"Ow ow OW!" Hakime hissed as she jerked her arm away from him, again. In an exhausting back and forth between the two after she got hurt, it was only Jafar who had known she was hurt. She had refused to go see a doctor, insisting it only needed to be bandaged. The vizier was trying to do so, but Hakime wasn't the most tolerant of pain and wiggled and writhed through the whole thing, making it much worse for both of them and definitely more painful for her.

"I can't HELP that you're wrapping it too tightly!" She whined as she relinquished her arm back to him. The sad truth was that it was obvious she was doing her best to sit still and get it over with, she was just so bad with her pain endurance every small touch made it near unbearable for her. She had tried to do it herself, but watching her struggle with wrapping up her own arm had been embarrassing for the both of them, surely. "J-just- Keep me distracted while you do it, please-"

Being whisked away by a dreamy man with no ill intent to live the better life... While it's wholly unrealistic, it is her experience. It's happened a handful of times from the universes she can see. Its disgusting.

How had things ended up like this? A chase had turned quite deadly over a bride in the process of being demolished, the two running across it until they were at the edge with no where left to run. A gust of wind had knocked the platform they were on loose, and now the two stood at either ends. If one moves, the other gets sent into the rapids below of this storming night.

Yes, either one of them could jump to safety. It was a gamble, but it was still a better option of taking a dive with your arch nemesis. They both knew this, and the words that came out of Ratigan's mouth were NOT the ones Basil had hoped to hear.

"N-now hold on, Ratigan-" He stammered, quickly looking around. He stepped forward to make the platform just a touch more shaky to make sure that rat wasn't going to leave him for dead just yet. "We can BOTH make it out of this, you know it. We just need to move towards the center at the same time and jump- It doesn't have to be this way."

The two had been enjoying their time outside the immediate walls of their home. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets was the best way for them not to be bothered by bullies or talked down to by adults! But Nasira hadn't been paying enough attention to the storm in the distance. And it felt like it was mere moments before it was upon them, the two swept up in the harrowing winds that stung their skin and blinded them from all directions.

When she heard her brother's voice, she immediately sprung towards it, wrapping her arms around him to shield his face from the winds with her clothing so he could breathe and not panic.

"أخ" [Brother!] She called out to him over the roaring winds. "Don't let go of me, I'm here! I'm right here!" She soothed him as she held him tightly, planting her feet firmly in the sand to not let either of them be swept away.
