♯ first…kiss with neteyam .ᐟ
+ neteyam’s got that older brother charm. a real gentleman, through and through—which isn’t the least bit surprising because he’s neytiri’s son, after all. and given this, he just…naturally excels at most things, even kissing. when it happens, it’s kind of almost unreal, sort of like a fairytale. he’s just so…good at it, doesn’t rush you, or force his tongue down your throat, or do anything that would even slightly make you uncomfortable.
no, he’s slow—methodical. takes his time with you because he wants to taste you, and commit it to memory. i’d like to think he even makes you laugh before he goes in, because he’s just like that, you know? like, yeah, he’s got neytiri’s whole face but he’s still his daddy’s son—he’s got the smugness and attitude to prove it.
♯ first…time with neteyam .ᐟ
+ god, i don’t even know where to begin. every fiber of my being believes that he’d make it the most comfortable, painless experience ever. usually, most people dread their firsts—simply because their partners didn’t: 1) prep them properly, 2) make sure that they finished, or 3) provide aftercare—but neteyam? yeah, he’s going above and beyond, and checking off every single one! you being in pain and miserable was simply never an option.
as previously mentioned, i’d like to think he’d try and calm your nerves by making you laugh. just a few jokes here and there, just to get your mind off of the initial stretch of his fingers working you.
— “who’s the prettiest girl on pandora?” he teases, leaving zephyr-light kisses all over your face. you think he’s so corny, but giggle anyway, shoving lightly at his chest.
“stop it!” but he’s relentless, still peppering your face with kisses, still prodding your slit. you’re so distracted by his attempts to calm your nerves, that you don’t even notice his finger is all the way in. not until he pulls it out and praises you for opening up for him.
— “see, look at you,” a gentle hand rises to caress your cheek, “so pretty.”
♯ first…kiss with lo'ak .ᐟ
+ the concept of patience is entirely foreign to him. patience and him are like oil and water. they just don’t mix. he’s a here, now, and fast type of guy, always has been. and when the moment arises between you two, he’s the first to initiate it—however, it’s no fairytale moment. it’s toothy, wet, and inexperienced.
i’d like to think it’s you who has to take the initiative when it comes to kissing. and through this, he begins to get a sense of the things you like: how slow he should go, how much tongue, where he should hold you, and how he should move his lips. eventually, he gains enough confidence to kiss you the way he’s been wanting to kiss you—which is hard, and rough, and passionate—just a lot less toothy and wet.
♯ first…time with lo'ak .ᐟ
+  it’s all baby steps and hand holding with him in this department too. this is the one instance in which i don’t think he’d charge into. i think after kissing you for the first time, he’d use some of that knowledge to decipher how he’d go about it. at first, he’s like incredibly scared to touch you, just hovering over you like a sheet of paper, scared that if he uses just the slightest amount of strength, you’ll break or something.
— “does that hurt?” / “can you feel that?” / “maybe if we try it this way…” / “am i in?”
the sentiment is cute, thoughtful even. because don’t get me wrong, a man that takes the time to ask you how he should touch you, where he should touch you, and how you’re feeling during sex is amazing. bravo to any guy who does it (it’s the bare minimum), but lo’ak does it to the point where you’re questioning if he’s scared of pussy. overall, i think this is something you’ll have to take the initiative for too.
— “lo’ak if you don’t touch me right now, i swear to god i’m going to kill you and then myself.”
♯ first…kiss with kiri .ᐟ
+ my sweet girl. my bestest girl. i just know it’d be so fucking cute. like actually, the type of kiss where your leg slowly springs up (i.e. the princess diaries). yeah, it’d be that good. girls just do everything better anyway, and it’s kiri, so the expectations were already high (duh). the thing about kiri is, when she kisses, she really commits to the kiss. she doesn’t do half-assed, because kissing is like dessert.
it’s supposed to be (especially first kisses) sweet, and airy, and dizzying—and it is! the amalgamation of her tender touches, and the little giggles in between, and the teasing ‘run and follow’ your lips do…are all things that add to the experience. a kiss with kiri will literally have you on speed dial with uhaul, trust and believe!
♯ first…time with kiri .ᐟ
+ like neteyam, she’d be so attentive. just making sure you’re comfortable, reassuring you, whispering words of encouragement, and checking in on you mentally. she knows that sex can be exhausting (both physically and mentally), so i’d like to think she’d spend extra time on foreplay and aftercare than she would during the actual act itself—not that she had to spend much time on you anyway, because getting you to finish wasn’t something she considered to be much of a feat.
also, kiri is a princess, she’s literally the first born daughter. she may often appear to have a tough exterior, but…it’s just a front. dote on her and shower her with the same affections she showered you with, treat her like a little doll and watch her crumble underneath your fingertips from the smallest of praises.
— “such a sweet girl, staying open for me.” / “could watch you do that all day.” / “nobody touches me the way you do.”

Ever since Neytiri had given birth to you, your parents had known that you would be a mighty child. Jake could already picture the future little warrior that you would become. Though it wasn’t something that he wished upon you, because he and Neytiri knew of the dangers of war more than anybody else.
Although when your first instinct was to grab onto one of his locks with a force that he ignored a newborn could even possess, he knew that he had nothing to worry about. The Sully genes ran thick in your blood.
Neytiri’s yellow eyes glistened as she observed you, so innocent yet not frail. You were a strong baby, blessed by Eywa herself with a strong soul. Mo’at said that she could feel it, as well as your connection with Eywa herself.
Soon after, your little family welcomed their first born son into their arms. With open arms and an open heart, Neteyam had become your brother. He was worshipped and presented under the many eyes of the Omatikaya as they chanted his name in joy, just like they had done with you.
Jake watched as his babies went from the pure chubby bundles of joy that they were into the fine warriors that they were today. Soon enough, he watched as his family grew. From his firstborn to his second child, to his now big family of 7. He did often happen to miss when you all were just toddlers, innocent children shielded from the wrath of war and duties. Innocent children who would attempt to run away from his inescapable grip as he tickled them relentlessly.
“What did I say before leaving? You are spotters, all of you!” your father began to scold you and both your brothers, Neteyam and Lo’ak, as soon as your Ikrans had reached the platforms.
“And you,” he pointed towards your frame and your ears downturned at his judgement. “I told you to keep an eye on your brothers and all you did was disobey again. What you did today was foolish and dangerous!” he seethed and Neytiri side-eyed him when he raised his voice a little too high. His eyebrows furrowed from anger as he glared at your unwavering form.
“Did you hear me?” he hollered, which momentarily broke your composure as you looked away from his blazing glare.
“Yes, sir.” Neytiri sighed at the subtle mocking tone in your answer. He was about to counter before Neytiri thankfully came at your rescue.
“Ma Jake, Your son is actually bleeding…”
Jake sighed as he ran a hand across his face, features pinched in stress. He did not wish to face his unruly daughter now, but he knew that he had to.
“Go get your brothers treated now won’t you, you might as well do that right.” He sneered as Neytiri smacked him across the back of his head. Lo’ak look down in guilt as he was now victim of your sharp glare. You everted your eyes back to your father to speak but he beat you to it. “And take that shit off your face.” he jabbed at your warrior's face paint.
“I’m sure they can treat themselves their own, since they’re independent enough now.” You raised your eyebrows towards your younger brothers, which they only shrunk under your gaze.
They knew not to take it to heart and that you did not particularly mean what you were implying. Well maybe just a little, and siblings fought all of the time anyways. It was not new to them.
Though this time it was truly your brother’s fault. He was the one that had decided to run off to grab a gun and he was the one that had gotten you all injured in the first place. Neteyam had tried to argue with him at first but nonetheless joined him in the hunt for a weapon after following him to the ground.
You mounted your Ikran once more before setting off, escaping your duties once more as your family was left to wonder where you had escaped to this time.
-
Your Ikran had left to rest nearby about a few minutes prior. Meanwhile, you were busy exploring the bioluminescent vegetation around you. Oftentimes brushing your hands across the large variation of non-toxic plants that littered the forest.
You were in search of a certain type of berry, one that was only found in deeper regions of the forest. Despite its rare shares, the fruit is one of the most desired desserts in the forests of Pandora, known for its sweet and unique taste. You were aware that your siblings all adore the delicacy, and you were searching for a way to pardon yourself for your previous absences. Soooo…..
After 20 minutes of searching, you had found no sign of the berry nearby, though you had found a litter of Viperwolf cubs. At first you did not wish to have anything to do with the cubs, no matter how adorable you found them. Solely because of the fact that their mother was standing right besides them, and you did not want to unnecessarily kill one of Eywa’s creation if she decides to attack you. Though when the cubs found their own way around your legs while nearly tripping you, their mother had not dared to move - deeming you a trustable Na’vi.
You still knew better than to try and pet her though.
Before you could even kneel down to pet the cubs, a new presence had rushed past you by force, knocking you over. The cubs all whined as they ran back to their mother, who she recognized the scent of a hunter amongst thousands of others. So she ran, taking her pups away and leaving you to deal with this stranger.
Upon first glance you had not recognized the man, though it had nothing to do with the fact that all you were greeted with was the simple sight of his bare back. You growled at the audacity of this rude stranger, ears pointing up in displeasure.
“Look at what you have done, you successfully ruined today's hunt. Marvellous job!” The stranger sneered. He had a rough voice that matched his sharp personality really well.
“We do not even consume Viperwolves..” you stated, although it came out sounding more like a question.
“We eat whatever we can catch, it does not matter if ‘we do not consume’ them or not.” he mocked you with his snarky comment. Your face twisted to one of disgust at the idea of this man eating something such as a thanator, those things just look exteriorly expired.
The stranger kneeled down on one knee besides the previous viperwolf nest. He slid a finger on the paw print engraved in the dirt, bringing it close to his eyes to inspect. You watched with curious eyes at the huntsman’s antics, just as he huffed in annoyance.
“You didn’t just ruin today’s hunt, but a delicious meal too at that.” he paused for a moment before turning around to you. Your eyes widened at him, seemingly he was nothing of what you had expected.
He was about a head taller than you as he stood up high on both of his feet, his stance was intimidating but you did not falter. He held a muscular and well defined build, props to all of the training that he must’ve endured. He tilted his head to the side with a scornful grin as you checked him out, but you were not affected by his teasing.
His broad shoulders and toned stomach could make any Omatikayan woman lose their footing. Unfortunately for him, his facial features only seemed to repulse or frighten them away. Your round yellow eyes traced his sharp jawline, which was a common trait in most Na’vi. Although for some reason, none of them had ever entranced you as much as his had.
He scoffed as you continued to check him out, turning around after he had gotten enough of your staring. The unexpected sound of your laughter however, got him to turn around once more. His eyebrows furrowed in puzzlement.
“Is the almighty stranger afraid of a woman's gaze?” you poked at his ego but truly, yes he was. His pride was too big for him to agree with you, so he simply rolled his yellow iris at your taunting.
At his lack of response, you decided that you were not quite done with your teasing. You approached him while maintaining secure eye contact, getting all up in his personal space as you stood right ahead of him. His breath hitched at the closeness, but his deep scowl would not give him away.
He watched impatiently as your eyes scanned his features once more. From his notched ear to the many size-ranging scars that cluttered his face, a proof that he was a full time huntsman. He had what seemed like charcoal powder around his eyes, adding to his already intimidating look.
“Quit staring, you demon. I've got to catch up to that prey that you drove away.” He grumbled as he shoved you away, curtly using one hand to push at your shoulder while the other one gripped harshly at his bow.
You were left speechless at his comment, how dared he? Him, a simple labourer, insulting you (and subtly your family too).
“Aye skxawng, do you even know who you’re talking to?” you tilted your head towards him, nose scrunched up at his rudeness.
“Everybody knows who you are, your family is filled with demon hybrids. I’m sure that your family name is well spoken of in other clans as well.” he bashed and backtracked to leave once more but your airplane ears and furrowed eyebrows should have told him that something was coming for him.
You ran up to him before shoving his shoulders back with force, bearing your canines at him in a venomous hiss. Another thing that you had acquired from your mother was her assertiveness.
“You will not disrespect my family, you got it? or else I'll deal with you myself, scum!” you spat, and as much as he liked getting a rise out of you, he knew better than to add fire to the flame. He knew of your achievements as a fighter, because honestly, who didn’t? He could despite your family of demons all he wanted but he had to come to terms with the fact that those same exact demons were ruling his clan.
The man raised his hands in mocking surrender as a wicked grin overtook his expression. You refrain yourself from personally going over to punch that look out of his face as he leaves. You too had decided that you had stayed out too late, and that your family was probably starting to get worried.
But just there, from the corner of your eyes had you spotted it. recognizable from it’s beautiful red color, a Sarisa berry bush.
-
Later that night at dinner, your seat had remained vacant once more. There was a loud-silence that filled the room and the tension was thick enough to be sliced through with a dagger. Tuk volunteered in an attempt to soothe everyone’s nerves by giving them a free ‘concert’, which she ended up getting all of her siblings present to join in. Soon enough, the Sully’s tent was filled with laughter and loud chanting.
Your father however was left to sulk in his corner, fingers working precisely on threading his damaged arm band. He just couldn’t pinpoint when things had begun to fail with you. He knew as much as the countless times that he had scolded you during your youth. For things like you sneaking away during eclipse to go play with nearby Viperwolf cubs. Or in moments where you had stupid fights with neighbouring Na’vi children.
Though when you grew to understand the duties that were to be thrown upon you once you were to grow up, you began running off more often. Disobeying the strict orders that the other Sullys were deemed to adhere to. It was harsh for the younger you, you liked being free and careless. Not overwhelmed with responsibilities.
Neytiri had tried to reason with you, telling you that everyone had responsibilities and that it was inevitable. You understood that, really, but the responsibilities of the Tsahik and of a normal Na’vi were far different. She tried telling you that your father meant the best for you, that his scolding was because he cared for you, but after you continued with your antics - she found herself siding with her mate more.
You did not find any interest in a healer’s job, and you knew that as Tsahik, that would be a part of your everyday life. You were a fighter, like your mother and father, like your brothers.
She was keen and observing, because she was a mother and leader after all. She had noticed how you begin distancing yourself more after the birth of your latest sister, Tuktirey. She deemed that it was perhaps a bit of jealousy and that it would falter soon after you had met your sister.
It wasn’t that you hated your sister, never that. You loved Tuk with your whole existence and there’s never a day that passess by where you don’t tell yourself that you would sacrifice everything for her, much like your mother had promised herself for you.
You were just overwhelmed with everything, and sometimes you did truly envy your sisters for their lack of chores. Sometimes you wished that Kiri was bound to become Tsahik, because you knew that her connection with Eywa was pure and incredibly strong. You had seen it with your own eyes when she had asked you to come to the forest with her. Everyone saw it.
When you made your appearance in your family’s tent, a toothy smile consumed your face as you watched with joy as your family was bonding. You approached them with little to no stealth, in a failed attempt to scare them.
At the sight of you, Neytiri’s ears raised in happiness. She was happy to see her girl back home, all safe and by the sight of the warm smile on your face, recognizably happy. Lo’ak spotted you first, but remained quiet as he saw you sneaking behind the little Tuk. Who she, was busy hitting all the high notes.
She was cut off by a squeal as you pinched her sides, using little force to pull her lightweight figure into you. Her loud giggles filled the room as you turned her around in your arms, holding her up on your hips with one hand while the other wrapped around her smaller back.
“You are back.” Kiri beamed at you, before standing up from her spot to join you in yours.
Jake watched as Tuk’s feet accidentally brushed against the burlap sack that was attached to your hip. A singular Sarisa berry falling from it. You younger siblings eyes widening at the sight, all rushing towards you as Tuk struggled to wiggle out of your grip.
Your laughter filled every inch of the tent as you threw your head back in laughter from your sibling’s reactions. Neteyam looked down with flushed cheeks as he was embarrassed by his childish behaviour.
“Here, you can all have a few,” you revealed as you opened your sachet filled with the berries. Their eyes practically glowed as you allowed them to take their fair share. Neteyam gave your head a loving pat, despite being younger than you, he always acted like he was the oldest.
Neteyam was responsible and wise, truly the golden child of the family. Sometimes you resent yourself for taking the Olo’eyktan chance from him because you had been born first. He was always quick to reassure you that he didn’t care and that in his eyes, you’ll always be the best warrior. The love you held for your brother was beyond the length of the lands of pandora. For the rest of your family as well.
Kiri thanked you sweetly before going back to her spot, and Lo’ak being Lo’ak, just grabbed more than he should’ve and took off running before you could scold him for it.
You looked back down at Tuk that had already passed out of your chest, sticky residue left around her mouth as she had been stealthily stealing more fruits while you were talking to your siblings. You scavenged around the tent for a spare piece of cloth as you found one near a bucket of water, exactly what you needed. You swiftly dipped the cloth in the bucket, squeezing the excess water as best as you could with one hand before bringing it back up to clean your little sister's fruity mess.
You silently thanked Eywa as Kiri had volunteered in taking Tuk into her care until they all went to sleep. You slipped the bag off your waist before moving to where your parents sat, legs crossed on the floor.
You shoved the bag next to them as you offered them their share. There wasn’t much left because of your devious siblings, but it was just dessert after all. After waiting too long for them to react you grabbed your fathers hand as he watched you, his ears flicking back in surprise. You shoved some fruits into his before doing the same with your mother.
Neytiri’s eyes flickered down between her hand and Jake’s, before looking at your now empty bag.
“Are you not having any, ‘ite” (daughter)
“I am not hungry, sa’nok” (mother)
In reality, you had been craving the fruit for Eywa knows how long before. Though your offering of the fruit was for the demand of forgiveness, and you were not about to take what you had shared to your family for your own pleasure.
“Lies! I have lived on this earth for many years surrounded by liars,” she casted a quick glance to her mate as she made a snarky reference to the time where he had betrayed the Na’vi, Though they had moved away from this long ago. Jake had known that she was just joking around. .
“I know when you lie, I am your mother after all. So you will eat and you will not speak!” Neytiri finished before she grabbed one berry from her own pile, shoving it in your move before you could refuse. You chewed bregudgly on the berry before bursting out laughing alongside your mother, your cheeks were bloated from the berry that you were still chewing.
You laughed carelessly with her, her hand moving to cup your cheek as her thumb ran loving circles onto your skin. For a moment, you had looked towards your father and to your surprise, you saw him chuckling at you both.
It filled your heart to the brim, and you felt like it would explode from the love that you received in this tent. Your father gave you a warm smile that you reciprocated, before Neytiri forced you to consume more fruits. Claiming that you haven’t been eating enough recently. Then, the laughter had been revived and the night had slowly died out as you had all made your ways into your mats for a good night's sleep.
The arguments had been forsaken for the night as for once in a long time, Jake had been your father, and not Jake Sully or Toruk Makto.
-
It had been a little over three months ever since your first interaction with the Na’vi, three months since your father had last scolded you and three months since your mother had begun to notice the subtle changes within your behaviour.
You would often sneak off during eclipse and come back at some completely random time. While she was used to this since you were younger, she noticed how you sometimes returned with random trinkets or with the widest grin that she had ever seen on your face.
You had thought that you were slick with your little escapades, but to be honest, your whole family was probably aware of it by now. At some point in time, you had arrived back home past sleeping hours to all of your siblings awaiting you ahead of the tent. Minus Tuk, that was peacefully snoring away.
Kiri was the first one to notice at first, besides your mother. She had noticed that you had been chirpier, having more will to do your everyday tasks. She was happy for you, so happy that she had set a quest among herself and her brothers to find out who your mystery lover was.
Lover. You were far from that. yet.
Not long after your first argument with the man, you had learnt that the stranger was named Mo’rata. You had attempted to inform yourself from your group of friends and surprisingly, they knew of him. Though, they knew of him in a way that did 0 justice to the man’s already poor reputation.
By what Miraha, your closest friend - had told you; he was far from the type of boy that you wanted yourself affiliated with. He was rude and totally outspoken. You had rolled your eyes at the news because that had been made clear every since your first meeting. You had heard a couple of stories about the man. About how he had once tried to court a Na’vi woman’s couple of years ago, and how he had gotten totally rejected because of his appearance.
That had made you feel uncharacteristically dejected, though he had not deserved to be treated in such a way. You had felt so bad because it was him.
Soon enough your meetings with the man began to double, triple and soon enough, you had been meeting him every single night during eclipse.
Whether your nights had been spent on an Ikran, racing and feeling the wind all brushing through your hair or full pledged roasting matches - you couldn’t help but feel things you wished not to feel for the man.
Your father had been completely against the idea of you being with the man at first, and still was. When he had first discovered that your little outings were spent with Mo’rata, it had been during a feasting celebration at the village. When you had both been returning to the village after another Ikran race, you had completely missed the way that the village was completely lighten up. Stupid had you both been, because who on Pandora could have missed the blazing lights of fire during eclipse?
You were both racing back towards the village as you were ahead of him, to which he was completely in disagreement with. He rushed past you, nearly knocking the light out of you as he pushed past.
Childish was what your mother had thought of you guys when you had entered the village, all sweaty and out of breath from your previous challenge.
You had nearly crashed into his toned chest as he had turned to meet your eyes, his own as wide as saucers as he noticed the presence of the other Omatikaya. As you made inevitable contact with him, you let out a scruffy ‘oof’ before he caught you in his arms. Both hands holding you by the waist as your hands rested on his forearms. You would’ve usually loved the intimacy if it hadn’t been for the recognizable inappropriate tune of your brother’s whistle, a tune to mock your intimacy with the man. Something that he had definitely learnt from the human that always followed him like a lost puppy, who he was currently laughing alongside Lo’ak.
You both quickly separated and stood straight before the Ole’eyktan and his family. Your family. Mo’rata knew that he should have felt scared, or more the less intimidated, but he didn’t. Because one gaze at your frame was enough to soothe his nerves. You were trying your hardest not to burst out laughing at your fathers seething form, before completely shattering under pressure. He too, soon broke under the spell of your unruly laughter, falling under the harsh glare of the Ole’eyktan.
Neteyam and Kiri shared a look between them before joining in the fit as well, although much more subtle because your father was very much still seething and very much still beside them. Neteyam placed a comforting hand upon his fathers shoulder and so did Neytiri, silently asking him to spare you just for this night. To save everyone’s festive night from his selfish judgement.
He sighed before shoo-ing his beloved ones hands away and telling the people to resume on with their feasts. You turned to look at Mo’rata once more, but to your surprise he was already staring at you.
He was mesmerised by the way you had been looking so angelic under the golden glaze of the torches. You chuckled before grabbing his hand, swiftly pulling him away to probably go and get lost in some random part of the forest for the 6th time this week.
He could only do anything but complain, because he would get lost every single day of his life if it meant getting lost with you.
After that night your little siblings had all tried to convince you that you had a little crush on the Na’vi, but you’d always lie and deny their accusations. Plus little was an understatement…
“You’re staring,” Neteyam teased as he gently elbowed you.
“Ooooooh sister be careful, you’re drooling!” Lo’ak joined in the teasing, rolling in laughter alongside spider, to whom you’d just glare and roll your eyes at.
Truthfully so you had been staring for a little long at the Na’vi, but you’d claim that it was because he was strange. Ironically so, almost a little hypocritically too because you were deemed strange as well. given your five fingers and fully developed eyebrows that no normal Na’vi had. Mo’rata had made it clear to you that he deemed you and your family as demons anyways, so you had all your rights to claim him as weird.
Though as of recently, he had begun to see you in a new light. To see your five fingers and the odd hairs above your eyes as something that he would wish to see everyday.
You had learnt along the way that Mo’rata was more or less a loner, due to his incredibly hostile attitude. When you’d heard the news you had rolled your eyes and claimed that it was no surprise. You had heard no records of his family and assumed that they were no more and that this could maybe explain his behaviour, but never excuse it.
You found yourself more at peace in the presence of Tuk, because she was the only one whose innocence shielded her from noticing the longing stares that you’d send the man. She would not once question or even acknowledge her other siblings teasing you about Mo’rata, she had her priorities set. As of now, her priorities were to re-braid your hair, and you were sure that she was set on making this the most painful braiding session that you had ever endured.
Tears gathered involuntarily in your big round eyes as your sister kept pulling with no avail, curse her for inheriting that sully blood. Soon enough your whole family had gathered into the marui as eclipse was soon to arrive.
It was not yet time for dinner, but you had already prepared yourself to leave the tent a little earlier tonight. You grabbed your bow, one that you rarely even used because you were more fond of your dagger and spear. You had thought that you were sleek with you sneaking, but your father had caught onto your tail before you could vanish into thin air.
You swiftly turned around as your tail fell in between your legs, cheeks turning a pale shade of indigo as you felt embarrassed to have been caught sneaking out. Clearly you were not the sneakiest na’vi on this land.
Jake looked at you with a raised brow, arms crossed as Neytiri grinned at him from her sitting spot.
“You are not running off with that skxawng, he is a bad influence!” He ranted as he turned away from you to look at his other children that were fighting over some game that was definitely made for children of Tuk’s age.
“But da-“
“No buts, you’re staying here tonight and it has already been decided!” he cuts you off, running a hand down his creased forehead. Having kids was definitely a harder chore than being a leader and the poor man prayed for Eywa to give him some inner peace.
You suddenly gasped loudly, bringing a hand to your mouth as you looked at your father. He was stunned by your sudden cry, his ears flushed tight against his head as he looked at you, mouth opened and all.
“What? what is it?” he asked with a scared undertone, which you had to use every single cell in your body to resist the urge to giggle at. He was too oblivious for his own good.
“Lo’ak is holding Tuk up by the tail!” you cried in pretend shock and pointed at the space behind him. Your father quickly turned to look around, ready to yell at his youngest son, for the 5th time today.
Though when he turned around, he was met with the sight of his children cheerfully playing with their little sister, all in peace. No one was pulling another by their tails. He turned back to glare at you and scold you for lying, but when he turned around he was met with the sight of an empty tent entrance.
At first he simply stood there, in pure disbelief that he had really gotten totally finessed by his own daughter. Though the disappointment slowly began to seep in, not only for you but for himself to have fallen for such a dirty trick. Neytiri snickered at him as she looked fondly at her tired mate, patting the spot beside her that he happily complied.
He pulled a hand to his temples as he rubbed the sore spot.
“Have children, they said. It’ll be the best experience of your life, they said.” he grumbled and his mate simply knocked the back of his head gently, not wanting to worsen his headache even more.
-
Failure, again and again and all over again. You huffed as you kicked the grass beneath your feet, watching as your prey took off running away. It looked at you once more before leaving definitively, as though it was mocking you. ‘Oh great Sully cannot even hit her target’
You wanted to bring back dinner for tonight and make your father proud, but how could you when you were all the more shit at aiming. Short ranged fighting was what defined you, as much as it wasn’t convenient for the Omatikaya. In your clan, they hunted and fought from far, on Ikrans or perched up in trees.
You lowered your head in shame despite believing you were alone. How could Neytiri’s own daughter be bad at archery when she was the best in the clan, followed by your younger brother; Neteyam.
The bushes behind you rustled as your impressive hearing caught it, ears flicked back as you quickly stood straight on your feet. Much to your relief, it was no thanator coming to feast on your flesh, but simply Mo’rata. He held his hands above his head in a mocking surrender, much like he did during your first time meeting.
You lowered your bow before turning around with a scoff. You raised your bow again, this time at another little animal that happened to be scavenging for food, just like you were. The rodent stood about a few metres away from the both of you and as much as it probably wouldn’t be enough to feed your whole family of 7, it would be enough for practice. Mo’rata observed you through his stern gaze, before his silent footsteps took him to you. A true hunter’s trait.
“You cannot even hold a bow correctly, how is it that you are a warrior if you cannot do the minimum?” His words may have sounded discourteous, but his tone held no venom to it.
Your tail rested in between your legs in hostility and his nonexistent eyebrows raised in amusement.
“I prefer short ranged fighting, and that requires more strength and less….aiming?” Mo’rata looked at you in bewilderment, were you really being for real right now? He snickered and his deep laughter made you feel unnecessarily warm.
“When you live in the forest, you cannot allow yourself the shame of being unknowing. So grab your bow and try again.” He urged you to aim again and you rolled your eyes at his sudden eagerness.
“Living in the trees without knowing how to reach your prey from far is dangerous, you’ll get yourself killed.” you had to agree that he was correct, maybe you shouldn’t have been skipping archery training with your father and Neteyam.
Mo’rata looked at your posture once more and it was truly starting to ick him at how badly you were holding your bow, or even standing. He decided to take matters into his own hands and help your desperate self.
You tensed at first contact, the feeling of his warm palms taking you completely by surprise. Your round eyes widened as your pupils dilated slightly, a trait you had acquired from your mother. He was holding firmly unto the hand that was holding your bow while the other one grasped upon your other one, pulling it towards him.
“Hunting is not only a duty Y/N, it is a talent gifted from Eywa to be able to be a hunter.”
The bowstring flexes from tension and Mo’rata lifted your arm slightly alongside his. His back wasn’t much further away from yours and you could momentarily feel his chest pressing alongside your back before the feeling completely vanished. When you look back at him, he was now standing beside you.
“When you hunt, you must get used to your surroundings, wherever you are, however loud or quiet the area is.”
Mo’rata nudged for you to hurry up and shoot, and so you did. In a split second, the arrow left your bow and landed straight into the poor rodent, taking it out instantly. Your eyes widened at your successful attempt, even though the other Na’vi had done everything for you.
He looked at you before laughing, a real laughter that had erupted from his throat. If your eyes weren’t already open wide, then they definitely were now.
“Said ‘warrior’ is so happy to have successfully aimed a bow for the first time.” He mocked, his dreads caging his face as he lowered his face to laugh. His mockery held no venom once again, just a hidden tinge of fondness.
You looked up at him to join into his fit of laughter, although in a split second, the sky had darkened and a heavy rain began pouring on the both of you. You looked back at him in confusion, before watching how his ears suddenly flickered and pinned down against his skull.
He immediately urged forwards to grab onto you, bringing you to the comfort of a tree trunk just in time as a swarm of animals of all sizes came rushing for every side of the forest. They ran, presumably away as both herbivores and carnivors put aside their indifferences to run away from whatever was coming.
He held a hand across your stomach in a protective embrace, your back pressed to him. Dust and whatever nasty particles that those animals were carrying around got blown all over and unto you both. Though you could care less about that right now.
Once the rush had calmed down, the both of you had left the hiding spot to investigate the damage done. That was when you had seen it, the couple of unfamiliar lights that advanced through the darkening sky.
You looked back at Mo’rata with a foreign fear in your eyes and he attempted to comfort you by holding onto your hand. Something was telling you that you must return home as quickly as possible, because you had just been warned by Eywa that bad things were coming your way…

𝐉𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐘 - ( 𝐩𝐭𝟐 ! )
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
characters -> kiri ! neteyam ! lo’ak ! tsireya ! ao’nung ! roxto !
synopsis -> how the na’vi girls / boys react to another metkayina member flirting with you !
warnings -> none !
layout ib -> the lovely @qvrcll !
Tumblr media
ଓ — kiri
kiri doesn’t really get jealous, she does however, get insecure. she starts noticing one of the metkayina members flirting with you and she instantly wonders if you’ll leave her for them or if you like them instead of her. it’s something she can’t help but panic about, needing reassurance from you.
ಇ — neteyam
he gets jealous, not super often though. today is different, it seems, as he can’t stop glaring daggers at the metkayina member that keeps trying to flirt with you. he stays silent for a decent amount of time, until it’s just him too much and he pulls you aside and away from them, snapping at you about his jealousy. this situation is followed up with an apology and neteyam feeling guilty.
ಇ — lo’ak
he’s the definition of jealously. anytime he sees one of the metkayina members flirting with you, he wants to punch them. this time, he wants to punch ao’nung. ao’nung is teaching you how to ride an ilu, but he’s also being very close and flirtatious with you. you pretend not to notice, feeling awkward and uncomfortable, glancing at lo’ak for help. now, this is what made him break. he immediately stomps towards you and ao’nung, gently grabbing your arm and taking you away from him, turning around quickly to send a warning glare to ao’nung.
ଓ — tsireya
she gets insecure more often than jealous. when she sees the metkayina member flirting with you, her immediate reaction is trying to stay positive and trying to keep it together. later, when the two of you are just sitting on the beach and talking, she brings the situation up. tsireya likes talking about her feelings, so you just listen and comfort her as she rants about how it made her feel. after that, you always remind her that you love her and no one else.
ಇ — ao’nung
oh lord, don’t even go near ao’nung when he’s jealous. he gets so possessive sometimes, constantly arguing with anyone who even tries to make a move on you. this time is even worse as lo’ak is the one flirting with you. you pray for lo’ak as ao’nung walks over to him, staring him down and ready to punch him. before he can do anything, you scoff and grab him by his arm, taking him away from lo’ak.
ಇ — roxto
he doesn’t really get jealous, but when he does, he tells you. you and roxto have a very strong relationship with lots of communication, so when he sees another metkayina member flirting with you, he immediately pulls you aside and you have a open and honest conversation.

meeting them (sully siblings)
parings: neteyam sully x gender neutral! reader, lo’ak sully x gender neutral!reader, kiri sully x gender neutral!reader (separated)
summary: what it would be like to meet the sully siblings for the first time as a metkayina!reader
word count: 0.6K! (headcanons/drabble)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
NETEYAM
“hello,” greeted neteyam as he walked up to you.
"hi," you reply, but it sounds more like a question as you were surprised that the boy had approached you.
“do you mind helping me with something?” he asked, his voice sounding desperate.
“sure,” you agreed. “ what do you need help with?”
“I can’t seem to find any of the saddles for the ilu’s.” he confessed, scratching his head in confusion.
“there should be some around the docks,” you told him, pointing towards it.
“yes, tsireya mentioned that but there aren’t any there at the moment,” he admitted, looking awfully stressed.
“I could lend you one of mine.” you offered as a smile traced your lips.
“really?” he asked and widening his eyes at your kindness, glimpses of gratefulness could be seen in them.
“yeah.” you said, nodding and shrugging it off as if it was no big deal.
“thank you.” he said quickly. “what is your name?”
“i’m (name), and yours is?” you inquired, tilting your head to the side.
“neteyam. it’s nice to meet you, (name)”
“you too.”
Tumblr media
LOAK
“hey,” you said greeting the forest boy you'd seen arrive the day before, having already heard so much about him. “new here?” you teased.
“that obvious?” he questioned, a sly smirk forming at the corner of his lips.
“hm, I don’t know,” you said, pretending to think. “I think the fact that you fell while trying to ride an ilu yesterday gives it away.”
he laughs in embarrassment of himself as his ears turn a light shade of pink. “you saw that?”
“you’re hard to miss.”
lo’ak feels heat rise to his cheeks, another hue of pink starting to show on his ears, except it’s darker and not out of embarassment this time. “I am?” he stumbles out.
“yeah.” you reply, a smile beginning to form on your face. “i’m (name) by the way.”
“nice to meet you bro,” he says, almost immediately regretting the words that just left his mouth.
“I-didn’t mean to call you bro.” he sputters out. “I mean unless you’d liked to be called bro, but-”
“it’s alright, lo’ak.” you reassure him, cutting off his cute blubbering.
he pauses at your words. they know my name? he murmurs to himself.
you hear your father call your name from afar and you groan in annoyance. “i’m sorry. duty calls. but it was nice to meet you too, bro.” you quip, waving goodbye as you walk towards your pod, leaving the boy stunned.
Tumblr media
KIRI
“hey, you’re kiri right?” you ask.
‘“who’s asking?” she questions, expecting it to be one of ao'nung’s friends playing a trick on her again.
“a na’vi who just wants to talk to you,” you reply, a grin on your face.
she turns her head towards you and her eyes widen in shock. “i’m sorry for my rudeness earlier.” she apologizes, shaking her head.
“it’s alright, it happens sometimes,” you assure, as you move to sit down next to the girl.
“I thought you were one of ao'nung’s friends playing a trick or something,” she admits.
“ao'nung and his friends have been doing that to you?” you question, anger slowly starting to flood throughout your body.
she responds with a hesitant nod.
“i’ll skin him,” you grumble at once, but kiri just shakes her head once more and places her hand on your arm.
“it’s fine. I promise.” she insists, but you're not sure if you believe her.
“alright.” you say, beginning to calm down. “but if they pick on you again, let me know.”
“okay.” she agrees. “you never told me your name.”
“it’s (name)” you say, smiling.
“what a beautiful name, it suits you well.”

☆ you think i’m pretty ??
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
synopsis ! 𖦹 : things that make them flustered <33
notes ! 𖦹 : school, art block, and writer’s block has been kicking my ASS.
Lo’ak, Kiri, Neteyam x Gn!reader
Tumblr media
Lo’ak
It was something simple, something that not even Lo’ak knew he could get flustered by. Yet something just hit him right in the soul, making his heart melt, he felt warm, a blush over this cheeks, up to the tips of his ears.
You had been teaching how to ride an Ilu, yet he was so fustrated. Why couldn’t he get this down ? If this creature was nicer than a Ikran, why couldn’t he ride it ? Irritation coursed through his body, his mind running almost a thousand miles an hour. As he falls yet again into water. The ilu almost laughing at him as it swims away.
He growls in frustration, angrily splashing the water as he wipes his face. “this is bullshit.” Lo’ak mutters, watching as you call for the Ilu again. You chuckle, resting your hand on his shoulder, caressing it slightly with your thumb.
“Don’t worry about it too much. You’ve got all the time in the world to learn this, Prettyboy.” You say ever so casually, petting the ilu and feeding it more fish.
Yet Lo’ak stood frozen, his tail up and his ears perked. “Pretty boy ?”
゚*✩‧₊˚ !!
Kiri
Kiri has NEVER been one to have crushes. She remembers when Jake would talk about growing up with little puppy crushes, and Neytiri would explain about her younger years swooning over the male Na’vi.
But Kiri never really felt that kind of attraction, never felt the need to. She was too busy ! Her reckless brothers always did something stupid, leading her to heal them with her grandmother. Who she bickers with until no end, and she runs around the forest feeling Eywa beneath her feet and in the air, grabbing herbs for future salves. And if she wasn’t doing any of that, she was running around the forest with Tuk.
But now that she moved to Awa’altu, she had all the time in the world it seemed. She sat under water for what seemed like an eternity, staring at the colorful fish and feeding her ilu, staring into sand that hid small crustaceans. Now that she wasn’t busy, she had time to indulge in her feelings, indulge in her feelings for you.
The two of you had been wandering the island all day, it one of those days that neither of you had tasks. Planning this day in advance, making sure to do all the chores just so the two of you could run wild for the rest of the day. And now, it was almost eclipse. The two of you sat in the warm sand, watching as the night and day mixed, making a sweet gradient above. “You know, I could do this with you forever.” You say, and she looks at you. “Do what ?” she asks.
“This. Just being with you, being part of the land. I could do this with you forever.” You say, before looking back at the eclipse. And for the first time, Kiri feels a blush spread across her cheeks. Not a blush out of embarrassment, but a blush of giddiness, puppy love, and hope for the future.
・:* ೫̥♡*
Neteyam
Similar to Kiri, Neteyam was a busy bee. He ran everywhere, constantly doing different tasks and doing anything the people asked for. He was one of the best hunters for his age, constantly going on hunting trips with his father and other adult Na’vi, and coming back just to do more tasks. He sailed the skies and scouted for sky people during Operations, he listened in onto strategies for the War party.
And if there was ever a second that he didn’t have any tasks, he was playing with Tuk. Helping his mom with something, running around with his siblings letting them do whatever stupid things they planned. Only for them to get scolded by their father once they came home. A never ending cycle, a consistent and eventful cycle to say the least.
This was no different, you were another skilled hunter for your age. Jake had tasked both you and Neteyam to hunt together, to see who paired good with who, and to see what two amazing hunters could bring back. What Jake didn’t know is that the two of you made this into a game of tag. Whoever catches who first doesn’t have to carry all of the meat to the village.
Neteyam hid well into the trees, his breath covered by the sounds of strong winds and bustling trees. He had killed 2 animals already, thanked their bodies, and was ready to leave. Now he just had to see where you were to catch you.
Suddenly he hears a branch snap. Before he can turn his head, he feels something flipping him over, and his back hitting the soft soil. He lets out of low groan, he opens his eyes. The sun hitting his eyes, suddenly he saw your face above him. He feels the weight of you straddling him to keep him in place. You giggle and smile mischievously.
“Now you’re mine, tsamsiyu” you say softly, the vibrations of your voice make Neteyam’s ears perk up. Before Neteyam could even open this mouth you jump up laughing, “I won !! now go grab all the meat we got !!!” You cheered before running away.
He gets up, a raging blush runs across his cheeks to each of his ears, his tail swaying sharply. Oh Ewya, what did you do to him ?

# 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐘’𝐑𝐄 𝐉𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐔𝐒 — SULLY BOYS + KIRI
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
— (avatar : twow) -> drabble !
⠀࣪. ᨳ — synopsis. sullies and their jealousy.
cw. contains no spoilers ! gn + non sully + navi reader
auth notes. wanted to write a jealousy trope w the sully teens, because they’re highly emotional and i love them for it. i barely see any kiri works on my feed (˃̣̣̥ヘ˂̣̣̥) !
characters. neteyam, lo’ak + kiri sully (♡⃕)
warnings. slight angst , but no real warnings
Tumblr media
: LO’AK — ꒷ ᵎᵎ ₊
claims that he is hardly ever jealous. covetous when you join aonung further in the surf than you’re supposed to? sure. bitter when you pitch a friendly arm around neteyam after a close call with jake? fine. but jealous? noooo. he’ll sulk and lodge into a hole with himself all day, eyebrows intrenched and mood sullied with grime. he will confide with payakan and let drop the secret of his jealousy — but it will take weeks for you to converge him in his free time. dwell deep into his bones, skin and soul. feel his jealousy, his bitterness. stipple his knuckles gently whilst he belts his honesty out — “yes, yes i was jealous” — in the stretched out darkness of you and him and the stars — he is bound to love you endlessly.
: NETEYAM — ՞ 〃 ᩙᩙ
thinks he handles jealousy well but its an adversarial clockwork in that head of his. a ticking time bomb. although it takes more to will him, it is not wholly avoidable — lo’ak will lackadaisically mention that you’re hunting with rotxo or seen with aonung, bickering as you usually do, not to get a rise out of his brother — the older’s ears are erect and twitching on their own. but it’s not jealousy, but mere inquisitiveness. it’s in the later frills of the day that he hears from you less often or sees you as a piddling dot. expect him to laxly appear by you, take your hand in his larger one. he will glare more and talk less, just dragging you here and there, with just four footprints — when you nest deep in his warlike head, he will sigh and tell you “i missed you” with his fingers melting on your own and your lips are already on him.
: KIRI — . ˚ 𖧷 · °
its less like a flame with kiri, and more like melting wax: the sting of jealousy will persist in vexing her in the comfortable welt of the sun or silent brooklet with sand and stones at her feet like a candle weeping: she hears her heart, thumping, with the beat of eywa guiding her. but her body is hot and brambly when she spots you awkwardly cackling with her brothers or the boys of the main. she sticks her head beneath the foamy waves and attempts to entrance herself with the rhythm of eywa. she thinks it is because of her difference. her ‘weirdness.’ but her leer and concentration is razed when two blue feet dig in the sand in front of her — water is lodged in her hair and lashes as she gawps at you and asks you “what are you doing here?” and when you tell her how much the boys bore you and how much she doesn’t, she’ll curl her fingers around your palm and giggle as she descends into the nippy waves, knowing no one will intrigue you as much as she does.

Hi! I noticed you’re request are now open. I was wondering if you can write more for shallow waters? Maybe how things have been since tua has been born? If not I’d totally understand! And if so thank you in advance! :)
family of thieves
Tumblr media
pairing: jake sully x fem!na'vi!reader
warnings: family stuff! cuteness hehe
summary: in which the older sully kids like stealing tua from right under your nose
word count: 1.4k
author's note: this is a short and sweet little one shot and yes it is set in the shallow universe lol. i just thought i'd give y'all something sweet after that last one hehe...takes place after shallow waters
Tumblr media
Okay, you will admit it. You made a pretty adorable baby. The cutest little thing in the world and you loved her with all of your heart.
And so did the rest of the Sullys.
The first few months Tua was always at your side or with Jake. Oftentimes you felt Jake was always hogging the girl but he teased you and said he was just her favorite. He was totally wrong but that was beside the point.
Once Tua became a toddler, that’s when a lot of odd occurrences began to happen.
The first time it happened you were in absolute panic. You had come back to the family tent to find it empty. You guessed that everyone was out in the waters as usual. But it wasn’t supposed to be empty.
“Tua?” You called, heart dropping in your chest when you saw that the toddler you had left for only a few seconds wasn’t there anymore. “Tua!”
Dropping everything, you rushed around the village, heart practically ready to tear itself out of your chest. When you got to the beach, you spotted Jake and Neytiri riding on his ilu further out in the waters.
“Jake! Neytiri!” You called from the beach, eyes still searching your surroundings in a panic. The two hadn’t heard you, irritatingly you shouted louder, this time in Na’vi. “AAAH! I AM CALLING TO YOU, JAKE AND NEYTIRI!”
Neytiri turned her head first, brows furrowing together when she saw your anxious state, “Y/N? What is wrong?” She called back. That was when Jake looked over as well, frowning when he saw your worried face.
“Do you know where Tua is?” You called.
Before either of them could reply, Tsireya, who had been floating in the water nearby, suddenly perked up, “Oh! I just saw Neteyam with her! They should be that way.”
You gave her a quick thanks before rushing off in that direction with Jake and Neytiri still calling after you.
Further down the beach and near a bunch of rocks, you spotted Neteyam first. He was sitting on one of the taller rocks, talking to himself it seemed and pointing out toward the ocean. But when you got closer, Tua, your unbothered daughter, was sitting between his legs and giggling as if she were having the time of her life.
Neteyam spotted you as you got closer, He grinned and waved, “Sa’nok! I was just showing Tua the little fishies! Plus, I think she really wants to meet a Tulkun now after I told her a mighty stories about them.”
You placed your hand on your heart, feeling uttered relief and slight exasperation. “Neteyam, boy, you almost gave me—what is it your father says?—a heart attack! I thought I lost Tua!”
The boy looked confused for a few seconds before he realized what you had meant and started grinning sheepishly, “Oh right, sorry.  It was Tua’s fault anyway! She was looking at me with those big eyes! I couldn’t say no to that!”
Despite your previous freak out, you couldn’t find yourself staying mad at Neteyam. After all, he was practically your first baby too, even though you didn’t give birth to him yourself. Plus, Tua looked to be having a grand time with her older brother. The sight itself calms you down and allows you to smile gently.
Carefully you climbed up onto the rock with them. Tua reached for you and you took her in your arms, “Next time tell me you’re taking her for the day.” You poked his head, “I might as well have raged throughout the village to find her.”
Neteyam chuckled sheepishly, “Sorry, Sa’nok. I won’t scare you like that again. Promise.”
You smiled as Tua tugged gently at your hair before giving him a quick kiss on his forehead. Just as you slid off the rock, both Jake and Neytiri arrived on the ilu, both looking confused and worried.
“What happened? Why were you freaking out?” Jake was the first to ask, his eyes scanning you and Tua for any harm.
“Your son stole Tua while I wasn’t looking.” You sighed. “All is fine, crisis averted.”
Jake visibly calmed down while Neytiri tsked at her son, “Neteyam.”
“Sorry, mother.” The boy raised his hands.
You thought that that would be the one and only time that would happen. But for some odd reason, it kept happening.
The second time, you had turned away for a few seconds to fix her food. Before then she had been sitting and playing with her tail. But when you turned back to feed her, she was gone. This time you didn’t freak out, you were just confused. She had been right there, how could she have crawled away that fast?
Neytiri was in the tent with you, cooking some of the fish they got for their meal for the night.
“Tiri’.”
“Mmm?”
“Where’s Tua?”
Neytiri looked up from what she was doing, looking around as well. “Was she not just here?”
“Yes, she was!” You got up and left the tent, Neytiri not too far behind you. “Tua! Tua!” You tried not to be too loud as the night was settling in and you knew most of the villagers were going to bed soon. “Tua! Tua! Tua—Kiri?”
You had stumbled upon the teenage girl, not too far away from your tent, to find her in the water, holding Tua with her, surrounded by glowing fish.
Tua’s big eyes were fixated on the fishes as she tried reaching for them in Kiri’s grasp. Your shoulders sagged and relief flooded your chest.
Kiri looked up and smiled, “Hi, Y/N!”
Neytiri appeared next to you and chuckled when she saw Tua, “Kiri, dinner is almost ready. It’s time to get out of the water.”
“Aw, Mom, we were just about to have a little fun.” The girl grinned.
“Yes, and Tua was about to eat her own dinner just now.” You pointed out before grabbing Tua from Kiri as the latter hoisted herself out of the water. “I swear you children just want me to have a heart attack.”
“I was going to bring her back.” Kiri pouted as they began walking back to their shared tent. “But she really liked the fish.”
Tua giggled when Neytiri tickled her cheek. You smile gently at Kiri, “I understand you want to spend time with your new sister, but at least let her fill up her stomach first before you go taking her on your little adventures, please.”
Kiri nodded, resting her head on your shoulder, “Yes, Mom, I will. Promise.”
Apparently, you had to tell all of the children this.
It happened again a few days later. This time you had tried to put Tua down for a nap. Only as soon as you took your eyes off of her—really you should’ve learned by this point—Tua was gone.
You didn’t freak out this time, you only sighed. Jake entered and saw your face. He placed down his equipment and cupped your face to give you a kiss.
“What’s wrong, princess?”
“One of our kids took Tua again.”
The amusement was not missed on his face as he gave you another kiss, “Well, I did just see her with Lo’ak and Tsireya. Might wanna start there.”
You hug him close, burying your face into his neck. “Why do they keep doing this?”
Jake chuckled, gently squeezing the back of your neck, “You made her too adorable, baby. She takes after you.”
Just as you were about to pull away from the comfort of your husband’s arms, Lo’ak came into the tent with Tua sitting on his shoulders.
“She wanted you so I brought her back.” Lo’ak said, taking her off his shoulders.
“Where did you take her?” You asked when Tua reached for you.
Lo’ak glanced toward Jake and shrugged, “We were with Payakan—but we were careful, I promise!”
Jake sighed and you chuckled, “Don’t worry, I believe you. Just tell me before…” At this point, was it even worth telling him to remind you? Really, none of the children were doing any harm. Just spending time with their newest sister, which was really sweet when you got over the initial panic.
You pulled him into your side, “Just be sure not to take her with you on any of your shenanigans, like you do with Tuk.”
“As long as she doesn’t try to tattle on me.” Lo’ak muttered. Jake gave him a look.
“Penis face!”
The three of you froze and all turned to look at Tua in your arms. At first you thought you were hearing things, perhaps you had gone insane in the current heat. Perhaps you imagined the whole thing—
“Penis face!!” Tua giggled, clapping her hands together.
Your eyes widened as you stared at your daughter. There was a snort from your son.
You glared at your husband, “Jake!”
“Lo’ak!”
“What—Dad literally said it earlier!”
“Out! Both of you!”

Being a mom to the Sully kids + Spider <3
heavily inspired by @star-girl69 (love your work btw) 🙏🤍 also you are mated with jake & neytiri in this because i said so ✌️😌 (fem!na'vi!reader)
sa'nok = mother & 'itan = son
Neteyam
Tumblr media
definitely the least clingiest out of all them
but needs a lot of words of affirmation
i feel like jake puts a lot of pressure on him to always be "the big brother", to look after his siblings that sometimes he just needs to be reminded that he is still a kid too
"sa'nok, can i talk to you about something?"
him venting to you and you just looking at him with pride in your eyes
scolding jake for being to hard on him
"Ma Jake he's still a child!"
he would always appreciated you for that and always felt that he could talk to you about anything that was bothering him
always telling him to smile more even tho he has human teeth
calling him when he was a baby "mini tiri" because he is literally a copy & paste version of her <3
Kiri
Tumblr media
she's definitely the hardest one to comfort
because of the whole grace thing and not knowing who her father is
A LOT OF LATE NIGHT TALKS
just you two walking around and talking about her connection with eywa
you being fiercely overprotective of her
she often feels odd; like she doesn't belong
but you are always there to remind her who she is and what she is worth
watching grace's videos together >>>
"sa'nok, do you think she would have liked me?"
"she would have loved you babygirl." <3
Lo'ak

you are definitely he's favorite parent
he is such a mamma's boy 🤍
when he was a baby you just loved spoiling him rotten
in your eyes he does no wrong and he will always be your baby
"i'm just a freak, they'll never see me as their equal, they'll never accept me."
"i see you ma 'itan." <3
i feel like you would often offer to cook him his favorite food to comfort him
when he first bonded with payakan you were the first person he told
always reminding him how proud you are of him and that he is enough
Tuktirey
Tumblr media
the most clingiest out of all them
she always wants to be around you, play with you or just straight up cuddle with you
braiding her hair is your job at this point
she's always dragging you somewhere in the forest to explore with her
while you are doing something she will ask you to play with her at least a 100 times
"sa'nok come play with me pleaseeeeeee!"
you, her & neytiri are inseparable
when she gets homesick you try to cheer her up by taking care of her ilu together
Spider
Tumblr media
at first you are kinda weirded out
how is he supposed be around neteyam's age and so little?
you don't really develop a relationship with him until he starts to get a bit older
same as neytiri, it was hard for you to accept him but you managed to with time
you actually start seeing him as your own
braiding his hair (i feel like he's hair would be really important to him because it's one of the only things that makes him feel connected to the na'vi people)
teaching him how to hunt; how to use a bow & arrow
always warning the other kids to be gentle with him because he's human and his body is more easily fractured then theirs

NETEYAM + ACTS OF SERVICE
His heart melts whenever you’d do things for him
It could be as simple as helping put away his hammock
To him, it’s almost as if you’re helping lift the burden of future Olo’eyktan
It’s really a sign of how much you care, the fact that you’d take time out of your day to help with his workload?
He couldn’t ask for anything better
• ᣞ ˳ ꒪ ۫ ⁎ ♡⃝ ˳ ꒪ ۫ ⁎ ᣞ
It had been a long and stressful day for Neteyam, his warrior’s training was getting more gruelling by the day and it felt as if his father just wouldn’t stop going at him. All he wanted right now was to return home to you and wrap his arms around you. When his Ikran finally lands in High Camp, he wastes no time in rushing to your shared tent, pushing back the tent’s flap only to find you sitting cross-legged on the floor.
You looked busy.
“What are you doing, syulang?”
But as he moved around to look at your face properly, he also saw exactly what had been keeping your hands so busy. You were organising his arrows, going as far as to add fresh new colourful feathers to the back of the shaft.
“I had nothing to do,” you started, “and I just thought your arrows were looking a bit shabby.” You shrugged your shoulders as if it was nothing, just a small gesture out of the pureness of your heart. And maybe it wasn’t that big of a deal at all, but to Neteyam? It meant so much that you’d go out of your way to do something for him, so that he wouldn’t have to.
He doesn’t waste a second, picking you up off the ground and wrapping you in a warm embrace, rocking you back and forth gently. “Thank you,” he whispered into your hair.
You giggled at his actions, “it’s really not that big of a deal ‘teyam.”
“Well, it means the world to me.”
Tumblr media
LO'AK + WORDS OF AFFIRMATION
Babyboy needs that constant reminder that he’s doing his best
“Thank you for doing….”
“That means so much! Thank you.”
“I’m proud of you.”
“I see you.”
We all saw the way he got absolutely rizzed up when Reya said that to him so 👀
Also u know that one scene when Reya throws the shell and Lo’ak goes to get it? When he resurfaces he immediately goes “Reya!” and waits for her to acknowledge his achievement.
HE’S SO BABY-
• ᣞ ˳ ꒪ ۫ ⁎ ♡⃝ ˳ ꒪ ۫ ⁎ ᣞ
It had been merely a few months since the Sully’s set foot on the sandy coasts of Awa’atlu, but nonetheless you and Lo’ak had grown incredibly close with each other. With you as his mentor and friend over those months, it was hard not to grow fond of him. But right now, the two of you were busy searching the shallow rock pools for some fish.
You decided it was about time for Lo’ak to learn how to spear-hunt properly. If he wanted to join the hunting parties, this skill was vital.
The spear in your hand began to feel heavy with how much you were using it. Your eyes flicked back up to Lo’ak, a frustrated frown marring his features. He mumbled something under his breath in agitation, and you felt your heart twist softly at how much he was beating himself up for it.
“Hey,” you started, trying to grab his attention which he gave to you without a second’s hesitation. “You’re doing really well, just try this…”
You adjusted Lo’ak’s grip on the spear ever so slightly, “and loosen up a little,” you encouraged.
The boy looked up at you with watchful eyes, you could tell he was soaking in as much information as he could - but in some deep part of his brain, he felt his heart set off at your casual compliment.
You’re doing really well.
He thought about the words for a moment, smiling to himself. You noticed immediately.
“What’s got you smiling like that?”
You watched Lo’ak struggle with his words, a deeply toned blush spreading across his features, “nothing.” He tried to hide it as quickly and casually as possible.
“Okay.” You said giggling, deciding to go easy on the teasing just this once.
Tumblr media
KIRI + QUALITY TIME
Kiri wants nothing more than to spend all the time in the world with you
She’s literally stealing you away at any moment she can get
Late night walks on the beach are her favourite
Loves, loves, loves just cuddling with you and talking about your day together
• ᣞ ˳ ꒪ ۫ ⁎ ♡⃝ ˳ ꒪ ۫ ⁎ ᣞ
It was a slow quiet night in the forest, the crowd in the eating hall was starting to die down at last. You searched the remaining crowd expectantly, trying to look over the heads of the Na’vi in front of you when you felt someone sneak up behind you.
“Boo!”
Although you knew full well who it was, the suddenness of the surprise still caught you off guard. You laughed at her playful behaviour, wrapping your arms around her waist.
“I missed you,” you confessed - and rightfully so. You had spent the entire day in classes and running errands and yet all you had yearned for is to spend time with Kiri. and anyways, you knew full well that she wanted nothing more than that too.
“Then let’s get out of here.” She said easily, taking your hand in hers as she steals you away from the eating hall to spend some alone time with you. Kiri led you through the forest, the bioluminescent glow lighting up the night.
Now, the two of you lay underneath the stars, your head resting comfortably on the mossy ground below, one leg thrown over her as your hands were intertwined. The stars glimmered and shone, twinkling to create the perfect ambience for the moment. You played with her fingers softly, enjoying her presence.
She asked you of your day and you told her everything, the good and bad - and she listened. Kiri was fully content with being with you, just bathing in your presence. She couldn’t have asked for anything more
Tumblr media
TSIREYA + RECEIVING GIFTS
Tsireya loves giving and receiving gifts more than anything i just know it
She’d absolutely MELT if you ever gave her a gift of any sort
Especially if it’s handmade just for her, she loves personal gifts
Honestly though, you could gift her seaweed and she’d love it because “it’s the thought that counts”
• ᣞ ˳ ꒪ ۫ ⁎ ♡⃝ ˳ ꒪ ۫ ⁎ ᣞ
You looked down at the little leaf package in your hand. The crisp green wrapping held together by a woven piece of string which you had decorated with Tsireya’s favourite coloured beads. It was a gift for the girl who you loved the most. You had wanted to give it to her on the day of her Iknimaya celebrations but it still wasn’t ready yet - so now on her 17th birthday you decide it’s the right time.
The beach is basked in the soft golden glow of the setting sun as you wait for Tsireya to arrive. This was your spot. The one you two shared. If one of you was upset and had disappeared, the other would know exactly where you were. Right here.
You heard the sound of sand shuffling behind you, you immediately knew exactly who it was. Two hands reach up and cover your eyes from behind.
“Guess who?”
It was obvious. Her sweet scent paired with her honey voice? Who else could it be besides your Tsireya.
“Hm..” You hummed in faux contemplation. “Ao’nung? Is that you?”
She scoffed before laughing sweetly. “That’s not even a compliment.”
Her easy way of talking and making you laugh eased your nerves significantly. She sat down next to you on the sandy beach, placing her hands in her lap as she looked at you expectantly. “So why are we here?” She asked.
You mustered up as much courage as you could, “Well, firstly, happy 17th birthday,” She smiled immediately, “I wanted to give you this first, before the whole celebration and everything…”
Your voice trailed off quietly as you handed her the leaf package, watching her features that immediately light up at the sight.
“Oh oeyä sum,” My seashell. It was a nickname she gave you long before either of you even professed your love for eachother.
She carefully unwrapped the leaves of the package, revealing an intricately carved bracelet inside. Each bead was carved and softened from a seashell, with a heart shaped crystal in the centre of the bracelet like a charm.
Tsireya’s heart damn near actually melted at the sight. “You made this?” She asked, as if it was impossible to believe “for me?” But the Metkayian girl knew full well that you’d go to the ends of the earth just for her.
“Just for you.”
Tumblr media
AO'NUNG + PHYSICAL TOUCH
Boy is never not touching you
And it doesn’t have to be in an intimate way
He’s always just having his hands linger a little too long
Or holding your hand under the table
He’s playing with your hair when you lay down on his chest
His friends are SICK of it but he couldn’t give a shit
Would kill and maim just to get to hold you for a second
• ᣞ ˳ ꒪ ۫ ⁎ ♡⃝ ˳ ꒪ ۫ ⁎ ᣞ
The day was beginning to come to its end and you had no other intention in mind than to find Ao’nung and fall asleep in his arms.
The entire day consisted of gentle, lingering touches. Just a soft brush as he walked by, hand barely touching yours but enough that it made you want to turn around and hold his hand properly. You tried to distract yourself as you walked across the spongy walkways of Awa’atlu in search of your lover.
You grew increasingly frustrated as the minutes passed, and just as you let a huff escape past your lips - you felt the soft comfort of two strong arms snaking around your waist, Ao’nung’s head coming to rest in the crook of your neck.
“Missed you,” he murmured, pressing a lingering kiss to the curve of your neck.
You hummed in response, “Yes, I could tell.”
Ao’nung turned your body around to face him in his grasp, it was hard not to get lost in his ocean blue eyes. Silently, without a word, he led you away from the vulnerability of the open walkways in the village and to a secluded part of the beach. He sat with his back against a thick mangrove root, your body situated between his legs with your head resting on his chest. His hands busied themselves as they played with your soft hair. All he wanted in this moment was you, just to hold you, to know that you were his.
The two of you talked of your busy days exactly what had kept you from seeing each other. Ao’nung complained about his warriors training and you listened contently as his hands slipped down to play with your fingers. “And you?” He asked in return when he finished talking.
You didn’t answer immediately, instead pressing your body further into his wanting to be enveloped by all of his warmth. You wanted him to wrap his arms around you like a comforting blanket.
“It’s better now that I’m with you.”

✧ Summary~ you and your bsfs get a lil high and touchy
✧ Warnings~ mentions of getting high, peer pressure(a lil bit), praise, oral (reader receiving), dom!kiri n etuwa, sub!reader, body worship, biting/marking, kiri is a tease but she makes up for it, a lil edging, and I think that’s it. Lmk if I missed anything, Enjoy, babies<33
✧ Translations~ Yuey- beautiful (inner beauty), Oeyä syulang- my(possesive) flower, Yawntu- lover, loved one, beloved person, Yawne- Beloved
Tumblr media
You and your best friends have always been touchy with each other, it was how you showed your love to one another.
But all three of you were feeling especially touchy right now, slow caresses and soft kisses being exchanged from each of you. You blame the weird looking plant that kiri forced you guys to eat.
You were laying snuggly against etuwas side, her arm resting under your head comfortably, acting as a pillow. Her free hand was switching from resting on your stomach to threading her fingers through kiris hair softly. While kiri was lying between your thighs, slowly trailing her hands up and down your legs and playing with the detailed calve bracelet that she made for etuwa. All of you just enjoying each other’s company and the forest around you.
The extra touching didn’t bother you at all, it just heightened the euphoric state you were already in.
Which was both good and bad, because you loved the feeling of their hands on you..but you hated how hot it made your body and pussy leak uncontrollably.
You knew they could smell you too, because their touches were getting more firmer and meaningful and their own pheromones were getting stronger. The mixture of both of them becoming intoxicating to you in your hazed state.
You’re torn between the embarrassment and arousal that was rushing through your body, but before you could stop yourself from saying anything you know you’ll regret once you sober up, you already feel your mouth opening to mumble a needy plea.
“Please..need more”
It was barley audible, but they still caught it. you just couldn’t stay silent anymore. Not with the way your cunt was throbbing under kiris weight. “Mhm, I was waiting for you to say something, ma’yuey..” etuwa murmured through a soft giggle before turning your head towards her, giving you a slow, sweet kiss. You whimpered quietly into her mouth at the feeling of her lips against yours, causing another giggle to leave etuwas lips.
“I could barely hold back because of how good you smell, oeyä syulang.” You heard kiris melodic voice state before you realized that your loincloth was long gone and that kiri had flipped over so she was at eye level with your pussy. You buck your hips towards her, desperately searching for some type of relief.
She doesn’t listen to your silent demands though, instead she leaves kisses all around your cunt and thighs, just to hear you moan and whimper pathetically because she wasn’t giving you what you wanted. “Such a needy little thing, so desperate for her pretty body to be touched, hm?” Etuwa coos before trailing her hands up your body to play with your sensitive tits, causing a loud moan to fall from your lips.
The heat in your core was getting more unbearable the more they touched you, or barely touched you. “Kiri, please! I wanna feel you!” Your pleads fell on deaf ears, making you whine in irritation and throw your head back against the firm muscles of etuwas bicep, giving her more skin to mark and bruise so everyone know who you belonged to.
That was until kiri finally licked a bold strip up and down your cunt before sticking her tongue into your greedy hole, turning your little irritated whine into loud wonton moans and whimpers. Etuwa leaned forward to kiss you passionately, swallowing every noise that came from you.
She was eating you as if you were the juiciest fruit in the desert and she hadn’t had food in days. And to her, you were.
Her pace had you tipping closer and closer to your high, making your moans turn into despreate little whimpers and murmured pleas. “So pretty, ma’yawntu” etuwa praised softly as she cupped the side of your face gently, brushing a few stray braids behind your ears. Not like you were coherent enough to hear or respond to her though, not with how kiris tongue had your mind blank and pussy throbbing around nothing.
That emptiness was quickly filled by kiris long, slender finger. Reaching all the spots you couldn’t as she drew circles on your sensitive clit with her tongue. You knew the coil in your stomach was seconds away from snapping, causing a small “Wanna cum..please..” to fall from your lips. Kiri didn’t catch it, she was too lost in the delicious taste of your pussy, but etuwa did.
“Go ahead, baby. Make a mess all over kiris face so I can play with you.” the stern but gentleness of her tone had you spiraling, her accent getting thicker the more she watched kiri devour you. the vibrations from all of kiris little groans and moans being the final push you needed before your release washed over you. You felt your slick spilling out of you like a river, making a mess all over kiris face and your thighs.
Your head lulls down, eyes meeting kiris lust filled ones. “Mhm, wow, syulang..didn’t think I was gonna make you squirt that quickly” there was a cocky grin on her face that made you roll your eyes and dramatically fall onto etuwas chest. You hear etuwa scoff sarcastically before responding to kiris little comment. “It was a team effort, yawne.”, earning her playful “Yeahh, okk” from your best friend. The whole interaction making three of you laugh.
“Trust me, I didn’t even know I could.” you admit, reaching your hand up to play with etuwas hair. “Is that so, ma’yuey?” She questioned as she turned her head to the side, a devilish smirk on both of their faces. You nod and let out a small ‘mhm’ as you’re lifted up and places into kiris lap, etuwa now laying between your thighs. Kiri looks down at you before she leans in to place lovingly kisses all over your face and lips. Etuwa doing the same to your thighs.
“Then let’s see if you can do it again, oeyä syulang.”

𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐌𝐀’𝐀𝐌 ( 𝐩𝐭𝟏 ! )
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
characters -> kiri ! neteyam ! lo’ak ! tsireya ! ao’nung ! roxto !
synopsis -> the na’vi girls / boys calling you ‘ma’am’ !
warnings -> not proof read atm !
layout ib -> the lovely @qvrcll !
Tumblr media
ଓ — kiri
“yes ma’am.” those are the words that just slipped from kiri’s mouth, her eyes immediately widening. “what?” you turn towards your girlfriend. you were being slightly strict, just worried about her safety as she’s been fighting with some of the metkayina boys. “nothing.” she attempts to grin, hoping you didn’t hear her. “kiri.” you glare at her, “sorry, i know you’re just stressed.” she says. “correct.” you huff. kiri sticks out her tongue and rolls her eyes playfully, quickly running away as you just stand there, staring at her with a terrifying look in your eyes. “get back here!” you call out, starting to follow her. lo’ak witnesses the entire situation, praying for kiri.
ಇ — neteyam
“neteyam!” you huff, trying to hold your boyfriend in one place, grabbing his jaw and turning his head to the side. “it stings.” he hisses, gritting his teeth as you clean the cut on his cheek. “well, be more careful next time and you won’t have to go through this.” you start, “what did i tell you last time?” you raise your eyebrow. “don’t fight ao’nung and his friends.” he quotes you, rolling his eyes. “don’t roll your eyes at me. i was right, look at you now.” you say. “yes ma’am.” he doesn’t even think about what he just said, until he notices you pull away from him with a scowl on your face. “sorry, i-” just as he’s about to finish his sentence, you lightly smack his head. “ow!” he places a hand where you smacked him, “skxawng!” you yell. “i know, i know, im sorry.” he whispers, looking down at the ground. you want to stay mad at him, but you just can’t. instead, you gently place your hand on his face and make him look at you, before kissing his cheek.
ಇ — lo’ak
as per usual, lo’ak got injured while doing something reckless. now, you’re taking care of him and basically babysitting him. “you’re childish, lo’ak.” you scoff, your boyfriend just staring at the ground of the marui you’re sitting in. “i’m sorry.” he whispers. “you said that last time!” you raise your voice, immediately regretting it. “sorry, you just, you had me so scared.” you shake your head. “please, take care of yourself from now on.” you add. “yes ma’am.” he grins, knowing how much you hate when he makes jokes during dangerous situations. “lo’ak, i swear to eywa-” you start, lo’ak quickly standing up and kissing you before you can continue.
ଓ — tsireya
you’re currently on a date with your girlfriend, leading her through the forest in order to reach the special spot you discovered the other day. “this way!” you grin, tsireya playfully rolling her eyes, “yes ma’am.” she laughs. you don’t realize what she said at first, but just as you get to the surprise spot, you stop. “ma’am?” you raise your eyebrow, turning to face her. “it was a joke!” she raises her hands in worry, her smile falling. “oh, tsireya.” you whisper, a smirk forming on your face. you rush towards her, carefully picking her up and placing her down on the sand, tackling her and then tickling her sides. “ah! stop, no!” she laughs.
ಇ — ao’nung
“ao’nung, stop starting fights! you’re going to get hurt even worse next time!” you scoff, grabbing your boyfriend’s arm and leading him away from lo’ak and his siblings. “whatever.” he rolls his eyes, causing you to smack his side. “ow!” he hisses, his ears going back. “promise me right now that you’ll at least try and get along with the sully family.” you say. “yes ma’am.” he whispers under his breath, “sorry, what was that?” you stop walking, glaring at him. “im just kidding, yes, i will try to get along with them.” he mumbles.
ಇ — roxto
roxto loves joking around with you, his girlfriend, so when your overprotective side is revealed, he can’t stop playing around with you. as you’re sitting in your marui, cleaning the cut on his lip, you order him to lift his head up slightly, “yes ma’am” leaving his mouth in reply to your demands. your eyes widen and he tries to contain his laugh, ultimately failing and bursting out laughing, leaving you to sit there and shake your head.

hello! i saw that u write for avatar and i was wondering if u could write something about kiri x f!na'vi!reader please, maybe the 'reader fell first but she fell harder' type?
𝐌𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭. |Kiri Sully
Tumblr media Tumblr media
𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 : in which you catch feelings for kiri first. but she falls far harder than she initially realised once catching them too. or in other words, they are both whipped and gay!
𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 : kiri x fem!metkayina reader
𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫'𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬 : this one for the gays !! anyways yay my first post for kiri, and i'm slowly making my way through the requests. thank you for all the luv and support. feedback and reblogs are much appreciated!🫶🏻 i suggest listening to this specific song whilst reading as it is loosely based around it! special shoutout to @eywaskiss for her help with this, ily <3!!! i am down to make a part 2 for this if ppl want it.
𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 : floofy fluff, smidge of angst, yearning, reader is so clumsy and flustered i luv her, tsireya being ur wingwoman, whipped & silly kiri! bold = na'vi words. time works differently here, ignore how fast it actually is in atwow. not proofread oops i'm too tired.
𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 : 3.4k words !
Tumblr media
𝐘/𝐍 𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐇𝐄 first time she caught sight of Kiri. She and Tsireya were looking for seashells when they heard the horn going off. Swimming back to the shore, she saw Ikrans landing on the sand.
While she wasn't terrified, she was certainly confused. Ikrans do not come here. Omaticaya and Metkayina do not cross each others paths.
People of the forest hopped off their Ikrans, and you saw a girl who looked your age stand close to what you assumed was her mother.
While Tsireya was being ogled by one of the young forest boys, you couldn't draw your eyes away from her.
A foreign feeling entangled itself in the pit of your belly as you watched Ronal point out what she deemed to be "flaws" in the girl.
You didn't even know her name but the urge to already protector scratched at your being.
Y/n could only hope there'd be an encounter where she'd be able to learn more about the mysterious forest girl.
Little did she know that moment would come sooner than she would have thought.
࿐ ࿔*:・゚˳೫˚
You observed Kiri with a tilt of your head as she glided through the water and the reefs as if it was second nature to her.
While the boys were battling with their own egos and learning how to ride Ilu's. Y/n and Tsireya decided that Tuk and Kiri could explore the water some more.
They'd done a few lessons at this point, their breathing improving. But Kiri was a true mystery to you. There was something otherworldly about her that you could not pinpoint.
It frustrated you to no end, the ocean had accepted her the moment she made contact with it. She had no issues with breathing, and now apparently even riding an Ilu!
Y/n's mouth gaped as she watched the Ilu nuzzle his head against Kiri's. In a blink of an eye, she'd made tsaheylu with the Ilu and started to ride him towards you.
Tsireya on her own Ilu turned to give Kiri and Tuk an encouraging smile. Y/n called for her Ilu, following them.
As they breezed through the ocean, all admiring the beauty surrounding them. But Y/n had already seen this more than her few fingers could count, so instead of admiring the scenery around her. Her eyes could not seem to stray away from Kiri's figure.
It seems she was enamored with the girl from the Omaticaya clan As she caught up to them all, Kiri looked at her - giving her a grin that could battle the beauty of the sea life surrounding them.
In just a mere moment, she felt like a floundering fish needing to surface for air. These are abundant feelings that have never occupied her life before.
Sure, she always knew she had a preference for girls rather than boys. But there hadn't been a situation handed to her where she had to confront such taboo concepts.
Y/n could only nod her head in acknowledgment, too fearful to smile back in fear that she'd somehow slip off her Ilu if Kiri paid any more attention to her than necessary.
She was truly and utterly, doomed. Y/n wish she could cease to exist at this moment as Kiri steered her Ilu closer to hers in a teasing manner.
Y/n while bashful, repeated her actions - their Ilu's almost brushing.
The current of the waves somehow made the line of seashells intricately wrapped in her hair that was once laying on her forehead. Now tugged down to block her vision.
Kiri's hand slapped against her mouth, morphing her giggles to try not to choke on water. Leaning sideways, she lifted the shells, smoothing down your hair.
Now it was your turn to try not to choke on water, again.
If Y/n was keeping her resolve before, she definitely was failing at it now.
She signed, "Thank you". It was one of the only new phrases that they had been teaching the Sully daughter which she was able to pick up on quite quickly.
Oh Eywa, this was ridiculous. Why did Tsireya have to drag her into all this?
࿐ ࿔*:・゚˳೫˚
Tsireya motioned to you guys, as you hopped on rocks toward the destination she was leading you towards.
It was time for you, Roxto, and Tsireya to teach the Sullys some of the ways of the Metkayina clan again. They thought it would be best to get breathing out of the way first.
"Come on!" She beckoned you guys over to a particularly larger one compared to the rest. Giving you a sly smirk she made sure to take the second to last available spot so you had no choice but to sit next to Kiri.
Your dear friend may have heard your extensive rant after the events that occurred when you were riding on your Ilu's yesterday. While Y/n did not outright confess her very apparent crush on the girl, Tsireya did not have to be dense to realise this.
Y/n seemed to just have figured this out as she hesitantly made her way over to the empty space.
"Skxwang", Y/n muttered under her breath as she sat down on the smooth surface of the rock.
Kiri looked at you with wide eyes, thinking that the word had been directed at her.
You fumbled with your words as you shyly tucked your stray strands of hair behind your ears, a nervous tick of yours.
"No, no! Uhm- that wasn't targeted at you it was, I-", You tried to form a proper sentence but seemed to fail to do so.
Kiri registered this and covered her mouth as she giggled, nodding her head in understanding as she took pity on your obviously flustered state.
It strangely felt like deja vu.
Your quiet laughter followed, seeing how dumb you had just sounded.
Although you couldn't help but admire how melodious her laughter was. The effect it had on you felt groundbreaking.
At least this time you weren't underwater with shells blocking your view. This time you were able to really appreciate all of her.
Swiftly, you were hyperaware of how close you had gravitated to each other. Knees touching, shoulders brushing. Oh.
It felt all too consuming, but you were pulled away from the moment once Tsireya cleared her throat.
"Let's get this lesson started, shall we?" She spoke lightly, but there was a hint of playfulness ebbed into it.
Y/n nodded and looked down at her lap, fiddling with her anklet. She blushed (again, dammit), feeling the scorching gaze of Kiri burning an inevitable hole into her soul.
Great mother, this forest girl was going to be the death of her.
࿐ ࿔*:・゚˳೫˚
Time seemed to escape you as eclipse welcomed itself as day turned to night. It was the following day, you hadn't had the chance to follow Tsireya and the Sully's in their daily endeavors as per usual.
Having to catch up on your own chores and help hunt for dinner, you were able to join Ronal and Tsireya to collect some clams.
As Y/n made her way through the maze of intricate woven pathways to the Chief and Tsahiks mauri. The girl was startled at the figures of Kiri and Tuk who were making their way in to said Mauri she was about to enter herself.
Mumbling profanities to herself in Na'vi, she wiped down her palms that were already starting to gather sweat on her upper thighs. Taking in a deep breath, she waltzed into the Mauri only to stumble into the said girl she was hoping not to make contact with.
Kiri whipped around at the sudden contact only to lightly laugh as she once again, beamed at you.
"Y/n, where have you been all day?" Tuk whined at you as she hugged you, wrapping herself around your leg.
You patted her head, cooing at her cuteness before responding to her.
"I had my own chores to do, Tuk. But I'm here now!"
Ronal walked in, holding the bags that would aid you all in being able to carry more clams.
"Let's go, girls." She commandeered you all out of the mauri and towards the seemingly never-ending ocean.
As you all dove into the ocean, the bioluminescent reef life drew you in like a tether. Your connection to the ocean was magnetic, instantaneous. Always there and within your reach.
She could only hope that the Sully's would soon feel the same way, especially now that this was their home.
Y/n came to a stop as Tsireya grasped onto the fish that was akin to wings.
She let Tuk turn around before letting it attach to the little girl.
Tsireya signed to them, "This will help you breathe underwater."
Kiri looked to you astounded, you nodded back in reassurance. You knew how she protective she was of her siblings, especially harmless Tuk.
As Y/n swam her way over to where Ronal was beginning to pluck away at clams, you took out your knife - beginning to follow her motions.
Sudden movement beside you caught your attention. Y/n turned her head to see Ronal moving towards a light. Curiosity ate at her, what was that?
She peered around the coral she was removing clams from and saw Tsireya staying close to Tuks side. But where was Kiri?
She followed after Ronal, halting as she gawked at the sight laid out before her.
Kiri was crouching down, maneuvering in sync with the school of fish adjacent to her.
Ronal did not know what to make of this, but due to her overwhelming deep connection to Eywa as well. She knew that this was some sort of sign.
The Sully's must stay.
If Y/n heard her Tsahik thoughts she'd eagerly agree. But her reasons differed from that of spirituality. Instead hers was from that familiar fondness bubbling deep in her chest.
She glowed as if she were the moon itself.
In sheer awe, Y/n could only desire for a possible way to capture this moment for as long as her brain demanded of it. Although she had a feeling this was a moment of significance that would resonate with her for a long time.
A tap on her shoulder broke her from her personal reveries.
"Let her be, we must continue." Ronal signed.
"Yes, Tsahik." Y/n signed back.
Swimming back, she briefly to have one final gaze at Kiri.
It was as if she was looking through rose tinted lenses, this definitely seemed more than a crush now.
࿐ ࿔*:・゚˳೫˚
Kiri was no fool, Y/n was a clumsy one - that's for sure.
But she was more than well aware of the effect she had on the Metkayina girl.
At first, she did not know what to make of it. At that moment, she could only wish for once that she was as dense as Lo'ak. But alas, that was not the case this time.
Every time you made her heart feel like it had soared all the way back to the forest, she would block it out. Kiri felt as if she had bigger fish to fry, lives at stake.
They weren't in the clear yet, and she was essentially made out to be a demon to the entire clan.
So while she thought you fumbling around her was endearing, Kiri could not let it enter the forefront of her mind.
The attempts at doing so failed though.
You were everywhere.
If it wasn't at lessons, it was with her siblings. If it wasn't with her siblings, it was in the ocean. You were always there, and it was all at once.
Days blended into weeks, and weeks became months.
You'd never acted on your feelings, continuing to be oblivious to the fact that the other party had begun to return them.
It hit her like a tidal wave one afternoon.
It had been a few days after her brothers had gotten into a beating to protect her. While she found it funny initially, it now dawned on her.
Was that truly how everyone thought of her? Did Y/n see her in that way?
Her feet dipped in the water as she sat to the side of one of the many walkways that weaved around the Metkayina village.
Kiri watched in the distance as Tuk threw fish in the air, happily cheering as her Ilu jumped up to eat it. Neteyam laughed at her and squeezed the youngest Sully's shoulders.
Her ears perked up, tilting at the side where the sound of footsteps drew closer to her.
Y/n sat down beside her, letting her legs also dangle as her toes dipped into the ocean.
There was a very obvious space between them, Y/n didn't want to be overbearing. She had not been there when the fight broke out, but she was more than self-aware of the aftermath.
While it looked like Ao'nung was becoming buddies with the sons of the renowned Toruk Makto. She could only wonder how Kiri must have felt.
They'd become a lot closer in the last few weeks. Y/n could only hope that due to that, it didn't look too odd that she looked out for her.
"Ao'nung and his friends can be a pain, I'm sorry." She treaded lightly with her wording, unsure of how to approach the conversation.
But Y/n couldn't settle, especially having witnessed Kiri become far more reserved in the past few days.
Kiri finally turned to glance at her.
Y/n watched as her mouth opened and closed a few times. It reminded her of the fish that swam beneath their feet.
In spite of that, she waited.
She'd wait for however long it took for her to find the proper words. To convey the train of thoughts that were spiraling in that pretty head of hers.
Finally, she caught them. "I just wish I wasn't like...this." Kiri trailed off, envy riddled in her tone.
Kiri looked down at her hands.
Y/n looked around before scooting closer.
Her hand reached out, hovering over Kiri's for a second. She grasped it in her own.
"This version of you is what makes you who you are. My clan has not granted Uturu to anyone not of Metkayina before. They simply fear the unknown." Y/n explained as she let the feeling of the ripples of the water hitting her legs consume her.
Kiri was going to respond, yet you continued.
"Yes, my people are acting on said fear irrationally. For that, I am deeply sorry. But, in due time - they will grow to accept you all. Just like, uhm, I have." You squeezed her hand before letting it rest on her lap once again.
Kiri had to hold herself back from complaining about it, she already missed your touch. Once again, she had to jump through hurdles to find her words.
All she could muster out was her usual smile (that she had yet to realise was only reserved for you). And a "Thank you, Thank you so much."
Your hand reached out again, yearning for Kiri's hand but instead, you placed it on her shoulder.
Eclipse was nearing, you must go.
Y/n did not utter another word as she stood up. She turned, making her way back home.
Kiri's legs were only partially in the water. Even so, she felt like she was six feet under.
The ardent flames blazed beneath her heart. Abruptly, you now existed in the forefront of her mind. Shit.
Your eyes, your teal body, your hair. Everything that consisted of you, and only you. It sunk into every crevice of her soul, making itself snug and at home there.
The way you smelled, like the ocean yet also the flora that surrounded the village. How you held yourself differently amongst your friends compared to the elders of the community.
The way you took Tuk under your wing, how the moment she landed her Ikran in an unknown place. You treated her like anything but the harsh words she thought she was.
Just like that, you had become her entire world.
࿐ ࿔*:・゚˳೫˚
You and Tsireya giggled together as you continued to weave fishing nets that would be used for tomorrow's hunt.
As you reached for more rope, a shadow cast over you both - hindering the sun from entering your family's Mauri.
Both of you frantically looked up, your shoulders sinking down as you only saw Kiri standing there.
"Oh, Kiri! I didn't know you were joining us." Tsireya commented her elbow nudging into your side. You wanted to smack the girl.
Kiri's eyes darted around your mauri, her behaviour suddenly mirroring yours. "Uhm! No, I actually wasn't. Actually, can I borrow Y/n for a moment?"
Y/n's eyes widened, finger-pointing at herself in question.
"Yes, you." Kiri sighed.
Tsireya nudged you again, forcing you to stand up.
"Be my guest!" She mused, giving you a wink as Kiri turned around.
Your hands made a choking motion, making Tsireya only howl in laughter.
Rolling her eyes, Y/n made her way out of her Mauri.
Kiri nervously twiddled her thumbs, "Follow me."
Before you could ask her where you both were even going, she had already started walking away.
Y/n stumbled, following after her.
It was silent, nearing the eclipse. Kiri brought you over to a part of the village that was usually uninhabited at this part of the evening.
You began to feel nervous as folded your arms over your chest, feet kicking at the sand under you.
"Sooo..." You said to try to break the silence. Her stomach was churning, and her appetite for tonight's meal has vanished in an instant.
Kiri looked out into the crystal-clear ocean, before peering at you.
"I-I. I like you! I know, I shouldn't. But you're absolutely maddening, do you know that? You're so clumsy, it's stupid that it's so adorable. You weren't supposed to have this impact on me! I just wanted to learn the people's way!" Kiri confessed, words spewing out of her like a waterfall.
Y/n could only survey her, mouth agape. Kiri was restless as she paced around.
"You always say something, why aren't you saying something?!" Kiri demanded, still not being able to settle.
Y/n fumbled, trying to appease the poor girl. "Well, I- I didn't know you were into girls."
"Infuriating!" Kiri threw her hands up in the air.
The immensely shocked girl cleared her throat. Tucking strands of her behind her ear, she took determined steps towards Kiri.
Her hands fell onto her shoulders, effortlessly making her halt all movements.
"I'm the infuriating one? I swear to god you're Eywa in disguise. I thought this whole time, that this was all one-sided! I stayed silent, and I yearned for you from afar. Yes, I'm clumsy, and I'm bad with my words most of the time!" Y/n heaved for a breath, before continuing.,
"Yet, I still like you. And I always will, because I've become accustomed to you. I see into you. Kiri, please. Look at me." She grasped her chin, turning it so they could look into each other's eyes.
"You see into me?" Kiri questioned, leaning her forehead against yours.
Lips hovering over the other, you gushed in response.
"Of course I do."
Her hand nestled into your hair, pushing you further in. Breathing and taking each other in, your lips met in a searing kiss.
You separated from each other once you both had to catch your breath.
"Don't those lessons come in handy?" Kiri inquired, a teasing glint in her eyes.
"Shut up." Y/n muttered as she smacked Kiri's arm that had wrapped around her waist.
The lovesick girl could only laugh in retaliation, urging you into a warm hug.
You were both fools, but you acted in such a way just to please the other.
Thank Eywa you are both into girls.

BONUS :
Tsireya let out a silent cheer as she high-fived Lo'ak.
"I knew it!" She mused whilst leaning into the young boy.
Lo'ak could only groan in disgust at the blossoming couple before him.
"I was the only one supposed to be in a relationship right now!" He whined.
Tsireya rolled her eyes, smacking him on the back of his head.
Skxwangs.

♡ 𓂃 ꒰ girls like girls! ꒱˚.༄ ೃ kiri sully x fem!reader. 901 words. one of two. ⌒(≧▽° )
𓆩♡𓆪 synopsis: kiri sully was certain she wouldn’t ever exist to you-at least, not in the way that she wanted to.
content: na'vi!reader, metkayina!reader, emo teenage angst!kiri, reluctant babysitter!kiri, kiri turning into shakespeare. tuk being the sweet little demon baby she was meant to be. she is my child and i love her so dearly. i don't know, this is pretty short for the first part? but i wanted to get this out for the additional notes and i was just having writer's block with it. sorry!
ᘛ⁐̤ᕐᐷ additional notes: i have posted this in the midst of aging drama-the actor who portrays kiri, sigourney weaver, is not a minor. and according to john landau, james cameron's literal production partner, the na'vi have a longer lifespan than humans: 160-180 years, as oppose to the average 80, and they are older than the "equivalent-looking human". as in: na'vi years and human years are not the same. the na'vi reach their adulthood in the time that is equal to 15-17 human years. after that, their aging stagnates. which means if lo'ak and kiri have been alive for fourteen human years, and neteyam has been for fifteen-lo'ak and kiri are the human equivalent of seventeen, and neteyam is eighteen. idk what to tell you girlies. these are 8-foot tall, motion-rigged blue space aliens. enough. i turned eighteen like two months ago and watching you guys made my head hurt. let's put this energy towards real-life child predators, and women & men pushing thirty simping for blatanly established human minor characters! anyways, hope you enjoy this first part of the fic. thank you lovelies.

there was no reason for kiri sully to feel such ardor towards you. absolutely none. yet, she couldn’t help but be entranced by the way you moved through the waves.
you were just gliding through cerulean waters with lo’ak, neteyam, tsireya, ao’nung, and roxto. jake had introduced you all to the human custom of ‘marco polo’ when you were young, and it seemed you had never grown out of it. kiri had been thrown out of the game, looking over tuk’tirey for her father while she made a sandcastle. tuk was especially displeased with this, as she thought she could beat you all flawlessly in marco polo. but alas, she was not allowed to wade out that far.
watching your every move from afar, kiri surmised that you were not very good at this game. every single person who was marco before had gotten you immediately, no matter how far away you started. probably because you would start splashing and kicking every time they got close, through a fit of feverish giggles. especially when lo’ak was marco-he’d ignore everyone else just to get to you. then, it became the coquettish game of ‘how fast can [name] swim to escape impending doom?’
“this sucks,” she caviled and clutched a stick limply, etching your name in the warm, manila sand.
“you would feel better if you built a sandcastle,” tuk hummed with an expectant lilt, looking at kiri.
“i would feel better if i was lo’ak.”
“would you really? he kinda smells.”
“true,” kiri tilted her head with a nod, scribbling out your name. “[name] doesn’t seem to care, though.”
“oh, blegh,” tuk’tirey stuck her tongue out, swatting at kiri. “stop that.”
“jeez, jeez-” kiri raised her hands in defense of tuk’s minacious and staunch (endearing and incredibly light) pummels. “tuk, i’m not even doing anything!”
“you’re doing that thing that daddy does when mommy looks at tonowari for more than like, two seconds. you’re being all,” tuk did a sashay back to her sandcastle before turning around and putting her hands on her hips, “j-e-l-u-s. jealous.”
“hello? it’s j-e-a-l-o-u-s. you literally cannot spell.”
“i’m literally seven and i’m trying my best.”
“fair enough. but i’m not jealo-” she was cut off by tuk ‘kikiki’-ing at her with an outstretched finger. “you know what? fine. maybe i am a little bit jealous. but it’s not like it matters, anyways.”
kiri threw her head back, falling into the sand. she stared up at the calm azure heavens adorned with ivory, velvet clouds. the image paired perfectly with what kiri called the polyphonic melody of unrequited love: her pining heartbeat reverberating through her spine, your distant, cherubic laughter, and the sound of the waves skimming across the shore, before melting back slowly into the sea. as far as kiri was aware, you only knew her as one of two of neteyam’s (your neighbor) siblings your age. not the goofy, obnoxious younger brother with unkempt braids and winsome dimples, but the brooding basketcase of a sister. the looming, deviant character who thought she could feel the heartbeat of the empyrean, the atlantis, and the motherlands. she was certain that to you, she faded miserably in comparison to the awkwardly-charming foreigner and prodigal eldest son that newly inhabited awa’atlu. she could tell from the way you hung on every honey-coated word that was uttered from neteyam’s lips-big, sparkly doe eyes complete with dilated pupils completely enraptured by him. kiri could tell from the way those roseate, glacé lips of yours curved into an intoxicating smile that she simply couldn’t get enough of, everytime lo’ak unleashed his ‘comedic brilliance’. she was certain she wouldn’t ever exist to you-at least, not in the way that she wanted to. “yeah, this seriously sucks.”
“why don’t you just ask if she likes you?” a query from tuk that made kiri jolt up, turning her head to tuk’tirey in bewilderment.
“absolutely flabbergasting. that you just told me, to do that.”
“why? whenever i have a question, i ask it.”
“but this is different, tuk,” kiri exhaled deeply, bringing her knees to her chest. she ran her hands through her hair, before scratching the top of her head. “she’s a girl, and i’m not a boy.”
“so? i don’t see a problem,” tuk contorted her face in confusion, before shrugging and kicking her meticulously crafted sand fortress-she was getting bored. she sat down crisscrossed in front of kiri, tapping her nose. “girls like girls, like boys do. nothing new.”
tuk’s idea was not entirely inane as kiri’s riposte made it out to be. it was getting harder to mask her tempestuous affinity for you, with each passing moment. you merely being around her made her heart beat at such a frenetic pace in her sternum. your scent permeated her senses, suffusing her cheeks a feverish and tender sanguine-you smelled as saccharine as the candied simpers you gave her, with light floral notes and a hint of ocean’s brine. and your visage-oh, your countenance as a whole-remained steadfast as the most ravishingly beauteous thing she had ever seen. you were like a painting to her: every curve and every color was painted by eywa’s pedantic hand.
“so if i were to…” kiri closed her eyes with a sharp, delayed sigh, shaking her head. “...confess, when would i? or-how would i?”
tuk’s mouth curved into a smile laced with playful, youthful malign.
kiri was going to have her hands full, wasn’t she?
