If lady sneasler went back home with Ingo i think eventually she would want to try battling with him. I mean it looks fun, everyone tells her it's a good bonding moment for both trainer and Pokémon and it's a golden opportunity to show off, why not? Who's going to stop her, the pearl clan?
Ingo takes a bit of convincing, out of respect for both her and the traditions of the pearl clan, but he relents eventually. He can't deny he's been wanting to do this as well. After a bit of training they have the time of their life destroying people's (read: Emmet, the elite four, other Frontier Brains and generally just other strong trainers (sorry i didn't include Elesa. I love her very much but she is not on their level methinks 😔. Id love to be proven wrong tho)) teams, with a mix of Ingo's old and new team and her as the ace for once in unregulated matches. (Turns out, noble Pokémon naturally have insane stats and therefore cannot partecipate in league matches or official battles. Ingo has to nerf sneasler/the rest of his team or use less Pokémon as a result, but he loves the challenge. He's thrilled when people defeat him.)
(Emmet takes this as a challenge. As long as his Pokémon are on board, he's building his way up to defeating Ingo when they're not holding back. He gets scarily close every time.)
I ran out of space in the tags but blankshippers dni pls. Let's stay in our respective lanes and not interact
#ive been feeling good today!!! good enough to think this up :)#also who else thinks ingo would get some kind of certification for lady sneasler to show that while she might live with him#and be in his pokeball and his team occasionally she is still not his pokemon. kinda like meowth from team rocket#shes there because she wants to beyond just being his Pokémon. do you understand me#anyway yeah there has to be some kind of certification for sorta emancipated (?) Pokémon. do you mean to tell me#that pokemon who have been proven to be more intelligent than humans sometimes are not allowed to just partecipate in society#with their own pokeball in their own hands. paws. whatever#maintagging this feel free to tell me ideas about this. do not send me angst i will explode <3 (serious)#subway boss ingo#warden ingo#ingo and emmet#ingo#emmet#subway boss emmet#lady sneasler#sneasler#btw yeah my headcanon is she absolutely does come back with him shes not losing the only people who actually treat her like a normal person#she might love throwing her title around but damn she'd love if they stopped walking on eggshells around her#she ran put of patience when she met ingo basically lmao#yes this is based on that one post where they say this exact thing. i really like that post#don't know if i should tag elesa or anyone else. there is something going on with her i know it in my soul but idk what it is.#shes very excited about this whole thing whether or not she can safely fight sneasler though. yeah sure ill tag her why not#also once more headcanon time i think pokemon from hisui need to go through training to not absolutely maul modern day pokemon#not because theyre stronger or anything. a modern pokemon could absolutely maul you to death. its just that theyre more used to#self restraint for the human's sake. and therefore would not fight as viciously and may get hurt#Ingo already kinda did this in hisui (and still kicked everyones ass. man they may have been getting better but they were still mostly bad#at battling. he could trust that theyd get even better tho)#anyway but yeah he has to do it again with sneasler and the alphas.#theyre too used to having to kick ass or die and theyre also Stupidly Strong#submas

HELLO HI
God I love the Submas fandom, all of you are so nice <3
In any case, I have a silly Au for y'all to munch on.
Allow me to introduce you all to Covalent Twins :]
Tumblr media
Covalent
Adjective
- Relating to or denoting chemical bonds formed by the sharing of electrons between atoms.
Or in this case, the sharing of Emmet between 2 Ingos from different timelines NSNDNNDDD.
This Au is essentially the answer to the question: "doesn't being sent to the distant past inherently mean you are also now long dead in the future you just left?"
The answer is yes and no btw
The explanation for this involves a lot of time nonsense that I'm very bad at explaining but the Tldr is basically this:
When Ingo gets sent to the past, this creates a connection between the past and the future. This makes time get all fucky and split into two separate timelines (Timeline A and Timeline B)
Timeline A:
Time in this timeline runs parallel to the future as long as Ingo stays within it (essentially, if Ingo stays in the past for 2 years, then 2 years pass in the present).
Due to this connection, Akari (aka Dawn) gets sent to this timeline (But not Timeline B) and the game events of PLA play out (+ a lot more Ingo bonding because uncle Ingo supremacy)
Akari manages to get her and Ingo sent back home with the power of Arceus, causing both timelines to merge back together again into one cohesive line with only the events of Timeline B being remembered by history.
Ingo and Emmet get their happy ending.
This Ingo got sent to Hisui when he was 29, stayed there for 2 years, and went home when he was 31.
And Timeline B:
This timeline was created as a cannon fodder timeline so Akari and Ingo can keep doing time shenanigans in Timeline A without disturbing the space time continuum even more.
This timeline is therefore not connected to the future the same way Timeline A is.
The Ingo of this timeline (Nicknamed "War" or "Warden" for simplicity.) lives through the PLA game events but with Rei taking the place of Akari.
War doesn't bond with him the same way Ingo does with Akari because Rei isn't a faller.
The events of the game are the exact same (minus the Arc phone, Rei taking the place of Akari, and catching Arceus).
Despite Rei calming the nobles and catching Palkia and Dialga, he is still not the chosen hero. Warden is unable to go home or regain his memories.
Warden lives in Hisui and serves as a warden for the Pearl Clan for a total of 7 years before dying alongside his partner pokemon, Gliscor (nicknamed Nimbasa), while protecting Lady Sneasler from a Zoroark attack at the age of 36.
Warden drifts as a ghost for many years, with only Nimbasa the Gliscor as company. He watches his friends grow old, and eventually die. They pass on to the afterlife, but Warden stays on earth, wandering the Alabaster Icelands and Mount Coronet, searching for people from a life he can't remember even in death.
Warden watches as Hisui changes into Sinnoh. Jubilife Village becomes Jubilife City. Pokemon species die out and new ones are born.
As the world slowly becomes more and more familiar, the great Sinnohs, Palkia and Dialga, take pity on the lost warden, and decide together to lead him home.
It may take 150 years, and many miles of travel, but Warden is pulled by an unknown force towards the Unova region. Though he is unable to touch anything or speak to anyone, it's all so painfully familiar.
He is pulled towards Nimbasa city, (ah! That's where he got the name from!) and eventually to an apartment.
There, he is greeted by a young girl, barely 17. A man in black, who looks exactly like him, give or take a few years and a few scars.
And a smiling man in white. The man he has been searching for for over 150 years...
And they're staring at him, truly staring at him, not through him.
Why is the man in white crying?
*evil laughter.mp3*
So yeah! The twins have an older brother now :D
I mean he's dead and also Ingo just 5 years older and from a different timeline but still!!!
If you've made it this far I believe you deserve a gold star ⭐ and also some art for your troubles.
So here's War and Nimbasa ↓
Tumblr media
And some fluffy interaction between War and Emmet as a bandaid.

If you guys have any questions regarding how this Au works, or are interested in seeing more of it, don't hesitate to shoot me an ask :D
I hope I enjoyed reading about my silly Au, even if it was a bit long lol.
*fades back into the void of Submas fics.*

At what point do the depot agents realize that there was two of them the whole time?
Thank you for the ask, anon! <3
It's definitely gradual, not so much a realization as a suspicion that grows as the evidence piles on, especially after Emmet's promotion to Subway Boss.
The obvious thing is that no human can possibly be in two places at a time, and Emmet, by all accounts, is definitely human. Eccentric, but that means little in the pokemon world, and lobbing a pokeball at people is just plain rude. Before the Battle Subway, the depot agents that had been his coworkers at a time only thought he had an eerie ability to make his way through the subway very quickly, with that limb swinging fast walk of his. He's pretty tall too, that helps. But talking to each makes it clear that occasionally the timing of Emmet sightings are way too close together and distance way too far apart.
And then Emmet becomes the Boss, and the discrepancies become too numerous. The Singles line and the Doubles line have overlapping schedules, Emmet's ability to run both seemingly by himself should be an impossibility. The white coat and the black coat. There's definitely no time to run to the changing rooms between challengers, and Emmet never seems to be carrying an extra coat around. He also apparently doesn't wear the black coat outside of the Singles line. And then the wildly different personalities and scripts. (Emmet and Ingo are making a point to not try hard to act like each other. They know their depot agents are trying to piece the puzzle together. It's verrry entertaining to watch them run their brains around in circles like a torchic with its head cut off.)
The idea that the person running the Singles line is someone else entirely does come up many times, but the depot agents just can not find the conclusive evidence no matter where they look, and the thought becomes odd when they really think about it. Because whoever it is, they look exactly like Emmet. 100%, no differences save for facial expressions. Even if Emmet somehow found a body double to work the other line for him, there's no way he'd be able to find someone who looks that similar to him. And whenever they go looking through the employee files, they can't find anyone in the files unaccounted for amongst them. The employment file for another Subway Boss doesn't seem to exist.
Unless it's stored inside Boss Emmet's office. And nobody is willing to risk their life invading Emmet's privacy. They can't stomach the idea of betraying Emmet and bearing his wrath. (Which is all fine anyway, because the file does not, in fact, exist at all. And at this point, the agents become convinced that Emmet really is fucking with them hard. Emmet's occasional sly smiles are not a coincidence, the smug bastard.)
And then, one day, a depot agent that works on the Singles line finally notices an interesting oddity when making an end of shift sweep through of the train at night. In the 21st car, there is a floor paneling that is just slightly out of place, located precisely where the Boss stands when facing challengers. When investigating, they find that it dislodges down and to the side, underneath another paneling, and what's underneath is inexplicable. A layering of highly conductive metal connected to a switch and a high voltage battery.
The agent reveals the find to the others and they cross reference together. The agents working the Doubles and Multi line confirm that no such hidden contraption exists on those lines, and likewise the 21st car of the Singles line is the only car to have it.
They have no idea what is means, but it's the only hint they've ever gotten that the person running the Singles line is not even run by a human at all.
(Chandelure, silly girl, didn't double check to make sure she hid it away completely.)
Oh, right, btw. Jackie knows. :)

The minute I saw the characters' refs (which are all fantastic btw and holy hell does Mint take after Melli- ancestoral whiplash), all I can think is that Blaze is going to be hella distracted by the Hisuian Growelithe. Like, I just imagine he's trying to battle Akari and Ingo, but he keeps trailing off and staring at the Growelithes nearby because he wants to pet them so bad, they're good little fire puppers. His Houndoom is basically rolling his eyes at this point and fighting on his own because he knows his trainer will be too distracted by that need to pet the fire puppies. Yes, Blaze is one of the villains and a dick, but being a dog person is completely relatable ignoring my username. Hisiuan Growelithe would fit the aesthetic he has going with some of his other pokemon, not the least of which Hisuiuan Arcanine.
Omfg, yes, Akari and Ingo are going to be very confused for a few seconds until Mint opens their mouth.
So Blaze is a bad guy for now, but he does genuinely love and care for his pokemon. And he Adores dog pokemon! The moment he saw a Hisuian Growlithe he was in love. They look so fluffy and friend shaped!
He’s very good at keeping his cool, hiding his emotions and staying professional when working a job, but like… puppies. It’s Super Effective!
He’d go from the intimidating and competent threat Ingo and Akari have been running from, to visibly vibrating with the need to roll in the grass with the doggos the moment he sees the Growlithes. Even the giant intimidating Arcanine are so cute to him.
Houndoom is aware of her trainers love of puppies and does not mind it. Blaze got Lycanroc as a puppy Rockruff and she was the best caring big sister to him. And he and his houndoom have been together since he was like 10 so she’s experienced enough to be able to act on her own when necessary.
Also, enjoy this Beautiful art from @zhenniii depicting Blaze the day he adopted his Rockruff 😌

Tiso has one point on Markoth, when it comes to fighting Alphas: he has a weapon. A weapon built for blocking. It is not a very big point, but it is a point.
(And people very capable of backing him up with Pokemon.)
Also, for your interests, a possibility: Markoth does not throw hands with Kamado for exiling a child, because he is with said child. Tiso throws hands for the child he has never met. Because he seems like the kind of guy who would hear about a kid in danger and immediately throw hands. The rest of team fight god is systematically dismantling his reputation (because Emmet refuses to let kids witness murder).
Yes indulge me in the brainrot mooore
Just ugh yes such a good point - because Markoth’s weapons are entirely magic based and that was deliberately sealed off by Arceus (Kamado is quick to suspect kids nevermind a guy with weapons, so it was a safety reason) but Tiso has a physical shield which is so useful for team fight god (love that nickname for them btw lmao). Since team fight god are considerably in the wild spying on the clans and team but always missing the trio (and ingo) - they need all the little help surviving attack which shields are great for. Plus, all three are extremely good pokemon trainers (I won’t even tolerate Hop slander - he got to the semifinals and lost to the protag - he is skilled)
Also for the exile point just - imma ramble I gotta.
So I’ve been brainrotting the banishment arc, and in A Moth In Hisui Markoth gets normally exiled - but here it’s just Dawn and Odessa that were originally going to be exiled. Imma draw it but - basically Markoth earned respect rather than fear compared to these strangely extremely skilled teenagers (Dawn is the Sinnoh Champion, Odessa is the Galarian Champion) and so Kamado is highly sus of them. How can two teenagers be so skilled with this and unafraid of pokemon?
BUT
Markoth ain’t gonna fucking take that and willingly banishes himself with the two kids because ‘no fuck you, you can’t banish kids into a place you deem dangerous, even if they’re skilled, you’re willingly pushing them into a place you think will hurt them’. Whilst the Kamado boss fight is dealt with either Odessa or Dawn - Markoth gets that Dadkoth moment. I have to draw it god-
To swing it back around to Tiso, just, yes. Just yes: multiple times has Tiso been thiiis close to yeeting someone off a cliff especially with Hop and Barry being the kids closest to him to protect™️ He’s the guy who pretends he doesn’t care that much but you know he’s glaring down whatever just threatened the kids he happens to be looking after at any point. And I just like the image of him just hearing from the trio when they find each other eventually, that oh yeah Kamado banished the girls and he’s just Ò_Ó at him, whilst Emmet is internally going oh no not again- I just think Tiso should have that throw hand instinct with whoever messes with kids (i’m predictable I know)
Hell, maybe they finally find the trio after they confront Kamado, team fight god upset and mad that he just exiled Dawn and Odessa. Maybe they catch Tiso about to throw hands with Kamado and getting to be relieved that oh hey, Markoth! But also that Markoth was with these teens that got yeeted out. Idk, figuring it all out. Basically Tiso doesn’t like Kamado for a good long while dkdkdkejdkd
Team fight god employing their nicer world views to stop Tiso from throwing hands with everything (to be fair on Tiso, Hollow Knight is not a kind world, so the defense mechanism makes sense). The boys all gotta bond with each other and I just think Tiso showing that protective side is cute and endearing and fun to write. Even towards Emmet too. Tiso’s just really bad at admitting he cares.

Some Legendverse PLA thoughts ( a lot of it is based on discord talks)
The Clans have more agency than they do in the games. They don't require the Galaxy's Teams help all the time, nor do they have the Galaxy Team make all the calling shots. The three operations are all equals here, or (if anything), The Diamond and Pearl clan have more power due to Hisui being their home and as their home, they know more shit about it than the Galaxy Team ever has. Yes they will use this knowledge against them if needed.
No more of the whole " your tradition makes you wrong" approach. Melli has a right to be more faithful in his tradition than what the Galaxy Team has to say.
Also! If we really want to make the frenzied nobles more of a threat to both people and pokemon, make it clear. Maybe the energy that they were hit with is too much, even for them. Some lose themselves to the frenzy, like how Lord Kleavor did, hurting people and pokemon. In the case of Lord Avalugg, he still did nothing to harm people, but the energy that was stirring inside ended up hurting him. He was getting sick. He was dying. The only reason the player/Sakura had to fight him was because he was at a point where he couldn't hold back that energy anymore( Also! This would have been a good place to introduce Lady Zoroark and Michi. Lady Zoroark may know that Lord Avalugg is not well, making Michi involve herself into the plot more).
I want someone else to coin the name Sinnoh for Hisui. Yeah, I know Kamado doing it is him 1) actually believing the culture of the diamond and pearl clan and 2) an act of redemption? I guess? But as someone who likes Kamado's character ( not what he represents), he shouldn't be the one who remained Hisui. I think Adaman and Irida should have.
CHARACTERS ACTUALLY TALKING TO EACH OTHER. Like the lack of character interaction is baffling.
Okay some character stuff:
Adaman is the leader of the Diamond Clan by name. If you were to ask the Clan who they would listen to, however, it's Mai.
I think Adaman's willingness to stray a little bit from his clan's traditions to find more solutions may weaken their opinion of him. Or keep their view of him the same as the Clans " Brother" rather than " Leader". Again, Mai is often favored when it comes to leadership and making decisions. Does this hurt him? Oh yes definitely. But he tries to hold a " whatever happens, happens" front, possibly to ease tension.
Adaman is an excellent leader btw. His ideas and ways of thinking are really good. It's just that almost no one in his Clan can see past " Big/Little Brother Adaman".
Irida's situation is the opposite. She values and sticks to her clans traditions, which is not a bad thing, but it then becomes her clan expecting her to continue these traditions, regardless of her emotional input. This is what caused the rift between her and Palina- an act of betrayal between sisters.
Irida is known to put the Clan before herself ( again, not a bad thing), but I feel like she also learns to let go a little. Be a little selfish. Embrace ideas that don't exactly fit with her culture and traditions.
As for Adaman, his arc is a bit more rough. He does, eventually, get tired of being belittled by his Clan ( I don't think it's intentional, they all love him, but he's still a leader and he wants to be treated as such), so he, in a way, tries to act more like how Irida did during the beginning of the game. It doesn't go over well, since his Clan members act more like family than anything. To put a distance between that weakens morale. Adaman does get his chance to vent, and the two sides reach a better understanding!
I don't want Ingo to have that much of a big role in pla, but more than what he was given in the base game.
He mostly spends his time with either Michi, helping with their search and rescue ( some more hopeful than others) and in Jubilife Village. Oh and the general pearl clan. AND with Melli I want them to be friends.
Because of this, I want him to learn different perspectives. Talk to different people, get to know them, learn what they think about the different events that goes on in Hisui. I think he would very much enjoy learning about the Pearl Clan's traditions, even if some don't exactly trust him.
He does act like an uncle to others. It's in his blood/j.
Even if Ingo isn't talking he's listening. I think he's really good at that.
He has to hold back Michi from going for Kamado's neck ( he's pissed too, but he rather not have bloodshed)
.....I think Cyllene should have become in charge of the Galaxy Team after the main plot. I don't want an " everything goes back to normal" stuff with Kamado, even if he apologizes and understands what he did was wrong. It's just not right, to me, tohim go back to a position of power. One which he clearly abused when he was feeling paranoid. So yeah, I think Cyllene is probably the new head of the Galaxy team. She's still in charge of the Survey Corps of course. That's her true passion.
Idk what would happen to Kamado. Maybe he quits the Team and learns to cook and make tea with Beni and Zero idk.
There's so much more I could say but this is getting long/ I'm getting lazy hgvhvgvgvcg.

That would be so haaaard!!! The pain the struggle but yeah i feel they will try their best ingo will teach them also the meat i was like is thag pokemon meat?!?!? Are they eatting bunneary or magikarps?!?! Hahahaha 😂😂
Also if irida is upset imagin gaeric and calaba jajajaj next day Akari wont be in the snow is Ingo the one we will find hahahah poor man
Btw forgot to mention i loved the detail of the drawing during the reading it give it a nice touch 💯👌🏼👀💖💕
Continuation of this post
In the Papa Ingo AU Ingo would absolutely try his best to teach the kids to forage!! And yes, it might be hard to get, well, meat; some of the kids had never had to catch and prepare meat dishes. Of course it would be hard for some of them and it would be sad :( but you’d have to do what you must in order to survive!! Sorry buneary and magikarp!
AND HA did Calaba and Gaeric run him out of the mess hall for keeping Akari around? Next day they’d find Ingo’s legs sticking out of a snowdrift from where they tossed him out, for bringing a guest with him to an already-tight dinner.
And thank you!!! I’m so glad you liked the drawings!! I appreciate people like that I’m adding illustrations! It does slow down my ability to post chapters a little bit, so I appreciate people still like them :)

Want a P:LA fanfic idea to play with maybe? *Puts up one for grabs*
I've loved Pokemon pretty much its entire history (Blue to Violet whoo!) and despite the issues I might have with the more recent games death glares BDSP in particular and their 'one game every year' crunch hell schedule, Legends Arceus got me all sorts of fired up with tons of fanfic ideas I couldn't wait to write down!
...Sadly my 'writing a coherent narrative' speed is something under 3000 words per fic a year so I figured I might as well share some of these ideas in the hopes that even if it takes me seven years to finish a chapter in my own time, someone else might be able to care for these little plot bunnies in the meantime.
So Fic Idea #1: Hisui gets Yeeted into the future.
Premise is simple: Canon divergence results in Akari/Rei being unable to stop Primal Dialga and Palkia from breaking reality and Arceus ends up activating Their last resort plan to protect reality which in the process of stopping a space time collapse ends up moving the entire region of Hisui to Unova's oceans in the modern age.
The Devilish Details I chose to focus on:
Most of my focus for this premise was on five key ideas.
1) Why did Volo think sending Palkia and Dialga into a frenzy would get him the power of the god llama? 2) If Arceus IS benevolent why does it not intervene personally? 3) What would a 'bad end' resulting from Dialga and Palkia's fighting look like? You know, aside from everyone being dead? 4) How do I avoid the near omnipresent 'Ingo and/or player character is torn between two worlds' angst in a story without trivializing their connections with either? 5) (Most important clearly) How do I get Adaman and Irida into those cute modern outfits I keep seeing them wear in fanart while still having them being them?!
For my own version of the fic all these are pretty simple. 1) Volo and Giratina think if they can get Arceus to physically manifest then Giratina can steal enough of Arceus's power that they can recreate reality together (Volo is the one who mainly wants that btw. Giratina just wants freedom and to help their new friend achieve his dreams). 2) Volo and Giratina are horribly wrong about what will happen if they try this and Arceus, compassionate eldritch entity that It is, would rather those two do not get 'Necrozma'd' and doom an entire reality's worth of life in the process, so It choses proxies in the form of those already pulled out of their natural space and time most by Giratina's actions to act in its stead. (Note: There are actually many realities where the PLA plotline is being carried out 'successfully' with this same Arceus watching over them but well, this story is specifically follows the world where shit went wrong and Arceus has to intervene so welp. Sorry this specific Volo and Giratina). 3) Most variable but in my imagination: Probably starts with smaller space time rips, then everything getting progressively darker and heavier, Pokemon getting more and more panicked, more panicking/aggressive Pokemon and people getting yoinked into the collapsing Hisui space/time (fallers can fall from anywhere and land on places on the way here but this would be where the 'down' destination is), absolute chaos as people and pokemon fight for their lives even as bits of environment are just glitching/breaking down into bits, then the GRAVITY hits and every creature is slammed to the ground as around them trees and buildings start straining and snapping from the weight, all light just dies maybe still an eerie red 'outline' to barely see anything?, people and pokemon blacking out probably fully convinced they're all going to be crushed to death, and then-! 4 and 5) Pretty much all the standard PLA fanfic conflicts have been thrown out the window and replaced with new ones: Hisui kinda just went through the apocalypse, some parts of Unova may have gotten hit by a title wave caused from the sudden dumping of an entire landmass right next to itself, and Ingo and Akari/Rei are gonna have give crash courses to everyone real quick and work their butts off being diplomats least Hisui gets overrun by criminal groups, poachers and companies who might want to take advantage of an entire region full of untapped natural resources, unknown pokemon, etc but hey! They can be with everyone they care about at once without having to get into shenanigans and everyone gets the delightful experience of seeing famous historical figures looking hot in modern cloths, learning the joys and horrors of modern media and going through the sheer WTF of seeing their own names and legacies up in a museum. Including the stuff they didn't get to 'live' due to, you know, being in an alternate world's future as a result of failing to avert the apocalypse without god's help and now in a position to try and avert the bad stuff like their noble Pokemon going extinct or so and so dying of something that in the modern era is easy to cure, etc. So that's the main gist. As for how I'm thinking of writing this premise (feel free to use these notes as well if you want btw): The End of the Beginning:
The canon divergence begins with Kamado overhearing Akari having a panic attack (around the Cobalt Coastlands point of the game) over potentially getting too hurt to 'work hard enough to avoid being banished' and him choosing to clarify a few days later that if she say, lost her legs to an alpha pokemon, Jubilife would still greatly value her skill with Pokemon much like they value Arezu for her haircutting skill, and that it is those who would lie or trick their way into the village without the will to aid others that get banished, not those who've shown their loyalty. (Aka Kamado's still paranoid and willing to resort to cruelty as in canon but not the 'for the evils' version I am getting slightly sick of some fics need him to be that way for their premise to work or to allude to real world colonisation stuffs etc and I get that but plz. More 'there's blood on your lies' and 'The Importances of History (class)' Kamado I beg of thee.) - Due to this 'kindness' she tries to interact with him more and ends up showing him the Arc Phone, talking about it's mission for her, how Ingo might've been from the same time period, etc, which leads to Kamado's paranoia shifting away from her and Ingo, and towards the Arc Phone and whatever it's attached to that dropped them in Hisui. -- As a result when the sky goes red Kamado doesn't try to pull the demonstration/questioning stuff he does pre-exiling in canon; instead he secretly has Akari and Ingo nabbed and locked up by Beni (he views them as patsies for 'the enemy' and decides that he can't let them roam free until this mess is resolved as they might unintentionally make things worse), claims to Adaman and Irida he'd already sent Akari off to investigate when they hold a meeting over what to do, and then as per canon charges up Mt Coronet with the Security Corps... Taking the Arc Phone with him.
Adaman and Irida of course are sus over not seeing Akari, and grow more so as they fail to find any of the lake guardians despite Volo and Cogita's help, and when they realize Ingo is also missing, but well. It's the end of the world and they don't have a clue what to actually do so they return to their settlements after promising to look out for each other's Wardens and that they'll come to each other's aid if the other calls them via Celestica Flute. (Insert 'Celestica Flutes can totally do that' headcanon reasoning so I can have weird small touching moment of 'They're alive!' during the 'climbing out of the rubble' parts)
Cylene is informed of Akari and Ingo being locked up by Kamado shortly before he heads off for Mt Coronet, and decides once he leaves to let them out of their cell, explaining both the Commander's reasoning (which Kamado might've already told them? IDK) and how without the Security Corps about Jubilife Village is extremely vulnerable should an attack come and she would request that Ingo and Akari please stay to help protect everyone. Since Akari and Ingo know bugger all about the 'mysterious pokemon sighted up on the mountain' or how to resolve the situation due to having been locked up for days and with Cogita currently too occupied trying to buy a nice scarf for herself and Enamorus to die in to inform them otherwise, they remain in Jubilife to protect it.
The various Wardens set about getting their nobles ready to protect the settlements they're closest to, ignoring the usual clan lines, with Mai, Arezu, Lian and Calaba in the Diamond Settlement (Melli gets a minor Big Damn Heroes moment arriving with Lord Electrode, escorting the Coronet Highland's Galaxy and Ginko Guild members in, right before everything starts going to hell), Gaeric and Sabi at the Pearl Settlement, and Palina and Iscan staying in the coastlands to try to help the Ginko Guild and Galaxy Team members there get to higher, safer ground.
End of the world stuff begins: Kamado's attack the dragons and promptly get stomped HARD (cue me rolling death saves for all the Security Corps members I have the names for). Enraged wild pokemon start getting beamed in from everywhere and each settlement finds themselves fighting for their lives: Pearl Settlement is doing reasonably ok due to being surrounded by ice and Lord Avalugg while Lord Bravary and Sabi's mons blast the few mons that get in away/unconscious, but both the Diamond Settlement and Jubilife Village are getting savaged, though not as much as they would've been if there hadn't been so many Wardens and nobles in the Diamond Settlement, and if Jubilife didn't have all of Akari and Ingo's many many pokemon (as well as Cogita's Enamorus and Vessa) there to fight for them. THEN the reality breaking stuff kicks in and the fighting gets exchanged for sheer environmental terror as GRAVITY kicks in: Beni is crushed in that cave Kamado ordered him to wait in (not sure about his mons since all other than his Sneasler can learn teleport and/or are ghosts, though I'd assume the Sneasler remains trapped in his pokeball), landslides are triggered up and down Mt Coronet, the ice caverns in the Bone Chill wastes collapse, buildings everywhere start creaking and breaking, any mon (or person) above water that can't breath underwater ends up drowning, pretty much everyone pokemon or human is slammed to the ground to struggle helplessly as the world grows more and more dark all as 'glitch like' implosions twist and tear apart sections of space time around them, and then as the gravity is getting to the point everyone is blacking out due to the sheer difficulty of breathing-
A light shines from the top of Mt Coronet; up on the mountain top itself most are either KOed, dead, dying or temp blinded by the sheer intensity of the light/dark up there but someone (leaning Kamado but Zisu getting some plot relevance appeals to me) sees someone somehow unaffected by the crushing gravity lunging towards the light, before passing out.
Arrival in the Modern day
First chapter of this would probably be done in a sort of media reel format showing implied captions and quotes from all sorts of media in the modern Pokemon world reacting to a new region sized landmass appearing out of nowhere: Lists of dead and missing people and pokemon with discussion on how many are due to the tsunami caused by the suddenly displaced tons of sea water, being washed out to sea (which being the pokemon world actually might be more survivable), or being telefraged into the new landmass itself. TV talk shows discussing where tf this landmass came from, how it arrived etc. Newspaper snippets, ongoing disaster reports, and all that jazz.
Will give the people of Hisui some breathing/recovery time via introducing my 'Ghost Storm' headcanon* as a thing in setting to keep anyone no from Hisui out of the place for roughly a week or so; can probably introduce the concept via a 'talk show' with guest stars Sabrina, Caitlin and Morty both to describe it in more 'metaphysical' detail and to allude to this particular one's unusual and deadly nature via Morty's ghost type psychic powers failing to get a read on the thing. *Said headcanon is basically: If enough death and powerful emotions occur in a short enough frame of time in a specific location, the local ghost population can explode and go completely feral, causing all sorts of horrifying effects depending on what sort of ghosts were formed (the storms depend on the strong emotions being felt and the local ghost population so currently Hisui is mostly being surrounded by a cyclone's worth of furious and in full 'defensively murderous' H!Zoroark...). Ghost swarms naturally fade over time anyway but in the modern age using emotion eating mons like Shuppet and tossing in lots of 'empty' Key Stones can usually be used to speed this process up though the Shuppet method has definitely been deemed NOT safe to attempt this time the Hisuian Ghost Storm has its own death toll at this point and is becoming somewhat infamous
After a bit of 'world reaction and reasoning' is established, will probably cut to Elesa and Emmet as ground view characters, talking about how nuts this is, how gyms everywhere are closed since there's tons of pressure for those in the League to be ready to fight if whatever is on the 'Mystery Island' turns out to be hostile, (though the ton of satelite pictures of the place at this point show that everything past the ghost storm looks like it's barely standing; holy shit that mountain sized Avalugg though). Talk ends, we jump to Emmet heading back home, doing 'slice of life as the world panics around you' stuff and then he texts his brother's Xtransver (grieving/coping habit) and stops wide eyed and frozen when he sees 'Message Sent' instead of the usual 'error, please try again' pop up on his screen.
Cut back to Hisui itself:
Those at the Pearl Settlement are better off than everywhere else but the Icelands are a mess: Sabi scouting with Lord Brivary spots tons of dead mons in the river, the cliff reaching up to Snowpoint temple has collapsed (the temple itself is somehow fine though?), and the ice fields -including newest the Galaxy Outpost- are completely buried by the avalanches Lord Avalugg defended them from. After making sure everyone is either well or attended to, Irida orders those of her clan not already busy to help her start digging pokemon out of the snow. There's some pushback at first but Irida refuses to leave so many pokemon to suffocate without at least trying to help and points out that any dead pokemon they dig up will provide invaluable materials and food to replace everthing that got destroyed during 'Sinnoh's Wrath'.
The Diamond Settlement is much rougher: Pretty much everyone is at least partially injured if not more so, and while the many, MANY 'dropped out of nowhere' attacking mon are currently still KOed while most of the humans are waking up, Adaman recognises that it won't be long before the fighting springs back unless he ends things now. However the thought of killing so many helpless Pokemon sickens him and doubtless there'd still be tons of frightened hostile mon elsewhere in the surrounding marshes, so pushing his discomfort over the concept behind, he asks the Galaxy and Ginko Guild types in the settlement for all the pokeballs they have before ordering his clan to start catching as many of the KOed foreign pokemon they can before they wake up. All the Wardens are taken aback but most reluctantly concede that such a drastic step might be needed; Melli being Melli doesn't and HMPHs his way back up to Mt Coronet to see how the pokemon up the mountain possibly those Galaxy idiots too are doing with Lord Electrode stablizing the terrain behind them (H!Electrode are based of japanese seedbombs so just kinda imagine seeds falling out as Lord Electrode rolls).
Jubilife is a mess. Ingo wakes to find Akari outright missing (which is odd because she was right next to him when the gravity hit), her mon somewhat directionless, and tons of Jubilife people who have no idea what to do. Deep worries and concerns aside, Ingo ends up doing mostly the same as Adaman minus the cultural angst though Jubilife as a whole doesn't really know him too well so there's a lot more push back until Cylene manages to pull herself out of the rubble of a house, tell everyone arguing against Ingo and trying to hurt the KOed pokemon that they're being idiots, and to follow the Warden's instructions before she ends up collapsing again. (Cogita and Enamorus somehow protected some of the shops from damage, and Vessa in Spiritomb form protected some of the Village children, who in turn are refusing to let her get caught and claiming her as friend much to her puzzlement)
Bit of lightheartedness I wasn't sure where to list here but: As the Settlements are repairing, Adaman decides he has to know now, grabs Mai's Celestica Flute and (very badly) plays the 'Clan Leader Meeting' call it's the only one he can play at all to see if anyone outside of the Diamond settlement made it. Cue Irida all the way over in the Pearl Settlement pausing in her digging to sigh in both exasperation and relief and (very beautifully) replying 'in a week'. Cue Adaman joyfully playing the same terrible note back, Irida replying again and then all of the Wardens -including Ingo- playing their own little 'we'll be there's to both clan leaders' weepy eyed joy/relief that everyone made it. (Akari's lack of joining in is noted, and Irida is concerned at Ingo's playing coming from Jubilife of all places but they're alive!)
Kamado wakes up on Mt Coronet to find his forces completely shattered; lots of dead or heavily injured with those awake weeping or quietly tending to each other or their pokemon... Numbly, he hears then staggers down the the temple to see Beni's pokemon 'arguing' over digging out the collapsed tunnel he told Beni to stay guarding (the Gardevoir keeps lunging for the dirt despite being too weak to move it psychically, the Galade is trying to haul her away from it and the Mismagus is wailing so yeah Kamado knows Beni's already dead and is getting a massive show into the 'humanity' of pokemon). He then just as numbly walks back into the temple, towards where the two 'Almighty Sinnoh' were to see that both have been turned to stone and that Akari, arms and legs burned gold (actual gold but also actual burns too), is by the foot of both 'statues' weeping and holding an egg that keeps shifting in colors between blue and pink/purple. ...And at this point I need to figure out how to give Kamado enough backstory parallels that when he pulls a sword and walks over to IDK murder Akari/the 'dual Sinnohs' egg and she pulls a 'defending it with her life' pose, he realizes he's become the 'village destroying Pokemon' of his nightmares and just kinda breaks, tossing his sword away 'Veilstone Myth' style and wailing as the chapter closes.
Got a few more ideas (the Clan leaders actions -especially Irida's- being why the Zoroark ghost swarm didn't kill those of Hisui as well as 'outsiders', first contact between Unova and Hisui, the Submas and 'Akari/her modern family' reunions, wtf happened to H!Volo and Giratina, what's going on with the immortal and chill Volo, and a bunch of other more miscellaneous things Wally!!!) but I'm apparently hitting the character limit so I think that's enough for now. Hope this blah was useful for you and good luck fellow PLA fanfic writers on all your endeavors <3

HELL YES: INGO FOR THE SPELLING GAME!!!
WOOOO [ty for always sending in asks for me btw!!!!]
I - Image - show us a picture of them that gives you a lot of feelings. if they aren’t a visual character, describe your mental image of them!
well, i technically have two in-game images of him that give me lots of feelings..
Tumblr media
this is the moment where i realized i very much had a thing for him. just.. the way his eyes sharpen and focus on you... he's very much in his element, and seeing ingo in his element is such a damn treat.
Tumblr media
this one is very good too!! it's the first time we ever see him smile, and it makes me feel very soft for him.
N - Nostalgia - what’s your f/o’s favorite memory?
UHHH...... considering he has amnesia.... i don't know..? tbf this question is kind of vague.. favorite memory related to me, or in general?? idk. but i feel like he would treasure what memories he currently has, and probably writes very notable things down in case he ever forgets them. i know that doesn't really answer the question, but.. with the vagueness of it, it's what i came up with. (;´д`)ゞ
G - Gush! talk about how much you love them 💜
AAAHH UMM OKAY-.. i just. i love his little smile. i love it when he does his cool pose and sprinkles train terminology into his dialogue. i love his passion for pokemon and battling, and how he uses it to connect with other people. he just feels like a very sincere and kind character and i love him for that?? he might not be able to express himself physically with emoting, but he puts his heart and soul into his words. you just Know he's honest. it would never occur to me to think that ingo might lie about anything because that seems so against his character, or how i perceive him. also, he's autistic and we're autistic buddies and we infodump to each other all the time. cyllene joins us sometimes and we are a very powerful autistic trio. literally unstoppable.
O - Online - what is your f/o’s social media presence like, or what would it be like if they had internet in their world/era?
i honestly don't know? i hadn't put much thought into this.. i think he'd be interested in watching competitive battling, or he would have like.. an asmr type of video that plays subway noises in the background to help his mind settle as he sleeps. VERY MUCH would pour hours into watching videos about trains with intense fascination. i think he'd like cute pokemon videos too. i don't see him using social media all that much ironically? it would tickle a few memories in his skull, but i think he isn't as socially online as emmet would be. emmet is a meme lord and ingo supports him and reblogs/retweets everything he's made.

About the ingo-Arceus roadtrip!
LOVE the idea of them sometimes ending up in the wrong timelines. Could you maybe give some instances of this?
FUCK i didn't answer you huh
Well it's not quite right to say they end up in a wrong timeline if they're doing it on purpose. The thing is Arceus is doing the equivalent of the sprint for your life that one does when they turn off all the lights in the middle of the night and have to go back to bed except the danger Is not an imaginary monster but the sheer incomprehensibility (to Ingo) of the not-place they are in, and they have to find the nearest safest planet/timeline/dimension possible once Ingo communicates that he can't take it anymore in the void between timelines. Cause yeah Arceus' presence is gonna help him a lot in not losing himself again or dying by reminding him of what's real and sorta anchoring him to himself and them but that's not going to last forever. So really, they may end up anywhere that has an atmosphere similiar enough to that of the world of Pokémon, drinkable water and food compatibile with a human body. Within those criteria, anything is possible :)
I haven't thought of any specific places yet, but i do have The Vibes. Think of somewhere like rainworld, in the beginning. Obviously not exactly like that otherwise it would be a crossover but i'm thinking of something like that. The closer he gets to his own timeline and dimension, the more similiar the world, most of the time.
He may also end up further in the past of a different timeline, say, if whatever happened 3000-2500 years ago in the canon universe didn't happen (it's hard to tell what it was but everything happened in those years. I think there might have been a recession if they were able to do the thing AZ did with the weapon and then thousands of years later they were still in the 1800s.), the timeline would already have gone somewhere completely different. What if Ingo visited somewhere like that?
Maybe a different dimension also, where humans didn't evolve to be humans, but another species became something similiar? (it would be a Pokémon obv.) Somewhere with a biosphere different enough to have a different species thrive.
Towards the end i was thinking he first meets the (ultra? Gotta refresh my knowledge of the timelines) Sun & Moon protagonist in one of the more faraway ultra wormholes, but can't go back with them because he doesn't have the equipment necessary to go inside of a wormhole without consequences for the amount of time needed to go back home. (Arceus and Ingo have been traveling via distortions and rifts and such. I'll get back to that in another ask probably). (Ultra probably) Sun & Moon protag can't go back to this particular world because. Well have you tried to get past 10000 light years with the ultra warp ride its hard af. They're way past that. I can't imagine how hard it would be in-universe, even with years of experience. Also there's so many different dimension to choose from, they might not find the right one, just one similiar enough to believe it's the one, if they go back and try to bring an additional suit fitted for him. Also there is a reason they know it's the right universe, Arceus can tell from a specific signature in the soul/aura of a person. It's kind of difficult to recognize among all the different universes and such but when in front of someone it's far easier to compare the two and see they they're the same signature. Ingo asks the child to bring back a few trinkets and foods he brought from other worlds, bring them to Emmet. He may not remember him completely yet, but he thinks he would like them (he would), and wants to know that he's almost back. (There's a specific event i thought of, that would shake some memories loose. But this post is already long enough. Ask me about it if you want to know please :))
The very last place he goes to before getting home is a city few hundred years forward from his time. People recognize him, which surprises him. He doesn't wait too long to leave, just a couple days or three (he usually stays more time in order to recover from void travel. [Well it's a void to him but to Arceus it makes far more sense]. He doesn't want to know the future, especially his future. That's why he leaves so soon (along with just being hella impatient by now lol). This will have consequences [not too bad tho. Just a minor setback :)]), when ideally with the amount of travel he did this time he should have stayed about a week. Historians everywhere are extremely dismayed, but they weren't going to gain much out of him either way and they suspected that anyway so.
Ingo does not always have a great time (see rainworld-type worlds), but that's something Arceus can help with. Most times.
There are many more worlds they visit, and the roadtrip lasts months, but this is all i can write for now. I'm tired af lol
As always extras in the tags because i cannot shut up
Well shit i guess this is the post i should have made later now. I'll make another one going in depth where i didn't go in this one when i get another ask lol
Grr i wish i could draw i have so many cool ideas. Maybe i'll ask my friend. Or someone. Hmm
Reblogs are very encouraged and appreciated :)

i’m not sure if you’ve done this before, but can i request ingo and emmet’s reaction (separately) to their s/o having a legendary/mythical pokémon? you can decide the pokémon they have btw!!
anyways their s/o is like “check out this funky guy i found the other day!! :)” and the twins are just like “..that’s god????”
tbh i’ve been thinking about this for a while because it sounds funny lol. anyways take your time with this request!!
just whip out celebi like "hey this floating onion just wanted to say hi :)"
▲Ingo▼
You were a small child out on a boring vacation with your parents when you first met the cat-like pokemon. It was a sweltering hot day on the small, unpopulated island. Your parents were happy to explore the scenic, untouched rocky beach terrain, but you weren't. You were sitting on the grass near the bright viridian dam of trees. Time passed slowly as you waited to return to the mainland. A sudden bright pink caught the corner of your eye. Rushing your head, you saw leaves shift and tempt you. Childlike curiosity took over, and you ran after the pink.
You ended up in a strange area with grass as taller than your body. The colour flew into the grass with its tail peeking out over the top. Chasing it around, eventually you caught it with a playful tackle. Bright azure eyes met yours, and it trilled gleefully at you. That was the day moment Mew became your friend and partner.
● Naturally, you don't exactly whip Mew out for just anyone. Many people want the pokemon and would do horrible things to obtain them. Your other team does most of the heavy lifting, but you'll let Mew out to play in more isolated places. They purred lightly as you scratched behind their eyes. It was a lazy afternoon in your new living arrangement with your boyfriend.
● Mew had yet to meet Ingo. It was hard to find the time to with how busy he had been lately, and you were attempting to gage whether he could be trusted with the knowledge of your dear friend's existence. The Subway Boss was someone you sensed no ill will from, and you knew the playful pokemon was getting curious about whom you came to live with. They floated around the living room, examining everything that belonged to Ingo with intrigue.
● What had gone unexpected was Ingo getting a minor injury to his leg that resulted in Emmet demanding he take off early as to not worsen the damage. He stopped outside the front door of his apartment. An unfamiliar pokemon's cry could be heard inside alongside you, demanding something to “put that down, right now!” Had you gotten a new pokemon today? Ingo unlocked the door.
● Inside was a horrifying sight of his beloved model train set levitating in the air with a pink aura shimmering around it. You were desperately trying to grab it, yet it was held just out of your reach. Lastly, the older twin noticed a giggling cat pokemon swishing its tail back and forth. It took precisely thirty seconds for him to realize what pokemon that was, “Love, is that a Mew?!” The train fell limply to the ground from sudden loudness. You about screamed.
● It was an awkward thing to tell your boyfriend that you didn't trust him to not steal your pokemon, but at least Ingo understood your concerns. There was still a bit of displeasure about it, however. He would never dream of doing such a thing. Mew flew around the Subway Boss excitedly, elated to meet your boyfriend finally. Ingo is just sitting there on a kitchen chair with his arms crossed, legs spread and deadpan expression while your mythical friend buzzed like a bee. You were tempted to take a picture.
● The twin eventually played with the cat pokemon a little, and Mew officially deemed him worthy to be with you by floating the conductor in the air for a moment. It took everything in his power not to scream; he doesn't like it even when his Chandelure does that. He returns safely to the ground. You let out a sigh of relief from a breath you didn't realize that you were holding. There was an uncertainty as to what you would do in the case Mew rejected him.
● He'll ultimately work to keep Mew safe alongside you. This unfortunately leads to him becoming a cat dad. Mew will knock something off a shelf, and he just sighs while scolding them like one might do a child. Sadly, your pink cat goes from a childhood friend to something akin to a kid for this reason. It would be sad if it wasn't obvious how much they clearly enjoy it (or annoying Ingo at the very least).
● Overall, he's impressed you managed to interest a pokemon believed by many to just be a myth passed along. When you explain how you met Mew, he kind of tilts his head with this hilarious confused expression. That was not at all much different from how he met his starter, Litwick. (He also momentarily feels like just met an equivalent for a sibling for you.)
▽Emmet△
You were a preteen when the victory pokemon first decided you were going to be its trainer. Your class had taken a trip to Liberty Island to experience some culture and history. Classmates quickly found themselves doing their own things in chatting and poking about to see what all they could get away with before a teacher scolded them. You, a bit of a loner going through a phase, leaned again the pewter brick of the lighthouse. The sun beat down scorchingly onto the small island you were trapped upon. A sudden loud noise coming from inside the structure had you jump away. What was that? You looked around wildly to see if a teacher or monitor was keeping an eye on you. With not a single one giving you any mind, you snuck inside the building.
The inside was decrepit and grimy, with a faint smell of ash hidden within the overwhelming scent of sea musk. A basement room at the end of the disgusting corridor is what truly caught your attention. Rushing down into it, there sat a rabbit like pokemon excited to greet you. You became a frighteningly unbeatable trainer seemingly overnight.
○ Just the same as Mew, Victini doesn't really get to be out the same as your other party members. Too many people want the poor thing, and nobody truly knew what others would do to get them. Still, the playful nature of them is allowed, so long as its in more private areas. They were chirping happily as you shook a wand around. Only a small amount of power was used to hit the toy, of course, Victini had no interest in killing their trainer.
○ Emmet had yet to be introduced to the victory pokemon. His schedule had been consumed by work as of late, and part of you was concerned he'd see your talents as a trainer as less from and more from Victini's supposed blessing to their trainer. Still, you could tell the pokemon was getting curious about who your home was shared with. They knew what you enjoyed, and they did not recall you having such strange clothing. A chirp came from the pokemon as they hit the toy once more.
○ Emmet had managed to finesse getting off early by leaving before his usual time. It was getting close to an anniversary for you both, and he had been wanting to surprise you. The precious desert he had gotten to share was stashed in a discreet white box. He approached the front door of your alarm but froze when an unknown pokemon cry rang out. Had you gotten a new partner today? The younger twin became ecstatic to meet them!
○ Throwing open the door, he was greeted to you aggressive attempting to smother something stick-like that had caught on fire. Emmet tilted his head. A panicking cream and carrot coloured pokemon waddled up to him and started pointing at you desperately. The Subway Boss proceeded to send out Archeops who put it out with a small rock slide. It was only then he realized what pokemon had greeted him, “Where did you get a Victini?!”
○ The embarrassment of having to tell your boyfriend you feared his judgement was offset by the relief that the fire being extinguished gave. He only giggled at the thought of him doubting your abilities as a trainer. Of course, he knew you were capable! Victini only further evidenced that, as he was quite certain they would only choose a strong trainer. They were extremely excited to meet the younger twin, too. Hopping, floating, and crying to get his attention to play with them. It was ridiculously adorable watching him play ball and tag with the little pokemon. You could almost forgive Victini for starting that fire.
○ They were quick friends. It was almost jealousy inducing how the conductor stole the victory pokemon's heart. You didn't know if you were more upset that your closest partner had chosen your boyfriend, or whether your boyfriend choosing Victini over you. In revenge, you took Elektross. You discovered the electric fish pokemon liked to wrap around you and squeeze, however. Emmet and Victini had to free you from its grasp. At least, Victini didn't decide to just disintegrate the poor Subway Boss after walking in the door.
○ Your secret is more than safe with him. No one will be hurting you or Victini should he and his team be nearby. He'll lovingly pet the rabbit pokemon's head and coo at them when they yell their cry at him. Emmet really loves how cute your partner was. He thinks they blend verrrrry well with you. A cute, strong duo that could beat even the most fearsome of opponents when together. It brought images of him and his brother into his mind. He wants to battle against you and Victini eventually.
○ He's thoroughly impressed by your rare friend and laughs about how you basically stumbled into them. Perhaps, Victini saw your potential when even you were unaware of it. His starter, Tynamo, chose him, too; he believes, at least. (Emmet is glad Victini likes him; he'd be upset if any of your pokemon disliked him, but even more so something as extraordinary as the mythical pokemon.)

I’m loving the modern au btw, but I had another question for the og version! How does Emmet react to Drayden having known this whole time? And what about the other Zoroark that he’s actually met? Like the depot agent and the mother of the feral child he tries to bribe (I don’t remember if the kid was a zorua too).
Actually, about the modern au, does Drayden still know?
Emmet is not happy about it, and when he learns that Drayden has known the truth for a long time, he snaps at him. Drayden just takes it, because he understands that Emmet has been through a lot and that he has every right to be angry right now... but eventually Emmet does apologize. He understands why Drayden wanted to leave it to Ingo, and he thinks he would be even angrier with him if he'd betrayed Ingo's trust like that and told him anyways.
The fact that there are more Zoroark around is a shock at first! He's surprised by how many there are, and how close they are... but maybe he shouldn't, since Ingo has always been good at taking care of his friends and family. And what are the other Zoroark but a family of their own?
as for the modern AU... Drayden is aware, but he and Ingo never had that moment where they came to a silent understanding with one another, so Ingo does not know that he knows. He's actually absent from Unova at the start of the AU- Iris is depressed that she lost her Champion position, so he left his gym in the care of another and decided to tour Alola with her. He returns as soon as word makes it there, however at that point Ingo's already disappeared.
It definitely makes for a nice moment later on down the line where maybe after being caught in an ambush or something and getting hurt, with his Pokemon on low HP, Ingo comes across Drayden. And at first Ingo is prepared to battle his way past him (why couldn't he have just stayed in Alola) but Drayden doesn't... send out any Pokemon. Then he... hugs him?
and it's just a moment of. oh. oh. and for the first time in a long while, Ingo relaxes.

Can I get something with a Yan!Volo and Yan!Adaman with a little bit of Soulmates/Soulmarks sprinkled in if you're willing? I love the troupe where you have your soulmate/s name written on your body. I am surprisingly weak for it. BTW, I love your work!
I put my own little soulmate au twist in this one
CW:yandere and obsessive Behavior unhealthy relationships.
I love Soulmates au that you because the tournament is so broad that you can do a lot of different things.
Volo/Adaman is absolutely relieving the thoughts that you two were destined to be together and you marks proved it. Look up his name mark in your skin calms him down. You are his. That is a reminder to him that you are his and nobody can take you away from him.
But hear me out what if the yandere doesn't have a name on their arm and instead you have the name of someone else's( let use Ingo as the punching bag)
Volo
Your name is somewhere on his body he just can't see it and surely the name on your arm is his right?
It took every last thread of self-control to not lose it when he saw a glimpse of ingo's name on your arm.
INGO?! The man who speaks in otter gibberish that he can't understand.... him a man who looks like he got mauled by a bunch of hungry Pokemon after getting up out of bed...What does Ingo have that he doesn't?!
Surely this must have been a mistake... Volo wants to kill that man.... but he holds off on his urge killing ingo because there are mental consequences of the other half if their soulmate has died. Volo burns with Envy as he watches man for stealing what is rightfully his, because he could not ever hurt a hair on your head.
Perhaps the help of a higher power can rewrite the red string of fate that attaches you and another man...
Adaman
He fears if he doesn't act soon you will realize that your soulmate is Ingo. Why oh Great Lord of Ticking Time why does it have to be somebody from Pearl Clan
Ingo cannot be touched it could start a war between the Pearl Clan. He must act quickly and logically
... kidnapping was his only decision. yes not as most populated decision but he was very impatient and time was not on his side. Especially because you acknowledged Ingo to be your soulmate
He is not aware of the consequences that come from keeping a soulmate from each other. For forcing his affection on to someone who is marked.
He fears for your health as you continue to grow weak... he can't help but kiss and touch you even though every action just makes you grow weaker... but don't worry he will take care of you till the end of time.

Hcs for Ingo and Emmet bc FRICK YES
Ingo is the cheery, energetic, bubbly boi but super polite while Emmet is chill and a bit melancholy at times
Emmet is the more naive of the duo tho
Whenever something really inappropriate or disturbing is visible (like p0rn or blankshipping ewww) Ingo covers Emmet's eyes like an overprotective mother
Ingo is very protective of his little brother... don't you DARE mess with Emmet
Or big bro Ingo is GON MESS U UP GOOD
Emmet is Ingo's biggest cheerleader... however in battle it's Ingo who supports Emmet while Emmet dishes out the attacks (this can be seen on a wiki I read and is noticable how in Masters Ingo's a support while Emmet's a Physical attacker if I ain't mistaken)
As stated in Masters, Emmet really does look up to his big bro
Emmet is really baybe
Ingo is a proper gentleman... he's not a snooty snoot, just has top tier manners
I'm not the first one to say this, but he's formal even when he doesn't have to be (I read that on an amino post)
Also I'm not the first one to state this, but Ingo is a loud boi... like he is
Ingo also keeps Emmet in line
Emmet is probably a bit mischievous lmbo
And I'm not the first to say this, but Emmet is a blunt dude and can lack tactfulness lmbo
Emmet is this guy that can vibe to chill things... probably
Ingo loves the taste of lemons lol
Emmet probably enjoys pranks
Ingo and Emmet know about the l3wd and creepy content people make of them, and they do their very best to avoid it.
Neither brother would um... make love to their girlfriend (if they had one) until they got to know them better and have a love connection with their sweetheart FIRST
Ingo probs dotes on Emmet tbh
Ingo would dote on his gf if he had one
Both Ingo and Emmet are always eager to battle folks! The main things on their minds are Pokemon battles and trains lol
Lemme link a cool amino post I found and read before I typed this lol... I hope I didn't steal no one's ideas, I want to believe I stated when an idea wasn't mine lol
Wow... the amino post was done by Statisky?! Geez no wonder its such high quality... btw give them a follow bc their art is AMAZE

Hi yes blazes group should be called team reaper bc of houndooms Pokédex entry of being mistaken for the grim reaper in the past (thedoomwhisperer) love the story btw
Ooo, there’s an idea! I like that!
So Blaze does not have a proper human team that he brings with him when he’s hired, having been working solo for the last couple years before this job. So the team of grunts that he leads and bosses around are the ones who are Team Flora’s personal security (including Mint) or lesser hired goons.
Blaze has a reputation of being covert, quick, and confidential. He also always brings back his targets alive and in relatively good shape, which is exactly what Belladonna wants for the rare and valuable Hisuian Pokemon. She also does not want Ingo and Akari dead, but instead put away by her corrupt police contacts, and if they vanish into the prison system well that’s just unfortunate 😌
So at first Blaze wouldn’t need a specific team name as he’s the main guy leading the grunts and directing the Field researchers on what to do to help.
But
As the weeks goes on and he still has very little to show for all the time and money Belladonna is giving him, she decided to be the petty bitch that she is and call in his old ex partner, Scald, to come in and assist.
And Scald, is an asshole.
He and Blaze got backstory and what started as a good working relationship, became a messy and toxic romantic relationship, and then crashed and burned in a big break up when Blaze got the fuck out of there and took Scalds Magmortar with him.
So Scald has a hired reputation of Getting Results no mater what it takes. Belladonna then dumps the responsibility of rangling the wild card she brought in onto Blaze. Because again, she’s petty like that.
Scald is the one that would cause a divide of the grunts so the ones who stick with Blaze continue to call themselves Team Reaper, while those who follow Scald will come up with a name related to his ace, Seismitoad.
Also, Scald is the mastermind behind the stealing the eggs plot and is the idiot who dropped the basket.

TSB Plays: Legends Arceus Part 18
Tumblr media
YEAH. LISTEN TO THE SUBWAY MAN, MELLI. THE POKEMON ARE ON SUPER CRACK PROVIDED BY A HORSE GOD.
Tumblr media
I want to bop Melli in the nose, go home, take a shower and have a nap, but you know I can never have what I want in this shit. So I guess I gotta square up against this shit.
Tumblr media
You know Ingo, This is possibly the safest I’ve felt since I’ve gotten here because you seem like the least insane adult I’ve met. Maybe because it’s that you’re a very familiar face to me or the fact I know you could rock anyone’s SHIT who tried anything. But I feel safe.
Tumblr media
.....Okay that’s still a little loopy because I always get lost in caves, but I trust you, My  Choo Choo Man.
Tumblr media
-softly- What a dream man. POV: The new internet sexy man takes you on a walk in the caves.
Tumblr media
No light, no problem; Lemme Just whip out my Flash TM......wait. Fuck.
Tumblr media
My Safety is in your hands, Mr. Sexy Man, I’ll make sure the Zubat’s don’t touch you.
Tumblr media
ONWARD, CHOOO CHOOO!!
Tumblr media
That was Emmet, Ingo. Your brother. Your Buddy. .....That guy who keeps like 90 different Joltik’s in his pockets at a time.
Tumblr media
Oh-No WAIT that was Chandlure. Your Chandlure always beat out MY chandalure. You had a really good Chandlure. Nice and sturdy with really bright lights.
Tumblr media
Well, actually, I’d guide us to our DEATHS as they are prone to do. But You know what, ANY WAY OUTTA DODGE is a WAY OUT.
Tumblr media
.....I’m going to refrain from making any kind of inappropriate joke due to my great respect for you.
Tumblr media
EMMET! YOUR BROTHER EMMET!
Tumblr media
He did like to win. He was big on that. Very Passionate about the win, but a good loser all the same. Granted he always fucking leveled my shit.
Tumblr media
But I like walking with you. Maybe we can go back to the start of the cave and do another walk?
Tumblr media
Oh Ingo.....Look when the Horse God sends us back home, you go first. And then we can go get some ice cream. I know a really good place in Sinnoh that does a great rootbeer float.
Tumblr media
So what’s Sneasler like? I like Sneasels, but they’re kinda hard to love and cuddle. They bite you and claw you and steal your bagel bites.
Tumblr media
Oh of course, Safety absolutely.
Tumblr media
CHOO CHOO!
Tumblr media
YEAH I KINDA DID. GUESS I CANT TRUST A BITCH WITH A SECRET IN THIS TOWN.
Tumblr media
That’s because Hisuii stopped being called that roughly 4 centuries ago when the first emperor renamed it after the god whose name was later revealed as Arceus.
Tumblr media
Which is a solid name, btw.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Cause you were one of the elite pokemon trainers in the country, you literally would give people a massive RUN for their money.
Tumblr media
CHOO CHOO!
