Why Blitzø Likes Stolas

I've made jokes about Blitzø liking Stolas bcuz his type is tall, rich, powerful demons with musical talent, and that's probably kinda true, but I wanna talk about the real reasons Blitzø likes Stolas. Tldr at the end.

I think one of the major reasons Blitzø likes Stolas is how kind, sincere, and affectionate he is. Stolas is always making sure he is okay and is very passionate about litterally everything he does (dramatic little bitch, lol). And while he's ignorant ("my impish little plaything"???), he does mean well. Taking Octavia to Looloo Land to make her feel better, Going full demon mode to save IMP, his attentiveness to Blitzø during his mental breakdown in Seeing Stars, him absolutely adoring Octavia, him helping Ozzie when he gained no real benefit, etc, etc.

Also, expanding more on the affectionate part, Blitzø is shown to not get much affection or love in his life at all. His family situation was a giant mess (his dad literally sold him for 5 bucks and a condom Jesus Christ-), and Stolas is a very loving and affectionate person. Obviously, this is shown with Blitzø, but also with Octavia ('my precious little starfire', always staying patient with Via, even if he can be a bit dismissive, going full demon mode when Blitzø said he lost Via), and even his plants (he raised the flesh-eating plant since he was a kid, he pets the plant, on his insta he called a puprle rose "a handsome little rose"). And yeah, he's going to be affectione with Via, that's his daughter, but in Hell, (or maybe just from Blitzø's perspective, it'a hard to tell honestly) that's shown to be a rarity. So obviously, he's going to admire that about him.

And also, compare that to Blitzø's life. His dad saw him as less than, something happened that made his sister hate him, his mom seemed to be a good parent, but she's dead, his best friend and former crush hated his guts for 15 years, his daughter does care about him but she also mostly just shows anger and annoyance with him, and even Moxxie, who'd I'd argue is his best friend, gets annoyed with him constantly (I would too tbh but this isn't about that). Stolas just being his loving and affectionate self and being so happy to see him and always being so sweet to Blitzø is like a breath of fresh air to him.

Another thing is that Stolas shows clear interest in the things he likes. Take horses as example, bcuz we all know Blitzø is obsessed with them. Most of the time, his friends are pretty passive about it, but Stolas actually indulges him. Some of this is from their instas, but Stolas got him a horse Hoodie, he draws horses with him, and Stolas even got inspired to draw because of Blitzø.

(Also, plz note that in another post he commented that it smells like Stolas, and I want everyone to appreciate how happy he looks in this photo while smelling it again)

Blitzø probably admires Stolas's theatrics as well because despite growing up in a Circus where you were supposed to be dramatic and showy, he was still always taught to ignore or hide his true emotions (Cash ignoring that he didn't want to go to the Goetia Palace because "MONEY"). And while Stolas was raised the same way, he still wears his heart and emotions on his sleeve and is always showing them, whether it be positive or negative

And we all know thst Blitzø has major self hatred issues, but Stolas was genuinely interested in Blitzø as a person. Laughing at his jokes, asking how his day went, and with all of this, you can't help but wonder if Blitzø was figuring out that he did too. I think that's why he was so heartbroken about Ozzie's. Because to him, Stolas hiding his face was just proof that Stolas didn't care. That he was just a little plaything. But, Blitzø liked that Stolas liked him for who he was, and that he didn't have to pretend to be someone different.

Yes, ik Blitzø wasn't here for some of them, and he thinks that Stolas is just faking all of this. BUT, Blitzø can notice things subconsciously, and the stuff that Blitzø wasn't there for was to talk about Stolas's character as well. That's why I wanted to talk about this, to talk about what Blitzø sees in Stolas and his character.

Accepting going ghost accepting no contact. Yeah I can honestly say I'm weak, I can't do that, I don't have anger in me anymore even though he did me really bad, I still seek validation and worthiness but he just calls me a clown with nothing to offer.

We were together living together for 2 years I've known him since 2013 he pretty much was telling everybody behind my back that I'm a dumb b**** and I am unattractive and I have a weird shaped body and I don't dress like a girl and that I'm blind and we don't have the same personality so there's no way like he can get close to me and he said I cared for you a lot which probably means he thinks that he took care of me but I was working 14 hours a day cuz I had two jobs and I was running on 5 hours of sleep and I did that for almost 2 years and he actually had romantic feelings and less full feelings for this girl Maria that he kept secret and she would show up at the apartment after he would take my daughter to school she would show up and she'd be there until like 3:00 or whatever in the apartment so he even called her attendant that he wished that like him and her like live together you know but I was the Cash cow you needed me to pay but he wanted to spend time with her and that's what he told her he's like I'm not even affection I don't even tell that girl I love her it's just true you never told me he loved me and it wasn't affectionate so yeah he pretty much was like romantic with this girl and told her you love her and said like she was his OPP or whatever like his his special person and that they were so close and that he called her beautiful like not only did he admire her body but he admires her personality and he cares for her like like okay yeah anyways he says that she's angelic and she can fly and she's a good mom like he has like so much positive things to say about this girl and like nothing but s*** talking about me because he's always comparing me to her even though I was the one but see my ass off trying to like make sure that I was putting in my part but he pretty much said that like I couldn't give him what he needed because he called me boring because I wasn't sexually satisfying him so he literally I know of three people he had with Marcy with Jezebel and with Maria I don't know who else but yeah it was consistent it wasn't like a one-time thing. he called me a cop I don't know what that means but yeah he called me a cop he called me a dog he called me desperate and he said to move on there's nothing there I keep looking for something to be there he's already moved on and that he never saw me as long term anyways he saw me a short-term because he never had those real feelings for me in the first place you never saw a future he just needed to get out of his mom's house and I was the one that was able to do that because I'm not gullible and they actually laugh behind my back because I thought that like everything was fine but it wasn't. He left me for her he actually is engaged to her or was engaged to her they actually went to Vegas to get married apparently they had a huge blowout and he said that I traumatized him because I when I found out he was cheating on me and he didn't care for me I guess I spiraled into an emotional roller coaster and he said that traumatized him like a lot and now he doesn't want to live with another woman anymore or like do that anymore and he puts the blame on me like he said out of all the memories that he's ever had like you know when you part ways with somebody he's like you or a bad memory I do not like to think about you at all he's like I still have resentments. He blocked me on everything he blocked me on everything for real. And people are like your wounded you need to heal and you need to move on you need to move forward in your life and stop dwelling on the past like it's been long enough and why would you want someone that doesn't want you like he doesn't want you why would you stay put and I don't know how to I don't know how to move forward from the pain. not to mention you got me pregnant and was like totally fine with me keeping the kid. And he proposed to me twice once without a ring and then once with a ring. And the thing is too is I think he was being romantic with me just to make fun of me behind my back with his actual friends.

hii hello <3 I know this is niche but i'm here to offer a succession/dragon age crossover because for some reason my brain needs to mix and mash past and current hyperfixations. i don't have many thoughts currently except the roys being a human noble family in kirkwall and having to interact with hawke and friends. imagine sarcastic hawke interacting with roman - they'd either bond instantly or want to kill each other no in between. logan absolutely despising mages and yet one (or more) of his kids ends up being one. logan hating hawke & co wanting to run them out of town so his kids have to choose between their love for him and maybe doing the Right Thing. also maybe they took a liking to these freaks (affectionate) idk there's so many possibilities!

the succession cast in dragon age... literally let's go.

first of all i 100% absolutely think that connor's mom was a mage, and she was hiding it from logan. so he found out and had her sent away, along with connor (who i don't think actually was a mage, but was either at an age where it was still possible for his magic to develop, or logan didn't trust his mom not to lie. by the time it was confirmed connor wasn't a mage, he was already stained by the association in logan's eyes).

i think, of all logan's children, roman is the most likely one to actually be a mage - getting "sent to military school" instead being the time he was sent off to learn to control his magic. this is why roman is connor's favorite <3. and, this is key, roman learned to control his magic to the extent he can repress it, but absolutely did not learn to actually use it. the fact that his dad allowed him to come back at all contributes a lot to how much romam idolizes his dad, but his mage status has tainted him in his dad's eyes, and he knows it.

i feel like kendall would for sure be the first one to reach out to hawke's crew (to enlist them in helping him overthrow his dad, because hawke and co have definitely run into him before). the arc to take down Logan definitely spans all 3 acts, and in game, you'd get the choice to either appoint shiv, kendall, or roman individually, or let logan stay on (templar bootlicker ending), or convince the siblings to take over their dad's business together (good end, which involves doing a ridiculous amount of personal missions for each of them).

shiv i think would actually have a decent relationship with aveline (and thus hawke), and would be the easiest to convince to low-key support hawke, even though she's kind of back and forth on them taking down her dad during act 1 and most of act 2. shiv would definitely be a refugee supporter, for the record. she's still the most pr-oriented of the kids, and i lowkey think she hates meredith, and is constantly frustrated that roman supports her (because roman has fucked up amounts of self-loathing about his mage status, and makes a point about not caring about mage rights).

also for the record, i think hawke probably likes roman at first, then hates him for going back on the plan to take down Logan in act 1, and it's not until a mission where he reveals his mage status that they actually bond again.

also greg is absolutely a fereldan refugee who got into kirkwall because of his family connection. for the record. and tom is shiv's fereldan husband from a lesser noble house.

you probably know a lot about mages on account of them being fucking awesome and super sexy, so let's dive into what exactly makes them that way.

what are mages?

put simply, mages are anyone skilled and educated in the use of magic. but, most mages are also incredibly adept in politics, science, and religion

the vast majority of mages serve on royal courts, but others are teachers, researchers, or just kinda hobos

anyone can use basic magic (ie witcher signs), but it takes both natural talent and extensive training to be an actual mage

also important to note that while druids and priests can and do use magic, they aren't usually considered mages since they're not as involved in politics and science

education

mages go to school! a lot! powerful mages tend to track down young potential students and bring them to a school to receive formal training

well, "bring them" is a bit reductive, it's more like kidnapping.

there are quite a few important schools, so let's go!

aretuza is definitely the one you are the most familiar with, mostly because it's just the best. aretuza is an all girls academy located in temeria, a northern kingdom known for its powerful mages

aretuza is led by a rectoress, an incredibly powerful sorceress responsible for training the young adepts. i think there's only been 4 ever, first klara larissa de winter (also the founder), then leticia charbonneau, then tissaia de vries (the milf right there, and rectoress as of twn), and finally margarita laux antille

ban ard is the boys version of aretuza, located in kaedwen. the magicians from ban ard are notably... unskilled? they're just kind of clowns. the rector of ban ard was gerhart of aelle, also known as hen gedymdeith, because there's nothing like a nonsensical pseudonym to up your credibility. gerhart was literally the oldest mage alive until his heart died. after him, dorregary of vole took over as rector

mages in the north are pretty much exclusively trained at either aretuza or ban ard, but nilfgaard has a magical academy too!

the imperial magic academy is a co-ed school in loc grim, one of nilfgaard's two capitals. the emperors of nilfgaard tend to hire mages directly from this school

types of mages

most mages tend to specialize in a certain area of magic, such as illusions, alchemy, divination, polymorphy, weaponry, or spycraft

this is extra useful when assembling a team. not that anyone in particular is assembling a team, it's just good to know.

the brotherhood of sorcerers

the brotherhood is the main organization of mages in the witcher. they basically set the rules of magic for all the mages in the north, which are that demonology, necromancy, and artifact compression are strictly not allowed. the punishment was exclusion from the brotherhood and being locked in dimeritium (mage kryptonite) for centuries, but practically no one followed the rules or was punished

the brotherhood exists on a hierarchy, with most mages in the north making up the lower level, the council of wizards in the middle, and the chapter of the gift and the art at the top

the council is made up of a small group of mages that hold influence over the brotherhood but still need to answer to the chapter, as of twn the members are yennefer of vengerberg, philippa eilhart, radcliffe, carduin, and fercart. sheala de tancarville was part of it too, but she left

the chapter has the highest influence of magic in the north (and possibly the continent). it was founded by herbert stammelford, aurora henson, ivo richert, agnes of glanville, geoffrey monk, and radmir of tor carnedd. by twn, all of them had died or left, so the chapter was made of tissaia de vries, enid an gleanna, gerhart of aelle, vilgefortz of roggeveen, and artaud terranova. narses de la roche was the grandmaster of the chapter in 1245, but wasn't that involved much after.

politics

after mages graduate, the brotherhood usually places them on the court of a king/queen as an advisor. they're supposed to help strategize, conduct research, and just heighten the magical abilities of a kingdom

do they do this? nope

most mages are meant to clean up their king's messes, but usually get fed up and rule the entire kingdom from behind the scenes to fit their own agendas

can mages have babies?

short answer: yeah! although magic can make it harder to have babies, lots of sorceresses would take extra care to make sure they were as unaffected as possible. the forced sterilization was tissaia de vries' idea, and since she trained the vast majority of sorceresses we meet, most of them can't have babies

and yes, it's irreversible. sorry yen

geralt's mum, visenna, was trained as a druid, so she was still able to have geralt while practicing magic

who are they?

we meet a Lot of mages, so let's get to know a couple, starting with the ladies!

let's start with the lovely lovely yennefer. she was trained at aretuza under tissaia de vries, who became a mother figure to her. yen was also the youngest member of the council, as of twn she's 90. yes, that's very young to have a position of that caliber, especially since yen wasn't even an official advisor to aedirn's king

we all know and love hate triss merigold. she's one of the youngest sorceresses we meet, at the first season of twn she's 40 (book canon, she's made older in the show). triss also studied at aretuza and is currently one of king foltest of temeria's court mages

sabrina glevissig. slutty sabrina (affectionate) was yennefer's classmate at aretuza and became advisor to king henselt of her native kaedwen.

fringilla vigo is supposedly yen and sabrina's classmate from aretuza, but she is actually quite a bit younger than both of them and went to the imperial academy in her home country nilfgaard. fringilla specializes in illusion magic and (in book canon) is really not evil. she's a little slutty and stupid, but so is sabrina and dandelion and about half the people we meet!

we see skelliger sorceress lytta neyd, aka coral, aka astrid lyttneyd ásgeirrfinnbjornsdottir, at the battle of sodden hill where she unfortunately dies. coral was also very fond of breaking the brotherhood's rule against article compression (magically turning a person into a jade figurine, a wholly unpleasant experience)

temerian sorceress keira metz is one of the youngest mages we meet, she's around the same age as triss, whom she serves on foltest's court alongside

i mentioned philippa eilhart as a member of the council, and i'll mention her again as the love of my life. philippa is old. like, over 300. she's also one of the only mages to master polymorphism, and spends a solid portion of her time as an owl. philippa is redanian king vizimir's official advisor, but she, along with trusted?? associate lover sigismund dijkstra, really rules the entire country with vizimir as a puppet

sheala de tancarville is yen and phil's colleague from the council, but she left because it got too realpolitik for her tastes. sheala's from creyden (same place as renfri), but very rarely served her country's interests in favour of researching magic and being a reclusive bookworm. i'm serious. her nickname is literally the recluse of kovir

tissaia de vries. easily one of the most powerful and respected mages on the continent, member of the chapter, current rectoress of aretuza, and general badass. like most scholars, she wasn't involved in politics and doesn't even have a known nationality.

francesca findabair, also known as enid an gleanna, is an elven sorceress and member of the chapter. by twn she's easily 150 and very well established, although a sufferer of chronic backstabber syndrome.

assire var anahid is one of fringilla's nilfgaardian besties, although neither are actually nilfgaardian. assire is our good friend cahir's great-aunt, a military expert, and mom to her cat merlin

onto the gents!

let's start with the worst, istredd! i for incel, s for stupid, t for testicle-less (once i find him), r for racist, e for ew, d for dead (again, once i find him), and d for dipshit. in twn he's in cahoots with equally disgusting sorcerer...

stregobor! *vomits* you remember him as the koviri sorcerer who loves tracking down and murdering young girls, many of which have been exiled from their homes and tortured. he's just a lovely guy.

vilgefortz of roggeveen is sort of a walking spoiler, so i won't go too much in depth about him, but we can know he was raised by druids and, when offered a magical education, refused. he then became a mercenary, then a spy, then a wanted man, and finally trained to become a mage. despite his unusual backstory and late start, vilgefortz was insanely talented and, at less than a century old, became a member of the most powerful group of mages on the continent.

i mentioned gerhart of aelle aka hen gedymdeithe, as the oldest mage alive. he's at least 500. and then some. he's also a member of the chapter, but this position is more of a courtesy than a meaningful addition to the brotherhood.

finishing up the chapter, we have artaud terranova. he's not important yet, but will probably be in season two. all you need to know is he's short and a little mean and trusted by vilgefortz

fercart of cidaris is the third (but only male and non-temerian) member of foltest's royal council, and fairly unimportant member of the council of wizards

carduin of lan exeter was advisor to koviri king esterad thyssen and member of the council. he was also one of radovid's advisors, which didn't go over too well as radovid's other advisor, philippa eilhart, doesn't share too well

last and sort of least, we have radcliffe of oxenfurt. he was advisor to demavend of aedirn, from whom he probably met yennefer.

Giving Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys Characters Pokemon Teams

I found a website to build pokemon teams so I made teams that I felt suited Nancy, Bess, George, Ned, Frank, and Joe. Mostly off of vibes cause why not? Slightly in honor of Pokemon Legend Arceus coming out today

Explanation for my choices

Some of these are just based off of vibes and that's their explanation lmao

Nancy: I imagine that Nancy gets her Samurott as an Oshawott, and there's just something about them that makes me think they would work well together. Also it references PokePark 2 with the self-proclaimed private investigator Oshawott. Cubone, later Marowak for the dead mom vibes. Nancy would 1000% be attracted to the idea of Umbreon's mysterious power. Klefki is also kind of a vibe, although it may be an issue for Nancy to get back the keys she finds because they tend to keep their favorites. Lycanroc (originally Rockruff) to represent Togo, and the keen eyes ability is surely one Nancy would welcome. I didn't think the other forms would suit Nancy that much, because of Lycanroc's ability to have mutliple forms when it evolves from Rockruff. Nancy needs a cheerful little eye in the sky and I think Emolga is a good fit for her, another representative for Togo because Nancy has a soft spot for mischievous animals. Which also does apply to Klefki too because of their Prankster ability. I think these Pokemon would create a valuable sleuthing team for Nancy.

Bess: For the ones I narrowed it down too (because I feel like Bess would have so many, spend hours deciding which ones to take, and loves and cherishes them all). Chikorita/Meganium seemed to have a vibe that worked with Bess best. They're very docile in nature and the later evolutions often carry a scent that helps calm aggressive feelings, which is something she could appreciate. The living Ice cream cone is an ASH reference. Also I love them. Bewear, because the pokemon that literally gives bone-crushing hugs is her vibe. Sylveon and Swoobat both evolve from having high levels of affection/friendship with its trainer, which is a good match for Bess' loving and affectionate nature.

Of course a lot of the cutie ones are for Bess. I know it's a bit sterostypical, but if I'm being completely honest I know these aren't the only six she has and is willing to love entirely. She definitely has so many more Pokemon and even some more unconventional cuties like Muk, Trubbish, Huntail, or any others (I'm having a hard time calling pokemon ugly I love all of them lol).

George: Throughout all of its evolutions Infernape is very active and acrobatic, it's not until it's later evolution that it uses its martial arts like fighting-style. Considering George's active nature and love of Judo, she could do well with Infernape. Lucario my sweet baby who I love so dearly. Her sense of justice and tough nature could easily forge a special connection with one of my personal favorite pokemon. I wanted her to have at least one dragon type, and I think Noivern can match her quite well. Perhaps because they are similarly short-tempered and ruthless. Leafeon is a bit of a wild-card, they tend to be pacifict which George really isn't but I think a calmer pokemon would actually be a good change of pace with her. I think if I were to write a story for their pokemon adventures, George's partnership with Leafeon probably wasn't intentional but something she doesn't regret. Absol is again a more pasifictic one, it doesn't like fighting but warns people from danger. It's known to be very agile. Klinklang suits her mechanical nature quite well, and Klinklangs are often quite helpful for their trainers.

Ned: Torterra's a strong, dependable, and often caring for pokemon smaller than them. Which makes is a perfect match for Ned who is the exact same way. Now I didn't want to forget Ned's love of science and his scinetific ways which is what drew me to some of the other choices. Like Type: Null or later Silvally. For those who don't know Those pokemon were synthetically created in a lab from the genes of other pokemon. Type: Null doesn't evolve until it truly loves and trusts it's owner, even willing to risk their life for them. I think that loyalty does truly reflect Ned's own as well as knowing that he could bond with a pokemon like that. Minior is still a result of the sciencey nature of Ned. I imagine him finding one after it crash lands. Espeon another one that evolves with bonding, extremely loyal and protective. Uses it's psychic power to protect it's trainer. I have no real explanation for adding Ditto but it makes sense. Galvantula, is another sort of sciencey one. Pokemon go had it with the Power Plant event and it just made me think of it. It likes to stun it's prey with it's electric silk so maybe Ned can stop tackling criminals and werewolves .

As for Falinks, it's another case of their trainer's loyalty reflected in them and because it's a group of multiple that stick together I think Ned would name them all individually but respect that they like to be together.

Frank: His relationship with Greninja is slightly similar to George's with Infernape. It reflects his love of Kung Fu (or just martial arts in general). It's also fast, graceful, and thinks things through so definitely a starter that suits Frank. Minun to go with Joe's Plusle and Sawk to go with Joe's Throh. Again Sawk goes well with Frank's love of martial arts (primarily Kung Fu). Frank is a Scorpio and water is his element. Not only is he a fast swimmer, but so is his Vaporeon. He also loves fishing which is great because Vaporeon camouflage themselves to catch fish. Aurorus is a fossil Pokemon which evolves from Amaura. I mentioned Ned's love of science so it would be wrong of me to ignore Frank's and give him a revived fossil that I thought vibed with him. Leavanny is Frank's wild card. Although it's caring/parental nature is one that would vibe with Frank's personality well. Also it's middle form is basically a grumpy baby and I love that image.

Joe: Inspired by my own Scorbunny, Seamus, I think it's a good starter for Joe. They love to run, incredibly energetic, athletic, sporty, cocky, strong, and has a fighting spirit. So basically Joe if he were a Pokemon. Plusle and Throh to match Frank's Minun and Sawk. I think it's fitting the brothers have some pokemon that reflect each other. Joe is the Hardy boy with a fiery temper born under the wild-child sign of Aries. The boy needs a Flareon. Like he needs a dragon-type. Admittedly Appletun is a bit of unconventional choice for Joe, but I like to think that one day an Applin followed him home from the PokeMorton Farm one day and he just said "Guess it's mine now." This happens a lot, Pokemon just sort of decide that they're his for some reason. Kinda like his Espurr that evolved into a Meowstic. I was drawn to the Keen Eyes ability once again and the irony of the restraint/constraint pokemon being drawn to the boy who repeatedly is the opposite of both of those things.

"I love you too, Johnny," Jaehyun answered, chuckling and handing him over a bag of cheese burger. He entered Johnny's house casually without even waiting for the owner to let him in.

"Don't you think you can bribe me," Johnny said dramatically, yet his hands were already busy opening the paper bag. "Vivian! Jaehyun is here!" he called for his sister.

"I can hear you clearly, Johnny, you don't have to shout like that," his sister hissed as she went out from her room, being dramatic as well but less dramatic than her brother. "And, Seo Youngho, didn't I tell you to not call me Vivian?" She approached her giant little brother and gave him light slaps on his arm. She wanted to pinch his cheeks or ears, but Johnny was saved because he was much taller.

"Okay, okay. I get it, Ayoung noona," he whined that he gave Jaehyun eye signal to get his sister out quickly.

Jaehyun chuckled at the usual bickering scene between Ayoung and Johnny. Ayoung turned to Jaehyun who were ready to greet her with a smile that his dimples popped out. "You ready?"

Ayoung nodded, also smiling wide at her date.

"Speaking of which, it would be nice too if you call me with my real name, instead of Jaehyun," Jaehyun shyly said once they hopped into Jaehyun’s car.

Ayoung smiled at him. "Okay, Yuno."

Jaehyun, aka Yuno let his hand slowly reached Ayoung's before he turned on the car machine. His expression couldn't lie when he got to hear his name called with such a sweet, loving voice.

"I don't want to say good bye," Yuno muttered as he tightened his grip on Ayoung's hand. He stopped by at a park with playground nearby Ayoung’s house after spending a great time at an underground jazz café.

"Why don't you go with me upstairs? I'm sure Johnny is still wide awake."

"And let Johnny hyung beat me up? No, thank you," he joked.

Ayoung chuckled.

"This is perfect anyway," Yuno said as he scanned the surrounding. The playground was completely empty as the time showed past eleven at night. After making sure nobody around, Yuno slightly pulled her closer and sneaked his arms around Ayoung's waist. "And I can't do this if Johnny is around," he whispered as he, bending his lower body to match her eye level, put his forehead against Ayoung's.

Thanks to the night sky, Ayoung could hide her blushing cheeks. She only drew a shy smile as she tried to look at Yuno in the eyes, her hands holding onto his upper arms.

The lovebirds, drowning in each other's minds, spent minute after minute without words in the same position until their phones rang at the same time, startling both of them. Yuno let loose his embrace, but didn't completely let go of his girl. After taking his phone out of his pocket, he put one arm around Ayoung's shoulder and let her lean on him.

"Wow, the group chat is a mess at this hour. And Johnny is already threating me," told Yuno while scrolling up and down his phone screen.

"He is indeed. Should I tell him we're here?" she playfully asked as she found Johnny's rants via text in her phone as well.

"You gotta be kidding."

Ayoung chuckled as she hugged him from the side. "Aigoo, our Yuno~"

Again, he blushed from hearing his name called.

"It's almost 12. You should go back home, Yuno." She affectionately fixed Yuno's fringe. "Or... how about staying over?" she teased again.

Yuno chuckled this time. "If sleepover, I'll go with Doyoung and Mark so Johnny won't go after me."

"Okay, I'll invite the others for dinner tomorrow, and you can stay over."

Ayoung was busy cooking in the kitchen after managed to trick Johnny to go grocery shopping. She also succeeded surprising him that they were going to host a dinner with his buddies. So now he was made use for his labor to tidy up the living room and arrange the tables and plates.

"Remind me again why do we suddenly hold a dinner event?" he groaned as he pushed the sofa to one side.

"Just think of it as a late birthday party for you, since I wasn't around and you were busy as well," she blabbered.

"Okay, that doesn't make any sense. What's with the other guys?"

"It's just the form of my gratitude to them for taking good care of you." Ayoung basically just said anything. She knew everything came out of her mouth did not make any sense at all. "Anyway, our mom and Taeyong's mom just sent us a lot of food. You and I know very well we don't eat often at home. So it's best to share, right?"

Johnny shut his mouth, kind of agree-not-agree. "You're being ridiculously nice after going out with Jaehyun," he mocked, which got himself a loving silence treatment.

Taeyong, Doyoung, Ten and Mark came first. Both Johnny and Ayoung welcomed them cheerfully and gave them a big hug as if they hadn't met for so long, while they literally just saw each other 3 days ago. Taeil, Haechan, Yuta and Yuno came a bit later. Both house owner greeted their guests the same way, yet after Taeil, Haechan and Yuta, Johnny blocked Ayoung's way to Yuno. Instead, Johnny didn't let Yuno go from his bear hug. Ayoung just rolled her eyes and left her brother with her boyfriend.

"I know you miss me but can you please let go of me now?" Yuno spoke in the midst of searching for some oxygen.

"I'm not letting you go today," Johnny said with a scary aegyo as he slightly dragged Yuno to the living room with a bit force.

"He really gets jealous ever since you start dating with Jaehyun, Noona," Taeyong commented, giggling at the two giants fighting over nothing.

"You mean being overprotective even more than he already is," she scoffed as she took out fruits from the fridge.

Mark who was next to Taeyong went straight for the watermelon that Ayoung already prepared specially for him. Just because she was very fond of the baby brother.

"It is still funny that he never changes his profile photo, so everyone still thinks he's not single," Mark added as he stuffed his mouth with watermelon cubes. The photo Mark mention was pretty much a public secret. It was a picture of her and Johnny at a beach, taken several years ago during a family vacation, with a pose that didn't really portray siblings relationship. Johnny's arm circling around Ayoung's waist, his smiling face captured in candid, and Ayoung resting her hand on Johnny's upper belly while showing her side body profile but her face beaming directly into the camera. Anybody would absolutely misunderstand them for being a couple. Not to mention the outfit they wore in the photo had similar patterns.

Ayoung could only let out a bitter laugh. Johnny intentionally put that picture as his profile in chat messenger, so he could make an excuse if there's anyone suggested him for a blind date. These boys knew Ayoung had the same picture as her profile, and they laughed at her and it was all thanks to Johnny who always changed Ayoung's profile, to the extent Ayoung was too frustrated to change it again. So she just let Johnny do whatever he wanted. It kinda 'helped' her in a way that no men messed with her. Same with her brother, at least nobody interfered her love life and told her to go for a blind date. If someone asked about the guy in the photo, she could just make up some stories that they were in long distance relationship.

And one day came Jung Jaehyun, boldly brought himself before her and asked her out while no one dared because of her brother. The boys were pretty amused because Johnny often joked that he wouldn't introduce his sister to any of his members. He preferred someone older and he always mentioned someone like Kim Suho or Do Kyungsoo. That was pretty much the history explaining the current condition of the complicated relationship between Johnny and Jaehyun.

"Yo, Jay," Ten greeted Jaehyun who finally managed to escape.

"Thank goodness Lucas and the little brothers rang the bell," Yuno exhaled deeply as he joined the others. He immediately approached Ayoung who was deeply engaged in conversation with Taeyong,

Mark and Doyoung. "Hey," he greeted.

"Yuno," Ayoung brightly greeted him back and went into his arms. He smiled warmly at her and totally forgot for a second that it wasn't only the two of them in the room.

"Omo.. did she just say 'Yuno'?" Doyoung gasped dramatically.

"'Yuno'?" Ten repeated loudly and he couldn't help but cackling. The others started to parrot him and the name 'Yuno' was echoing.

"Vivian Seo! I did not raise you to behave like this!" Johnny exclaimed from the other corner in the room. His hands were on his waist, officially starting the drama. But everyone in the room couldn't really hold their laughter, including Jung Yuno who was safe in Ayoung's care.

Ayoung herself? She pretended not to hear him as she scooted even closer against Yuno, publicly showing affection, cuddling with him just to make Johnny even more frustrated. She even merong-ed at her younger brother several times.
