I do have an oolddd doodle of something like this! Where Sun would try to keep someone up CONSTANLY, rather than Moon trying to put someone to sleep while virus'd!!

It was honestly made as a joke when I made it, but if anything this would be the closest to a "virus'd Sun" I've ever really thought about. Moon would still be sweet, and soft spoken, probably taking the role of the more anxious one rather than Sun. Given the events of my fic To Understand You, it would be VASTLY different in the way sun/moon interact with you- Although I think similar plot points would still play out normally, just role-reversed. :O

and while i think that they would very quickly get familiar with it (not to mention, shadow milk could peep into the outside world when imprisoned, making him even less of a stranger to tech), there surely would be a period of time for every beast where they need to learn what a car is. or computers.

though hm. besides the guy-knows-all, i have a feeling burning spice would also be more or less familiar with tech. he witnessed many civilizations rise and fall, there had to be something?? unless we want to stick to the fantasy setting with the beasts backstories i suppose

Explorer au meets trolls world tour

This is the current final post since I don't have anything else ready and or queued up XD

Jade finds herself separated from her family and looking for a way back, the world is big and dangerous so she becomes a bounty hunter as a means of assisting her search, she thinks she's getting close when a world shaking tour and an interesting bounty fall on her plate.

Branch (since this is still within the N2 au just shifted a bit) has been living with Floyd so he's changed a bit, he tried to give himself bangs, which didn't work out, and he now wears a brown tunic under his leaf vest, a gift from another person who helped him and floyd out, a secret someone yet to be revealed teehee.

Poppy is mostly unchanged, as most of the N2 au effects Brozone, tho she is a bit closer with Branch than in canon due to circumstances!

something something about Caleb Dume surviving the genocide of his people and divorcing himself from his culture and remaking himself entirely in order to survive

and something something about orphaned Ezra Bridger who loves Lothal but doesn’t quite belong being adopted into a self-made-cobbled-together family of outcasts from multiple cultures

and something something about Kanan choosing to embrace his culture and religion again despite his fear and the risk it brings to him and his family

and something something about Ezra embracing that culture as whole-heartedly as he can when so much of it has been lost

and something something about both of being denied the ability to practice certain aspects of their religion because otherwise they might be killed for it

and something something about Kanan remembering how Master Billaba carefully sheared his hair and oh so reverently plaited his Padawan braid and held it gently between her fingertips and told him she would do right by him and told him not to be afraid and told him she would be there for him until her dying breath and beyond and told him that he was going to be a great Jedi Knight one day and told him “you are our future youngling and I will do everything in my power to protect that future”

and something something about Kanan looking at Ezra’s wild hair with something hollow and aching tucked between his ribs because he longs to show Ezra the devotion his Master showed him and her Master showed before her and his Master before him but it’s not safe to gently plait that Padawan braid behind Ezra’s ear because such a sign of devotion will mean death and Kanan can only hope that Ezra understands how much Kanan loves him and how much Kanan is proud of him and how much hope and life he sees in his Padawan because while that Padawan braid may be the physical link between future and past tying together generations of Masters and Padawans who have lived and loved and passed on because “we are what they grow beyond”—

Kanan knows that every moment has led to this and Ezra is the future his Master and her Master before her never expected but they would be so proud to see Ezra now and Kanan can only hope Ezra knows how proud Kanan is of him too and know when he looks at Ezra he knows everything is going to be okay because “we are what they grow beyond” and despite everything that’s been lost to them Ezra is carrying the heart and soul of thousands of years of legacy and Kanan looks at Ezra knowing he can’t give him that Padawan braid but he’ll be damned if he can’t teach him the things that matter and he’ll be damned if he doesn’t do everything to protect the future he sees in Ezra’s eyes

so i do think it's very interesting how, at least from what i've observed, people see/depict worst logan as kind of different from the x men logan in terms of their propensity for violence, or rather how this violence is released. i think it has to do with a couple of things:

as many have pointed out, wade is the only one who has ever been able to match him in a fight. so it makes sense that people would headcanon their relationship as involving fights on the regular. but also;

most of what we see from him in the movie is him fighting, and so we assume that he has a tendency towards it, especially since the past he's trying to escape from is exactly that: him being violent towards others, including those who don't deserve it. i think this has definitely subconsciously shaped some people's perception of him in some way.

but i think it's good to remember that what we are shown isn't proportionate to who he is, because the movie necessarily can't develop his character much outside of the plot. i don't think worst logan and x-men logan are different at all in the sense of x-men logan being "gentler", because not only have we just not had the chance to see worst logan act otherwise, but x-men logan also has this same animalistic violence in him. we can see how quickly he unleashes himself in the movies when the situation calls for it, and even when he's doing it to protect, there's still that rage underneath it all.

worst logan is violent towards wade because 1. he's projecting, and 2. wade can take it. but also it's a symptom of something else that he hasn't worked through, possibly decades of trauma he hasn't worked through. i'm working on a fic that explores this rn, but my headcanon is that his post-x-men rampage was a sort of addiction for him because of the release it gave him, which he then replaced with getting shitfaced, and finding someone who could take him in a fight (wade) could be a reversion to the former addiction if he doesn't work on it. (i think that especially with superhero movies, it's so easy to brush off violence as just another normal thing, but realistically, a failure to unpack all that baggage could escalate his problems into something way worse.)

so imo i think worst logan is practically the same, if not very similar, to x-men logan, just that he's a variant that was dealt the worst card, but we interpret his character differently because all we're shown is what he became because of it. we all know logan is gentle with his lovers, and i think that unless wade shows that he enjoys it, logan would not be violent towards him just because wade can take it. just because you can doesn't mean you should, and i think he of all people would understand that

Doorkeay shippers I’m curious… how do you imagine their relationship came to be? Did Gerry meet Michael back when he was still Gertrude’s assistant, and then reunited with him post-Distortion? Did Gerry encounter Distortion Michael and was lucky enough to win its favor? Was Gerry hunting Michael, or was it vice versa? Did they team up at some point? Did Michael have it out for Gerry but gradually changed his mind? Had Gertrude placed protections on Gerry, leading to an entertaining “I-can’t-harm-you-but-I-really-want-to” dynamic until they became friends? Or do you simply just rotate them in your mind and not care about the “lore” details of this fun little crack ship? I haven’t read much Doorkeay fan fiction yet, so I really haven’t delved into any interpretations of them story-wise, just fun fanart existing in limbo. They don’t need a story of course, but I’d love to hear what people have come up with! Doorkeay is a wonderland of possibilities, after all :)

The idea that people will take the cringy lyrics or singing as a point against Lost Records is just... baffling to me. These are TEENAGERS. Making things they enjoy. Of course adults will look at those things and think they're not good. That's the point! They're doing things for themselves, and getting carried away with their passion for it. They make a shoddy music video and it's the coolest thing to them because it's something they made. They're loud and obnoxious and chaotic because that's what being a teenager is about. They don't have proper technique or whatever, they're just making music to scream all the confusing feelings and frustrations they hold inside them. The music being "bad" or "cringy" IS the point.
