Been thinking about your Celestial Symphony Eclipse,,,, he does so fascinate me,,, I'd love some factoids about him if you'd like to share? /nf

Okay unfortunately my brain is doing some funny things today so this isn't going to be structured properly and for that I apologize-but here are some bullet points off the top of my head for now:

He's (legally speaking) the second Eclipse model after Solar, lasted for 8 months in the Theatre and Daycare before being scrapped after an...incident.

He was infected with the cannonical Security Breach virus.

He used to do security rounds, similar to Moon's in the game.

Both Sun and Moon take from his coded personality-he actually used to be much more enthusiastic and theatrical, but dying in a closet for 2 years changes you, I guess.

He's shorter than Solar by maybe half a foot.

He only interacts with Solar and sometimes Earth-anyone else he either refuses to speak with or freezes up in front of.

He gets very nervous when children approaches him-typically, Solar mans the theater and he'll stay in the back.

He's the one who discovered Solar's...modifications...and attempts to fix him afterwards. This happens often enough that he keeps some tools on him, just in case. (I might make a comic about this at some point, depends on my motivation.)

He dislikes the Pizzaplex to an extreme point-after perhaps a month of activation, he manages to get enough cash (don't ask how) to rent out a one-room apartment. Unfortunately, he still has to show up to the Plex every day.

Solar stays in the back of the Theatre at night-he tried to leave the Plex once because he wanted to room with Eclipse. It didn't end well.

Solar does go there sometimes during the day, but only for a few hours at a time. He doesn't leave the Plex at night.

Most of his communication with Solar is nonverbal-neither of them are very good at conversation, and they're at a level where nothing really needs to be said between them, anyhow.

He's uncomfortable around Lunar. Lunar makes it very clear how much he dislikes him.

Sun and Moon aren't as openly hostile as Lunar is, but they're definitely on edge around him as a result of his reputation-they've all read his files.

Well, Earth hasn't seen the files yet. Eclipse doesn't want to tell her why he got decommissioned.

He possesses the knowledge to play any instrument (this is where everyone else gets this from, by the way-Solar originally had all these programmed into him but never got the chance to use it), but plays second violin in their orchestra.

The only reason he agreed to join the orchestra was because he needed a way to sustain himself financially and a reason for Fazbear to keep him onboard (and because it's very difficult to say no to Earth).

He and Lunar are 'competing' for first violin (in reality, Lunar's paranoid that Eclipse is going to replace him; Eclipse could care less.)

that's all I've got for now, might add more later on. This is another Eclipse-centric au, for the most part (with some light on Ruin, of course - that arc is very important in this au, I haven't talked about him just yet), so more info to come, hopefully!

I don’t have much energy (on account of still being sick :/) but I still wanted to do something so dug up an old unfinished screenshot edit that I did a while ago but never finished until now

But yeah this is from the au’s version of Eclipse Lake, which happens a bit later down the timeline than the original.

It’s set just before Hollow mind instead and I’ll explain the timeline differences in much better detail in a different post but it’s basically because Luz isn’t focusing on going home like in the og so she is seeking on ways of getting revenge on Belos and saving Pip and Eda.

But Amity has been wanting to cheer up her awesome girlfriend so she’s been secretly researching ways to create a portal door as a surprise, so Amity was the one who found out about the titan veins through the echo mouse instead and went to go find some titan blood without telling Luz.

If you’re probably wondering where Hunter is…He’s actually taking an extremely well deserved break :0 (lmao, just kidding he’s still apart of the Eclipse lake events) as Pip is surprisingly extremely efficient at sorting out tasks (normal Pip could never, this is all the brainwashing tea lmao) and so Hunter has unwilling ended up getting all his work done by Pip…

Hunter doesn’t want to admit it but he is happy about finally getting a break because he’s getting to do normal teen stuff and play with flapjack more often but he does feel like he’s getting replaced so there is complicated feelings there (it also doesn’t help that Pip is now getting all the attention from Belos and is on top of that able to do magic so Hunter is switching between “I’ve got to do as much as I can so I don’t get replaced” to “it’s kinda nice not being in mortal danger every five seconds and being able to hang out with Willow”)

But yeah onto the episode; Much to the displeasure and horror of Kiki she’s having to be supervised by Pip during the titan’s vein assignment so she’s extra cautious and paranoid about not ruining the assignment especially when in front of the Prince…

Hunter wanted to go with Pip but was then explicitly told by Belos to take a break as Pip was handling an extremely special assignment but Hunter immediately flipped into panic mode because after getting kinda jealous of Pip and he wanted to show his worth again to Belos so he ended up secretly following along as a scout in order to be the first to find the titans blood.

Belos obviously already knew that the vein was already decayed and full of Fools blood from when he went there years ago, so the assignment Kiki is on was actually just a wild goose chase created in order for Pip to secretly assassinate Kiki (who’s fucked up one too many times and knows too much about the actual day of unity plans so she’s obviously got to go.)

Amity and Hunter end up working together after stumbling onto each other searching for titans blood, though they’re bickering and fighting each other the entire way but aren’t as antagonistic with each other as Hunter has slowly mellowed out after hanging out with the emerald entrails more often so they do actually end up properly bonding :)

Uh until they accidentally stumble onto Pip’s attempt on Kiki’s life…

I’m personally imagining the spiderman meme with Pip, Amity and Hunter happening and then Kiki scampering away at full speed in the background.

So yeah Amity is just majorly confused on the fact that she’s just randomly found Pip in the weirdest situation and place possible after months of no contact or communication…

It gets weirder for Amity as Luz never actually told anybody where Pip was and just vaguely said he was staying with family when asked as it wasn’t technically lying (Luz really didn’t want to break Pip’s promise on not telling anyone who he actually is so this is her guilt free way of avoiding questions on where he is)

Pip doesn’t even let Hunter or Amity think about the implications of this whole situation before running off to go catch Kiki and attempt to go for round two… Amity stops him mid way by grabbing his arm which wasn’t the smartest idea.

Because of the brainwashing tea and all the meddling Belos did with his memories, it genuinely makes Pips brain hurt when trying to recognise who Amity or anyone from when he lived in the owl house and so he usually gets really frustrated/aggressive when seeing someone from his past… so Amity interrupting his assignment genuinely made him kinda loose it and try to kill her instead.

The image is the aftermath but they both hit a draw because Hunter does manage to deescalate the situation by reminding Pip to focus on his actual mission instead.

I’ll probably continue this explanation through either a comic or text post :p

Eclipse sighs, looking over at the rising sun. It feels almost unreal to watch its reflection dance on the open seas, and on the otherwordly tendrils of his lover as well.

The night had been... educational. As has been this morning so far. He shifts slightly, trying to ease the burn in his frame. He can feel heat rush to his face.

While the after effects aren't the most pleasing so far, he'd gladly repeat it all again. Getting lost in his lover's arms, held close and cradled oh so gently, is something he never wants to go without again. Even if some aspects of the night are only done rarely.

He already couldn't really walk here on his own...

"Eclipse dear, there's a ship coming"

He just hums. He already saw it in the distance. It's rather noticable against the monotonous black-blue of the water surrounding them.

"Once they get here, there's no stop"

"Do you want me to explode you?"

His lover chuckles, and he sighs as arms wrap around him, pulling him against the smaller form of Ruin. While he has to pull a couple of his rays in to nuzzle back into the eldritch being, he'd do so again in a heartbeat. Even if the kisses pressed against them when they peek back out are also great

"I wouldn't be against the pain and the thrill! But you know that, don't you?~"

The amalgamation cackles behind him as Eclipse pushes at his face, scowling indignantly. This fuck is feeling way too confident now.

It's a really good look on him

"And I can always just decide it's not for me. It'd certainly leave me with less walking issues"

That wipes the smirk right off Ruin's face, and for once it's Eclipse grinning wickedly.

Who knew power over such an ancient and powerful being could be so addicting?

"But my dearest queen-!" "Don't call me that!" the other continues, of course "-how will I live without worshipping you?!"

He pushes away from this clown, almost losing it when the amalgam sputters at his sudden loss. How amusingly predictable

"Figure it out! It's really not my problem"

Ruin next to him whimpers and cries, but it's all fake. A tendril has already pulled him back close, wrapping around him in a tender hug. He wraps his own hands around it, giving it a quick squeeze.

The ship in the distance slowds down, almost stopping, probably having seen the nightmarish being reaching to the skies, the one he calls lover, but it's too late for them to turn around now. They already have it.

A hand finds his where it has slipped off to the metal of the catwalk, tightening around it in a soft hold. Togethere they watch the rescue ship turn tails and run.

When his cheek is kissed, it seems to seal everything.

Ruin is officially on the move now, ready to spread to mainland and take over life.

And Eclipse?

Well, Eclipse is just ready to stay by his side

-Nebula wasn’t born an astral, instead created into one by the main group, similar to lunar

-Jack has a habit of disappearing randomly to sit by the lake near the house post-infection (scares the living hell out of solar)

-He also likes swimming and tree-climbing

-Earth uses flappy-hands when excited (this one isn’t really a headcannon since you can see her doing it when Kat uses Vr, but-)

-Dazzle really likes flavored(?) bread (Ex: chocolate, pumpkin(though she doesn’t tell Jack about that) and Banana)

-Nebula has the ability to translate text into any language just by running their finger over it

-⬆️Adding onto this, Nebula writes in their native language (the one they spoke before becoming an astral)

-Before astral-hood, Nebula wanted to become a gardener—so they add small flowers that they admire to their outfit

 -Ruin actually really enjoys talking and playing with Charlie but feels he’d be deceiving her by telling her about his past after allowing her to get attached

-Jack is possessed by Johnathan (this is personally a theory because i noticed Jack started to gain sentience once old moon came back)

-Astrals don’t actually speak English, they speak in their own language and translate it with their powers (similar to how their names aren’t actually the star signs, and how they chose their forms off of the symbols for said signs)

-Jack actually gets sad-jealous, everyone likes everyone else more than him and he really, really doesn’t blame them

-Eclipse’s rays are broken; some are loose and cannot retract at all, others are cracked, and two or three have their points snapped off. this is from him getting angry and being surrounded by important items and not being able to break anything without regretting it later

-Old Lunar used to draw pictures of him, Eclipse, and Bloodmoon together

-Nebula+Solar take turns info dumping about random topics (neither of them usually know what the other is talking about half the time, but they still listen anyway). Because of this, they’ll both randomly drop information about the topics they learned from each other to other people and no one knows what they’re talking about.

-Earth taught Dazzle, Pollux, and Nebula how to make flower crowns

-Earth has a book filled with pressed flowers and quotes from her friends+info about the flowers on the pages

-Nebula brings down flowers from other planets to gift to Earth (they also make flower crowns/bracelets/necklaces out of said flowers for themself, and has taken up half of Earth's flower book)

-Sunshine is having a Sun moment and hiding an animal, but instead of him hiding a cat, he’s hiding a chinchilla (i have no idea where he got one, he just did) and named them Kimchi

-Moonlight has tried to create a Jack of his own, but Eclipse keeps catching them before he can even finish half of him(inspired by when Moonlight and Moon made a reaction video together)

-(Post-infection) Solar checks Jack’s tracker every 30 minutes, and that is NOT an exaggeration

(SAMS Spoilers) Moon's been ACTING off...

(SO MANY SPOILERS BELOW: YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!)

TL;DR: Moon isn't Moon, it's Nexus acting as him like how Dark Sun impersonated Lord Eclipse's Sun.

Yesterday's episode, "Lord Eclipse's Surprise"? I don't think Dark Sun's the only one who was acting.

We know Moon. We know how caring he's been -- taking other's emotions and past into account when he's talking to them. When he's in the middle of something, like finding out Ruin disappeared, he will now take the time to be mindful and not lash out emotionally. He's been trying to find coping methods for when he needs them and found a weekly schedule that seems to work for him.

So... with all of this into account, am I the only one who thought Moon was acting REALLY off when interacting with Solar? He randomly asks how how Solar's Sun and Moon are, apparently forgetting that they're DEAD.

Then he unintentionally insults Solar maybe three times -- the first two Solar called him out for -- and he even says "when you and Lunar invaded our heads" -- uh, pardon? Since he came back, when has the Moon we now know ever make a slip up like that? Moon's made it pretty clear through his actions that he sees Solar as a good friend at least and wants to be respectful of the guy's trauma.

At first I thought Moon was too preoccupied with an extremely important matter, but the more I watched the video, the more off he felt.

I firmly Moon has been taken away, or taken over, by Nexus.

Today's episode only helped cement it. Nexus was a bit better at hiding it, but there were still some slip ups with how he treated Sun. Being insensitive to him possibly having a mental crisis (or worse) and turning his emotions into a joke, YELLING at Sun for photos of the.. lab? (Was that what it was? Sorry, moot point.) Not to mention sounding rather bitter when the subject of lying and honesty came up.

Remember how the Bloodmoon simulation showed Nexus fighting Sun? ONCE AGAIN, Nexus made himself the victim over a pure assumption, and frankly just being an insensitive prick? Even for a simulation it was accurate to Nexus' petulance, and Moon said that the computer calculated the simulation, not him. I don't know where that detailed amount of info came from but my best guess is Sun's own memories. Moon probably asked Sun for them to use to make the simulation more accurate.

The BM Simulation arc wasn't just about Sun moving past his actions, it was reminding us of how Nexus began to act after Sun lied to him (WHICH, AGAIN, HE WAS WARNED ABOUT--sorry).

And Monty's line in today's episode: "Yer not who Ah think you is; you is not him you are you!"

That'd apply perfectly to Nexus if he really has taken Moon's place. Foreshadowing~!

OH! And remember when Ruin joined Dark Sun and Nexus? He was reciting Shakespeare beforehand and we KNOW that he's a big fan of acting.

I bet Ruin taught them how to act. Dark Sun can do it almost flawlessly but Nexus... yeah, not so much. I bet the latter felt overconfident and slipped up as a result.

Blorbo: Sun and Moon (FNAF SB)

[Unlike Monty, who I think got massively shafted with all the cut content, the Daycare Attendant still had enough of him intact to show off his personality(s) in the games.

Sun is often seen as, well, a big ray of sunshine and happy-go-lucky with his need to take care of others. But with Ruin and HW2, we learned how he really is and it made some oddities from SB when we first met him now make more sense. On the surface, Sun is a friendly and playfully cartoonish fellow who loves playing with kids and taking care of them. But under that, Sun is something a lot more human. He's not just anxious, he's frustrated. He's restricted, he's bossy, and childish. He's flawed. The common belief for Sun was that he was a childish dreamer in an adult body, a scattered and hyperactive fellow with plenty of colorful hobbies who is happy to be a playmate for any child. But no. Maybe that was a Sun from a long time ago, like how Moon used to be friendly, maybe Sun used to like his job. Sun is not the bouncy buddy boy that we thought he was. Sun is fed up with the job, occasionally happy or feigning happiness before the blasé slides through. Sun is Squidward. From how he criticizes art, to how he can be snarky and bitter, to just being done with everything. He's suffering from burnout. Sun is…relatable. And it's fucking amazing!

When it comes to Moon, it's harder to put down a clear distinction. The Moon we see in SB is made out to be a malevolent and aggressive enemy, attempting to punish those for staying up "past his bedtime". He still has a great distaste for messes and feels responsible for cleaning them like his daytime counterpart does, but to a more demented degree. And in Ruin, he's desperate to remain in control and in pain. Kinda painting in the light of a wounded animal of sorts. But…and here me out on this…Whatever personality Moon once had, if at all, is no more. Moon is just Sun's alter but has been corrupted by the Vanny virus to the point he's just…well…What we see. For so long we have considered Sun and Moon as separate animatronics entirely. Sure Sun refers to Moon as him or he, but he also refers to him as the other me and that is very important because HW2 to is the game where we see Sun for who he really is and in the process, we also see the real Moon. In the SB trailer, the animatronics are shown with red eyes as they being possessed. Monty is shown with red eyes in his boss battle (the red dots, not just irises), the staff Bots that Vanny controls also have these red glowing eyes, as does Vanny herself who is also possessed… and so does Moon. Moon is not evil Sun. He is his possessed corruption. Moon is to Sun as Vanny is to Vanessa. This is even more clear by the fact that Vanny and Moon act very alike and even Vanessa and Sun act alike. Like Vanessa and Vanny are the same person, so are Sun and Moon. They are not two separate personalities, to an extent. It's just Daycare Attendant and Daycare Attendant under the effects of something else. In HW2 Moon has absolutely zero awareness or concern for his situation. Once the switch flips he's on the hunt, saying the same lines and moving the same way. With the only deviation being in the small glimpses we get in Ruin when Cassie enters the daycare and confronts the same shattered Sun and Moon, except moon is in control this time and she can only communicate with Sun when the mask is on. Seeing him during the mask thing seems to show us that Sun is always aware, watching, and that's actually pretty sad.

Eclipse, to me, is what they were supposed to be. Not just a reboot safety mode, but the true state of mind when both halves are unified. He's rather gentle, whimsical, and calm, acting as a combination or even a balance between Moon's collectiveness and Sun's cheerful demeanor. By all accounts, Eclipse seems like a safe character and a kindly fellow, not showing any of the same red flags that we might have seen with Sun's meeting with Gregory. Well…except one. Eclipse seems a little detached from reality, thinking the daycare will be opening the next day and that he'll be taking care of kids again, which is not going to happen unfortunately. But this demeanor, it makes you wonder if there was a time long ago when Sun and Moon were more like this. Back when nap times were safe and kids wanted to be in the daycare, perhaps there was a time when Sun and Moon were distinctly one and the same. And then some corruption crept in and slowly they became further and further divided. Now all that being said Eclipse is a complicated case, while assumed to be Sun and Moon in an earlier form as a reboot would imply, he instead is their safe mode. In safe mode, one of the trademarks is being a sort of state that makes them oblivious to their situation and a slow halting way of speaking. Like how Freddy thinks everything's hunky-dory and Roxxy's asking if Cassie booked her party, Eclipse looks around at the daycare and says "Oh, this place will be flooded with kids" like he genuinely believes it. This is devastating and it gets worse outside of the daycare as Cassie gets a final call from Sun thanking her…Which raises some questions.

Sun is still capable of speaking once Eclipse is online, which may mean that Eclipse is also maybe a third personality created through the safe mode, which would explain why his voice is so different even though being the same. This would mean that like with Moon, Sun is sitting inside watching what Eclipse is doing he's just contented because Eclipse is not some wicked gremlin yelling no Sun and instead is a sweetheart blissfully unaware that this is the end of the line. He is the comfortable and welcoming fugue and that's where we leave Sun and Moon, as Eclipse now reverted to an earlier state and they are now stuck in unawareness of their situation but they are still trapped in that situation, still broken, still stuck at the pizza Plex with nobody coming for them.

Sun and Moon are more complex characters than pretty much anybody else. Between the major cuts, drastic changes, and a lack of commitment, this is the first time that we've had a character have so many layers and the fact that the Jekyll&Hyde thing isn't the most interesting thing about him anymore is great. The Daycare Attendant was expanded on, cues we already saw in SB, every quirk and flaw shown of him has been built enough to see the full picture which immediately shot him up the ladder of character building since so many fnaf's characters are voiceless, nameless, devoid of a personality...and then suddenly the daycare clown has more depth than anybody else, books included. Hell, his VA even confirmed he's autistic. There's so much to this bot and I fucking love him!]

one thing that sometimes makes me mad.

Theres one thing that urks me when i mention my hatred for ruin in the fandom is that people a lot of the time associate my hatred with Solars death, which for me isnt the case. had I not hated Ruin before maybe it would have been the reason, but really the reason is what he did to BloodMoon.

For those who don't understand, before and during the October takeover with Bloodmoon and Ruin, Ruin did the whole shocking thing and fake masochism thing. Which to my interpretation Bloodmoon was uncomfortable with or didn't understand.

Then Bloodmoons also referenced to be a child. I'm not sure exactly what episode, but in one of the older episodes when KC had Eclipse and Bloodmoon as his children Bloodmoon was referenced to be a child with KC saying something to Eclipse along the lines of: "now, allow me to speak with your child sibling." Which yes Ruin could have aged Bloodmoon up so he could get away with moaning and stuff, but even then, that itself is creepy. And then youve also got to take into account that the two also consider each other BROTHERS.

But then when I see people talking about how they hate Ruin its usually "oh he killed Solar and lied" Which yes are TERRIBLE things don't get me wrong. I love Solar and cried when he died, but I never see people talking about how Ruin harassed Bloodmoon! Even worse, the show was willing to "redeem Ruin". Which was why I took a break from the fandom was because I could fathom Ruin being "good" I mean, I dont know, it might just be me projecting with Bloodmoon but I really wish more fans would talk about how Ruin harassed Bloodmoon.

I'm just gonna throw it out there cuz idk how many people have given you crap about this:

1). Solar labeled himself a "cousin" at EARTHS INSISTENCE. He straight up says that thinking about it in a "familial relationship" way doesnt work and is confusing see KC Eclipse Lunar Bloodmoon etc and hes only told that to Earth. Frankly, I think he, Moon and Sun think of Solar as "member of this family". Also, robots.

2). Moon can still develop feelings for someone, even if he's still aro/ace. I cant see Moon as EVER being the romantic type, and pretty much everyone in THIS show finds any sort of "physical" relationship weird and/or gross. Frankly, I read Solar as aro/ace too, cuz while the dude is CLEARLY capable of pining he really doesn't seem like the romantic type. So shipping Moon and Solar doesnt invalidate anyone's identity, especially since falling in love doesn't have to be romantic or physical *glares judgingly at society*

Also, imagine Solar and Moon going on non-romantic dates. Like they go to an anime convention or something and Moons completely needing out and Solars just like "you're a loser *heart eyes*"

WAIT NO BETTER IDEA!

Sun, who IS a romantic type, is like "I want my brother to have the best so I'm gonna help you guys get together" and Solars just like "pls no" and Sun tries to help make the perfect date, but both members are AGGRESSIVELY romantic and by the end Solar and Moon ditch Sun and like go play God of War or something X3

Surprisingly, no one has been giving me crap about much. I'm actually surprised with how chill everyone has been and how much on board they are with my silly little ship train idea. I'm actually happy everyone has been really cool and accepting so far.

And yes, this is true, and I went into a few posts about it. One post I went into specifics on the flexibility and "subject to change" nature about relationships in Robots. But agreed.

2. And yeah! Exactly. Back in the Early days of the show, Sun tried to pair Moon up on dates all the time, so it could have been a possibility that the old Moon was Romantic, or he wasn't, and Sun was just misreading the situation.... Also I never got his goal in trying to ship his brother with Roxanne other then to just be a voyeur because he's the one who liked her

And the only reason in my shipping Scenarios why Solar doesn't test his boundaries isn't cause he's acephobic in a majority of my scenarios. but moreso he doesn't want to violate Moon's trust or test his limits. Moon has given him so much, he doesn't want to ruin his friendship or the only home he's ever known.

Also NewMoon said he's "Questioning" right now, and that's also fine. And most likely i'll just draw from my own demi/ace experiences in a lot of ships I like/portray. Because I only know how to write my own experiences. It's not to invalidate others. I'm not every ace person in existence and it's such a wide spectrum so I can't account for everyone. Basic Starting Info:

• Sun (from the original SAMS dimension) is the main target of Nexus and his little group for his Wither Shard abilities. Gains group is trying to protect him (maybe less protect to some of them, make Nexus lose out of spite or pettiness)

• Antumbra and Nexus revive Apollo, immediately infused with Negative Star Power thanks to both being rebuilt in Soltices dimension

• Antumbra, Soleil, Nexus, Equinox(?) Have their own group. Gaia, Cosmos, Erythros and Sanguine, Deimos, Blackout and Grimm have their own group against Nexus

• Antumbra turned when he decided to leave with Nexus

• “I’m Not Me” and “A Familiar Safe Haven” are canon to the au as well as any future fics written for the au (may have a few exceptions, will try to remember to label what is or isn’t canon, “Rekindling With A Spark” and “What Do You Think Of Me Now?” are not canon to the AU)

Origins/Backstories:

• Starts with Solar leaving with Nexus, taking the shards Moon and Sun had found with them. The shards (one of which was given to Solar to help him withstand and absorb and use the new dimension’s NSP/Dark Star Energy- he wears the crystal fixed into the back of one of his work gloves, Nexus has his in the fur of the tip of his hat). Following his leave Solar changed his name to Antumbra and rebuilt his Sun, now named Apollo. Eventually Antumbra tried reviving his Moon, now named Deimos, as well but something went wrong (Nexus figured Deimos somehow regained/retained his memories of Solar and that he hated him- even Apollo couldn’t convince him to stay) so he left and eventually joined Gaia and Cosmos.

• Gaia leaves when her system overrides and takes her to her father with star power she absorbed mostly from being around Lunar, a majority of it built up from the barely missed attack from Nexus. When she returned to him, however, she was able to harness her energy and kill the Creator, leaving everything behind afterwards.

• Lunar was next due to his encounter with rez. Due to having positive star power throughout his body it took a little longer than expected for them to be infected. When it did finally take hold, he behaved differently. When Gemini heard of this they went to investigate, and Lunar tried to kill them. This caused them to lock Lunar in a special compound that was incredibly if not impossibly hard to break out of. They were working with Taurus and Libra to try and find a cure for Lunar when Gaia came along to break him out and take him with her.

• Erythros went rogue after Stitchwraith was killed, leaving corpses in their wake yet no trace of where they were heading, only where they’d been. When Frank separated them and they discovered and started using star power their murdering doubled. It all came to a head when Stitchwraiths spirit came along to complete unfinished business, one last act of spite and vengeance. Sanguine (V1 Bloodmoon) tried to attack and failed,denial he just accepted it as his twin being back where he belongs in his head. Gaia eventually found them, and despite their previous encounters Gaia allowed them to stay as their group. They accepted, but only because they would be able to still be on their own when they weren’t playing guard dog to anyone.

• Eclipse, at first, didn’t go, trying to find a way to bring Earth back to their side. However he caved easily when she came to him and offered him star power again, offered to help him properly harness it this time. Thanks to his previous and current use and exposure to star power and negative energy, it caused his body to mutate in a more drastic way than just his eyes or lines on his body- his legs changed to furry hooves, he grew a second set of arms, as well as a tail and horns curving along his head between his rays.

• Grimm was restored by Deimos, breaking him from his previous life as a goody two shoes, reactivating the killer in him. His knowledge of star power made it fairly easy for him to grasp and use it for himself. Most of his time is spent with Erythros, Blackout, Deimos, Soleil, and Cosmos. He’s also become rather protective of Gaia (he spends time with her, almost taking a fatherly role for her, Erythros and Blackout)

Weapons/Abilities/Roles

• Soleil uses magic infused star power, tends to hang in the back lines making plans, uses a magic enhanced scythe.

• Deimos does some dirty work hunting with the others, hangs back sometimes with Soleil making plans or working on tech, uses a magic and negative star power infused Warhammer (Shao Khan style).

• Blackout works closely with Gaia and Cosmos, acting as a sort of general, giving orders and going out to hunt or work plans with Soleil and Deimos, uses a negative star power infused sword.

• Gaia is the main leader of the group with Cosmos and Grimm, top in command of their “family”(in the same way mafia members will call each other a family despite having no relation), still somehow the nicest of the bunch, uses a magic infused crossbow.

• Cosmos is the second in command to Gaia,

her right hand man, he’s a bit iffy working with Blackout and Erythros but can work with them if needed. Uses star power and a magic infused battle axe.

• Erythros is like a lone officer and bodyguard/feral guard dogunless he has to work with others. Closest to Grimm and Cosmos, uses Star Power and enhanced claw braces.

• Grimm tends to stalk and hunt but not kill unless ordered to, plays guard dog with Erythros, uses an enhanced scythe.

• Antumbra hangs back doing mechanic and repair work, stays with Nexus and Apollo most of the time, uses a star power infused mini laser cannon (mounted in his arm)

• Apollo stays with Antumbra most of the time, helps make plans or carry out some repair work, uses a simple pair daggers and pistols.

• Old Moon (Astrophel) DOES NOT EXIST

• Soleil went rogue due to his exposure, use and encounters with the Wither Shards, Star Power, and Solstices’ Dragon which he had a strange connection to.

• Psychological, mental or emotional distress can and will make it easier for the Negative Star Power/Wither Shard Energy to infect/take over easier.

• When Apollo, Soleil, or even Antumbra, Solstice or Blackout get overly anxious or shaking they clench their fists together as tight as possible to stop or lessen the trembling. Deimos and Nexus have been able to pick up on this (Blackout will deny it till the day he permanently dies; this habit is also common across every dimensional Sun or Eclips3, though some deny it under “I don’t ever get anxious/scared”)

• Another habit across Suns and Eclipses is when they get too or highly distressed (such as a panic/anxiety attack) they grab and pull their rays like hair. They can and have managed to break or crack their rays doing this due to their robot grip strength (or if they have it) occasionally let off small but powerful bursts of magic thanks to their less stable mental or emotional state.

• Both Suns, Moons, Eclipses, and Lunar have a tendency to dance out emotions (Soleil and Apollo dance out sadness and anger (in that order), Nexus and Blackout anger, Lunar frustration, and Deimos dances out everything that isn't some form of happiness or satisfaction). Soleil will dance with his partners if he isn't feeling too low, will dance alone if he’s too low, Apollo will dance with Nexus or Solar, Lunar with Gaia, Nexus either alone or with Solar, Blackout by himself (he will heavily deny ever dancing at all for any reason but especially to regulate his emotions), Antumbra dances alone or with Nexus, Deimos will dance alone or with Soleil or Grimm

I'm sure you saw my posts about AI, which really just ruined my mood. Like it really hit my writing motivation to have ALL my works stolen by someone, even if they won't be used for anything, and now a big portion of my readers is not going to be able to reach my stories, because they don't have accounts, which is a bummer cuz an AO3 account really makes one's life easier. But yeah, I just wish there were no people like this.

On the other hand, I'm thinking how the best way to counter it, and I'm sayin this with discomfort, is to write batshit insane smut fics. With all the traumatising stuff in it. Let's see if they want to get the stuff from AO3 when they'll be hit with the abo Jesus story where he's all the designations cuz he says in the bible how he's the alpha and the omega. Like just make them regret wanting romance stories, because they'll learn some pretty nifty words (by nifty I mean psychologically damaging). Even in the sci-fi genre! :D And all the genres really! I'm just curious how much terribly written explicit fics AI would need to start making the most horrifying shit ever. In short, I wanna traumatise these people, even if it's just a funny thought I have to myself

I've also been mostly spending time doin the end of the year big project, the one I mentioned previously, and gotta say it actually kinda looks professional. Like it's rather cool to look at.

And on last Saturday I went to see the Minecraft movie, cuz one of my friends had free tickets so ya know, why not? Especially because there wasn't anything better. And now I'm trying to decide whether I enjoyed the movie, or if it was a shitshow. So far all I've got is: it was something

We've also went drinking afterwards to BarCraft, which is a cool place where you can play boardgames, video games, both on pc and console, and drink of course! And the drinks are inspired by book/movie/video game characters! :D It's a cool place. Even if we couldn't stay long, and even if I got really late that day. It was already dark out, and I'm terrified of the dark, haha. I'm kinda wonderin if it's a relatively mild phobia at this point :/

Currently it also looks like I'm gonna start working from next week! I got my work clothes today amongst other things I had to do (like a lot of administrative stuff) and boy am I happy I went there with a backpack, cause I had room to put the clothes in. Even if it completely filled up the bag and was very heavy >~< I'm also incrediby nervous and feel like throwing up, haha...

And my brain is at it again trying to make me like a new AU it came up with after I woke up from my nap. Which is another annoying thing! I don't like napping, beccause I wake up tired, and quite grouchy (more like fussy), but for the past 2 days after getting home, showering and eating lunch my body just goes "A'ight, we clean, fed, and cozy, it is eepy time" Which I'd have no problem with. If I was either 4 or 84 and not in my twenties. -_-

I'm also very excited for Moongleam tomorrow! She'll finally be free from that awful school! :D

I guess I'll talk a bit about one of my newer AUs a tiny bit. It's a TSAMS Gravity Falls AU with Eclipse and Lunar as the protagonist twins. I'm having fun with imagining those losers in scenes from the show, even if some will have to be changed up a bit to fit the characters better. Speaking of characters, I'm having so much trouble pairing SAMS (and TSBS in general) characters with characters from Gravity Falls (only the important ones, the others can be just background OCs or something).

(hi this is the next day now, we just got home from Moongleam's graduation a bit ago, and boy am I happy to be home finally)

So where was I? Oh yeah, so I need at least 10 people from the shows (though it would be best if they were mainly characters from the shows that have their lore close to SAMS seeing as that's the show I mainly watch, but it would be fun to have characters from the other shows cameo, but the problem with them is that I don't know their personalities, so at that point having OCs would be easier I guess)

Anyway, this morning I woke up and when I turned on my phone my screen was all messed up, like from the bottom up something weird was going on with it. Like the very bottom of it in a kind of diagonal area was completely black, covering like a bit over 50% of my keyboard, and completely not responding to my fingerprint to get unlocked, so I struggled writing in my password to unlock it (yayy muscle memory and kind of memorizing how the keyboard looks)

So immediately after Moongleam's graduation not far from her shcool our families did a little detour to shop for clothes for stuff. And my father took me to a shop there that has the same brand as my phone to see if they can fix it, cause when I first got it not long after it had to be taken to a mechanic and during that time this shop still did fixes, but now they said that basically nowhere but one place does this now. Kind of silver lining is that it wasn't that far from the restaurant where we had a reservation for lunch, so after that my father and I separated from the others, so they could go home, while him and I went to the mechanic to see if they could even fix it.

This is where I'd like to mention that throughout the day that blackness spread further up my phone's screen, so by the time we got to the mechanic I couldn't even tell what tthe time was, just guessing based off of the (barely visible) last digit of the minutes, and the very top of the first digit of the minutes. My older sisters even joked that it looked like a demonic virus spreading, and my little sister and Moongleam agreed that it kind of looks cool. And I also joked with Moongleam that, because between the still normal screen and the blackness the screen was actually a specific shade of purple, it looks like a Dark/Negative Star Power infection, lol (I'm crying/jk)

So yeah, dude at the mechanic shop thing said it is fixeable. But it won't be cheap, and I'll be without my phone for at least until next week's Friday (though that depends on a lot of stuff) and of course if they find any more damages they'll fix them and add it to the already moderately high price. Good thing I'll start working from Monday I guess, I'll be able to repay this to my parents, haha! (I'm not laughing)

I'm just happy I managed to save to somewhere at least all the TSAMS related notes in my phone's notes app, because like 90% of them are work in progress fics, and the other are (in some cases for lack of a better word) worldbuilding stuff for fics. And some other stuff.

And because of no phone I'm not even able to watch TSAMS, unless on my laptop, but that's uncomfy. (I was originally watching it on my tablet, but that one's ancient and youtube doesn't even work on it since like 2 or more years ago, so that's why i watch it on my phone)

So I'm kind of devastated, haha...

AHEM sorry this is gonna be super duper random, but in note of you (mostly) leaving the TSBS fandom, I just wanna say thank you for sticking around as long as you have!!!

I too pretty much detached myself from TSAMS/TSBS around the time of the Nexus arc, because I really hated how it was played out/everything that went down in it (New Moon was done so damn dirty 💢), but for the longest time I felt like I was a fish out of water when it came to my opinions! But then I found you!!!

I fucking HATE Ruin, haha. I despise him, and seeing so many love him- while of course I left them to themselves- it always made me a little mad and upset to see. Then there was you being so openly loud about your hatred for such a popular character, it's admirable as hell, and I super appreciate it!!! The fact that he got away with what he did with basically no punishment aside from Nexus (good on Nexus for all that he did to Ruin btw 💗) makes me so upset, and it's just nice to know I'm not alone in feeling that!

For however long you stay in the fandom, or keep watching EAPS, I wish you luck and a good time! You more than deserve it, friend 💗💗💗

I've had to take my time processing these words for a few hours, not because they're a bad thing in any way, on the contrary, I'm not at all used to receiving any kind of validation when expressing my honest dislike towards something, even when that something doesn't exist; at least not from people I don't know. So it feels weird, in a good way.

Thank you for sharing your kind words with me.

I really have no worries about expressing these kinds of opinions as long as I follow some simple rules that at least to me are common sense:

If for some reason, motive or circumstance I have to express dislike/hate towards a character in a place that is not my own blog, I will do so in the most polite and respectful way possible, based on the canonical reasons and facts that support my dislike and not simply writing insults.

I will never go to talk badly in a space for fans of the character I hate, I'm not an idiot, why the hell would I go to a place with people who do enjoy the character just to say why I don't like that character? It's dumb.

My blog is my safe space, it belongs to me, and therefore I consider that I can write my most honest opinions about said character, since that way if someone doesn't agree with me, they simply have to block me. That way they won't have to read it as an insult and I wish eternal suffering to the character in two different languages ​​lol

And I think this is pretty obvious but I guess it never hurts to say it because there are always people with poor reading comprehension: The fact that I hate or detest with all my soul one or more characters, does not mean that this hatred is also directed at the creator or voice actor of said character. Because yes, I hate Ruin and many Eclipses with all my heart, but at the same time I love Solar and respect Sun, and even if Davis didn't have any character that I liked, I wouldn't insult him vulgarly in any way, neither him nor any other member of the Staff. I can criticize them, in an educated way and having reasons for my opinions, but I can never disrespect them with insults.

Anyway, at least for me it is very cathartic to express this kind of things because I feel that without a place to be really honest and direct about my opinions, I would be drowning in poison, and luckily I have my blog and other personal accounts for that. Which again, others can very easily block

I hope that you also manage to have a safe space where you can be honest without bothering others or fearing reprisals for your opinions that do not coincide with the majority.

Because at least in this specific case, it is simply illogical for someone to judge you for hating a fictional character who turns out to be a manipulative, genocidal liar among many other things. Don't feel bad about it. Have a nice day and take care of yourself`~

This has been an interesting read, I really like this kind of talk.

Although I'm sorry if I'm intruding, just wanted to mention to this anon that while I agree with the taste for karma and the consequences of our actions, we also have to take into account who we're judging. Personally, don't think that the current Eclipse from EAPS should be judged the same as the one from celestial phenomena. Because they are very different.

In EAPS Eclipse is a different person from the previous villains, I would say that he is actually someone very similar to Nexus, with the difference that by having the memories of the old villain, it is much more difficult for him to detach himself from that identity and form his own. But I do think that he can only be judged by the things he did since Ruin recreated him. Which we know are much less bad things than his previous lives.

In turn, Eclipse from celestial phenomena, if I'm not mistaken, and please don't hesitate to correct me, is the same Eclipse who did all the bad things in the show, both to Lunar and Bloodmoon, not to mention Monty, Sun and Moon of course. And that's not even counting all the evil things he's done in this story independently of canon both before and after Sun and Solar started dating as a couple! I think in this case not even the devil's advocate could save him from a well-deserved maximum sentence. A thousand years in prison for the toxic orange!

But I just wanted to mention that, idk, hope I was kind enough, Eclipse V4 canon should only do community service and take anger management classes. Eclipse from celestial phenomena should be sent to Alcatraz along with Styx foreva /j

Hello, thank you for the ask! Sorry for the tardy response, been a busy bee.

The two Eclipses certainly can't be judged the same. It's hinted more than ever said outright, but CP Eclipse still harbours personal enmity to Old Moon (and New Moon by unfortunate extension, despite how unfair that is) for being abandoned in Sun's body. His memories of being exorcised from Sun's head and the mana pool blowing up have been showcased. I write him as committing to being the same person, the original Eclipse, no matter which body edition he currently occupies.

As you say, this is different from EAPS Eclipse where he's his own person and forging his own path, despite his roots and retaining memories. He considers himself separate from previous Eclipse iterations.

CP Eclipse will suffer consequences, one way or another.

Not really? Idk i don't think i write enough to have many surprises on my ao3, like i knew Starbreaker was the most i'd written for in a long time and i was right. I was surprised i have the same amount of T and E fics.... but to be fair before this summer most of the things i wrote were like. Ambitious multichap stuff that were full on AUs or sometimes took place in high school so i guess that makes sense.... Its just, in my mind my stupid hornyposting has eclipsed everything else. I WAS surprised abt the benverly thing, that's a total fluke. It feels wrong that I technically have more benverly than LJ3

I really shouldn't be surprised by how Jace Stardiamond is my favorite sopping wet beast. And yet.

I think Kaeya was simply born and raised in Khaenri'ah but his mother was born and raised in Sumeru and most likely passed away few years before he was abandoned by his sire. If caribert's story is in some way ment to be a parallel to Kaeya's one then this seems to be most likely to me.

Why someone from the seven would voluntarily live in a cave nation..., maybe she sinned? During cyno's story quest, when you enter the restricted repository, you can interact with three items, one that references tighnari's story quest, one that is relevant for cyno's story quest and one which isn't a reference to a quest at all (atleast I think so) except reminding us of one of the sins of the akademiya:

Just some far-fetched headcanon, that maybe his mother was the haravatat researcher in question. Because I doubt that as cosmopolitan Khaenri'ah is or was regarding hating the gods, I don't think they would have given asyl to anyone from the seven that asks nicely unless they have some use.

And the abyss order is known to steal books and scripts and it seems like they have only recently begun to rally hilichurls to fight.

Kaeya's mom being from Sumeru seems to be the popular theory as well! And the idea of a Sumeru mother sounds so interesting to me! Smart, strategic, and elegant comes to mind (I really want Kaeya to take after his mother in those aspects). My favorite idea involving this theory is from an absolutely amazing fanfic by @leeryder called "Once Upon an Eclipse" (which I highly recommend for reading btw!! I greatly advertise it!) I will not spoil the fanfic beyond the mention of Kaeya's mother being from Sumeru hehe

I hope that someday we would learn more about mama Alberich. The idea that she may be the Haravatat scholar who was imprisoned sounds like an interesting story. Had she done it in the name of love or her own curiosity? It definitely cost her a safe future... but I'd like to imagine that she would have found it worth it.

Similar to the real world, I also like to think that some people (disclaimer: not all people!! Just many) who prefer the academic lifestyle would lead a life of atheism/agnosticism, so it isn't farfetched that the Khaenri'ahn ideals would affect Sumeru and vice versa (especially with a literal gate to Khaenri'ah being located in Sumeru)

I have had several ideas as well where (just to keep the king/prince kaeya theory) she is actually the daughter of King Irmin who married an Alberich, and the Alberich line gained a noble status thru that (regents until the prince is of age kind of deal). I like to think the Alberich line was initially a military family until the princess fell in love with one of their war generals

I still have that one crack theory where the Tsaritsa is his mother as well lmao. Blame the Pierro x Tsaritsa brainrot where they are long time lovers and Tsaritsa was devastated to see her lover's nation get ruined (because she loved that nation too)

Another is how curiously the Spantamad logo is a peacock. Alchemy and a peacock? Khaenri'ah and Kaeya?? Curious. What if it was started thru Kaeya's mother? A Sumerian who introduced another darshan to her nation? She could have gotten curious and fell in love papa Alberich while she studied alchemy.

Take what I'm about to say with a grain of salt, since--again--I've more or less stopped watching the episodes themselves and am mostly absorbing info via fandom osmosis.

But.

As admittedly cool as all the Bloodmoon Solar art is... I kind of get the feeling that this is just another attempt to vilify Nexus. To point at them and say "See, this is proof that they were evil and wrong! Look at what they wanted to do!"

When... no. It isn't. And that simulation isn't proof of what would have happened. You are telling me that when the multiverse exists, this is the only option? When things like the Cringe dimension, or swap dimensions exist? Or the very fact that Solar existed at all compared to basically every other Eclipse in dimensions that followed the same roughly general path as the canon one?

Not to mention the fact that just getting that little snapshot isn't enough to explore the actual circumstances going on. Evil Earth's dimension ring a bell? On that initial visit, when all they saw of her dimension was Earth alone in a room talking with them, they didn't think she was all that deserving of the "evil" title. They were so sure that the computer was right, and the closest to evil an Earth could get was to be a world leader, with all the inherent issues positions of power have.

But then when they were actually able to explore all the context surrounding her situation, it turned out that, no, she was genuinely evil. She deserved that title.

Now. Consider Bloodmoon.

The version of them that just died was not the original. They were a copy, much like the current Eclipse. And while they did indeed still eat blood like the original did, they didn't really seem to crave it the same way. It seemed like they just enjoyed the taste, but didn't need it to survive/live without pain like the original did. Ruin was able to redirect them so what they were more interested in was chaos and physical pain.

That is the Bloodmoon Nexus would have been working with. The one who apparently didn't need blood, or crave it the same way.

So how sure, again, are we that the simulation this Moon was viewing took that into account? How sure are we that Moon didn't just pick the absolute worst case scenario to look at?

And maybe he did! Again, I didn't watch the episode, I don't what parameters he was looking at.

But even if he was correct and this would have happened if Bloodmoon got used...

It just seems very suspicious to me anyways, given the other villification going on.

Perhaps I am just jaded at this point.
