I love how at the beginning of Chapter 11 The Razor Crest is falling out of the sky fast enough to be on fire and the control officer is just like "sir, can you pls slow down" as if he chose the "splat into the ground" method as his preferred landing choice

Also, the Mon Calamari who is just watching looking not at all concerned by the flaming object falling out of the sky as if this is a regular occurrence

So erm, Danny might’ve fallen through a portal. And might have no clue where he is right now. 

He fell into an alleyway! Right into a dumpster! Which isn’t the worst thing he’s fallen into but still. Ew. Well, Dad should be able to find him and bring him back home! …Right? 

He shakes out his itchy fur and scales, already impatient and bored in the single alley despite it only being a few minutes. What’s a realms hatchling to do but explore? Well, besides taking care of his shed, but it’s too dry where he is anyway. Maybe he’ll find a lake! 

Hm. He can’t understand what anyone is shouting or freaking out about. It’s like they’ve never seen a dragon or something, geeze! Oh well, he’s on his way to find water, he’s not built for the desert…

i put pokemon card mystery packs on my etsy just now. just a stack of bulk from my year of collecting pokemon cards. i'll be turning in a bunch of bulk to the card shops, but I thought wouldnt it be fun to make my own mystery packs? i always loved goodie bags, grab bags, blind bags, and gacha. its a thrill of opening something and getting something unexpected more than the items themselves.

Hi, surprisingly enough I am still alive. Ended up binge watching a show just before uni started and now I’m having major lego brainrot because it really be like that sometimes

Obviously you can pick out a BUNCH of the dragons as that Is an ongoing trope (dragons aging differently than humans, so they can look younger than they "actually are") (also while I did try to avoid including them to make them more comparable to Nino, I think Flayn can fit in either category for the purposes of The Context -- esp cause her dragon blood is meant to be secret)

Not only do we have Heroes skewing younger (a lot fitting into another trope of What If There Was A Baby Sister) we also have Baby Banner. Where the whole point is they are baby.

LIKE....... maybe I'm speaking way too soon and maybe the whole point IS this will backfire LMFAO, but it IS absurd to be presented with her art (which, def still looks youthful!) and having her say yeah I can pass as a kidnapped child. Which COULD be true! But also what do you mean no one is going to know you're a part of the Heroes. Why is no one fighting her on this. Not even including the dragons there are like a handful of Heroes who fit into her exact vibe. Some even MORE baby than her.

it's really been a long time since i've seen positivity about voting in local elections on here. which is quite demoralising

seeing ppl talk about an election as if it's all about the president or national politics makes me not want to vote, bc my vote for president absolutely cannot matter*

bc i do want to vote in local elections! im glad alsobrooks beat trone and i want her to beat hogan, i want school board members who are vocally against "parent choice" and cops in schools. i want state senators who will oppose highway construction and direct more funding to meaningful public services. i want politicians to be meaningfully held to account.

and i don't want to have a president who presided over a genocide.†

*i live in maryland. if you think a republican will win here you're way more of a doomer than i could ever be.
