eating christmas cookies for breakfast. singing&dancing around the house to christmas music on repeat. fighting the last minute shopping crowds. drinking festive boozy drinks on hallmark movie night.

being present = joining in. &joining in = memories made w/ the people I love oh so much. memories made = a happier&healthier me.

all I want for christmas is to eat the damn cookies.

continuing the holiday mindset

holding my breath because today is back to reality. I hope&pray that I can continue this holiday mindset //be present, join in, make memories// once back in the real world. so easy it is for me to fall back into my routine blah ways.  these next few days will be a challenge, but I must continue to //break the cycle// with opposite actions against my silly thoughts.
