*heavy breathing* you mean you want me to talk about my game? Lol idk if I’ve posted these ones but here’s some screenshots from testing. My pfp is of Haruma standing in front of the starting player house.
Its called Nozomi. I post things about it here under that tag sometimes. It’s a harvest moon/otome type game based off my grandma’s middle of nowhere farm town she grew up in in Japan. Cw for things like yandere content and mental illness. Some of the characters (especially the marriageable ones) can get very fucked up depending on how you interact with them.
The gorgeous pixel art is by NaniWasabi and UI was done by IncognitoAnkh.
I’m happy to answer any questions because I’m really excited to talk about it! I’ve gotten pretty far and I’m really proud of this project.
lemme tell a story. way back in the old days before i made the current isopod model i used a very simple one as a placeholder (i also didnt make them isopods). sometimes they would pathfind over to this one specific spot underwater by the beach. but when i started using the NEW model (plus some rigging, the old one didnt have rigging) they also went to that area but in much, much greater numbers
this one's another childhood mon in spirit, one of the other devs told me of their old mons, a staple that evolved into a stapler or a staple remover. i turned that into this eclectic split evo isopod/xenomorph/crocodile

In Nozomi? Yeah! There are currently 5 different body types for the player character to choose from. My wife got tired of not being able to play a character in her size or not seeing bigger bodies in video games. The cast of NPCs is pretty diverse too with different pronouns, body types, races and sexualities. I’m about diversity with this. And also about extremely mentally ill romance options but don’t worry about that. They only kidnap you because they love you.
Isop0dyssey (Isopod Odyssey) is currently the only tongue-eating louse racing game available on the market. Do not miss this chance and wishlist on Steam (now) and take part in demo testing (coming soon)
