ep 482 Buggy being nice to the transponder snail to make his followers not push him about defeating Whitebeard on camera only having the effect of the snail coming out of it's shell voluntarily is such a Buggy failing upwards moment. Even the snail is rooting for Buggy now lol and I say it again... Ace, you are so so so loved Ace, pls don't take the bait! After everything they had to do to save you, don't be stubborn *sighs* I can't stand Akainu. Which means Oda wrote him really well. I just don't like that his mindgames work.

ep 483 I knew Ace would die and I knew I would probably cry even though I had no strong opinion on this character before this arc... I was right. Garps shocked face when Ace sacrificed himself for Luffy... and then Garp and Whitebeards reaction makes this so much worse for me. I can't even be happy that Buggys looking hella fine with his daggers and ready to fight. Whitebeard crying and Garp telling Sengoku to hold him down, otherwise he'd kill Akainu made me ugly cry. *sobs*

ep 484 Whitebeard looming behind Akainu is such a great shot. I just wished he was able to kill Akainu. The music while Whitebeard is fighting is touching (and making me sadder. great choice) Blackbeard making his move. Again I totally forgot that dude was existing.

ep 485 Blackbeard wanting his old crew back from Impel Down is so obvious that I can't fathom why I didn't think of it sooner. Cute flashback scene where Roger and Whitebeard have a drink while sitting under I assume cherry trees. A little paradise in this dark place. I just knew it! When they showed young Whitebeard and he got asked about his dream, I knew he would say he always wanted a family. But it still broke me! I was feeling better, but now I'm crying again.

ep 486 Whitebeard's gone, I'm sad. Doflamingo, what did you do the whole time? You just sat and watched. At least Buggy can cheer me up a bit. I love the energy of his followers. Sure my friends, it was really just Buggy being merciful, he didn't just shit his pants from Whitebeard existing near him. I want future Luffy to kick Akainus ass so bad that he'll never be able to sit again Blackbeard now got Whitebeards df? Why? How? Is he two people in a bodysuit? I remember when the strawhats encountered him, Luffy and Zoro said he was more than one person. But even then, he has to somehow being able to extract it, right?

ep 487 Sengoku is a good guy/marine, right? the three admirals still running after Luffy instead of fighting Blackbeard. bummer Coby has something going on here. I now get why Crocodile is so beloved by the fandom. He came in clutch again and saved Luffy. I didn't expect that. He gave this nice little speech to Jinbe. Why is he such a hero in this arc? Buggy not only getting hit by Jinbe and Luffy midair, but also catching them and holding them both and then getting them out of harms way when Akainu attacked is my favorite thing. Even though he said he didn't want to help them he already had at that point. I did not expect Buggy to ask Law questions first! I fully expected him to just hand out Jinbe and Luffy, but NO. He's not just gonna give them to this random dude who just appeared from a submarine. He says he doesn't care, but he cares.

ep 488 Buggy still asking questions haha. Coby does have that sensual power from Skypiea, right? That's a form of Haki? Buggy holding Jinbe and Luffy and only giving them up after almost being hit by Kizarus lightbeam is gold. Cobys speech is great. He stands infront of Akainu, he's right in his assessment of the situation and he's so incredibly brave. I'm so glad Shanks is there to save him. Although I hope Akainu gets his ass beaten by trying to kill a fellow marine. (he probably won't)

ep 489 I'm happy we finally see Shanks again. Boa Hancock is being cute again. And now there's the scene that lives rent free in my head: Buggy *angry voicecrack* Nani!? *switches to sexy smirk and sexy voice mocking Shanks* "hisashiburi dana" *angry again* "DA!?" Shanks looks really good in that episode. Mihawk leaving after Shanks' arrival? Good one. I enjoy Buggy still being mad at Shanks, Shanks not knowing what is even going on, while Buggys new followers hype up Buggy so hard. (yea I definitely would be one of them) Man I just wish Shanks would kick Blackbeards teeth in. My thoughts? Impel Down and Marine ford are great arcs. I will definitely rewatch them in the future. I like Impel Down a bit more though, because after having watched Marine ford I feel drained and incredibly sad. That's it, I'm gonna crawl into a hole and just cry for a bit haha.

I. Takagi Wataru

The Babygirl and Malewife of My Heart Personal Special Tag: #takagi is a good man

Points that I feel need a little elaboration:

I am so normal about them: I use the word "normal" as a synonym for "utterly obsessed with" and "absolutely love and adore". (I don't like the word in itself, hence, the only context I use it in, is this. But that is another story.)

*puts them in a salad spinner*: as in, the salad spinner is my brain, and he keeps rotating in it at high centrifugal force.

Canon isn't real if I don't look at it and That's a solid design right there: Detco Canon is... As much as I love it, I think we can agree it has its shortcomings/issues, and one of them is coming up. These two points go hand in hand at this moment because LOOK AT HIM!!! LOOK AT HIM!!! THIS MAN IS A BABY!!! LOOK AT HIM, HE'S PERFECT!!! THE SPIKY HAIR!!! THE SHAPES!!! THE COLOUR PALETTE!!! HE'S SO CUTE!!

I resonate with this particular video: his new design in the anime (partly thanks to the general Square-and-Pointy-fication) is just... THEY HAD THE PERFECT MAN. IT'S A CRIME. Bless that he is at least still cute in the manga, even if not the same way as in the early anime. The sharp cheekbones and soft looking hair have their charm.

My point is: THIS!!!! MAN!!! IS!!! A BABY!!!!

Literally I would kiss them and I want to BITE them: he makes me go FERAL with LOVE, and makes me feel like I want to gnaw on something or eat a whole fridge or scream endlessly into a pillow. I wouldn't do it to HIM (I'll leave that to Satou Miwako), but generally, the feeling is there. (Okay, I'll be honest, I would totally give him forehead, cheek, or hair kisses.)

LOL I DIDN'T EXPECT TO GET A BINGO, EVEN WITH THE FREE SPACE HAHA

Some points are the same as for Takagi, but here is elaboration on the ones that don't match:

Bastard, A Beast Unleashed and They didn't get bullied enough: let's be real. He's an Absolute Menace. And I sort of love that about him. Highly competent (competency makes me go weak), and if that is not scary (and hot) I don't know what. And sometimes he also goes too far (lifting skirts is not okay at all, Kaito) and needs someone to put a leash on him (or kick a soccer ball at him/chase him in a classroom). I feel that sometimes he needs a bit of bullying a challenge, to think about things. And again, honesty: I love seeing him suffer a bit, I love his Panic Moments LOL. Not in a mean way. But I also love how kind he is; the baseball chapter in the MK manga has my heart, and the Clock Tower Heist, and the Red Tear chapter... Not to mention the Nightmare arc. He cares about people and making others happy. I feel I went on a tangent here. Onto the bastard bit: he CAN BE SUCH A BASTARD AND I LOVE THAT ABOUT HIM TOO. Two of my favourite bits of Bastardry from him include 1) HOW HE DISGUISED AS RAN AND HOW HE BAITED SHINICHI AT THE VERY END OF THAT ENCOUNTER and 2) THE WAY HE SENDS SHINICHI CAREENING IN THE SIDECAR LIKE IT'S NOTHING (but also Shinichi getting right back at him and setting fire to the fckin fuel.) Pure Bastard Energy.

I want their gender: I love the way he is just so free-spirited about how he dresses/disguises. And I love the thought of him and Aoko doing outfit swaps (I blame that competition in MK for these. Also look at these delightful posts on the topic).

Canon isn't real if I don't look at it: I have... issues, with canon, you could say. Like the way he has no support system, especially bothers me. I would like to see his character treated with more care (be it MK or DetCo). I live for good character development, and I crave that for him.

Fun fact: I've been in love with koalas ever since I got a keyholder plushie from relatives in Australia when I was like... in kindergarten? Or early elementary? Also don't worry, *puts on sunglasses* I wouldn't have mentioned animals, if I thought I couldn't work with them.

I am so normal about them: I'm not as obsessed as I used to be but I'm eternally fond of koalas. Did you know their fingerprints are so similar to us they could be mistaken for human fingerprints? Or how they spend most of their time sleeping because the eucalyptus they consume is toxic? Or how they can actually swim well? Or how they are literally surviving by being Dumb As Shit because Being Dumb Saves Energy? Yeah, I'm totally normal about them.

Everyone else if wrong about them: not EVERYONE, just... some people. We agreed with a friend that some of our issues in portrayal lies with the fandom sort assigning him traits that Hakuba has, but not Shinichi (Hakubification). Of course, people can have their fun with it, but it's not for me and have my own opinions on the matter.

Canon isn't real if I don't look at it: again, DetCo has issues. Like the lack of continuity/ erased character development, or not bringing up issues ever again, and the like. Early DetCo was GOOD at these, and I miss those times.

That's a solid design right there and I fuck with this aesthetic so hard: HE IS!!!! SO SHAPED!!!!! SO ROUND!!! (or at least used to be) THE GENTLE CURVES OF HIS FACE!!! THE SILLY HAIR!!!! Juno Temple has great comedic timing, I've only seen the Fargo film but I saw a clip of her accent and I was so surprised at how good it was. I didn't know that about the Coen brothers, that's so disappointing, I know Joel Coen signed the open letter supporting Jonathan Glazer's speech at the oscars. So hopefully that means he's re-evaluated, reflected on earlier comments and taken time to educate himself more on what's happening and has been been happening since the Nakba. Ethan Coen didn't sign that letter though. I'm not really a Coen brothers stan, I've only seen a couple of projects of theirs but it's still always disappointing to know that there's other human beings with awful, zionist beliefs. Especially when they're people with platforms most of us don't have. Joe Keery's character in Fargo does seem verrrryyy different for him!

I recently finished Fallout! I really enjoyed it! I love Ella Purnell and it was so cool to see Moisés Arias in a big project like this after watching Hannah Montana as a kid. I really enjoyed the story, all the social commentary, and the characters. I really want to write some fics for Lucy, Norm, and Maximus! ALSO MAX'S ACTOR IS GIVING YOUNG DENZEL WASHINGTON?!?!?!?! Somebody PLEASE beg me to write some fallout fics so I feel like I can procrastinate with that!

Other than that I've mainly been watching films! I watched Ava DuVernay's latest film 'Origin' last week. It had your fav Jon Bernthal in it! He played a very sweet wholesome guy! I enjoyed the film, I think there were a few holes in it/the thesis but it was an ambitious experiment. I really loved Monkey Man with Dev Patel! Seeing all the hype and love he's getting is making me very happy. I saw Skins way too young... I saw Past Lives and American Fiction for the first time recently and really enjoyed them as well. My friend and I are trying to see Challengers and Abigail at the cinemas but the times aren't lining up. I've been doing a bit of an Oscar Isaac marathon as well. I've been trying to get my book reading up and more 'international' cinema! What media have you been consuming since you sent this in? I'm so stoked for The Bear S3! I think we're getting it next month sometime?

finally had the time to sit down and read the past couple of chapters of slwy and sweet lord jesus christ i kinda dont even know what to say . it's so bizarre to think about how many things happened to hyunjin and yn, how far they've come and how apart they seem to be at the same time. i was kinda in awe while reading the smut scenes bc i couldn't really process what was happening KSKSKSKAK i kept thinking back to how shy and careful they used to be around each other and 🥹🥹 i just love them sm.

anygay, here is My Take lol. uhhhhh like who do we have to choose from? lucifer, brienne, larissa, miranda, jane, gwen, phasma? honestly out of all of these i think my younger self can definitely relate to brienne in terms of like i would DIE for a sliver of someone's love and attention, but that is def more subdued now that i'm older -- also our personalities are not even remotely similar, i am like super loud and chaotic lol. miranda is a bit too sweet, even though the general Chaos is similar -- i think i am way more Mischievous tho ahahah i am not that much of a wholesome sweetheart. lucifer is just way too cool, and i am not nearly as mean as jane. gwen barely has a personality that you can discern in the show but hey we both speak more than one language??? idk. don't relate to her in any real way. phasma is like an actual sociopath lol, but i do relate to her in one way -- she cares a lot about her own survival and she will do whatever it takes to like take care of herself, and that is a mindset i have sort of adopted through the years bc let me tell ya things have not been easy on your girl haha. i try not to be a bitch to other people for no reason tho lol. so i guess that leaves larissa, which might actually be closest, personality wise. had intense homoerotic friendship in her teenage years, likes to wear lipstick, polite, but WILL cut a bitch if she feels so inclined, prone to Mischief ahhahah, kinda flirty, cares Deeply about her job. so yeah, i'd have to say larissa! not a super close match, but the best out of the options that are out there ahahah.

Well…it would have to be either of the ones I killed Beverly in - Last contact or Too Late.

However, as for a multichap ending that ends the most angstiest and wasn’t written to be a character-death-fic - maybe - A Lot Of Things Can Happen In Two Months. Which sucks cause it’s pretty much canon compliant LOL.

Most of my fics that have an ‘ending’ are WIPS that I haven’t finished yet lol.

Not really - I doubt anyone cares enough lol. But I am ‘fortunate’ that some of the more ‘controversial’ ships I may write have had writers come before me and take the brunt of any crap :(( but they’ve created a lovely sandbox for the rest of us to play in <3

Not often but I have yeah…and *deep breaths* … I have no idea if I am even acceptable at it LOL. It’s definitely something I sometimes want to add to my fics and lately I’ve been giving in a little.

Not sure how best to answer this. It is very dependant on my current hyperfixation and I am one of those sapphics that very much is into the woman more than the man in terms of interest in f/m ships…

However, at the moment it’s Beverly/Jean-Luc and I can say I am definitely more invested and interested in Jean-Luc’s character than I have been with other men in f/m ships. So that’s another reason.

But I love to read/write Crusher/Janeway ❤️ and LOVE those characters. Kerry/Sandy too is special to me.

Can honestly say apart from helping me give Emily Prentiss a baby in my fics I never cared that much for any of her ships I wrote (sorry 😭).

15. What's a WIP you want to finish but probably won't?

Probably better I don’t answer this. It stresses me out cause I want them all to be done 😭

I’ll answer with a WIP I never posted which was a dystopian AU with Kerry and Sandy. Field medicine, babies (it’s me so ofc) and friends trying to survive together.

16. What are your writing strengths?

Hmm - I think I can come up with some good ideas. I can be good at description and introspection … probably more than dialogue.

And I am very strong in the art of giving Beverly Crusher lots of babies. And also making her go through angsty stuff. But I make up for that with the babies I think.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Long intricate plots ? I would love to be better as balancing many themes and plot points in one story. I struggle with dialogue sometimes as well.

Also I am very word count preoccupied at times which is a hindrance as a writer. I sometimes really struggle to get anything out in a session then can overcompensate later by writing too much? But honestly either way I just let myself go with the flow these days otherwise I stress about it.

Yeah and I probably need to edit better.

And smut.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

But I also love some of my Kerry/Sandy one-shots I did here on this blog. And Aster is definitely a personal accomplishment in terms of length as a writer. I love it too ❤️.

I also really appreciate Sandygast, small sandcastle fella who was my first shiny in Scarlet/Violet (the black colours are amazing too!) Gen 3 to Gen 6 the designs peaked imo, but I seriously love every single one of those critters :] Name any Pokémon and I will go on a mini-rant talking about how I appreciate them.

Honourable mentions goes to the Chimchar line, the elemental monkeys (people hate them but I think they're really neat), the Turtwig line, the Gligar line, Buizel, and East (Blue) Shellos!!

As for Pokémon characters! I'm very basic haha, fav champion would probably be Cynthia (or Steven/Wallace), they're just soo cool!! The Gen 9 rival-trio scores really high in my heart, they just have so much personality even just in-game, and watching them banter and talk to each other was such a nice experience. I particularly like Nemona because she's just so excited to see me!! Gets me pumped up too :D Penny is just a solid mood and Arven needs a hug and more dogs.

Nurse Joy: Hey Claire as your personal nurse was impressed by your energy o never seen someone energetic as you are.

Claire: [Claire's reply with smiley face] oh...... It's nothing aim always happy.

Nurse Joy: [smirks] ok, now after you done taking the medicine gets some rest I'll be leaving now and wait Doctor Hector will have a minute with you.

Claire: Thank you for attending me!

[Nurse Joy leaves]

[Back at Claire's room]

Claire: Sigh'........I'm alone again Hehe, nothing new, anyway Tim to.... [Look at her medicine] the medicine change uhm [knock knock] Ha!! [Claire startled] uhm who is it?

[Doctor Hector opened the door]

Doctor Hector: Good morning Claire can I have a minute.

Doctor Hector: Hello there Claire how you feeling I have given out Nurse Joy your new medicine to help you and your body to boost your immunity [changes the expression of face to serious] uhm...I know it's not the time to say this but.... I think you are ready to know the truth. [Claire facial expression change]

Claire: uhm what is it doc it is about my new medicine? .... oh, am I FINALLY RECOVERD MY BODY IS FULLY RECOVERED HA!!!

[Claire question Doctor Hector with excitement and joy]

Narrator: Claire was in complete shock with feared after knowing she have cancer and have year to lived and now all her emotions have mixed up feeling tired for all the happenings Claire decided to get some rest.

[Nurse Joy running through the hallway]

Claire: oh.... So, you want to know more about my disease oh well I'll tell you but pls after this leave my room, I'm still processing all the things happened here

[Claire explained to Jack for 3 mins]

Claire: there you go so you get it now.

Jack: yeah, kind of so it's a disease that can't be cure huh make sense!

[Someone knocked at the door]

Nurse Joy: hello Claire it's time for breakfast and eat well pls.

Claire: thank you .... oh, hey Jack wait you want some of this I bet you are hungry after all the soul thing you do.

Jack: No thanks I can't eat those food anymore I'm a soul reaper what I eat is energy from that souls that I cast away or sealed the level of tasty depends from the type of soul I'm dealing with

Claire: oh, ok well more food for me.

Jack: Hey you have a year to live right...so I’m thinking why don't you accompany me on my soul reaper mission.

Claire: Oh, ok but let me finish my breakfast first Hehe.

Claire: uhm What is it is it about my disease did we already beat it did we won is my body already recovered!!!

Doctor Hector: [clears he's throat] we don't have time to explain it to you but we already ran out of time. You have 3 days to live I know it's a shocking but the cancer plates to your body grows rapidly and completely destroying any kind of immunity you have in your body.

[Claire in complete silence]

Doctor Hector: I'm so sorry to inform you that. [Claire back at her room]

Jack: [Breaths heavily] what now.... I can't just take the soul of Claire for my own selfishness because I know she’s fighting her own battle .... sigh’s WHY?!

Claire: [Laying on bed] 2 days left I can't believe all of this is happening in one place. but I can’t escape my fate now [ starts to cry] [Someone's knock at the door]

Mrs. Sunday: Hello sweetheart are you there can I come in

Claire: I'm sorry mom for living you behind all alone but do remember this I'm thankful that I have a mother like you thanks you so much

Mrs. Sunday: [Starts to cry] yes don't worry I'll be always be at your side.

Jack: I already made up my mind.

Jack: [Jack Enters Claire room] hey Claire, how are you feeling, can I take your precious time with me I want you to talk to you about something.

Claire: [Wakes up] oh hello there, Jack [Hugs Jack Tight] sure it's lonely in here so I don't kind but hey I only have 1 day left tomorrow so it's ok for me ...so what is it?

Jack: so, Claire why don’t you share your personal life and information to get to know each other better while we have and you have still time.

Claire: Hehe okay, I'll be sharing all of my life and personal information about myself. Claire And Jack shares and talks about their life as a dying human and as an unappeased soul.

[After 1 hour]

Jack: welp that's kind of fun.... nice knowing you.

Claire: yeah, but I think yours is kind of short.

Jack: Yeah, I'm sorry I can’t remember the story about me ...so uhm Claire as we are talking about your life you mentioned that you have a childhood friend and it's a boy, but you can't remember his name nor his simple identity.

Claire: oh, it's nothing I just mentioned it out of the blue But 4 years ago we are playing catch ball here in the hospital rooftop but when as I about to throw the ball at him I accidentally slipped and was about to fall to my death 6th flood straight down but he rescues me and grave mt hand and pull me up but suddenly he slips and fall instead of me, after that we did not receive any kind of information about him and suddenly I completely forgot everything about him.

Jack: oh, that's kind of bad.

Claire: Actually, I had this last memory of his......- [Bells ring it's already 12 am]

Claire Oh, thank you so much for joining me in my last day on earth thank you Jack and good bye.

[Hugs Jack tight]

Jack: Yeah, Claire I'm glad I met you for only a period of time goodbye.

Claire: I only have 13 hours left Thankyou Jack; you can leave me now thanks for everything

Doctor Hector: now we must prepare for the upcoming short operation in which Ms. Claire Sunday’s life depends on it we only have 5 hours to perform the operation we must use that as much as possible now move!

Jack: yeah, about that one the last soul that I need to harvest is yours

Claire: wait what....

Claire: [Hold Jack hands] I will do it. But please do accompany me.

Claire: oh, hey Jack you can have this this is from me childhood friend he gave me this necklace right before my birthday

[gives Jack the necklace]

[looks at Claire face]

Claire: You are my long-lost childhood friend

[hugs each other]

Claire: finally, I finally found you thank you so much.

Jack: yeah, I'm finally here home thanks to you Claire.

Jack: [I finally found my long deserve peace I feel so happy now good bye Claire thanks for everything].
