Add more veggies instead of processed foods⁣ 2. Drink more water⁣ 3. Get more sleep or better quality ⁣ 4. Prep 1 meal a week ⁣ 5. ➡️YOU'RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH...⬅️⁣ ⁣ Is what I would tell myself subconsciously all the time. ⁣ ⁣ I never thought twice as to WHY I was yo-yo dieting.⁣ ⁣ I thought it was part of the dieting process. It was what I was taught.⁣ ⁣ You lose the weight. You gain it all back. You lose it, then you gain it all back. It gets harder every single time.⁣ ⁣ It's fucked. I hated myself for always failing.⁣ ⁣ What is the point of dieting if I wasn't going to keep the weight off?⁣ ⁣ And every year I just kept getting fatter and fatter.⁣ ⁣ After years of working on myself, I know better.⁣ ⁣ Although I was aware of the yo-yo dieting, I wasn't aware of what was CAUSING me to sabotage my efforts every single time. ⁣ ⁣ I yo-yo dieted so I could lose weight fast then go back to my shitty habits.⁣ ⁣ 😭It was ME. 😭⁣ ⁣ Well, subconscious me. Because deep down inside, I didn't believe in myself. I believed I was meant to be fat for the rest of my life.⁣ ⁣ I know saying this outloud sounds mean, but that was my belief. From years of programming as a grew up.⁣ ⁣ I can finally say I'm free of this vicious cycle and have learned so much about myself in the last couple months.⁣ ⁣ A weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Relief. ❌YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK OUT TO LOSE WEIGHT❌ 2 years ago I had surgery and was out for 3 months. I couldn't do any form of exercise. 🔻I couldn't work out. So I became an expert in nutrition. I kept my weight off and lost some at the time. ❌For years I thought I had to grueling exercise to lose weight. 🖐🏽But it's not true. 🛠Exercise is just another tool in your toolbox and you can adjust based on how quickly you want to see results. 🏃🏻‍♀️Now, I'm not saying don't be active but I hear you saying, "I hate exercising, I hate sweating, etc" all the time. ⏰Also I know you're busy, so busy that sometimes you just don't have the time for an hour workout, let alone 30 minutes. 🧀The majority of your results will come from your nutrition alone. 🥞 And I feel like that's what you're most confused about. I hear the same question over and over again - what do I need to eat to lose weight?🍓🍒🍆🥔🥑🥨🥐🥓🌽 If I'm honest with you, you can eat whatever your little heart desires, but in order to do that, you need a solid foundation on nutrition. 🏠 If you're still lost about nutrition and are constantly asking what do you need to eat to lose weight, you're focusing on the wrong thing. It's not WHAT you need to eat to lose weight but it's HOW can you lose weight by still eating what you love in moderation like: wine, chocolate, cheetos... because that's how you start seeing results and falling in love with the process.
