Well the poll ended in a tie so we’re doing a tiebreaker

And as a little concession ill give a little info about the two topics

The tie is between the Wanderer cookie arc and Shadow Milk and his muse-

Wanderer Cookie Arc- my au version of thr dark cacao kingdom arc, where dark cacao also gets the amnesia treatment. Idea is he left his kingdom years ago to try and find a way to break the curse on the sword his son got, but somewhere along the way got hit with the amnesia stick. The plot starts when dark choco, licorice, and poison mushroom decide to travel to the dark cacao kingdom (or what they believe is its remains) to attempt to rebuilt it, and in dark choco’s case make amends and seek forgiveness. Or punishment. He’s accepting of either outcome. Along the path they get caught in a blizzard and take refuge in cotton cookie’s village. That’s when they run into Wanderer cookie. And for the first time in decades dark choco finds out his father is alive. He doesn’t recognize him. Which dark choco can’t decide if this is worse or not.

Shadow Milk and his muse- the love hate relationship of the century. There’s a lot to unpack here and it’s still being developed but I am in the process of brainstorming a background fic. Anyways shadow milk before he fell was in love with a cookie named vanilla extract, a play write and a clever cookie in her own right. She was one of the only cookies that weren’t a fellow ancient that could match wits with the font of knowledge. When the beasts fell, she was trying desperately to help them, but it was no use. And shadow milk cookie killed her, seeing it as an act of mercy so she wouldn’t witness the destruction her friends and love would cause. And then cut to modern times dark enchantress wants to spite her ex and decides to make an artificial beast, and oh, those beasts mention an old friend of theirs on occasion, let’s use her as the base! And shadow milk haaaaaates it. So when melody extract cookie emerges they have a very love hate relationship. Like borderline comedic. They’re in love, they’re biting each other’s limbs off, they’re making out under the stars, they’re starting proxy wars with their minions. It’s a whole thing.

There is a chance to affect the AU below the cut, so do give a read!

Reginald heard the clatter of chains and removed his headset from his ears before he broke. He decided to mentally rewind everything- perhaps it would make any of this easier to digest once running it through again.

He knew from the start that something about these missions had been setting his Agent on edge lately; it was obvious from the fidgeting and the click of a lighter when he thought Reginald wasn't listening.

He just didn't think it would be this.

He saw the initial reaction his Agent had when confronting the latest of Zoraxis’ head lackeys. Visceral. As if he'd been shot. Hell, Reginald remembered winding back the feed just to see if he had been. For the Agent to lose cool like that on a mission… he hadn't seen anything like it since Phoenix's rookie years.

And then the fight happened.

It started verbally, mind, though Reginald initially could make no sense of what was being said. (Spanish was never his strongest language.) But the verbal barrage eventually gave way to fists and knives, bionic arms and TK. A usual sight in the field, save for two details.

One. Phoenix was holding back. That was the first major tip off for him that something wasn't right here. Phoenix, as a rule, never holds back against knocking out his opponent, lest they kill him. But he held back against this woman, who if he heard right, went by Mechanique.

Two. The other tip off was when he hesitated dealing the final blow, which ended up giving Mechanique enough time to trigger the cage. By that point he was concerned his agent was more than compromised- fear had gripped him as though death himself had taken hold of his soul.

But then it all clicked when Phoenix had started pleading with her. Calling her by name. Using a word he actually recognized.

Oriae. Hermana. Sister.

That enemy was his Agent's sister.

Crane found himself feeling a multitude of emotions; disbelief, anger, sadness, but most of all, determination. Phoenix had admittedly sat through and even sometimes aided in resolving a lot of his messy, less than professional relationships.

It was only fair he returned the favor.

With that in mind, he reached for the phone and made a call. Speaking of favors, he had one or two to call in.

Operation: Burned Ties would need them.

Reductive Audio #7 Spoilers

Uhh this is just a list of my favorite facts from the reductive audio

All d(a)emons are ambidextrous, and Ivan is left-handed, but the cool part is that Ivan became ambidextrous when Vega was controlling him (idk is that cool?? It's interesting for sure)

Brachium has only ever experienced vanilla extract through the memories of the dead.

Caelum on the other hand has made a "Vanilla Extract Tumblr Cake" (one of those polls where people "bake a cake" and it has too much vanilla extract voted for, i think) and it turned out horrible!

In Mario games, Elliot was forced to play as Luigi by Aaron, because of his at home nickname being "Ell/L" and Luigi starts with an L (you get the gist. It sounds the same)(Elliot wanted to be toad tho)(Aaron would play as Mario)

Gavin technically can and has pretended to read a book, he just has never actually committed to doing so

Lasko is scared of heights even though he knows that he could catch himself if he were to fall, so he thinks the fear is annoying

Damien peut parle français (Where did Damien learn french?? At home? School? As a hobby?)

Ash was taller than David, until David hit puberty and shot up (thus the big guy nickname came to be)(Seriously tho. So many boys would shoot up in like 3 months during summer break and be wayy tall when we'd get back to school and I was always amazed that someone could grow that tall that quick)

Oof T-T Sam was close with his Grandma Adeline (Adelene?), and when she passed he went back home to Mont Blanc to say goodbye to her grave (he snuck into the cemetery at night because he was a vampire by then)

Kody was gonna originally be involved with Closeknit, but then his character was taken in a different direction (makes lots of sense. He would be a closeknit guy)

Huxley was the fastest kid in his grade because he was obsessed with Bionicles (specifically pohatu with the mask of speed) (omg i forgot about bionicles until I looked them up again. I never did anything with them but I remember them)

Milo doesn't drink alcohol because he doesn't want to find out if he can get addicted to things as easily as his dad

Avior has HEARD of Gavin but never met him before

Aaron, when Elliot's powers first manifested, would imagine what it was like to be magical (He wanted to be a "Warder" and do force field stuff)

E'Laetum has a grudge against Vega because Vega was specifically built to be the opposite of Polaris (even tho the dude didn't have a say in his creation)

Quinn sounded like he was interested in turning Darlin' (but they never could figure out if he was serious or not)

Hush was supposed to originally be apart of one of Echo's "deals"

Porter's maker was a dude named Felix, who got executed because Felix seemed to really like creating progeny (as well as being horrible to them)

Alexis resents Porter for becoming William's favorite when he wants someone to go out and do whatever, because Alexis does more "collateral damage" than Porter
