Possibly a slightly odd choice because there's a fair amount of angst and plot and the like in this, but h_vane's Tortall series rampant gives me so many fuzzy Baird/Wilina feelings it popped into my head first.

🤔 The first fic you think of when I say pain

My first thought was this Guardian novel-verse fic by Itgoeson a god isn't a lover (though the prayers stay the same) which had my throat clogged up the entire time I was reading.

And then I remembered emlof's no-god fearing man (probably because of the title similarities), which is a heart-wrenching look at Wu Xie and Pangzi dealing with Wu Xie's illness and I couldn't not mention it too.

The Director Who Buys Me Dinner - Why did I not wait until it was almost done to start? I’m completely hooked and dying for the next episode. I also feel like there is a full length, 16-episode drama in this and am bummed that’s not what we’re getting.

The Golden Spoon - Enjoying it but am taking my time. The second male lead is fantastic and is the reason I’m still watching.

Strange New World [trailer] - A story that could have shown up in an old Analog magazine: a classic sci-fi story in the best way. So creative and fun to watch.

Cheer Up - Han Ji Hyun: her energy is unreal and was the highlight of this show for me.

Choco Milk Shake - I’m in the minority on this one based on what I’ve seen on my dash so far. I do not see the way they ended it as a happy ending. I was expecting a flash forward to a few years to Jungwoo happily with his ex and a message about grief/healing/living your life. The way it stands now, Choco and Milk have only 100 days on Earth again, and then presumably they have to leave for another few years. Do they then come back for another 100 days and start the cycle over? Their partners get 100 days of happiness with them, then any number of years alone, with no real guarantee that they will get another 100 days together at the end of that time. That’s depressing as all heck. The ending hinted at a continuation, so maybe my assumptions are wrong about how the 100 days work. Maybe another series will change/clarify that.

My Tooth Your Love - Loved it up until the last two episodes, then they lost me.
