Simply scramble some eggs, add some greens and defrost a freezer stash bag! Easy! . Here’s the recipe. . Keto Gang spicy bbq pulled brisket. 1kg brisket. . 1 bottle Richards spicy bbq sauce from @lowcarbemporium 1TB @mingleseasoning Sofia spicy seasoning from @lowcarbemporium 2 TB @natures.hollow maple syrup from @lowcarbemporium 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1-2 tsp garlic powder 1-2 tsp onion powder 1/2 -1 cup chicken broth . Simply dump all your ingredients in the slow cooker, slow cook it on high for 4-5 hours then turn down to low for the last 1-2 hours, simply remove the meat and shred using a couple of forks then return meat to the sauce, we have been using ours on eggs, on paffles with slaw, and veg! Keto All-Vegetable Thai Green Curry
Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes 🍽 Servings: 1
Ingredients:
30g fresh Shiitake Mushrooms
15g Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
30g Eggplant, sliced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp Green Curry Paste
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1.5 tsp Vegan Fish Sauce
6-8 pieces fresh Thai Basil

Procedure:
1) Heat olive oil in a pan. Add green curry paste and roast until aromatic.
2) Add coconut milk, water, and fish sauce. Bring to a boil.
3) Add eggplants, shiitake, bell peppers, and basil leaves. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Cauli Mac and cheese!. . Such a nostalgic meal for me, I used the exact same recipe as my mum used to use except I swapped out the pasta for cauliflower! It’s cheesy, flavourful, reheats well and can be enjoyed as a side dish or a meal on its own!. . Here’s what you will need. 1 head of cauliflower 200g cooked bacon 4 boiled eggs 2 cups mozzarella 250g butter 1 cup cream 250g cream cheese Dried parsley 1/2 an onion. . Chop the Cauli into bite size pieces and steam till tender. . Boil the eggs, chop and set aside. . In a sauce pan add the onion and bacon and sauté till onions are transparent. . To the onion and bacon, add the butter, cream cheese and cream and stir till melted and combined, then add the egg and Cauli. . Lastly, add the mozarella cheese and stir till melted, placed in a baking dish and too with more cheese and parsley, bake till cheese has melted and enjoy!. . .
