This all started a few months ago, I did what I had to do for the sake of not only Spencer and I, but our co-workers too.

Me and Spencer were having a movie night, nothing out of the ordinary, except this time Spencer was feeling more bold than usual. aaravos is someone who prioritizes self care alot, and has a lot of self care products. especially within his imprisonment, in the beginning he was very neglectful of himself and lowkey depressed but after he eventually understood the situation and adjusted he would prob start doing self care at least to occupy the time

he has the silkiest, smoothest, thickest most luscious hair uve ever seen and has like a billion products for it

his haircare routine is probably like 40 steps alone 💀 not to mention all of the time he spends styling his hair and brushing it through

aaravos has a wall of all the products that he uses and its all neatly labeled and organized in sections depending on what its used for

if u want to help him with his hair, he will gladly let you wash it for him however will instruct u on the specific process and will make u use all pf his products in a super specific order 😭😭😭

he would also wash ur hair for u too, and is super gentle if u have curly hair like me

i wouldnt say this is a self care hc, but when hes out of his prison he definitely styles his hair a lot more than just leaving it down! i hc that he would probably wear it in so many styles, and will spend a lot of time in the morning braiding it or tying it up and adding in accessories :)

i feel like he would do skincare too, i remember seeing this one silly comic on the official tdp website that you can find here, but its basically a (joke) comic ab aaravos dealing with a pimple that i just found hilarious and i feel like would it be very in character for him to have a super good skincare routine

when yall bathe or shower together u cant help but admire him cuz hes just so,, pretty and its so mesmerizing to watch him go through all the steps of his self care routines-

This was just the tip of the iceberg.

Throughout the day, tiny things built up.

The reed on his sax broke and he didn't have a spare left.

A classmate spilt a drink over him by accident.

He forgot an assignment at home.

'fuck' you groan getting up and going into yours and eddies bedroom, since you were here most of the time anyway, it was basically home.  Why YOU should go vote for Montana/Shocker (TSSM) in @cartoon-character-competition​

Once again, this is the first time I have managed to get Shocker into a competition which once again is a crime in itself 

And like before you guys might be familiar with Shocker or Montana (even if they are a bit less known then villains like Electro or Doc Ock) (especially for Montana)

You see in TSSM, Montana is Shocker, not Herman as he’s known in the comics. Montana and Herman are different people in the comics but here Montana is essentially Herman but cooler and more skilled.

Montana is your usual merc hired by the big bad guy (or the big man as they call him) that runs a lot of the crime in NY. In episode one he’s hired to defeat spiderman along with his partners and they’re known as the enforcers 

(The enforcers as seen in ep 1) (From left to right: Fancy Dan, Ox and of course Montana) 

and well they’re defeated of course but Montana never gets capture and manages to run off

So when does Montana get that funny pineapple patterned suit? Well in ep 4, Market Forces, Montana is seen stealing that exact funny pineapple patterned suit and handing it over to his boss before about to go on his merry way and putting on his cowboy hat again before being stopped and told to wear the suit and stop spiderman as he still owes them (visibily pissed off at being told to not wear his hat (which is silly to me) (LET HIM WEAR HIS COWBOY HAT!!!!)but grins when being told about his new assignment)  

and so peter is led over to where shocker is by flint and alex (2 criminals who will become major villains later) 

and well shocker does what he does best, FUCK SHIT UP!!!!!!

and whats funnier is his first line to Spiderman is “I reckon that came as a bit of a real SHOCKER eh bug” He fuckin starts off a fight with a fuckin PUN (I love him for that)(its in his subtle himbo coding) and you want to know what else? When asked who exactly Montana is by Spiderman, Montana comes up with a villain name right on the spot and well guess what he chooses? He chooses his INITAL FUCKIN PUN (still love him for that) and well he absoutely destroys spiderman and even picks him up like a wet cat 

either spiderman weighs like nothing or shocker is just REALLY strong 

and well Montana goes off to his bar, just to enjoy a game of 8 ball with a job well done 

(hehe look at him, just enjoying a game of pool ^^ )

that is until well obviously spiderman isnt just gonna say down so Montana is stopped by his boss (cant believe he interrupted his game of pool, you cant do this to him) and he’s sent right back to fight Spiderman 

and well you know how it goes, he’s defeated (SPIDERMAN LITERALLY DROPS AN ENITRE BUILDING ON THIS GUY LIKE??? OK????) but yeah off to jail ig

So what happens next is basically 

- Thanks to Doc Ock and his plan to form the sinister six, he breaks out of jail and joins the sinister six by orders of his boss

- is defeated once again by Spiderman and taken to jail

- doesnt join the next formation of the sinister six sadly (crying coping tossing everything)

- however he comes back with his enforcer partners, now with his partners rocking new suits too 

(as seen here) (they’re robbing a bank btw) (cute things to do with your boyfriends: rob a bank!)

- but yeah once again defeated by spiderman and all of them are tossed to jail

- seen in big jail breakout scene but sadly does not escape 

- and who knows maybe we could have seen Shocker rejoin the sinister six or get up to new silly things (criminal activity) with his partners but erm

Tssm got cancelled as I mentioned before in my electro post so yeah (crying dying coping sobbing kicking everything tossing everything RAGHH)

but yeah shocker is cool as hell and gives me immense gender envy

AWW GENE WRITING HIS SONG <3 eugene mirman isnt a Good singer (not hating he literally says that all the time. they have to record each line seperately bcuz he cant sing on key) so its hard to tell when they're trying to make gene's songs seem good or not but this is really sweet. u can tell he just loves music so much

why is gene's song kinda making me emotional..... like this show is usually 50/50 on if it actually wants to take gene's songwriting ability seriously but in this episode its so clear how much he LOVES music and songwriting and how talented he is at it. he has trouble with focus and commitment sometimes but thats never an issue when it comes to his music and he'd happily spend an entire afternoon writing a song from start to finish (even skipping out on dinner) because he was so hyperfocused. love how much respect they give gene in this episode tbh

deeply appreciate the "larry murphy as teddy" credit despite teddy not having one single line in this entire episode. Literally just a legacy credit at this point

I LOVED THIS EPISODE 😭😭💕 i dont think it'll be as widely popular as some other episodes this season but as a gene fan and an artist this episode really resonated with me. the ending sequence was actually really beautiful (gives me the same vibes as "your heart's not broken its only growing" tbh) and i loved gene's song and all the different costumes they put him in for his dreams!! tina and louise's subplot was really cute too. very enjoyable episode if you're a gene fan or just a casual viewer who wishes he got more focus. he's SO SWEET and so passionate <3

faduhl: come alive diana

very much about the mythology of faduhl as a character... she's not allowed to be a person she's this great shining legend and has to live up to that myth. obviously this song choice is also a lot about aubrey... "mother looks away, father looks away for a second", "and the young diana waves inside a global grief", "I LOST AN AUTHOR THEN I LOST A DAUGHTERS AWE!!!"

ryan: president heartbeat

also about the pressure to live up to her image as a Good Officer and alsooo about her fucked up relationship with faduhl. she came to this station and gave away her entire life for faduhl only to watch her fall apart. this song is fast paces and scattered and has an upbeat pop sound with incredibly angry bitter lyrics which fits her well. ryan is really... not a good officer. she only got this position because of neptosim, she comes from a very privaleged life, she cracks easily under pressure and has rehabilitating imposter syndrome and self doubt. "and you promised me heaven and you said it would happen soon...." ugh!!!

bennet- warm healer

his. song. it's a very melancholy song abour the dread of looking back on your youth and wondering where it went. just the resignation in this song... ITS SO BENNET!! "they call me a medicine man but my old spells dont work anymore". my sad doctor :(

aleki- only as good as my god / regret

sigh. everything everything has a lottt of songs about corrupt charismatic leaders and regret over past decisions so this was hard to choose. the plodding beat of regret fits really well and like. "first you'll see me on the news then never again".

only as good as my god i cant get into much without spoilers but i chose it cuz. aleki has never taken responisbility for anything in his life so he's bitter and angry and feels this deep shame but will neverr take resposnibility for what he did. he can always blame his commanding officer or family or starfleet. "im only as good as my god burnt hair and more money".etc

ekaz- the marina

ekaz has lived through so much change on the station and this one's about like. his inability to keep up and to accept this change and the way he's slowly losing his faith. someone always has to be the rock someone has to be stable and hardworking and trustworthy and that's always him.

chyell- bad friday / cut up!

bad friday is phenomenal chyell song because it's literally about a violent terrible thing happening at a club and not being able to remember what happened. which is literally how they lose their eye. "could this be the millionth warning / could this mean i'm gonna get out?"

cut up! is an incredibly frantic disjointed desperate song and is also very chyell relating to their sense of duty.

talii- levithan

levithan is a song about a levithan as a metaphor for disabling grief and sadness. which is very talii. at her core she is a deeply, deeply sad person and it never goes away. she never got over her brothers disappearance. "looming in the distance never coming near / im missing you, im missing you, im missing you for real / under levithan"

jonathan- violent sun

violent sun is a PHENOMENAL late seasons johnny song. about feeling like you're being swept along in life and have no agency and don't have an excuse for being this way. and the SUN!! " there's a way you dont ever have to be a lunatic or an error or a prisoner to your terror / im too old to be crying out" and "i wanna be there when the wild waves comes and we're swept away" IT FITS SOOO WELL.

max- schoolin'

schoolin fits max so well.. feeling confused and small and lonely. being curious and wanting to know why these things are happening and whats going on but constantly being stomped on and ridiculed. AND the religious element of being told to go along with this with no question. "but infinite and joyless high fives are singing 'praise the lord!" MAXX
