SAFW IS FINALLY STEPPING ITS KITTY GAME UP!

I am certainly not one to swallow my own vomit but, sweetheart, this time I might just have to.

It wouldn't even be a throwback if the post was done on the same day as I am about to release this post, considering it hasn't aged to my liking. Factually, my previous post was particularly, a shade as my friends would call.

It is not lie that the past previous years or so say seasons, we have been getting one-too-less of the same patterns, colors, seaming and beading that one would predict the worst to come out of this seasons collections at SAFW. Founded by Lucilla Booyzen, the event constitutes to celebrate South African talent in design but might I say, we had been feasting on the same chicken for a quarter decade now, retail merchandise suit for a shein haul would be a perfect way to describe the past AWs.

While I could blabber til the bemuda mysterious are solved, I admit I was taken aback by my own poisoning expectations. Day 1, had me by the balls, observe:

This year's collections were different, individual and may it be said that I might have left an enquiry for certain garments to be of my possession. After all what is fashion without flashing a couple of goodie designers and harsh remarks. Perhaps this might be a new decade for fashion in South Africa and we might have ourselves potential brand to flash around, amid the recent Magugu CD offerings yet still unconfirmed.
