(note: read in a nasally, obnoxious 9-year-old's voice) Mislav: "hey, um... could I get some help? Please?"

Freya: "what the--let go of me!" *will tear away from who/whatever grabbed her if she's able* Crow: *combat mode: engaged. Duck into their own shadows and teleport to get a moment to process the scene before reacting further.* Crow: *calmly, making eye contact* "you have less than five seconds to let go of me. Five. Four--" Daleira: *making eye contact, but trying to figure out if the grabbing was malicious or well-intentioned* "what's wrong." (hint: you do NOT want to be on her bad side.) Gene: *at the top of his lungs, voice cracking from under-use, and simultaneously yanking away with more strength than a 7-year-old should have* "LET GO OF ME!!!" (*panik attack*) Tazin: *insert unintelligible demonic screeching here. And imagine the grabber being set on fire. Because both will be the case.* Mislav: "LET GO OF ME!" *will yank away with, yet again, more strength than a human child should have. In fact, even more than a human adult if the grabber is intimidating. Will headbutt and leave a GNARLY bruise if necessary.*

Freya: "Guys??? What are we doing??? Don't tell me I have to figure something out!" Crow: *deadpan* "Don't make me break out Plan B. Trust me, you do NOT want Plan B." Daleira: *taking a deep breath and tying her hair back with a hairtie that JUST magically appeared* "alright, here's what we're going to do." Tazin: "GENE, COME UP WITH SOMETHING RIGHT NOW!!!" Gene: (regardless of whether or not ^^^ just happened) "I... I think I have an idea..." Mislav: "ohvynostpleaseno--does anyone have a plan??? Anyone??? Anything??? Ohvynostno--PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME HAVE TO USE IT!!!"

it always shocks people when I talk about having had a stutter as a child. I don't necessarily speak well or eloquently but there are very few traces of it left and (aside from being trans lol) people generally think of me as "normal". I take offense to the idea that stutters are not normal, but here we are. But yeah it used to be real bad. I couldn't get full sentences out. Which is funny because apparently as a 2-4 year old my dad's students would make me say really big or complex words and laugh uproariously about how accurately and well I said them. It still comes back if I'm trying to interrupt someone or talk while someone else is talking, or if I'm having a panic attack. And again it always surprises people. Idk it's weird

Three little words pt. 2

Kinda 5+1 thing with Bumswiftery, this time Bumlets/Skittery and their first time really saying "I love you"

He’d already sold all of his papes and was on his way back home, his stick that he’d carried around today behind his head and over his shoulders, as Bumlets spotted him. Having his own wooden stick in his hand he grinned and walked up to Skittery who didn’t seem to have noticed his presence yet and hit the stick over his shoulders between his head and right hand, startling his sweetheart.

He quickly looked around until he saw Bumlets and took on a fighting position, stick now in both hands. Grinning wider Bumlets jumped back, only holding his in one hand like a rapier and attempting to hit Skittery with it. They traded blows back and forth, not too mindful of their surroundings – causing Skittery to almost run into a fruit cart – and neither of them planned on giving up.

Skittery smiled as he thought he hit Bumlets’ side in a daring manoeuvre, but he’d jumped back in time, using how it made the other lose his balance to jump forward himself, holding the ‘sword’ to Skittery’s throat, smiling widely, almost beaming.

“Got you.”

They were both breathing hard and almost suspended in the position, Skittery just lowering his sword, looking at Bumlets’ face. “I love your smile.”

He almost let the stick fall at the words, eyes going wide. Skittery wasn’t very open with his affections as it was, at least not with clear ones like this and it had been so sudden- “I- um-“

Shoving the stick away from his neck, Skittery got closer and kissed the edge of Bumlets’ mouth before taking his arm and dragging him in the direction of the lodging house.

After their nap – that Skittery had maybe bullied Bumlets into because he’d been feeling like sleeping the entire day and as much as he would never admit it waking up next to someone felt better than waking up alone – Skittery’s head was feeling pleasantly foggy. He would have probably went right back to sleep if he hadn’t felt something move next to him. Bumlets might be careful with his movements, but he’d still woken him up by trying to get out of the bunk.

“Where y’goin’?”, he mumbled, one arm going up to Bumlets’ waist to hold onto his shirt.

“I really need to help the boys with something, go back to sleep doll.”

“You d’n h’ve to do it now.” He had to come cuddle with him now, actually.

He heard Bumlets laugh quietly and opened one eye slowly to see that he was looking down to him with amusement. “Maybe not, but I thought you were sleeping anyways.”

“Don’ wan’ you to go. Love you.”

Through his one open eye Skittery saw Bumlets turn wonderfully pink at the words, something he usually did to others and didn’t have to go through himself, and stutter as he tried to answer.

“S-Skitts that’s- um- what’s up with you being so affectionate today?”

Skittery just grumbled and closed his eye, but he kept his grip on his partner’s shirt.

After a while Bumlets sighed and laid down again, putting his arms around Skittery and kissing his cheek. “Love you too. Go back to sleep now.”

He probably did, at least he didn’t remember anything else but the warm feeling of being safe and not having to expect something bad or exhausting upon waking up again.

I absolutely HATE underswap. Always have. The fact that it just swaps characters personalities with no actual changes annoys me so goddamn much. There's no actual thought put into any of the swaps! If you're going to make a roleswap, I feel like it should at least do something meaningful with the characters, because otherwise it's basically just doing an aesthetics swap. Which is fine I guess. But then WHY WAS IT SO FUCKING POPULAR... also the fact that everyone obsessed over swap papyrus was so fucking frustrating (not because I don't like papyrus, quite the opposite, but because the only time he was the center of attention was when he was basically just sans but tall and orange.) speaking of which why the fuck did the fandom decide that papyrus' color was orange it makes no goddamn sense. he's never even connected to that color in game. where as red and blue he absolutely is. sorry this became an absolutely insane rant

*physically resisting the urge to type YEAH as the start of my sentence for the third time* NO I GET IT i think it’s another thing that can be super interesting and cool if done right but people are so damn LAZY about it!!!! especially since after a point they weren’t even the characters they swapped with anymore, they just turned into caricatures! nobody actually liked swap papyrus for his potential to be interesting, they saw him as a taller, “sexier” sans (who still didn’t act like sans.) swap sans was.................that!

but your last point i am JUMPING UP AND DOWN AND YELLING AND POINTING because i have been saying this for!!! YEARS!!!! i GET that its meant to be complimentary to sans but papyrus has never used orange magic ONCE!! SURE he has a much warmer color palette but that makes the blue a damn striking contrast!!!! everyone who joins me in drawing blue undertale papyrus is the coolest sexiest bitch on this earth and you heard it here first
