Wooow, for Christmas, I got a little screenless graphic tablet and Clip Studio Paint ! I’m finally going to draw, guys, it’s crazy !!

It feels so weird to draw, honestly... I really want to draw my OCs, your OCs, and especially the entire UT/DT cast ! Wish me luck, hehe !

Guys call me crazy but I think the crazy robots would get along swimmingly. The tragic fact that these two don’t have more art interacting is an offense in my rule book and I have come to remedy that. They say you must manifest what you want to see in the world and this is me doing that jskjsksp. I will take initiative! Enjoy a smidgen of Mr. Puzzles and Mettaton art then. Although I think the only reason they initially decided to co-host collaborate together here was the prospect of getting more stars/ratings- because that’s show business babyyyy leverage off of famous people for viewssss/j

Maybe they’ll exchange some advice about the logistics of incorporating musical numbers in the boardcasts without losing too much revenue on the budget idk. Because if you think about it Mettaton did a musical number in a dress with Frisk and then Mr. Puzzles had his whole Creative Control moment. And both where marvelous performances by the way absolutely slay ✨

My “toxic trait” is supporting the theatrical livelihoods of fictional computers who have committed atrocities, and they both will probably never make an apology video for the attempted murders and trauma inflicting. Wow so girlboss of them :))

i just finished chapter 27 of the summer hikaru died which i kept putting off on reading and...

this chapter just killed me.

not only does yoshiki no longer see "hikaru" as a substitute for the real hikaru, he's also empathizing with him on a much deeper and intimate level than he ever realized. he sees himself within "hikaru" - a lonely soul who feels out of place and misunderstood within this world. someone who had to hide his true nature, sometimes even from his best friend.

yoshiki calls himself a monster like "hikaru" because he feels like he's hiding and isolated from everyone else. but with "hikaru" he's been far more open, honest, and understanding of himself. yoshiki feels like they see themselves in each other. and not only that, he wants them to both be able to live together freely despite how other people are telling them it wouldn't be right or good for either of them.

he wants to run away with this monster??? this monster that he knows has tried to eat his soul, that despite trying to fit in with other people is actually some sort of eldritch being that can't be understood or comprehended by mortals? the monster that more than likely killed matsuura and even attempted to kill asako??

yet during that beach scene in the last chapter, yoshiki was horrified at the idea of "hikaru" leaving him to return to the mountain. he was literally pleading with "hikaru" to stay with him. not because he still thinks of "hikaru" as a filler-in for his friend, but because he wants to see this monster stay cared for and close to him.

he's basically saying he accepts "hikaru." he doesn't hate "hikaru" for not understanding the value of life, he doesn't care that "hikaru" is something truly otherworldly and inhuman, and he doesn't care that he might fully merge irreversibly with him.

he doesn't want them to be taken apart from each other and isn't willing to let "hikaru" go.

it's far too romantic and i might just scream ;-;

I learned how to place some shadows with @erineas 's help! But I’m not satisfied with the style, so I’m going to try something else next time (something smooter, perhaps ?) !
