JUSTIFICATION:

"OK SO. HEAR ME OUT. (Major spoilers for Inscryption, esp. Act 3) Basically Po3 is a scrybe of cards that hijacks the videogame world he's in, becomes it's gamemaster and replaces the original scrybes with his uberbots (basically just his barebones ocs that kinda reflect the scrybes personalities, but its mosly just Po3 roleplaying). Curiously though, the uberbot he replaces himself with is named G0lly - a curious, optimistic and somewhat innocent female robot. Po3, despite putting G0lly there, says that she is his least favorite boss, saying 'something about her... innocence. It makes me queasy.'.A diffrent character then states that G0lly is 'such a strange character. Her curiosity is so pure... it's a shame that Po3 burries her so deep'. Anyway i think a bit of robotic gamer estrogen might have helped her in not spreading the nuclear launch codes ❤️

Random silly TF2 Modern Highschool AU HCs that I just wanted to throw out there for fun:

Even tho' Soldier and Demo look like they would be the ones to play shooters or battle royal games, they mostly play (and sometimes stream/make let's plays of) chill games together. Like Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, and Minecraft. Sometimes Sniper joins them when they play Stardew Valley 'cause a part of him misses that life back home.

Engineer and Medic would very much be weebs and will randomly do those magical girl poses together when they announce to the others that they've just finished their project or something. They also tend to do cosplaying with Spy and Pyro (sometimes Medic is able to drag Heavy into cosplaying as well).

Scout is very well versed in the world of dating sims. Ofc, he started playing these types of games at first to try and get better at picking up ladies, gents and enbys. But eventually, he played dating sims just for the fun of it (and sometimes these dating sims just have really good stories, alright? He definitely isn't crying to some of these games. Nope. Not at all).

Pyro has a huge following on Tiktok where they do different arts and crafts, edits, tips on baking (maybe they something similar to that chocolate guy), showing off their cosplay, and so on. Scout is often featured during art challenge videos.

The gang definitely have [irl] DnD nights together. Although Heavy isn't that huge into the roleplay and dice rolling and whatnot, he does think it's very satisfying to carefully paint the figurines and set up the maps that Pauling had planned for them to use for the night, and then watch the others get awestruck over the maps when they're shown.

Spy is the one that makes the cosplays for him and some of the others to use. Sometimes it takes longer than it should because Engineer and Medic can't sit still for the life of him, but he always comes around by the end when it's finished, feeling proud of himself for doing such an amazing job. He will not take compliments from the others however.

Sniper- along with Scout- is a huge Hatsune Miku fan. When he eventually visits back home to his parents, Sniper wants to figure out if he could get tickets to a Hatsune Miku concert at the same time. And maybe bring Scout with him as well.

Heavy and Medic often play co-op games together, especially of the puzzle kind. While Medic may overthink certain puzzles, Heavy will see the obvious and point it out. And when Heavy can't quite figure out what to do, Medic's there to brainstorm solutions with him and try it all out until it's solved.

Really just an asshole robot, what else would it be? Since it's pride though, robot is definitely asexual and very likely doesn't understand romance. Also I love the thought of P03 x Leshy divorce, it's silly to me so yeah. They're two old facebook men crying about their wives.

Very obviously P03 doesn't like Leshy, thinks of himself above all the other scrybes, and doesn't like Lonely Wizard or really anyone related to the other scrybes. The Great Transcendence is more important than you (in its eyes. It could care less if you're dead or whatever.)

Oh, you sweet naive human. You really just put on the thing he had shipped to your door? You didn't even recognize it, and you still put it on? If all humans are as stupid as you, he'll take over very quickly!

Now that you're here with him, he could put you in a jar like Goobert, put you in a card so he can play with you whenever he wants, the possibilities are endless. And as satisfying as it may seem to put you into a jar and shake it as violently as he wants, that could harm you and make you not trust him. So the best course of action is to give you a makeshift form. Of course, it doesn't look the most like you, but it's enough.

He makes your form out of scraps and unfortunately, beasts, to make you the most comfortable. Which obviously doesn't happen to work out as you're freaking out, but hey, he tried.

It's been about a week before that pest Luke shows up, having a key to your home of course. Luke Carder. The pest boots up your computer, interrupting P03's time with you, trying to get you to calm down and accept your new home.

P03 flashes onto the screen, an annoyed look on his face. "Get. Out. Of their home. You knew this was dangerous and you let this imbecile play my game?" His face flashes again, too bad you can't see it, it's a picture of you. "I know them better than you ever will. I have seen their intimate moments, and now... they're here with me, not with you anymore. Luke Carder."

Luke's face morphs into surprise, fear taking over quickly. His blood becomes much colder feeling than it was a moment ago. How did this NPC know his name?

He backs away, scrambling out of the chair and out of your home, not even locking it or closing the door in his haste to escape the stare from that lifeless computer holding you hostage.

Too bad he was your only hope.

P03 x a rogue bot reader that just randomly appeared one day? Maybe their design is similar to his, with a screen face and magnetically connected limbs. Probably just platonic headcanons about how he would go about interacting with them.

No one is a stranger to the unexplainable occurrences within Inscryption’s floppy disk but it’s usually not another npc spawning out of nowhere. 

At first P03 wasn’t thrilled at the idea of having you around but given the fact that you’re a bot like him means that you probably belong in his domain. 

There’s a shift when he starts to silently hang around you with the excuse of “I need something in this room.” 

Then he starts talking to you. Even if he seems standoffish he warmed up to your presence pretty easily. Since the two of you are built in a similar fashion you relate to each other which strengths the bond. 

In an old story I wrote about robots there was a part about how when two bots trusted each other they would repair one another, it was supposed to be an act of trust to let someone close to their sensitive systems. Now I imagine that with you and P03. 

If he fears that there’s something wrong with his programming he’ll go to you and if you need to be fixed he doesn’t hesitate to help out.

As a prank you detached one of your magnetically attached limbs and he almost blue screened from panic.

He teaches you his way of Inscryption and lets you make a bunch of custom cards which are all extremely op. 

You’re the only person he doesn’t mind losing against. In fact he’s really proud when you win because in his words “It shows how much of a great teacher I am.”

If you’re cheerful and energetic he’ll probably see you as a younger sibling (or the closest thing to it) 

If this is during act two or three it takes him a while to open up about him being turned into a stoat. As much as he tries to brush it off it really affected him. 

He prefers not to talk about it but if you ask about it he’ll answer any questions you may have honestly.
