ima be real... i think wings of fire would have worked better as a series meant for teens or young adults.

i think more gore should have been involved (we got a delightful amount in early arc 1 and legends: darkstalker but c'mon, these are dragons who fight all the time!! where's the gore?) and arc 3 defiantly could have taken a different turn into different types of politics, i agree with the anon who said there could have been a revolution in arc 3, it would have been really interesting to see the silkwings stand up for themselves, and maybe there could have been a (civil?) war between the silkwings and hivewings. i might just be biased because i looove looking into politics and history and all of that but i honestly would have loved to see something like that.

and on the same note, i know this is a common complaint but i would love to see more world-building. i like headcanoning phyrria as based off different places on earth, ex skywings various areas in the usa, nightwings england, icewings russia... and as such, like designing the kingdom's architecture off of those irl places. also, people underestimate giving dragons clothing, i think it's really fun to do and nowadays i give a lot of my dragons (ocs or canon) clothing, or even just accessories that are a bit more human-like (ex, hats like beanies or baseball caps, gloves, backpacks/crossbody bags,) since i like making dragons more human-like on that front. i especially love giving icewings clothing, because it's probably very cold up there, even for them who can live in that temperature, so i like giving them clothing to warm them up. i think if this was a series meant for teen/ya audiences the world-building could be much more interesting and realistic, with poorer cities and communities, or towns devastated by corrupt mayors, which those themes might be too difficult to understand for a young kid (but also my little pony which is meant for young girls had an entire character's arc being to not be a communist so idk)

obviously nothing sexual would be in it (these are DRAGONS) but i like making headcanons where the stories are more realistic, i think a good example would be appalachia (more specifically the deep parts of it, ex kentucky and west virgina) being left by residents nowadways due to coal mines being forgotten in how important they are to the usa (though i'm not from appalachia so take my words with a grain of salt, but i think you understand what i'm trying to say,) and i think it would be interesting to see something like that in wings of fire, i dunno, i guess i like learning about geography and other people's communities. :/

Jude's team won a vital game for the season and came home happily to celebrate with you.

The door slams open, revealing a smiley Jude. You were in front of the door, ready to give your lovely boyfriend the tightest hug. Jude smiled at you, you squealed before engulfing him in a tight hug. Jude laughs before returning the hug before picking you up from the ground.

"You did so well!" you smiled, pecking Jude's lips. You looked into his eyes, his eyes lit up in excitement and your heartbeat quickened. Jude nears your face, connecting his lips with yours.

Jude pulls away and looks at your face. A blush dusted on your cheeks as a bashful smile was seen on your lips. Jude chuckles, spinning you around in his arms. You let out a shriek before erupting into giggles.

Jude puts you down and quickly makes his way to the kitchen. You follow behind him.

You see Jude fumbling in numerous cabinets before taking something out, a bottle of wine. "Bringing out the fine China are we?" you joked, sitting on a chair. Jude brings out two glasses from another cabinet and makes his way to the table.

Jude sets it on the table as he chuckled. "It's a special occasion." he giggled, sitting down. You took the wine bottle in your hands and began opening it.

"Let's start small." you smiled, pouring a small amount of wine into both of your glasses. Jude reaches for the cap of the wine bottle and tosses it behind him. "You sure, honey?" you chuckled, placing the wine bottle on the table. Jude nods with a smile before taking the glass into his hands.

You take your glass and clink it into his. "To the wonderful victory you achieved today, baby." you looked into his eyes as his lips form another smile. You take the glass and bring it to your lips, sipping the wine.

The night started in bliss, laughter filled the room and your jaws hurt from smiling and laughing continuously. The wine bottom started as full, then as the minutes pass by the wine bottle finally reached the half mark.

Jude clinked your bottle, his eyes grew heavy but the same heart-aching smile stayed on his lips.

"Hey! You put so much wine on my glass!" Jude complained. "You put too much on mine like 3 glasses ago!" you laughed. Your cheeks were bright red from all the wine and you started becoming sleepier by the minute. "You gave me too much wine like.. 2 glasses ago!" Jude fired back. "Fine, I'll drink some of yours." you playfully rolled your eyes, standing up from your seat. Jude laughs.

You make your way to Jude's seat but you noticed that when you stood up a headache immediately pounded your head. When you reach Jude's seat, you felt yourself fumble with your steps resulting in you holding onto Jude's shoulder tightly to maintain balance.

"Babe? You okay?" Jude asked, about to stand up. "So sleepy." you mumbled underneath your bed. With that, Jude stands up. But like you, Jude immediately feels a pang in his head the moment he stood up. Even so, he sweeps you off your feet and you were now in his arms, bridal style.

Your eyes were shut with the comfort of his arms. You felt yourself slowly drifting to sleep.

Jude wanted to go to the bedroom but the headache was making him unable to and so he drops himself with you in his arms on the couch.

You felt your eyes slowly open again. Jude's head rocks back, his eyes also closed. A smile curled your lips.

You started untangling yourself from your boyfriend's arms which made his own eyes open in confusion. A smirk appears on your face as you plant a kiss on his cheek. A smile appears on Jude's clearly hungover and tired face.

"One more." he mumbled to you, almost desperately. And one more you did. This time you planted this kiss on his forehead. "More." he whispered, eyes still closed. This time your lips meet his. And it didn't take long for him to kiss you back.

Jude's hands adjust you, pulling you into him. His hands lay on your waist, Your hands cupped his face. You pull away from Jude, planting more kisses all over his face. Jude laughs. "That tickles, baby." he smiled. Jude's lips finds yours.

Finally, Jude pulls away from you.

"You look so pretty." you commented. Jude's eyes soften, a bashful smile on his face. "You're prettier." he breathed out, pecking your forehead.

I start by double cleansing — it’s SUPER important to double cleanse with an oil-based cleanser especially if you wear sunscreen!!

Cleanser (1) — natrium’s oil balm/makeup remover with a warm washcloth

Cleanser (2) — I alternate every other day with youth to the people’s superfood cleanser (I just got it and I’m obsessed) and panoxyl (10%). I’ve also used versed’s jelly milky cleanser on non-panoxyl days, and I love that, too!

Byoma’s balancing face mist toner OR beauty of joseon’s ginseng toner (I alternate)

Natrium’s hyaluronic acid serum (apply while face is still wet from toner — otherwise it won’t absorb properly!)

*optional* face mask — usually a Dr Jart’s sheet mask, 2-3 times a week

Uma Musume - Road to the Top Ep1 - 2

bruh. idk why these damn horse girls have such a grip on me but they do some places in s1 made me cry and this was wrenching my heart too which is fucked up cause I'm usually p unaffected by stuff anyway, this is a special ONA that'll be just 4 episode, you can even watch it all on uma musume's youtube WITH english subs even it looks great, since it's cygames own studio, the music's great, the voice acting is great, all the quality you'd expect from one of the top grossing gachas in the world (despite being jp only) the thing that surprised me the most was how good the character acting is tho, ofc uma musume has always had the little details with tails and ears but sheesh also I'm loving to see ayabe and my prince opera in action, some horses I've really come to like a lot in recent years cause of twitter

oh tehe I didn't realize ep 3 was gonna fall in this week's post too, putting it separately like this instead of 1-3 to not disrupt the thoughts from when I watched those, anyway good ep, had me tearing up AGAIN (damn horses..), it pains me to see ayabe suffering so much :( but I was looking up stuff about the main trio after the other 2 eps and saw Real Horse Lore so I know what's gonna happen in the finale already lol, it'll still be good tho

Megumin Ep1 - 4

let me start off by saying I'm never watched konosuba cause of aqua, kazuma and darkness, however I do like megumin. watching this since I know I wouldn't need to watch it to know anything (tho if you spent any time on tumblr back when it first came out you've seen it all through gifs and caps and clips like me so..) but anyway

it's alright, the only good animation moment was at the start of ep 1 with, of course, the explosion but I shouldn't have expected much considering what I know, oh well. however, takarie (megumin) and toyosaki aki (yunyun) really carry it with their performances, tho mostly takarie cause of how megumin in lol

not really much to say other than that so far, if you like megumin then it's a must watch show but you already knew that if you do. she should be using her first explosion next ep (5) so that should be cool

Imas CG: U149 Ep1 - 4

TL;DR: if you weren't gonna watch U149 cause "it's just for kids" you're wrong, and if you like the previous im@s anime do yourself a favour and watch it cause it's incredibly good too. I'll be honest I wasn't too sure about U149 at first, since it's the kids from CG I thought it was gonna be, well, aimed to kids as a way to bring them in into the franchise but I was very wrong! The show is incredibly good. It follows the same structure as the original im@s anime of having and episode dedicated to each of the cast members (completed with their character song as the ed) and it can actually be serious. Like in ep 3, miria is live streaming with satou shin and she gets some hate messages in the chat and it's a very tense scene. they even did this cool trick where the noticeably muted the colours during that scene to give it an heavier atmosphere it was so good man. Also I love all the cameos of other cg girls, the direct and background easter egg ones too. Also because I played the game hearing the insert songs and eds just got me going like that leo pointing me lol. Anyway I'm start to ramble too much but, please understand, I love idols. A lot. One final thing I'll say however is: it was very funny going directly from megumin into this and seeing the difference in quality; Megumin has the bare minimum of animation (cause kadokawa) but you can really see the passion behind U149, all the characters got little details and you can see their personality with how they move and interact with each other.

still nothing crazy animation but we did get the lance fight and the first muscle magic moment, and it actually didn't look half bad which gives me hope for fights later on but we'll see how it turns out

nice ep, mostly an introduction to roy the other protag, he isn't nearly as annoying as he could be so that's good, there was also a buncha good expressions so that's fun

Jigokuraku Ep5

nice episode, mostly exposition and set up so some people aren't gonna like it, but it happens every now and then in the breaks between action. also they really made takarie say chinpo noooo

ST✰R: Strike it Rich Ch 0 - 1

new manga by the duo behind danberu, yabako and maam, it's probably gonna be set in the kengan universe since it's yabako writing it but we'll see. anyway like it said in the post I made before, it's about a underground fighting ring for women, it came out with a prologue chap and the 1st one, setting up all the characters and all that, the art is a lot more brutal than I expected since I just see danberu as ripped cute girl fanservice but shoulda kown better not really much else to say, chap 1 ended with a big cliffhanger, I wish it was a bit longer, hina down here seems interesting enough tho so we'll see how it goes, gonna be rough remembering to read it tho since it's biweekly

Scar, not even close. Schlatt is a good contender but the Scar hype is insane.

Thinking Captain Sparkles might win but I really hope Techno pulls through. Regardless, I see this being pretty close. Techno is the one I hope to see win the whole thing but I don't think it's meant to be. If Cap Sparkles loses then I think it's the most honorable way he will go out. Ngl I kinda think this match up would have been better Round 4 but I'm not complaining either.

I'm not really in the Hermitcraft fandom but, based on what my dash looks like, Ima have to go Doc over Syemetry.

Joel and Ranboo is probs gonna be Ranboo. He was pretty predominant back in the DSMP days. I wouldn't be surprised if Joel puts up a fight but overal I'm decently confident in Ranboo. Regardless of who wins here, they're 100% winning round 4.

Ethos 100% beating Aimsey and I will be sad about that. I like Ethos from what I've seen about him but I'm biased. I've been listening to a lot of Aimsey stuff recently.

Scott and Jimmy is gonna be close too. I'd like Scott to win but Jimmy is likely gonna overtake him. I think out of all of these this is the one I'm least confident in my guess.

Mumbo seems like the obvious first pick but I'm thinking Impulse will pull this real close. Mumbo will likely still be on top but it might be closer than we think.

Idek who is going against Charlie. Pixlriffs is a name I haven't heard. Charlie is a good sexyman candidate so Ima have to go with him based on his own qualifications.

Joe Hills 100% winning against Xisuma. With the amount of campaigns I've seen for Joe... no shot he loses here.

Wilbur and Tango I feel is gonna be neck and neck. I think Tango might win because, again, he's a fan favorite. I think we all know that Wilbur is the pinnacle of a Tumblr sexyman though. Also, the TNT Duo art that was buzzing around? Idk, I think Tango is a great candidate but Wilbur does sexyman better. Yk what, Ima have faith and make my guess Wilbur.

Grain is 100% winning against Keralis. No question about it.

I've been feeling not too well the past couple days so ima talk about more soft and wholesome stuff.... he knows and can tell when ur anxious but he doesn't really.... know how to comfort people? I mean being around for so long and not getting close to anyone definitely did not help BDJSB. So he just kinda. Tries to make you laugh or even some fun teasing and stuff!!! Idk!!! I'm so normal about him.

Also quick note about the way his mushroom cap is animated because I'm insane: his head turns are so much more smoother than the others in the gang? Like the animation is pretty smooth regardless but his seems more refined which makes me think that either A) the animation team went really in depth to animate his body cause its different than the typical human puppet or B) its a 3D model?? Which is also my theory for the final episode of Part 1 with Bear-O, where it straight up looks like a 3D model was smacked into there. It's pretty cool.

More insane stuff I think about: Brett and Myc have soooo many parallels. Like. They were both bullied and/or outcasted and more hypersensitive to others but they went in two completely different direction and I think about it a lot? I've been wanting to post an analysis on it but. Beweh.... tired. Like Brett needs to have everyone like him whereas myc just went "Fuck you guys!" And peaced out. I'm so normal for this show.

Oh he sooooo does not know how to comfort people. I think his immediate response to feeling bad and negative emotions (like sad not angry) is to retreat and get away from it, they make him uncomfortable and he wants to get out of the feelings as soon as possible! Buuuut once hes with his s/o, he eventually realizes he needs to help somehow, but he doesn't know how!!! So, he will just sit in their company, like, be around them and just hold, let them vent or wallow, and like u said, crack jokes. (Hes just like me fr)

The 3d model thing is an interesting headcanon to have! I personally dont agree and think the animation is just like that, its smooth and fluid. Comparable to how smooth all the particle effects are in the show.

AND YES! Wow! Agreed!! I also really think it has to do with WHO bullied them as well, with their reactions!! Brett, bullied by his family, HAD to trust them because theyre his family and he doesn't know any better, ALSO dealt with it in a more healthy way. Myc on the other hand, bullied by peers, knew he could leave and get away from the situation but held onto that in a very toxic way.

Hongjoong: ur into toxic people. Not that my beautiful baby is toxic, no no no. But a lot of your real life relationships probably treat u like shit, so you find his reliability and how strong he loves comforting. Also because of those less than ideal relationships, your better at over looking the things about him that would make others go eek, like the whole work a holic thing and the more than slight possessiveness because they pale in comparison to the shit your used to. In fact? You probably crave the idea of someone wanting you that much.

In a more lighthearted take you are probably one of the most interesting people to talk to. Probably have a million hobbies and great stories to tell. Your life is full of amazing experiences that other will love hearing about.

Seonghwa: abandonment issues. Perhaps have some problems in your home life that make you crave domestic things like fucking heroin because your own home is kinda whack. Seonghwa feels like home. Also you probably have a large personality, the kinda thing where people get tired of it kinda quickly and it leaves you feeling left out and alone. Basically you want a safe space to exist with someone who actually wants to be there with you. (This is a self call out)

Your energy is unmatched. You are the type of person people just sort of like to be around. Supper soft and nice. Easiest person in the world to talk to its almost unfair. Probably extremely good at 1 or 2 very specific things that leave people in awe.

Yeosang: i promise you the world is not as bad as you think. Probably pretty nihilistic. Like if pessimism was a person, it would be you. Always expect the worst literally no matter what. His honesty is probably super comforting to you. You need someone to sit on your shoulder and remind you whats actually happening. You know how when you feel bad, it only pisses you off more when people say everything will be ok? Yeosang doesn't do that, he tells you the truth and thats what you need to hear. Basically Yeosang is a realist and you desperately need to be reminded that things are not as bad as they seem.

San: you probably aren't used to having a lot. Whether it be a lot of things or a lot of people in your life. Its not like your not likeable or hard working cuz you definitely are, its just for whatever reason it constantly feels like everything you want is just barely out of reach. San is just special you know? Like he could be that one perfect thing in your life thats yours and only yours.

Supper energetic. Like literally. Your running around all excited and shit. Its v cute keep it up. Lil heart breaker too. Everyone wants to be your friend or to be your partner. Are genuinely always smiling even when your not feeling to great.

Mingi: oh baby who hurt you. Trust issues. Someone needs to give you a fucking HUG. Ima say that you just had one person in your life that really fucked you up. Friend or a significant other, it doesn't matter. You need someone like mingi who just had that incredibly pure and can do no wrong energy. Mingi is just so incredibly trustworthy, like absolutely anything you need from him he can provide. Your always on your guard with people and you need someone to just fucking rely on.

First off, has anyone every told you how pretty your smile is? Stunning. Probably likes naps far more than the average person. Also great sense of fashion. Idk yall just always look so correct? Even if its not whats exactly in style your whole look just matches your energy.

Wooyoung: your self esteem is not it. You probably have a large group of friends and you are constantly comparing yourself to them and others. Just take a break babe, your absolutely fine. You kinda look up to him. You want his confidence, his energy, his aura that seems to make everyone like him, you want people to look at you the way they look at him.

You know that song thats like "thats my best friend, she a real bad bitch" thats you. Could not possibly be bothered by shit. Like you handle everything. Even if its not the best solution, you still always have one. Brains always working a mile a minute.

Jongho: you hold yourself to a high standard. You get extremely upset with yourself when you don't succeed. Probably throw yourself full force into absolutely everything you do and its not healthy. Like your relationships may be suffering because you don't let yourself make time for them. He just, seems like the type to not only understand that drive you have, but also be willing to stick it out when the going gets tough.

Just a sweetheart. Probably have some cute ass hobby like baking. Music is your lifestyle. Like the rest of us listen for enjoyment, you listen because you need to. Like always have background noise going on.

OOO i had a dream and it was kinda a plot for a new zelda game

okay so its kinda like breath of the wild setting like Hyrule was in ruins (but not the same link) and this hero has to reawaken the heros spirits and collect them in order to defeat uh something i didnt fill in that part lmaoo

and you must visit temples (??) and gather items that belonged to that past hero to awaken them and this hero has a banjo (idk why i banjo kjhbfrg)

and heres what i dreamed:

The Hero of Wind: Aryll's telescope was the item to summon Wind his design was like older and was wearing Tetra's scarf, his blue outfit and the hero cap but seagulls were snitched onto it (it was super cute oml) and Link (the hero whos the protag of the dream ima just call him Link) plays the song of the winds on the banjo and thats when Wind turns younger and its his self from windwaker he's like super childish in this and whips out his windwaker to conduct you and damn i am the best damn composer in my dreams cuz the ost SLAPPED (it was like all the songs that the windwaker could conduct all into this amazing piece aaAAA)

too bad i dont make music or stuff ;v;

so it goes on for a while and Wind (like the lil gremlin that he is) starts to summon a tornado and laughs at Link when his cap blows off

and he does the lil "c'mon" voice clip so you follow him in the tornado and finish playing the final notes Wind smiles and gives you the Windwaker he vanishes and you collected the Orb of Wonder (no idea why i called it wonder in my dream but now i see it lowkey be fitting.... he was a child when his first journey started and who didnt explore the Great Sea with childlike wonder) i dreamed about the other heros but idk if yall would like to hear it lul
