“I’m okay,” You quickly respond, straightening your back. She breathes out a small chuckle and lightly taps her papers with the tip of her fingers. 

“You sound a little tense,” She teases, “Try to relax.” 

You nervously nod your head and try to calm down by leaning back into the chair. The cushion underneath is surprisingly comfortable. Your anxiety slightly decreases. Her finger taps stop and she smiles. 

“Good,” She says before looking back at her papers. She calmly drags her finger against the paper on which she had written this morning. 

“Do you still seek any types of thrills? We briefly discussed this last time,” 

“Kinda,” You respond. She pauses and tilts her head. 

“How about we ask more personal and deeper questions today?” She begins, wanting to hear more from you. You quietly nod your head yes. 

“For me to further understand your behavior and struggle,” She explains, looking deep into your eyes, “Are you in any form of romantic relationships?”

You self-consciously dart your eyes to the side and shift in your seat. You should have known this was going to come up sooner or later. Sexuality has been something you had to discover for yourself. 

“No,” You respond. 

“Please elaborate,” She softly urges. You feel your heart beginning to race again. Your eyes lower to stare at your pants.

Regardless of how much older she is, you were attracted. A small blush begins to form on your face, causing her to furrow her eyebrows.

i’ve actually been thinking about this for a really really long time, what if A Guide To Proper Dating gets adapted into a kdrama? ((i’d drop big money to see that pls)) i came up with a list of actors i’d like to see in the drama!

Jung Bareum - Kim Yoojung

i had to think so much for this one and i literally wanted bae suzy for this but i’ve never seen her in any college student roles,, and HHH IDK i just felt like kim yoojung would be able to portray her very well too. since bareum has been described as small and cute many times i think kim yoojung fits very very well!! she’s obviously an amazing actress and i think i have loved every drama that i have watched with her in it?? if they do ever end up making a kdrama adaptation of this manhwa i’d pray to see her as bareum. 

Na Yuyeon - Lee Dohyun

for yuyeon i had to think about every kdrama i have watched and go through lists of actors :””) but as soon as i saw dohyun i had a eureka moment of sorts sjsdnsj,, i was lke “WHY DID I NOT THINK OF HIM BEFORE??”. even though i have only watched two shows with him in it (hotel del luna and 18 again) i feel very sure he’d be perfect for the role. i can just see him trying to be chic and indifferent whilst simultaneously losing his shit just like yuyeon.

Shin Jaehyun - Cha Eunwoo

i lowkey feel like eunwoo has done a lot of cold-tsundere-guy roles so it’d be nice to see him play a sweet second lead!! he also has that sincere look similar to shin jaehyun :) this would not only prevent him from getting typecasted, i also think he’d play a sweet character very well.

Kang Doeun - Park Gyuyoung

at first i was confused between her and seol inah, and i also thought that she looked a lot like bareum in her role as nam juri in Its Okay To Not Be Okay, but i think her bareum is more of a cutesy character and she’d play a more elegant/mature character like doeun better!

Junhyeok - Kim Kangmin

to be honest i have only seen one kdrama with him in it (The Tale of the Nine Tailed Fox) and he played a minor role, but i still really enjoyed his performance!! i think he’d be perfect as junhyeok.

Gu Areum - Seol Inah

i miiight be biased because this woman is my one true love BUT!!!! LOOK AT HER!!! especially in this picture, with the bangs. she looks exactly like ahreum. she also has that sincere/responsible and kind of elegant look so if they ever make a kdrama adaptation i’d pay to see her as ahreum

Park Hanam - Yoo Youngjae

i was watching mr. queen very recently and his character of kim hwan really reminded me of hanam!! not to mention hanam looks a lot like yyj with light coloured hair :3

Hong Narae - Kim Ji-in

i dislike this character so much pls why is she so bothered by bareum 😭 for some reason when i looked at this character i thought she either kinda looked like baek soomin or kim ji-in. i decided for kim ji’in at the end,, maybe because i’m more familiar with her face? idk!! but im sure she’ll do justice to this character.
