Last piece of 2023 and I threw everything I had at it. Tried some new light rendering techniques and I’m beyond thrilled with the result! This is truly my crown jewel piece of the year getting to see the work I’ve put in to improve pay off.
And while I’ve leaned into this style the last few illustrations, I can now definitively say this is the look I want to own and make mine 🥹
Thank you everyone, who decided to stay with me on this lovely journey!! Thank you to my lovely mutuals (who have been such LOVELY friends!!!)

Sooo I may have gotten another 2005 furby yesterday since I saw a listing in town for it and its box for only $35!! 😭 I was home with it within 20 minutes of messaging the seller. I didn’t even know if it worked or not until I brought it home, and luckily, their old batteries had barely corroded. It works!!!
I named my new one Grits since my other one’s named Oatmeal. I love them both
after grieving trying to come to terms with the latest chapter… i have a lot of negative thoughts about it if it’s truly gojo’s ending (i’m believing all the copium theories for the time being…).
but the afterlife bit... oh god. like geto being the first thing he saw? and telling by the way nanami and haibara were speaking it’s not even a fabrication of satoru’s mind it is really them! so it shook me just how fast they reverted back to their old young selves, talking about curses as if no time had passed and nothing ever happened between the two…
and it’s crazy that with everythingggg even after every awful event that took place in gojo’s life, one of his biggest “regrets” or dissatisfactions was that geto couldn’t be there by his side to cheer him on. like that man was gojo’s everything!! even when he got unsealed and had a million problems to take care of, his first instinct was to find a way to mourn geto’s body. it’s just insane how the narrative keeps proving time after time that geto was the center of his world, right up until the end.
