people who have been with us since 2008 and people who have just started watching, people who have left us too soon but will be forever in our hearts and people who switched fandoms but are still amazing

whereter you create, lurk, cheer or just cry in the corner (most of us have been there lol) every part of the Merlin fandom is always part of our family

even if we have no reason to trend we will always have a reason to celebrate :D

The patient is doing better today. She's had an appetite. Last night's dinner was almost all gone this morning. She's very mellow, too. I think kitty CBD is helping. She just had 2 drops on her gums vs the recommended half dropper.

She is better about finding things though I wonder if she found the litter in the nick of time last night because the pee pad surrounding it was wet in an area. She's been better about being in the box and hadn't needed it for about 3 weeks

She's currently purring 😻

So, Thomas was definitely infatuated with Fanny at some point, yes?

He fell for every new young woman who came to the house, which definitely would have included George Button's beautiful and brilliant new bride...

And of course the ghosts all know about George's preferences.

So Thomas is pining away, being all dramatic and sighing over Fanny like "Oh what torturous agony it is so watch her suffer so, trapped and longing for the affection of a man who will not, cannot love her... while I, who could give her all the love within my unbeating heart, stand inches away, unperceived..."

Meanwhile, Kitty and the big ol' crush she has on Thomas is just there like. "Oh dear... that must be so hard."

Cleo the lion is undoubtably not only my favorite puppet design but also my favorite character design. hands down she is the comforting sight in any show i've ever seen

Since we’re sharing pet photos, here are my dad’s cats Raisin and Aster.

Raisin is the alpha of the house that acts like a toddler if he doesn’t get what he wants. He really likes to birdwatch (and squirrel watch) from the back porch and from the cat tree, and I’m 90% sure that he wouldn’t be able to catch something if he tried. Fun fact: he had to get his tail amputated, and now his tail is half the size it should be.

Aster is his girlfriend who we never see because she doesn’t come out from her dark corners unless it’s quiet or for food. She hisses whenever someone walks by, but it’s all for show. Nearly all of the photos my dad has taken of her has her hissing at the camera. Fun fact: she somehow got into the vents one time and it took my dad two hours to get her out.

I moved for college a few months ago and I miss them both 🥲

Omg tortie! They're both so cute, Raisin and his gf are very sophisticated and fluffy. His sunbathing game is 12/10 excellent.

My old cat once got into the vents too, so I understand the feeling. Thankfully he was a maine coon, and was too bulky to get very far in.

Prefacing this by saying I'm a gentile and would be interest in hearing Jewish fans' thoughts on this

I was thinking about that moment in Spiderverse where Peter gets married and I was wondering why more adapted versions of Magneto don't reference him being Jewish in multiple ways and not SOLELY on his trauma as a Holocaust victim. It's a core part of his character but it's also the only time him being Jewish is ever referenced in these adaptations, and I'm wondering if the writers of these versions of him just don't feel like bringing up that he's Jewish in any other way aside from his internment in the Holocaust.

Okay look I love Kitty and Yuri together but I don't actually think they should end up together. Because I think Yuri is genuinely in love with Julianna and she won't just give that up. So far from what I've seen they are very much in a good relationship with each other and plan to stay that way. They are cute, they are happy, they have plans for the future and they fought so hard to be together so it would be really unfair and also out of character to just take that away from them especially since they are finally back together now. And I do think Kitty deserves do find a cute girlfriend but it doesn't have to be Yuri. There are for sure so many other cute girl Kitty hasn't met yet that will also be perfect for her. I think Yuri is very important for Kitty because she is part of her self discovery. Kitty found out she was into girls through Yuri and that's great!! But that doesn't immediately mean that they have to be together, especially when Yuri is already in a committed relationship. I do think they are very cute together and would be amazing as friends tho!!

no offense, but if u went into a nolan movie expecting well written, fully dimensional female characters....that's on you. i knew what i was getting when i walked in the theater.
