“I think Starlo has the brand of autism that is the opposite brand of Frisk's autism so he struggles with reading how they communicate.” Genuine question, what does this mean?
I suppose it might be a little hard to explain, but I'll do my best! Keep in mind this is just my HC/interpretation of these characters, not canon.
Starlo is very expressive about his feelings and thoughts, and can be kind of loud about them. He also sometimes takes things a little too literally (when Ceroba corrected him about the horses thing, he took her words literally and assumed she was talking about a specific Monster named Horses). So I HC him as pretty open and wearing his heart on his sleeve (unless it's about his personal issues, but that's a separate discussion). Unless he's very close to you and knows your tells, he has a bit of a hard time reading people emotionally if they express themselves differently than he does. He'll try his best! But often times he'll ask you to just be blunt and say how you're feeling so he can be on the same page as you.
Meanwhile, Frisk is basically the opposite. They're very quiet, mostly non verbal most times, and doesn't openly communicate with words a lot. Their expressions tend to be very subdued. Very rarely do they say how they're feeling or what they want directly and up front. Most of the time they just kind of rely on the people they're talking with to be able to parse out how they feel based on general vibes. Ceroba is really good at this - Starlo is not, LOL. He'll often worry he's upsetting them, when in actuality Frisk is having fun! They simply just don't communicate it in the same way he does.

His voice like a thunder clap, Merlin shouted, “How can you word better that you think I ruined my best friend’s wife so that I could screw her husband in peace?”
“I didn’t say that, exactly,” Lainey protested in a tiny voice.
“As if Arthur even would,” Merlin hissed, incensed on a level that Arthur had rarely seen. The air crackled for a moment, and one of the wine glasses broke untouched. “Do you know what I was to him, next to her?” The sudden drop in volume of his voice was enough to chill the air around him. “Nothing. I couldn’t hold a candle to her while holding literal candles.” Frighteningly even in tone, almost conversational, Merlin asked, “How dare you imply that he would ever do that to her, or that I have any right to her place – ” The tapers on the table flared and then went out, the only remaining light filtering in from the kitchen behind Merlin. “ – that I would steal her husband from her own bed – ” He balled his hands into fists on the table, suddenly shaking, and cursed at the top of his lungs, “Fuck you! Guinevere deserved respect, and I am no one’s fucking side piece!”
“Merlin!” Leon yelled. Then in an effort to deescalate, “You’re scaring her.” From the timbre of his voice, he was scaring Leon too.
Merlin took his hands from the table and straightened, bristling. “Oh, I’m scaring her?”
Incredulous, Arthur demanded, “What the hell are you doing?”
In response, Merlin said again, frighteningly reasonable, “I’m scaring her, Arthur. She’s scared.” Then he lunged forward. Arthur and Leon both seized at his arms to hold him back. The stench of wild magic invaded Arthur’s nostrils and threatened to make him cough. Ignoring them both, Merlin stretched his face as near to Lainey as he could get it and coldly informed her, “You have no idea what real fear is.”

Gato made a patreon post about alpha testing for YKMET and this part sticks out a bit.
I think if it was happening, we would see more people talking about it, but I'm wondering if she's deleting comments/ignoring dms about the accusations the new gatobob account made. I feel like shes very aware of what happened despite her new absence of social media, but still no mention of it.

Kate Wetherall would be the most likely to join a cult, but not because she actually got suckered into it. She's smarter than that. No, she'd see a bunch of people doing something unusual, and she'd be like "Hey, Guys! What are you doing?" and just hang out with them to see what was going on.
