#if you are a female you are inherently gonna be into the “soft art”
Text
People on social media really act like women don't like sexy art, regardless of their sexuality. Lol
"This is why men shouldn't draw women" Honey, the artist is a woman. Modern feminists are the very thing they claim they hate, ironically.

ok ok ok i'm wracking my peanut-sized brain, and what i'm thinking about now is what it looks like when they give each other presents, especially since they have so much money
also, this ask gives you carte blanche to talk about whatever intricacies of the porn industry you find most fascinating
we're gonna get someone to get you to talk nice about yourself... on god...
UGH i love this question and it's sort of a tricky one! i think that chrissy has probably had a lot of boyfriends who are pleased when she gives them flashy, shiny things, but i think that eddie is a pretty particular dude, and doesn't really have an interest in receiving gifts he's not going to use regularly. so i think chrissy learns quickly that if she's going to spend big money, it can't be on, like, a nice watch (eddie's got one of those little black plasticy ones and doesn't see why he'd need anything else). i think she probably ends up getting him the nicest possible version of something he's already interested in; a much nicer quality version of a shirt he already owns, some fancy dice, some nicer bedsheets. i think she ultimately likes that she has to get more creative with him (which sums up a lot of their relationship, actually!)
chrissy is similarly difficult in the sense she likes buying herself little things all the time, so you can't get her a cute luxury item of clothing if she already has it. that said chrissy is into sparkly and shiny and shit, so nice jewelry never really hurts, even if it feels like a cop-out to eddie.
(i also think trips and quality time based gifts are huge for them both!).
as for the second part of your question (so self-indulgent, thank you!), i really went nuts under the cut.
like most people i have very complicated feelings about the porn industry. my main take is that the most important perspectives can be found by people working/who have worked in porn. i think we're in an era where we urgently need to find the balance between debunking a lot of myths (weird christian conservative campaigns around human trafficking, myths around "porn addiction"), while also acknowledging there needs to be a reckoning on many fronts with failings in the industry (the real company i based eddie's work on is in the middle of a big controversy, for example. and i follow a lot of ex-porn stars who are stringently anti-porn, as well as some who have seen it as a net neutral/positive in their lives).
but as to what has always fascinated me about porn, i'd say i'm always drawn to the way it has existed for so long - basically as soon as we had a technical apparatus for sharing art, we also had people being like "alright let's make porn with it". which i find sorta endearing on a humanity level - so many of us are just little goblins trying to see sex.
and i also find it so fascinating how porn shifts over time; how massive cultural interests shape what's "big" in porn, and how we have imagined "porn" viewers who often don't sketch the full picture of who was informed and impacted by porn (i think a lot about the idea of "women-oriented" porn and what it implies about what we think is inherently female - softness and romance and kissing, with our "dirtiest" offers on something like bellesa being owen gray or some light bondage).
and now, as we move into a parasocial digital age, i'm fascinated by the way porn stars can cross into different versions of fame - sometimes having multiple jobs, sometimes having multiple platforms, sometimes being as much vloggers as they are porn industry talent (which raises new questions - how much of themselves do they have to sell to maintain an audience?)
idk! it's something i think about a lot! as a young wannabe bimbo i fell deep into the 2012-2018 porn aesthetics tumblr hole, and then as i grow and have taken classes on porn and try my best to read and watch a lot of theory and art on the matter and have become more invested in hyperfeminine aesthetics in my own gender and sexual expression (in a way that is less tied to porn) my feelings get more and more complex.
all this said, for semi-charmed life i'm working deep, deep within fantasy (things like the waivers i mention don't even exist outside of bdsm scenes, a lot of costars aren't close friends, etc.). all of my sex and kink based writing is deep within fantasy, though! i write fic that turns me on, not guidebooks lmao

Ok another thing!
I really like how... feminine Jack is. It's sort of an extension of his manic-pixie-dream-boy status. He's kind, soft-spoken and Rose generally makes him pretty nervous (though he's socially talented enough to work through that really well). This particularly stands out to me during their sex scene. I think it's my favourite sex scene of all time, actually. That may be a weird thing to have, but still. Rose is the one who initiates it ("Put your hands on me, Jack" is a GREAT line) and we immediately see Jack at the most nervous he's ever been. Then when they're done he's literally shaking so Rose asks if he's okay, and then SHE holds HIM as they (mostly Jack tho) calm down.
The movie is so conventional and so unconventional at the same time which speaks to its genius.
Reversal of gender roles isn't something that didn't exist before Titanic though. (and I KNOW that's not what you're saying here, but hear me out) LMA has done it in 1860s!!!!!!!! Greek mythology deals with gender themes (where do you think the term hermaphrodite came from?) In my opinion, Titanic didn't handle the concept in an innovative enough manner (and everybody knows I'm a BIG fan of that concept). It's cool! It's great! Blockbusters introduce the wider audience to great many things, but that doesn't mean they should be praised for every remotely unconventional idea that's a part of the story they're trying to tell. (making the already existing concept your own? that's another thing entirely and I LOVE IT!) What makes a good movie for me is taking what's already there and crowning it with your own unique perspective. What you're praising Titanic for is actually what I appreciate about Lady Bird (2017). It makes you think that it's all about tropes and cliches and everything that's stereotypically meant to speak to the female audience, but then it surprises you and does this fantastic spin on everything you've ever known without disregarding the tropes completely. But it's not just about simultaneously defying and celebrating the tropes (and here's the main difference), it's about this very personal viewpoint that Gerwig incorporated into the film. It's kinda like when you're adapting a book, you shouldn't try to make the movie resemble the source material (because that's NEVER gonna work, you simply can't meet everyone's expectations), you should make it resemble your own understanding of the source material. That's what makes it feel more personal to the viewer. Titanic didn't feel personal to me despite being meant to appeal to people. My point is: it's a movie that was made to be liked and appreciated which yes, isn't inherently a bad thing, but maybe I'm just too into modernism and avant-garde to appreciate that. It really is a personal preference! I like it better when the art I'm consuming doesn't make a big deal out of itself and ends up hitting the emotional mark without meaning to. (the main goal is usually to send some kind of message that tends to be controversial in some way) I don't like it when movie directors assume I'm going to relate to something because "everybody relates to it in some way". You CAN'T know that. (it puts a pressure on people, like you have to be a part of that specific circle or you're not human enough or whatever) This feels like that literature discussion about supposedly pointless overanalysing of motifs or claiming that classic lit is inherently difficult to read or whatever... Maybe it's not just propaganda coming from the male dominated world, maybe I LIKE long discussions on life and death and politics in my movies. (and just because something is problematic in one regard, it doesn't mean it has no significant value or worse, that it shouldn't be explored. you can always learn! from everything!) Which doesn't mean that I don't like a good coming of age story about a teenage girl. Or spend my time watching a teen soap. Or that somebody can't enjoy a romantic comedy if they love Dostoyevsky. Or that these art branches necessarily cancel each other out. (I'm referring to some of the points you made earlier, sorry for drifting away djsjdkkd)
What you can always do in film is present your own unique perspective and celebrate that uniqueness. That's something people can connect with, regardless of the topic. If it makes its way to the heart of ONE person, it's a winner. And Titanic is definitely a winner in that respect! It just didn't get to me. And that's fine too.
Also! The intention behind a certain line doesn't make the line itself good (same goes for film in general)!!!!!! "Put your hands on me, Jack" is just... it's funny. I laughed when I heard it. This movie is just... way better in theory. I LOVED what you had to say about the ideas that went into it, but I didn't really catch that on screen. Both the characters and their love story failed to be compelling in my eyes, the aesthetics got in the way of that even if it wasn't supposed to. That's what happened if you ask me. Oh and disliking traditionally feminine tropes and plot directions and things such as grand romantic gestures or melodramatic confessions of love doesn't immediately mean that you're sexist or have internalized misogyny? Society is responsible for giving those things a bad rep, but disliking them doesn't always have to go beyond disliking them.
I'm making a lot of points here and I'm not wearing my contacts, dear tumblr forgive me. (I don't need you to, I'm just trying to be polite dhjdjdi)

harry basically said that watermelon sugar is about eating p*ssy 🍉 thanks harry! 🙄
okok yeah I read the quote, thank you ! I have lots of thoughts about it and I'm so sorry this is not me answering you I'm just jumping on your ask to rant abt the whole thing eiejdielzfo
I feel like it was bound to happen (us being disappointed). One thing I didn't understand was why some part of the fandom (especially over Twitter) was so determined to prove that the song was in fact not about pussy but dick (or gay sex.. gay keyword). Like. There's not much basis for any claim lyrically wise.
So yeah with what Harry said hets will be far too pleased with themselves. Im talking about the ones who were getting in fights with larries. Maybe some hets will lose it and see it as the green light to be more immature and dumb in his face. But we don't know that for sure yet so..
Harry writes a song. The song is vague enough to be marketed as a pussy anthem. Which is to me the most annoying thing, not because i think he's gay but because i think there are so many songs explicitly about pussy that deserve the title more but WS gets it bcuz it's Harry and he's good lookin white man so of course he gets to represent women's sexuality (in the non inclusive kind of way with that). For real if i want my pussy to be worshipped i want it to be unequivocally. Not in a song that can also be about eating ass, sucking dick or falling in love the lsd trippy way.
Harry is a people pleaser, Harry has in front of him a sample of his general fanbase, which is a lot of ciswomen, feeling empowered by a dude vaguely singing about their genitals. So harry plays the game and turns the song into a feminist-ish anthem go women (and I'm at least happy that he made it about orgasm rather than just genitals cuz it's more inclusive this way). He didn't say that was all the song was about. But it's the most popular lecture so of course, it is what it is. When you're an artist that much marketed, you learn to live with the idea that your art is gonna be used and manipulated by the mass.
And if queer!Harry beliefs are crumbling tonight because for some people you can't possibly write about something you don't know, well good riddance cuz if there's one thing I hate it's entertaining the idea that gay men are allowed to find pussies disgusting and not knowing shit about female anatomy. I'm glad Harry isn't one of them and doesn't mind if his song is claimed by women, at least. Also in this fandom there are a lot of women who write about gay men intercourse so really it's not that deep, even if Harry actively wrote the song with female orgasm in mind, which I don't even think he did.
That sucks for us but on twitter the feud was real. That was self sabotage to go and claim to hets that the song is about fellatio when the MV kind of implies het sex and pretty women caressing each other cuz it's summer and quirky and just women appreciating each other ✌️🤪. The song was never marketed towards us, despite them following the trend and including two dudes in the background and aesthetically pleasing soft woman on woman action on main. I saw an ask not long ago that basically said that this side of the fandom had an issue with accepting the fact that Harry could perform heterosexuality in his career and i think this is the perfect example.
EDIT when I diss the MV and song this much it's about the way it has been marketed right. I never thought much about the interpretation of the MV itself but I'm not saying that its nature is inherent het propaganda

⌜LUCY BOYNTON, CIS FEMALE, SHE/HER⌟  welcome to chatsworth academy, HELENA HARGRAVE. it says here, that you are TWENTY-ONE, in THIRD YEAR and that your parents are THE HEAD OF THE LOURVE’S ART RESTORATION TEAM & A HIGHLY REGARDED ACADEMIC? is it true high school you were voted most likely to GET INTO A FEMINIST DEBATE AT A FRAT PARTY, well, that’s interesting. ╱  DIGGING INTO A CAKE WITH YOUR HANDS AND LICKING SWEET ICING FROM YOUR FINGERS, MULBERRY COLORED LIPSTICK, HOSTING ELABORATE PARTIES THAT DESCEND INTO CHAOS ╳
Tumblr media
hiii ! i’m rose and i’m so excited to be here and to write with u all. i’ll try to be here tonight but i’m doing a lil cookin & drinkin with my bf. i’ll def be here tomorrow to rly get onto the dash but until then i’ll be around to plot! let me luv u and ur amazing muses
AESTHETICS.
red wine spilled on white carpet, the electricity in summer air right before a storm, oil paintings, silk gowns, black velvet, dead languages, running barefoot in the cool autumn twilight while grass brushes your ankles, gardenias and dior perfume, mulberry colored lipstick, overflowing flutes of champagne, a paper lantern moon illuminating the sky, bark and berries, lines of pristine cocaine on a gold rimmed mirror, digging into a cake with your hands and licking sweet icing from your fingers, the sharp tang of pomegranate arils, sipping a dirty martini with a knowing smile, feckless hedonism, drunkenly reciting homer in greek during a dinner party
FUN FACTS.
she’s lived in london, oxford, athens, vatican city, paris, and barcelona.
she can speak, to varying degrees, italian, french, spanish, and greek.
a scorpio. turned 21 on october 26th and threw a bacchanalia-themed birthday party. the bacchanalia were roman festivals of bacchus, the god of wine, freedom, intoxication, and ecstasy. so her party had a shitload of wine and also literal ecstasy lol.
she actually loves throwing parties in general. she loves the chaos. but she also just loves doing a good dinner party.
naturally a brunette.
absolutely feral internally. she can either be cool, calm and collected quoting feminist literature or discussing art and philosophy OR just lost in the sauce of feckless hedonism, spraying bottles of champagne on the wall or swinging from a chandelier.
bisexual as fuck & hates men but unfortunately likes dick.
she’s an ex-vegan and she now regularly eats juicy steak and cheeses and whatnot. her entire fridge is just imported beer, bottles of champagne, wine and, like, a wedge of cheese.
her home decor is an eclectic collection of contrasts. modernist $10,000 leather couches paired with yard sale end tables. a shitload of crazy art and random clutter. incense burning at all times.
has a pet ball python named ophelia and a pet mini pig named hamlet.
doesn’t enjoy children. she doesn’t think babies are cute and doesn’t know how to interact with kids. believes there’s nothing inherently miraculous about a dick and vag coming together to create a soft-skulled tiny human.
BACKGROUND.
so her parents are both super well-regarded & cultured people. they both come from old money families. helena’s mom is an art historian and fine art restorer. she’s worked w/ a lot of museums and was on the vatican museum’s conservation team. that’s why the family moved around a lot. now her mom heads the restoration team at the louvre. her dad is a scholar. he’s an ancient historian, linguist, and author who focuses on greek and roman mythology and linguistics.
growing up, her mom always said that talking about money was tacky. yet she was never afraid to show the world, albeit subtly, that they had it. her parents are total snobs.
helena was held to high standards by her parents. they definitely weren’t nurturing, emotional, or loving. they were cold, carping and they put their needs/careers before her while simultaneously demanding perfection from her.
her childhood wasn’t birthday parties or playing on the playground. she was constantly being dragged along to speaking engagements, museum openings, or charity events. her parents would always host dinner parties with the crème de la crème of art and academia. and helena was expected to attend. so she was nine and stuck at a table of adults. she was forced into the arts & academia world because she was constantly surrounded by it.
she began to rebel as she got older. she’d sneak alcohol just to make those boring evenings seem more enjoyable. and she’d flirt with older men, discussing homer with some cambridge professor who was hot in an old-guy sort of way. she’d cause scenes just for fun. she got into drugs, mainly cocaine but also hallucinogens. she really enjoyed imbibing and hedonism. but she’s extremely smart.
she went to vassar for a half semester but left under...interesting circumstances. she wasn’t, like, expelled from vassar. officially, anyway. but she did get absolutely shitfaced and set fire to some streamer decorations in her dorm room leftover from a party. oops. she’s actually a bit of a firebug...she likes to light things up.
her parents essentially paid for her to attend chatsworth. but like i said, she is very smart !
she’s a double major in comparative literature and women’s studies. she’s gonna pursue her phd and already has her dissertation theme: depictions of female madness and hysteria in english and french literature. helena actually has bipolar disorder (kept hush hush by her parents) and has always related to the idea of the “mad woman” in literature.
PERSONALITY.
HEDONISTIC. helena has a real lust for life. she loves opulence and debauchery. emotionally? she is living in the 1966 movie daisies.
CULTURED. since her parents kinda forced her into the arts and history world, she’s rather cultured and knowledgable. can come off as pretentious because she does think she’s smarter than most lol
IMPULSIVE. a lot of the time she doesn’t think before she acts, especially when she’s drunk/high/just feeling wild. she definitely takes her hedonism to the extreme sometimes.
OPULENT. she’s often rather excessive and eccentric. she’s a wild card at spending money. she’ll send a dozen white roses just because a friend had a bad day. or rent a limo for the night to end up at a mcdonald’s drive thru. she loves decadence, so she’s a huge foodie. red wine, chocolate, foie gras, expensive meats and cheeses imported from france. she loves expensive drinks and can always usually be found with something in her hand, from red wine to brandy.
overall she’s very much down for a good time. a very intelligent girl raised in a pressure cooker and doused with expectations, culture, geniality, and discipline by her old money and snobby parents. but she rebelled in her own way. so she’s a fun mix of, like, feminist, academic, snob and debauchery loving, chaos seeking, party girl.
CONNECTIONS.
i’m very basic so, y’know, all the classics. exes, party friends, fwbs, enemies...i’m better with plotting up stuff tailored to how we’ll think our muses will get on. so let’s brainstorm and come up with something wild and fun !!!

Design Choices
Since people were asking, I’ll just add it on here. Keeps the posts clean and less annoying to scroll through
On the topic of yandere simulator, can we talk about how god awful they are. I’m not even talking about the sailor uniform, those are temporary and will be replaced, but the direction yandere dev is heading with the uniforms is utterly appalling ( Link ). Everytime he puts it on a video, I have to cringe because it looks like the uniform for an anime about the US Postal Service. So I decided to make my own uniform. I’m gonna explain all my design choices and such below.
Part 1 Part 2
Because Akademi is supposed to be a prestigious school, I made two versions of the school uniform: One for summer (right) and one for winter (left). I took inspiration with what Yandere Dev has wanted for his uniforms (a highwaisted skirt with overalls) and applied it to the summer design for the female students. I put the school’s insignia on the front of the skirt and on the tie for the male student. The female uniform also comes with a petticoat underneath partially for warmth and partially cause I think it looks nice and adds more customization . I also made a version of the gym uniform, because the official game should come with a newly designed one and not the booty shorts and T-shirt we have. Plus it would be nice if the sports club constantly wore the gym sweater instead of the school’s blazer since it’s more comfortable and it would be easy to identify from afar (and wouldn’t be the goggles which I don’t understand the purpose of in a sports club aside from swimming, which those goggles are really uncomfortable to have on but nvm).
Another cosmetic thing I distaste about the game, the club accessories. They are... really ugly. Having a game pad or bass clef glued to your head is just awful looking. So I took it upon myself to redesign all of them. At first I was just trying to add accessories to Ayano, but that became really boring and I ended up right where I started, the accessories looking plastered on and unnatural. That’s when I started changing up her hair to better reflect the club she is in. Ayano is supposed to be a cunning killer, someone who blends in as a normal school girl. Hair is one of the places where you can really express yourself. So why not blend the two ideas together, just like with the personas in the Drama Club. In different clubs, Ayano should slightly change her appearance to better fit in with the club’s aesthetic. I mean it’s hard to believe a normal looking person would join the occult club when they all look like this. It’s a stark difference, and it just looks off. So with each club, I made an effort to better integrate Ayano.
No Club: Yandere Dev has stated that Ayano’s haircut needs to be slightly changed before the game comes out in order to not use storebought assets, so I just have her a higher shorter ponytail with an easy to recognize silhouette. Ayano’s updo will follow into the rest of her club designs to distinguish her.
Cooking Club: The cooking club’s bonus is to help raise reputation. Following with Amai’s sweet nature, I thought Ayano would’s design would be more rounded and friendly so I gave her a bun. and made her hair curved inwards.
Drama Club: Yandere Dev explained in “The Curious Case of Kokona Haruka”, the Drama Club will probably have a hierarchy of curled hair. Because Ayano joins the Drama Club, she should abide by this hierarchy and curl her hair too. Plus roses for the extra effect.
Sports Club: I didn’t have lots of ideas for this one, but I gave Ayano a braid so her hair because less of a hindrance when she participates in activities. But I certainly hate the goggles you get when you join the sports club, so I gave her shades instead. It makes more sense to wear so the sun doesn’t get in your eyes, rather than you might jump in the pool at any second. Plus the sweatbands can relate to Asu Rito when she arrives.
Occult Club: All the occult club members cover one eye in one way or another, and a good portion have messy hair, why not make Ayano do the same thing.
Gardening Club: The random flower sorta bothered me. Not that it’s inherently bad, it just weird looking and contrasts Ayano’s design in my opinion. So I put her hair down to better reflect the calm and relaxed demeanor in the club.
Light Music Club: Since Miyuji has a punk rock aesthetic in her club, why not show that in Ayano. It’s certainly better than glueing a Bass Cleff to your head.
Martial Arts Club: A braid is easier to have when you’re constantly moving and sweating. Plus it can serve as a reference to an anime I’ve never even watched.
Photography Club: I really wanted to make another scooby doo reference and have Ayano’s hair reflect one of the hex girls, but having her hair down didn’t match the rest of the Ayano’s design for the rest of the clubs unfortunately. So I just have her a chill bun and ponytail to make her look fun-loving and cool.
Art club: It’s unfortunate that the art club doesn’t have a set look other than Geiju cause I didn’t really know what to do. But I gave her cat buns in order to show that she is a creative and unique person, who would probably fit right into the art club. Also the beret is sorta a weird addition, cause no artist would ever wear that, so I just put a pencil and brush behind her ear instead cause at least that makes sense. I actually like Geiju with a beret though, don’t take that away from me. If he’s the only one wearing one, it would just be funny because maybe he’s trying to get into the mindset of the old masters by wearing one. I love that boy.
Gaming Club: This one was sorta hard. I hate the game pad, and I’ve heard of others suggesting headphones instead, which is a much better idea. So I gave her headphones. Because the gaming club is sorta a childish club, I gave her pigtails with berets resembling the buttons on a ps4 controller. For the rest of the gaming club though, instead of the blazer, I would give them a hoodie and headphones to better sell the “I spend all my time playing video games” idea in addition to it being more comfortable, which I think they would appreciate.
Science Club: It’s sorta ridiculous that all the science club wears the DBZ eyepiece, but that’s sorta the point and charm of them, so I wouldn’t change that. The idea that either they all love DMZ, or that Kaga loves DBZ so much that he forced the other members to wear an eyepiece too is amazing. I just gave her a neat bun, straight on her head to give her an unsettling, artificial look. (By making it symmetrical you know?)
-
It’s important not only cosmetically, but to the gameplay to have good silhouettes for important people. You need to know who’s around you as quickly as possible. There shouldn’t be idle time trying to figure out if there’s a bully, regular student, delinquent, or student council member down that hallway when Osana is ripe for the killing. Rivals should also have unique silhouettes and clothes to distinguish them from regular students.
For Bullies, I know that they modify their skirts to be shorter than they’re supposed to be. So I turned that idea up to eleven to make a super short skirt with a tutu like petticoat underneath. The bullies put a large amount of frills under their skirts because they want to look unique and flashy. I also know that they are inspired by gyarus so I put some of what I found with the leopard print, and furry legwarmers. Also gave them those large earrings to really sell how much they care about their appearance. For each bully, they could also have either a different undershirt or different color leopard print. They also have a summer and winter version .
For Delinquents: I didn’t have much to comment on with their deigns. My version wouldn’t be much different, just instead giving them my blazer instead of the one present in the game. Maybe for the summer uniform they could have one strap off to show that they are really bad to the bone.
For Student Council: I thought they should have a military themed uniform. What they wear should be very distinguishable from regular students because as yandere dev explained, you shouldn’t be walking around, commit a crime then get mad because a student was around that you didn’t know was part of the student council and you get an instant game over. But their uniform should also not be very modified because they stick to the rules. They should not have a summer and winter version because you shouldn’t have to relearn what the student council looks like. They are a very important group in the game, and as such should be consistent.  The student council uniform in the game isn’t bad (it’s grown on me) but it’s still not very good. It serves it’s purpose, which is all it needs right now, but has no relevance to the rest of the school. I gave them something to put over their school assigned skirt. This gives them a clear silhouette by shear contrast, while also reaffirming the military theme I wanted.
For Rivals: I really wanted to make a summer and winter version of the uniforms, cause that’s how schools function. So by doing this, the first five rivals have summer uniforms, to introduce the game as more lively and “it’s summer, everything is great and nothing can go wrong. The prime time for romance” but as the game progresses it gets colder as the atmosphere drops. The game gets harder, and it’s reflected in the weather. By the time Megami shows up, it’s the dead of winter. It’s good symbolism.
Osana: I know alot of people draw her with an orange sweater, and since I am unoriginal and I like the idea I drew her with it too. It’s cute and offsets her mean outer shell and shows she is really a soft sweet person on the inside. Can you imagine senpai teasing her for wearing a sweater in the middle of summer, and she just responds with “Shut up, I need it for my cold heart”.
Amai: I don’t think Amai is the type to really change her uniform all that much. No one really gets dressed to cook, and I think giving her a sweater would limit her in the kitchen. So instead I just made her design more round because round = nice and friendly in design. She might alter her sleeves just to be cute though.  If I had to, maybe outside of the kitchen I would give her a shawl.
Kizana: I agree with the idea that Kizana should change her hair every day of the week. Her differing silhouette would make her harder to identify and a harder rival to eliminate. I feel like she would change her uniform as much as possible without breaking the dress code, and would even be the type to look out for loopholes in the dress code itself to use it to her advantage (seriously she should be a later rival, at least 5th because I feel like she is way smarter than Oka and Asu). She hitches up the side of her dress and pins it up to reveal her petticoat for a dramatic, stylish look. On top of wearing the cravat assigned to the drama club and a red lace blazer to sell how refined she is and red being a passionate color. Her skirt is also bell shaped to exaggerate her hips, which makes her look more sassy. (Please Yandev don’t cake my queen’s face with makeup in the final game)
Oka: I feel like she would want to cover up as much as possible. Instead of giving her a big jacket though, I wanted to make her more sleek as a bulky oufit does not reflect her personality. Oka is really petite and feels small and shy, so that should be reflected in her outfit. So I made her skirt thinner, longer and narrow towards the bottom. I also gave her gothic elements with the corset, lace and skirt opening at the bottom, as well as a grayer petticoat underneath, because she is into all those sorta things. The sleeves she’s wearing is not just random sleeves, it’s part of a jacket that’s longer in the back.
Asu: I didn’t have much ideas here. I think Asu Rito has a fine design just like all the rivals, and since she is much more casual I doubt she’s wear a jacket over her school clothes. I think the school would allow her to wear a T-shirt with Kyoshi’s insistence. She wouldn’t wear a petticoat because there’s no point, she doesn’t get cold and doesn’t need it for any kind of fashion She’s all utility baby. It would differentiate her more easily though if the rest of the sports club wore their gym uniforms, whereas she tied the jacket around her waist.
(I didn’t bother with Mina and Muja cause it has nothing to do with uniforms and they are a whole can of worms on their own. Muja is the first rival of the winter season though, and starting off the season with an adult is very telling about the difficulty spike)
Osoro: She needed to look grungy and beat up. So I tore up her skirt and petticoat (she needs it for the warmth). She opens up her jacket and undoes her bow. Still always sporting the male rival school uniform. If I wanted to put more thought, now that I think about it I may have changed the rival school’s male uniform to male it look more brash and threatening on Osoro, as well as rolling up her sleeves. It would be kinda cool if her ribbon was replaced with something more durable that the school wouldn’t notice (just reinforced in some way) so that she could use it as a versatile weapon.
Hanako: I didn’t have much to say here, but it’s terrible how the winter and summer uniforms were cemented in my head once I saw this outfit and knew I wanted Hanako to wear it. It doesn’t make any sense for Hanako to wear Akademi’s uniform so even in the final game yandere dev would need a new middle school uniform to give her (unless the player chooses the sailor outfit for everyone). But since dev has already stated Hanako could come to school during a school festival, it would be nice if she wore something cute and festive for winter. Especially if she’s just at school to have fun with her brother. Also I know it’s not official but giving Hanako bunny stockings would be really adorable.
Megami: Megami should wear the student council uniform. But it was hard to alter an alter. So Megami’s skirt is slightly longer than the usual uniform skirt. I’m not sure about the scarf, I just thought she would be more threatening with it on and it reinforces the cold weather motif.
Overall there are small details you can add like rings and stuff but my drawings were really simple so I didn’t add any in, just overall if I was designing their uniforms, this is how I would make them look.

Reviews:
Nov. 7th, 20:00 Show at The Victoria (Dalston)
Youth Sector went on first and they were phenomenal. Let me tell you that when you show up to a free show, you never know what you're gonna get, sometimes it's terrible and sometimes you're pleasantly surprised, but NEVER have I been so blown out of the water by a band. They are comprised of three guitarists, a synth/percussionist, and drummer. All of them sing backup except for the drummer who enthusiastically mouths along with all of the songs anyway, and the lead singer/guitarist reminded me of Timothee Chalamet and Robert Sheehan. They're all charming, enthusiastic, and thoroughly entertaining to watch, but the lead singer really gives it all when performing and acts unlike anyone I've seen. They sound like The Vaccines a bit, but are entirely original and themselves. I'd consider myself to be a new lifelong fan, if they keep it up for that long. (Insta:@youthsectorband)
Earhart were tall, almost too tall for the stage. The lead singer mainly, who reminded me a little of Bono for some reason, but with a little Adam Levine thrown in for kicks. At first, I didn't like them, despite the fact that the crowd seemed to love them. I thought they were melodramatic, and too into themselves; they seemed to take themselves a bit too seriously. They grew on me towards the end; they had one or two songs that were better than the others, and that set them apart. I understood why the crowd loved them, the intensity can be contagious, but I think I'm too chill of a person to really be into that sort of musical act. It's just not my cup of tea. RIYL: Twin Atlantic (Insta:@earhartband)
BEACHTAPE came on later than expected, but the crowd was still there waiting for them. Four guys: three guitarists and a drummer, and they play enthralling surf rock to which they refer on their Instagram (@beachtape) as "slop rock". Though I am not a fan of that term, I do see where their coming from, as their composition seems sloppy, but that is the truest form of slacker pop, soft indie rock, surf wave, whatever you want to call it. It is made to sound like that on purpose. Take Mac DeMarco for instance, his music does not always sound pristine, but it's not supposed to, and that is why it's so good. Though I don't agree with how they've categorized (they also call it "junk" on their Facebook page), I do consider myself in the fan category for this band; they're great and they put on a good solid indie rock show. RIYL: Phoebe Bridgers, Turnover, Day Wave, Real Estate.
Nov. 14th, 20:00 Show at Off The Cuff (Herne Hill)
Watch Paint Dry went on first, and she was incredibly endearing. With only a simple set-up (keyboard, peddle, guitar), she was able to create an ethereal experience through which her voice rang like a bell. Modest, nervous, and excited to share her work, I think she came out the other side for the better. Even when she forgot some of the words, it only ended in a charming report with the audience, in which we didn't care about the right words being sung and some wouldn't even call it a mistake, but instead a happy accident. It sounded seemless, regardless of her admission of forgetfulness, and everything else afterwards worked especially well with the character she shared. RIYL: Jade Bird, Snail Mail (Instagram: @watchpaint_dry)
Flöat was next, and they had four members, two guitarists, one of which was the lead singer, a trumpet player, and drummer. They played fantastically well together, and had decent variation in their songs. The only things that stuck out were the lead singer, who had a spectacularly pleasant singing voice, was absolutely inaudible past the first row of people when trying to say things in a normal speaking voice in between songs. It was utterly bizarre, I've never experienced it before in my life, but maybe they just had a soft voice? I don't know, but either way, have someone else make the announcements or commentary in between songs, if no one can understand you. There was also this awkward moment when the lead singer/guitarist wanted to do a "solo" (the only word I could pick out of what they said), and the rest of band sort of just stood idly by looking slightly dejected. Overall good set though in terms of the music itself. RIYL: Birdy (Instagram: @floatbandfloat)
BUGS is a punky garage girl band who aren't afraid to crush the men that have crossed them in some way with their brutal revenge ballads. They weren't all about men, there was one in particular that inspired that statement, but all of their music was inherently feminist, which I appreciate. The only problem I had with them was this one song that calls this bully out by name, and the singer even encourages people to go find him on social media and tell him off. I understand that bullying is a real problem, I've experienced it myself, and from that experience I know for a fact that telling someone off, or exacting revenge in some way, never actually makes you feel better. It seems like a pretty unhealthy message to be sending to any audience, especially young impressionable females who might look up to you as a feminist role model and get the wrong idea about what feminism is about. Overall they were badass and rocked my socks off. RIYL: Jawbreaker Reunion, Girlpool (Instagram: @bugs_band)
Nov. 18th, 20:00 Show at The Shacklewell Arms (Hackney)
deathcrash- five members: three guitarists, a drummer, and a percussionist. Style- skater boy chic. Genre: post-rock, very droning, reminded me of TWIABPAIANLATD, but with fewer lyrics. The first song was really more of recorded spoken word over their noises. Then they had the lead singer contribute live for the rest. Clearly have an attention to detail that contradicts their slacker appearance- peddles, percussion elements, blending only achievable through a great deal of trial and error in my opinion. RIYL: TWIABPAIANLATD (Instagram: @deathcrashdeathcrash)
Blue Bendy- six of them, which is the maximum amount of musicians possible to fit on this tiny ass stage in the back of The Shack, it is not built for a huge band. Keyboardist, guitarist/keyboardist, lead singer(who sounded a bit like Morrissey)/guitarist, acoustic guitar/tambourine(sunglasses), bass, drums. Misfits for sure, they did not seem to fit as a group, and I never would've picked them out of a crowd individually to be put into one cohesive band. But they played great together, especially the tambourinist, he really added a lot to the performance, and I'd love to go see them again. RIYL: The Smiths (Instagram: @blue.bendy)
Dec. 17th, 20:00 Show at The Victoria (Dalston)
Big Wednesday went on first, they had three guitarists, one of which was singing, and a drummer who sang as well. She was the strongest vocalist of the bunch, so when her and one of the guitarists switched so he was on drums as she sang lead, I was pleasantly surprised. They had a lot of repetition in their lyrics, but with the hearty dynamic voices it didn't seem to mattter. They finished with "The Chain" by Fleetwood Mac, and did it justice. These guys (and girl) have a lot of soul, and they spared no ounce of energy as they their mix of indie folk pop. RIYL: First Aid Kit (Instagram: @bigwednesdayband)
Clarence Oddbody were a mismatched bunch of misfits, but thoroughly talented musicians. The lead looked like your cool history teacher in his jeans, button down, wacky tie, and formal vest, but with Weird Al hair. He was shredding the guitar, and delivering a delightful mix of humor and individualistic sound. They had a bit of that feeling like they'd be the band at someone's bar-mitsva or wedding, may have been the crowd-centered humor, or the unprofessional appearance. Nonetheless they played wonderfully, delivering on a promise they didn't make, and radiating rock n' roll with a sense of humor; the drummer wore a t-shirt that said "Relax, the drummer is here". They had some 70s rock vibes mixed with the occasional jazz or new wave influence sprinkled in. RIYL: Weird Al Yankovic (Instagram: @clarenceoddbodyband)
San Raquel were my favorite of the night. I didn't realize it until the end, but I'd been standing near their lead singer the whole night. He'd been downing pint after pint, and I just thought he was a drunk audience member. Turn out he radiates talent, but seems tortured by it or maybe the lack of recognition for it? I don't think it's the latter, as he avoided all applause, and continually thrust the glory upon his band members and away from himself; at one point he called his bassist an "angel" and himself an "asshole". Despite being two sheets the wind at the start and three by the end, he put on one hell of a performance. I don't know if this is less impressive here in the UK, as there seems to be a different capacity for alcohol here, but to me it was down right inconceivable that this person was able to put on anything near to a coherent performance. He was completely at home on the stage, in a very literal sense; he wasn't wearing shoes, his shirt was half undone, and he treated the space as his own. At one point, he took the mic and loosely wrapped the cord around his shoulders so as not to trip on it as his balanced on the front lip of the stage, jumping down to bring the crowd closer, and coming down to dance with them multiple times as the show progressed. The juxtaposition of this band was stark, as the backup for this Austin Powers/Nick Cave mashup of a man were these three straight-laced guys playing with the upmost precision. You could tell that they loved him, even in his state, and I think that came down to the charisma and fawning he did over their solos. The drummer was from Clarence Oddbody, as he was wearing that same shirt, but he gelled flawlessly with this entirely different ensemble, so I think that is a true testament to his dexterity on the drums. Overall, the most entertaining performance, and the most accessible music; a funk rock extravaganza with one AND ONLY ONE cover from The Stooges. RIYL: The Stooges (Instagram: @san_raquel_)
Dec 19th, 20:30 Show at The Notting Hill Arts Club
Bleach Lab had two guitarists, a singer, and a drummer. When they started off, I immediately noticed how blended and professional the instrumentals were, maybe because the juxtaposition with the vocals was so stark. Later they announced it was their first ever live show, so that is most definitely the reason for this. The lead singer was understandably  nervous and fidgeting, but her voice sounded like a mix of Lana Del Ray and a more lo-fi Dolores O'Riordan from The Cranberries. They sure have a lot of potential, and I can’t wait to see what they do next. RIYL: The Smiths, London Grammar, Youth Lagoon. (Instagram: @bleach.lab)
Youth Sector are a great band to see live. They have this energy that starts high and stays high throughout the performance. Nick Tompkins was a little more reserved at first than the last time I'd seen them, in November, but he brought out the charismatic moves later, after his guitar stopped working. They are just purely entertaining to watch. They played the same songs, just as well as before, and I'd go to see them a third and fourth time even if they don't put out any new music. These guys are in a league of their own. RIYL: Faux Ferocious, 1,2,3, and Astro Cowboy are the closest I can come to the feeling of this band, but still sound totally different in real life.  (Instagram: @youthsectorband)
Birthday Card came on with the air of professionals or a new band on the cusp of greatness, and played a great show. There was  humor and rapport between the band-mates on guitar, keyboard, and synth, as they were sort of the three in one corner. It was obvious they liked the music they were playing. The drummer was over in his own world, playing his heart out, but for once the drums took a back seat in these tunes; a backseat to the autotune and emotion coming from the lead singer. He came out with very 90s *NSYNC  mixed with modern day E-Boy style, which immediately made me think this was going to be terrible. But it wasn't. Yes, there was  little bit of EMO in the lyrics. And Yes there was a little bit of 'f*%kboi' poser energy coming off his movements and the way he held his mic, etc. BUT LISTEN, they weren't bad, they really weren't. The autotune wasn't too overpowering, the beats were contagious and modern, and the band as a whole meshed really well; they played it cool. RIYL: BØRNS(Instagram: @birthdaycardx )

my ‘bad blood’
there is a fascinating iterview with Carl jung where he sepaks about Hitler; upon readign it i understood some thigns about myself; [link]
i look like hitler, so does my grandmother on the father’s side, and her son - my biological ‘dad’, thus we must have a connection;
Jung explained soemthign imprtant about adolf hitler - he was a witchdoctod, from the african tradition of witchcraft; that is  a very powerful voodo traditiona dn i thik goes back to ancient egypt times, too; but it’s dark still for me and i don’t realize the full thing for now; the fact is that its awitchcraft absed on fear,a nd it is worse even than the black witchcraft in europe during the middle ages -
now that is where my mother’s bloodline is - i asoociate her fatehr with the nrose diety ragnar, and with european witches, but also with the people who fought witches by torturing them and buring them, and they themselves came from a bckground of religious self-torture - they were fanatics; jut like the diety ragnar is;
hitler was not just tht though; actual practical amgic , i read in one article somewhere, came with the crusaders from the lands of the middle east - all the alternative teachings that were abundant there i  amny sects and cryptic practises, some fo which we now can call demonic; they were ased on fear; dark magic, inherently;
the witchdoctors that hitler’s brainw as connected with came from taht dark tradition, in africa; and my parents on the side of my ‘father’ are turkish indescent and they have taht strong persian /arabic vibe; but in a not always good sense, unfortunately; they fer lack and thus they become selfisha nd brutal, too materialistic and demanding of abundance in abusive ways, even gross, pervrted sexually ways - my grandmother was a pedophile and she sued to touch me and my sister as small girls and we developed insane brainfuck ebcause fo that;
there is mroe to it, unfortunately but it’s hard to formulate for now;
so jung spoke of hitler as a doll, a voodoo object; he was not a sensible epros, but possessed, especially in the end; my father strikingly resembles hi m and it is very undertsandible why my mother liked himbecause she carries a desire for vengance and love for nazi order in ehrself; she loves germanya nd how everything is organzied disciplined and strict there; which for me is torture and isanity when it comes to my subconsious; but that might e just my turkish descent’s flaw; i am gonna explore that i n later posts; i amcertain it must be this;
because actually germanic structure of society and manners of living are related directly to the norse gods system, which ie xplored too at one point; and so do amy other peopel; so ti is a virtuous and humanistic system, not merely brutal and agry;
my take on it comes from MY INNEE SHADOW which is  hatred of lack fo abundance3; i love gold flowing from my shower when i am showering, if i have to put it in words; in truth i feel msierable fi im nto in the warmth of the desert and eating freshly picked fruit by the peopel who work for me - my bloodline is related to the pharaohs, and to cleopatra... so its peopel fo high status and powerful positions in society; nothing to match with my other familiar’s village way fo life and the cozyness of the woods, the cbin, the fireplace, the woolen clothes and the home; we are leaders and rulers and love glory; just love it; we are capable fo hanling muc stress and we are actually immortal; so that shadow aint taht abd either;
but black magic ia frica sprung in places where peopel lived in mysery so there sia  lto fo aggression there to this day, as you very well know - i am not well educated on tribal peopela nd their wys of though; i am always surrounded by civillized people, and civilized criminala ctivity - yakuza, gangs, drug lords, dictators, spies, agents, police and military; but never brutality of the lower vibrational level - people whoa re animalistic and they dont realize their diviity within;
i dont judge that, i am clarifying wher is atnd in the world we are living in; to me such peopel are scary ebcause they refuse the light of God;
Tumblr media
i love my cleopatra roots, they ar really wise and loving, playful and lusty; tjhis was her word up there; bless her heart! she was a beutiful woman;
s for the egyptin pharaohs, they are said to have been seeded by the starpeopel themselves, the gods, tahts why they carried divinity in the dna of normal humansa nd spread it across the centuries of their rule, mating with many and ruliung in the lands of the original human beings - africa; they were very feared and hated, especially by those who woudl later on become dark wizards in africa, dark voodoo practitioners and the brain-masters behind the puppet hitler; they hate humanity in many levels, tehy hate civillied humanity anmd their power is brute force; amny of todays africna dictators have that encoding in them; i am writing this to spread awareness on the subject ebcause my cleopatra self is still a politican and i cant escape my need for being powerful player that helps govern the outcomes of the plitical stategies and happenings that amke up our near futures; i decide to do that in a soft manner, nto as a politician, but s an inspirational perso, in art, in real-life stories i share and have suffered slongside many of te others slaves of today’s society and the capitallistic structure that is not functioning for the well being fo the people but fuelling fearful and greedy dictators worldwide, insetad of terating the wounds of the past, and present, and takign care fort the future of the nature and environment of this earth; it could have been the other way around thus i am using my psychic and goddly abilities to brainfuck the ill-minded leaders and to insipre ordinary folk to be more proslerous, joyous and bold in their ways of viewing and experiencing life and reality;
Tumblr media
my leadership is warm and heartful; i am cleoptra
*i even look like leonor varela and we share the same name lol
[idk if tahtw as achanneling right now but i hve ahd those before too, so dont take the words eprosnally, but like a energy that i amc hannelling but also repect and associate with myself somehow, wich i as the way for me to expand - taking in stuff and finding comparisons between me and them or if i revere somebody ro soemthuing - go out of my ways to enact their ways and learn new startegies fo thinking about life and operating in it - as happened with the boy i am loving from 5 years now ; i wanted to copy every bit of him and paste it into my Self and tehe merging oif the two is a compelx and very eautiful rpocess full of itegration, sorrow and painfuless;
but cleopatra herself was amazing; she is a ebodiment of the goddess ISIS, occording to one article - JESUS; thats a very ineterstign tale as well:
she was a devotee to the goddess isis and the last pharaoh of egypt and the turns of events in the world lead her to reincarnate in the form of Jesus; her last lover - Mark nathony was like a small boy and although the romance was passionate, she was liek a mother to him too; there the mary/jesus/mary magdalene separation was created, into new symbols that comprise the same characters and had been played out amongst humans ever since that era - the mary/jesus/mary magdalene archetypes are mcuh more ‘common’, ordinary - a lot more people, poor people, not pharaohs and clergy, or goddesses/gids, can find their selves in those archetypes, and thus grow their hearts strong and loving for their divvinity, embracing at the smae tiemtheir humanity;
it is interestign now to delve into the aspects of isis/cleopatra/mark anthony and gender roles, because those are also improtant aspects of the separation the christian order; cleopatra is a god - nor male, neither female; but jeus has gender preferences; so he is not god, but a human;
christ consciousness is a mass consciousness ascencion project; aimed at elevating the entire humanity to God; and cleopatra /isi is the source of it; but keep ti a secret ;)
i’ll stop here for now
