Sir medic Herr doc I have come with an issue. There's a Medic in my notebook, and while he looks like a nice man ever since he appeared my notes are mysteriously missing. And I have a slight feeling he's judging Me too!!! How should I proceed with getting him to stop and preferably evicting him from my notes? Attaching an image of the man himself. I already tried to call animal control but they hung up on me.

i wouldnt worry about it, hes just studying you!! you should trust him around your notes and homework and classwork and personal documents :]

theres not much you can do to get him to leave (and if there was im not sure i would tell you) but im sure he'll get bored and leave of his own accord eventually.

#I'd rather not clutter the caption so I'll ramble a little in the tags #HitW is short but special to me as it represents and encapsulates some hard life experiences I was going through at the time of its creatio #Ofc in a more metaphorical manner! but. hey did you know??? that if you stop stretching and maintaining mobility in your body then it goes away?? things get tight and you can't move the way that you used to??? and when you decide to try getting a stretch routine going that the first week fucking sucks because you keep going 'damn i used to be able to do this no problem' and then you have to switch gears and be kind to yourself and just focus on getting better from here instead of berating yourself for dropping the good habits in the first place??? and your body never stops aging so you gotta keep taking care of it and sometimes you gotta take care of it extra in certain areas because of things that happened when you were younger and it's boring and sometimes hurts but it's so necessary???

i am yelling this at myself right now i am going through An Experience (trying to get into a routine of body maintenance again for my physical and mental health)

#rambling #and idk but like if this incentivises you to do some stretches too then that's great! remember to be kind to yourself #but im mostly directing this at myself because i was thinkng about these things while doing a 15 min stretch routine and i feel silly #but silly is okay as long as i keep going #edit: haha wow this post blew up. im gonna tag it with a few things to maybe help me find it later if necessary #sisyphus #body maintenance #popular post

“Normal” test results are not the relief people think they are. When you wake up in pain and continue to be in pain for hours every day and your tests come back normal you don’t stop being in pain.

#chronic pain #I guess #cripplepunk #crip punk #<— correct me if that’s overstepping #what do I tag this with #I obviously didn’t get a diagnosis #personal but I’m also really scared of needles #and having to go through the fear and pain and crying and screaming #for nothing #doesn’t feel good #people tell me it’s not “nothing #but I know exactly what I did before the tests #which is nothing!!#and I didn’t have to go through that pain for that!!!#also å few months ago I genuinely thought it was completely normal #later I realised that spending hours each morning warming up my hands to feel usable might be more pain and stiffness than other people #experienced #I genuinely didn’t expect all of my friends to say they didn’t feel ANY pain at all #and now I’m just hyper aware of how not normal this is #and I’m still in pain #and now I’m not gonna get any help other than a “try heat therapy from the doctor #which is what I was already doing #like no im not crying cause I’m not sick #it would be great if I wasn’t sick #but clearly something’s wrong
