hmmm debating whether to soften these shoes with the shower method + void my ability to return them. or exchange them for a half size up

#just worried they might be a little too pinched in the toe box #but also worried if i go a size up then the rest of the fit would be too loose....#this wouldnt be a problem if i lived within walking distance of somewhere i could try a few sizes on in store smh #ill think abt it....#.diaries #the thing is most reviews have said this specific variant tends to be particularly stiff at first but the upper does soften quickly #and theyre not meant to be comfortable to stand in. plus i can just take them off every couple climbs to cool my feet down #i feel like itd be better to break them in than get a bigger size that would stretch out too fast #hmmmMMMMM

Assume ideal conditions. 'Robot body' is loosely defined and can mean whatever you want it to mean. Inside a computer? Sure. Fully articulated android body? Yeah. A toaster? Why not? The idea is that it's a fully mechanical/robotic body, whatever that means is up to you.
