I saw someone say a while ago that Jason attacking Tim at Titans Tower was just Tim hallucinating bc he was feeling guilty about being Robin even though Jason's not dead. Which is great, amazing, I think the whole Titans Tower thing is Bonkers, but I think it would be so much funnier if Jason tried to Gaslight Tim into believing the Titans Tower incident never happened, not because he's like evil, he's just super embarassed about it. like Or Tim did actually hallucinate Jason at TT but thinks it was real, so when he tells Jason about it, Jason's so fucking confused, and Tim thinks Jason's Gaslighting him

Tim: Remember that time when you broke into Titans Tower and beat me half to death while wearing a Robin costume from party city

Jason: What? Tim, I know i'm crazy, but I'm not...Insane.

god i had THE BEST TIME AT THE DENTIST TODAY and i feel completely unhinnnnngèd for saying that bc i never in a million years thought the dentist could be FUN but the hygienist was french and switched to french as soon as i mentioned that i had taken french and i understood almost everything he said to me and it felt so good!!! i never understand french!! things are paying off!!!! also i do super recommend this method of conversing in a language you are not super confident in, like it's not just a coincidence i had such a good time doing this at the dentist specifically, it was good precisely because there was very little pressure on me to talk and i could mostly just make yes/no/questioning noises and any time i wanted to say a sentence i could take my time with it because there were literally instruments in my mouth??? absolutely no pressure for me to say something just to say something it was heaven oh my god. i take back every joke i've ever made about dentist office conversational logistics. IDEAL MODE.

... Uncontrollably itchy sometimes?

It's keeping me awake tonight.

And I keep taking three different antihistamines to control it. But I'm worried I may be overdosing, because if I take any does of Benadryl more than once in a day I get sick to my stomach and super uncomfortable.

Epson salt baths help while I'm in them. And maybe a little after. But it's just so uncomfortable. And the scratching hurts my hands and makes life hard.

Anyway. If any one has any solidarity, sympathy, or ways to survive itchiness, please share.

It's really a kind of silly symptom to be affecting and frustrating me so much. But it is.

While I still disagree with most projects to assign or peddle a personal “asexual” identity onto children as if child sexuality is one-to-one equivalent with adult sexuality, I also no longer agree with the bulk of the ways I argue against it in my essay on the subject, so I’m heavily considering taking that piece down because I’m no longer satisfied by it. A bit worried that it’ll be interpreted as a cheap route to take instead of Making a Statement About It, but also who cares.

i got a tiny deep fryer for christmas and this should be the best thing that ever happened to me because it should mean i will be able to make recipes that required deep frying things now but the issue is its very tiny and recipes that involve deep frying tend to make things in very large quantities and are difficult to scale down...so i really have to think it through if i'm going to use it...

i think i have given up on the yard now

there are things planted and we'll see what we'll see, but from everything i've read stuff will either die in the 110F heat or later on in a winter freeze so further $ invested may be a waste

and the only solution is to keep everything as potted-and-mobile or indoor plants

there's already been issues with ants and gnats so the impetus to leave them outside and then bring them in later is now very low

so maybe i will just have a lot of indoor plants - at least i can take them with me when i go

the one pothos is at least VERY enthusiastic and all the greenery is *so* fucking mentally soothing

... i just really want to buy so many more plants and i *have* to stop
