Pals with endometriosis, please tell me some of your symptoms because I think my doctor is incompetent.

She told me endometriosis meant extreme pain in the days before a period - I've had extreme, nauseating, on-the-floor-screaming, difficulty-breathing pains during my period and once around ovulation. And yes painkillers do not work.

Edit: read the updates on my tumblr. I had an endo cyst the size of a tennisball. It is gone now and I am all healed up.

Current obsession: clonesclonesclonesclones forever. I haven't had a special interest/hyperfixation this deep since I was like 12-14 so like this is one of the most important things in my life tbh. Specifically like thinking about how their culture would work, and their solidarity, internal conflicts, shared trauma and how that would relate to those things. Their ideas about personal and cultural identity and how that would vary individually. Things like how their upbringing must have felt, how that affected them and who they became later in life, the things they're taught vs what they truly come to believe once they're out on the field, the psychological effects of O66 on the clones who survived and the devastating impact it must have had- Bro stop me or I'll keep going forever like. I'm in deep and tbh? I wouldn't change it for the world.

Do you know what has insane whump potential?

Whumpee feeling their painkillers' effects decrease and leave their body

It's slow and agonising as whatever pain they're experiencing crawls back into their consciousness and they're desperately concentrating on parts of their body that are still numbed

They feel a familiar needlepoint sting im the affected area before it starts aching

Whumpee still feels the physical deformities or whatever causes them pain, but it's numb and weird and hard to comprehend

Bonus: if it's strong medication leaving them drowsy and unable to do anything

Bonus+: if being unable to think they can't keep track of their medications and have to rely on others to help them (and it's so much fun if Whumper is the only person around)

The service dog battle vest was kinda just cause I thought it was funny and cheeky and vaguely suggestive and I genuinely wasn't expecting people to actually clock it and start approaching me for like.
