It's the juicer story to tell after all.#It is still possible that he did love her! But I think that story undercuts the relationship he also had with WCZ.#Yall ever think about how JC and WWX parallel their fathers? How Wei Changze also left the Jiang Leader's side? I do.#Unlike JC though It is far more hilarious and plausible to imagine JFM begging to be CSSR and WCZ's third. You know he would.#My wild headcanon is that JFM and YZY are in a mlm and wlw arranged marriage situation. Deeply unhappy as partners. My 19th century sea chest search has finally concluded, my holy grail of antiques obtained!
My mum found this in New Bedford. It has everything I could’ve wanted. Beautiful original beckets and extremely sweet carvings. Historical Butt Print on the lid and the inevitable warping from having been used as a seat for a while. Intact till inside. Really lovely patina. And a subtle repair that tells me that this was also loved by another generation.
It can’t come live with me til April but oooo I can’t wait to get to know him. Can’t wait to welcome this fellow.

despite being more often than not a "rules as written" fan over "rule of cool", i really do love me a good "rules be damned, i'll give you this awesome moment" call. like matt giving fcg the otohan kill despite what her hp was at or brennan giving cerrit an extra mage slayer reaction attack at the end of calamity. honestly, if anything, i think the fact they mostly play by the book makes these moments even better because it really has that extra weight towards those decisions to put the rules aside.
