Some things to know about motivation: 
You don't need to be fully motivated before taking action. 
Motivation helps, of course.
You can increase your motivation through thinking and beliefs. 
Bringing your values and your goals to mind can be a motivation boost.
You can increase your motivation through physical well-being, especially habits that improve your energy levels.
Action creates motivation. Don't wait for motivation! Take the first step, tiny step, and see the results. Let that motivate you.
Anything that improves sleep quality. Progressive muscle relaxation at night, reducing light exposure before bed or making your bedroom darker might improveenergy and motivation in the morning. 
Anything that removes external distractions at the right time. E.g. Headphones. 
Habits that reduce internal distractions or allow them to become less intrusive. E.g. Meditation.
