➡️YOU'RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH...⬅️⁣ ⁣ Is what I would tell myself subconsciously all the time. ⁣ ⁣ I never thought twice as to WHY I was yo-yo dieting.⁣ ⁣ I thought it was part of the dieting process. It was what I was taught.⁣ ⁣ You lose the weight. You gain it all back. You lose it, then you gain it all back. It gets harder every single time.⁣ ⁣ It's fucked. I hated myself for always failing.⁣ ⁣ What is the point of dieting if I wasn't going to keep the weight off?⁣ ⁣ And every year I just kept getting fatter and fatter.⁣ ⁣ After years of working on myself, I know better.⁣ ⁣ Although I was aware of the yo-yo dieting, I wasn't aware of what was CAUSING me to sabotage my efforts every single time. ⁣ ⁣ I yo-yo dieted so I could lose weight fast then go back to my shitty habits.⁣ ⁣ 😭It was ME. 😭⁣ ⁣ Well, subconscious me. Because deep down inside, I didn't believe in myself. I believed I was meant to be fat for the rest of my life.⁣ ⁣ I know saying this outloud sounds mean, but that was my belief. From years of programming as a grew up.⁣ ⁣ I can finally say I'm free of this vicious cycle and have learned so much about myself in the last couple months.⁣ ⁣ A weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Relief.
