Notes:

- Main outfit based off the orginal skin for them (minus capelet). I might do a better design at a later point but I am out of outfit brain power atm

- They like nicer clothes (like sweaters and button ups) but are often annoyed by the lack of mobility

- Mask only comes off when alone or with people they trust. Their headscarf, on the other hand, is used to protect their hair, so they might take it off in public, but usually only briefly, to adjust it.

- The Moofia was important to them. Even after its effective dissolution, cows were very dear to them. Also cow axe :]

- Prone to annoyance and nervousness in equal measure. An asshole on bad days and tricky bastard on good ones.

Thats mostly it. I am going to be thinking about them for weeks to come <3

Okay first of all, I'm so glad that you liked my cringe AU enough to read it like again, it's crazy that people actually indulged on whatever I made 😭😭😭😭 thank you for even taking the time to read whatever I wrote in this blog it means the world to me 🥲💗💗 Now back to the topic, like I always say I want them kids to be happy but I also want them to go through unnecessary teen angst and drama and be dead inside instead of...y'know...whatever ahem ANYWAYSS, despite this being an AU, I kinda keep at least some elements from canon like how everyone in the dorm has no healthy relationship with any of their parents (or basically orphans) so I'm afraid that everyone is kinda doomed by the narrative here lol.

Anyway just a summary of how everyone's living condition in this AU:

Kotone: Orphan. Lives with her cool but promiscuous aunt (Elizabeth)

Shinji: Orphan. Lives in a foster home with Ken. Foster parents provides only the bare bare minimum which left him to take various part time jobs just for money.

Aki: Orphan initially but somehow gets adopted by an upper middle class family.

Makoto: Surprisingly alive. Middle class family, supportive parents. Parents tried to be involved but he's in his teenage angst phase lol.

Mitsuru: Both parents alive. I have an idea in mind that both of their parents kind of despise each other and used Mitsuru to get back at each other, although Mitsu's dad is much more doting towards her. Her parents' relationship is complicated.

Yukari: Just like canon. Dad's dead. Mom dates various men just to fill in the empty gap in her heart.

Aigis: Parents alive and try their best to be involved in her life. Hippy nerdy parents, think of it like a Cady Heron situation.

Junpei: Shitty parents, deadbeat dad. Rather stay outside of his house and crash other's couches than bring at home. He doesn't deserve his parents :((

Fuuka: Asian tiger parents omg literally takes piano lesson and attends kumon as a child. They have high expectation towards her.

#i love the arisato twins trope but idk I just prefer seeing them as opposite unrelated people #but also like i am reconsidering the idea of them actually being distant relatives and they only found out recently #kotone rarely interacts with makoto but after the reveal she kinda has to talk to him #also for mitsu's parents I was tinkering with the idea that their relationship is kind of the emotionally manipulative one #like both of them are so bad for each other actually but their love language is pushing each other's button to the extreme #love language so volatile you are begging for them to actually just take the L and file for divorce #anyway again thank you so much for actually entertaining what I wrote here like i honestly dont expect ppl to enjoy-#my silly au lmao i still want to expand more and draw this au more but im just so so busy rn #i actually only sleep like an hour today zzzz #asukaspeaker #anon #ask #00s highschool au

#my art #dnd oc #friend oc #kairos #getting lots of practice drawing fucked up FREAKS (affectionate) recently #also yes this lovely lady is from the same campaign as bell (zombie boy posted yesterday) and osiris lol #can you tell there's a sort of. death and undeath theme in that campaign #also i did thankfully have some feedback on this one since it's evie's character!! so hopefully somewhat more accurate lol #not entirely pleased with her face for some reason but i still like it #i am reminded of that one graph that shows talent and perception? yknow the one?#where as you grow more skilled there's a point where your perception of your art matches how good it really is #but then your skill doesn't necessarily grow with your perception of it so you start thinking your art is bad again #or that you're getting worse but it's still better than your previous art you're still getting better #idk i think that may be what's going on here lmao #i know this is decent and its much better than anything i was making even just a few months ago #but its still weird in my brain lol #or maybe im not too happy with it because i didnt spend a ton of time on it like i usually do on things like this?#this one took me like. 1 day total from sketch to finished product?#gathered reference images and started the sketch late monday night #did almost the whole thing yesterday and just added finishing touches today #so maybe i just didnt put enough effort into it idk #also also this is my 11th finished piece of the year #which is significant because in the ENTIRETY of last year i only made 11 finished digital art pieces LMAOOO #so in a month and a half i have done what i did in all of 2023 B)#a bit worried that im gonna burn out soon and not make art for a long time again but im feeling fine so far #other than the aforementioned slight displeasure with what im making now #hoping i can continue making good art all year!! or at least having fun making it even if it isn't good lmao
