okay but you know how dusknoir the species get signals to bring the dead to the underworld
imagine being around grovyle and feeling that all the time
This is such a great idea, Grovyle's time has come but Dusknoir does NOT want to take his soul, yet dusknoirs lose their will when they receive orders...
screw it i'm posting the other little chunk of this silly little au thing 'cause i want to and it might motivate me to idk clean it up and finish it yippee!
my feelings about Yukio and his relationship with rin are that I feel like he so desperately wants to communicate with rin, to reconnect with him but he doesn't know how. They live together, they've lived together for years but slowly they've been drifting apart mentally and it's getting harder and harder to communicate. Yukio understands the idea of his brother. His reckless brother who loves him that he wants to protect because he's spent his whole life protecting him. But doesnt actually know that much about his brother personally and neither does rin for Yukio. Years apon years of keeping eachother at arms length it's hard to go back to when they were inseparable as kids and things were easier. At the beginning of the show they're both grieving but Yukio can't confide in rin. He just can't because he's the authority figure, he's the one in charge, he's the one with his life together and if that slips then he's really nobody just like when he was a kid and having his brother protect him but that backfires on him cuz he still after years and years even now when his secret double life as an exorcist has been revealed. He still can't figure out how to communicate with his brother.
The thing thats consistently bothered me the most in the fallout show is the racism. I would hesitate to recommend it because of that alone. And there was obvious love that the set and prop designers, actors, costume department, and even maybe the writers put into the show! There are themes and characters in fallout that i'm certain would resonate with fans of color!
It KILLS me that so many of the fallout entries are damn well unplayable/watchable in this regard because the writers simply Don't Care how the people in their work are presented. That this like hugely popular world with a lot of worldbuilding and thought behind it does such wrong to so many people, fans and otherwise, that you cannot find any game in the series that does it right or well. It alienates a lot of people who might've been fans just because the majority white creators and fanbase don't give a shit, and I'm sick of it.
it's not enough to say "in the fallout in my head that racism doesn't happen," you actually have to put some things into PRACTICE. Allow space in your head, your games/show, your fan spaces for people of color! notice and say something when you see racism coming from media, yourself, and others!
Is anyone else here an old Taiwan pop fan? Because as much as I am loving and obsessing over Unknown, I am 100% relating to all the interviewers who are essentially looking at Chris and going "What do you mean you did a BL?" (But like specifically Da Ye getting 'mad' and pretending to puke every time Chris does fanservice 🤣🤣🤣)
Also, when I tell you Chris is relatively tame this time around in promotions...he's taking this older brother persona seriously. I'm hoping as promotions continue he gets a little more unhinged. Like The Iron Four promotion unhinged. Because you can see the suppressed glee in his eyes every time his friends have to be professional and ask him questions about the show and he gets to answer in a way that makes them want to hit him
as a little treat i am sharing with you little Aya doodles I've done over the last few days to unwind ww just little expressions based on lines in-game because those are always fun to draw. nothing too special just biscuit
it's Aya because upon doing bizarrely throughout playthroughs of the game for still unspecified project purposes I've gained a soft spot for her she's my daughter now my mental tier list on my favorite characters is so confusing right now
