do where they’re like “oh but it’d be such a SHAME to cut your hair short, it’s so beautiful...” like miss i am Paying you please just do what i want. but i digress) which is pretty funny and good in my opinion

i also had a fun struggle with this fic because i didn’t want to use the word trans because i wasn’t quite sure alfonse and sharena would have or know the word for that? (spoiler tho. the third fic in the series, though not done yet, is basically gonna be about that so i don’t have to DEAL WITH THIS anymore because oh my god it’s so hard) but obviously i had to make it clear some OTHER way that they’re both trans and it was hard not to make it extremely awkward. think i did pretty okay, though

this is actually one of my favorite fics i’ve written, this and my other trans alfonse fic. idk what it is, maybe it’s just that writing about trans people makes me happy. either way, big faves

i love trans sharena a lot? i feel like i might be one of the only people with that as a headcanon that i know of, but it’s REALLY GOOD, OKAY... please let this cute bubbly trans lesbian into your heart. i love you sharena fire emblem

trans zacharias/bruno is also a good headcanon, despite being barely implied in this fic. this i feel less alone with tho bc i’ve had plenty of friends just go “yeah he’s trans” when i talk about it. it’s good. thanks pals. (also now i feel obligated to either make a standalone post abt trans bruno or just. ramble on about it in my commentary for the next fic in this series. either way I Will and Soon)

the ao3 description for this series is “everyone is trans and there’s nothing you can do about it” which is also very good. i don’t know how many people noticed that, i think it’s worth pointing out. it’s honestly just how i described this series to people on the brufonse discord server. it’s also a mood. just love rubbing my trans little hands on everything i love. i’ve claimed it. it’s mine now

omg YES - honestly i'd say felix is like, the gateway member into SKZ. and i agree it's because of that gap. you see this cheerful baby-faced boy then suddenly you hear him talk/rap. that's bound to get people intrigued. to quote yoo taeyang from SF9 when he voted for felix as visual center - "YOU ARE MY STAR"

HAHAHA YES changlix were just...all over the place in the last skzcode. the way changbin just kept checking the rice because he's afraid he'll ruin even that...man, the mysterious kitchen episodes would've been 100x more chaotic if minho had to deal with changbin and felix instead of han and I.N. i think that's adorable you see yourself like that tho!! i'd definitely say i'm more like han while they were playing foot volleyball. the enthusiasm is there, but i WILL make the team carry me, then end up having to buy ice cream for everyone HAHAHA

and oh man, i forgot about orange and purple haired seungmin...he really does look good with hair colors like that. it's always the members who normally have black/dark hair suddenly hitting you with color and reminding you why they're your bias (≧▽≦) also i will sign your petition for him to bring those back ahh i really do hope hyunjin brings back the long blonde hair too. idk the drama of it all just suits him seungmin/I.N pls convince him to grow it out again
